    Rs.74 went in river and nobody cares.

      Dear sir,
      I want to know that my gsm mobile internet connection is not working from more than 20 days. We have called bsnl office several but no one is picking phone also trying many time docket to their site but not result.
      .
      Now i decided to complaint to this platform for that i have a recharge rs.118 at 4th of may & the offer is we should receive 500mb per day then its unlimited but not start internet connection still now.
      .
      The others all the network like jio, vodafone, airtel is running as usual but why bsnl is going this type of activities.
      .
      Why i am port in this network.!
      .
      Please give me the postive support.

          Hi, my name is mohit singh, i am from roorkee, uttarakhand, dist: haridwar. I have a bsnl broadband connection [protected].
          For past 10 days i have been getting problems with higher ping and speed fluctuations. I have notified higher staff about this but they didn't do anything about it. The lineman of bsnl also checked my cable and there is no distubance in the line and its working perfectly. All bsnl customers of my area having same problem but no bsnl staff is interested to fix this problem.
          Kindly help me with this as soon as possible.

          The problem seems to be fixed now. The goverment companies do not listen to the customers in india as everybody knows that infact, their behavior is rude towards thier customers and that is very disappointing. We can't do anything much about it, . Only the higher authorities can handle our issues. This complain portal is very good. Thank you for making us join with government companies

              I booked complaint regarding my broadband isnt working like about 4 times now, and they just mark it resolved without even even looking into my problem, its been 30 days since i started having this problem, and i had to to pay bill without even using their services, my broadband number is[protected]

                Since we are having mobile phones at home, we were not using our bsnl landline since last year, but we were regularly paying bills every month to keep the connection regular just in case.
                Few days ago we tried calling to our relatives and that's when i noticed our outgoing call service was not available. The auto response was saying "your call cannot be proceed. Due to non payment of bills". But we are paying every month bill regularly on google pay. We tried many times for consumer support but outgoing is still not available. Incoming is on.

                They asked us to call on 261038. After calling them they gave us another number to call. After calling on that number they said "it's technical section, it's not our section to solve your problem". We contacted on above number again. They checked for previous all bills were paid and again told the same thing to do and talked irrelevant to get rid of situation without solving problem.

                We just want our landline service to be get regular.
                Our latest bill is paid with cash on 21/05/2020 on counter with billing amount ₹294

                  I want to get a bsnl broadband or fibrenet connection at my home in chatha meel, near baskhi ka talab, lucknow. My house is near central bank of india, riatha road, chatha meel. I had applied online and also send message to bsnl to get new connection but never got any reply back. I really need this connection. I also complained on bsnl twitter but they just reponded that they will help but never cared to reply back.

                  I am a blogger and i need good speed internet to work from home. Would really help if i can get this bsnl broadband connection at my home.

                      We are facing no internet issue for days and tried to complaint online many times. Authorities at ghaziabad do not respond to our pleading. They are feeding on govt. Money for free and doing nothing to please customers. We have bsnl connection for so long and we face issues related to customer service like every other day. Many times the connection went out of order for months nad we complained and complained. In the end we had to pay the bill for the service which we never got. Now also the internet is dead and we will get the bill as usual because its a government scam.
                      Our number is[protected]. If you can not resolve our issue in a day. I request you to please guide me through the revoke process. I can not handle this lack of service anymore.
                      Here i am attaching stats. You can see the bsnl was out of service.
                      Lack of speed.
                      Now we got the number of one guy from bsnl who is assisting our problem and that number is out of service.
                      I am attaching that too. I want this guy to be removed from his job.

                        Dear Team, I have raised a new connection request through BSNL portal, request id is LD11160843. Now my request was rejected saying technically not feasible contact franchises. I don't think we don't have technical problems, already my neighbours having BSNL connections. Please help me in this regards... Thanks

                          I have lost my mobile along with my bsnl sim card.Once i had called on my number, someone responded to it, but no helpful response.
                          Kindly i request you to block my sim card with number-[protected], as i have no other option to block it due to the lock down.

                            I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
                            Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (18 may 2020)
                            Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

                            I need this urgently.

                              My mobile along with bsnl sim card has been lost... And when I called the number... Someone responded to it...

                                I initiated the connection request [protected] which they canceled on their own. 3 months later i initiated one more request [protected] which is unresponsive till now. These guys are lazy. They don't pick up calls. All attempts are useless. I am in the green zone where they are supposed to work. My pincode 483501. I am from katni, madhya pradesh. I want a new broadband connection in katni m. P. I tried the new connection page - which gives an error "no plans available". I tried calling which is unresponsive. And all landline numbers are not picked up by them.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I'm a bsnl customer. My bsnl sim card no. Is [protected]. I recharged ₹ 1999 for calling and 3gb per day, validity: 365days. But bsnl server is decreasing from 3g to 2g from last 4 days. So, i can not surfing internet from last for days till now. Is it best service of bsnl for customers? Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
