    My bsnl no [protected].I have an account in amazon pay, google pay .I tried many time to activate my bank account in those wallet.but all time money decuded but verification failed.I will tried to contact customer care but not connected.

      Hello,
      I have surrendered the bsnl service as i have shifted to new place on 21st march 2020. I went to sangvi (Pune) office to submit the device, but they told me to visit wakad office (Pune). When i went there the office was closed and after that government has announced the lockdown. So now i'm unable to submit the device due to lockdown. But as a result the company has generated bill against my number for the month of april. I have left my old place on 21st march. I'll only pay bill for the month of march. I havn't used any service in april so why i should pay bill for the month after march. Please look into this and generate bill for only month of march.

        My name is mohit, i live in roorkee, uttarakhand, dist: haridwar.
        My bsnl landline number is [protected].
        I have been very disturbed with high ping in bsnl broadband for last 15 days,. I have filed a complained to the higher authorities but no one could able to fix the issue until now. There are so many complaints of the similar issue in our area. Many people are having the same issue and not been able to fixed yet. I have to restart my internet several times to manage the ping back to normal and that ia very time consuming.
        I request you to look at this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

            Sir, my telephone [protected] with broadband facility.
            My phone and broadband remain out of order by about 20.02.20 to 17.05.20
            I have been charged rs. 1560/- in bill of april and may payable by 31.5.20
            I have paid bill for march anticipating it may be restored. This bill for may i have not yet paid and asked for a revised bill without charging for april and may please do the needful and cancel the above bill

                    I have bsnl bangalore connection for 3g i am in hyderabad new nallakunta area means roaming.                       Sub: broadband internet is facing problem, several times there is loss of connectivity. Modem shows red (Internet point) modem shows red and no internet. It is happening since about 3-4 months. I am a lover of bsnl. I am using bsnl land phone only and with the same number 2472791 for the past 20 years. You can verify the same.
                      Saptapur (Dharwad) exchange people helped me about 4-5 times. But they say that this work is to be corrected from the technical section of hubballi office. I am sorry, i could not understand the thing.
                      Sir, please see that this problem wouldn't arise again. I hope my request would be considered and quick attention is given to resolve this problem

                            I want to know that my gsm mobile internet connection is not working from more than 20 days. We have called bsnl office several but no one is picking phone also trying many time docket to their site but not result.

                            Now i decided to complaint to this platform for that i have a recharge rs.118 at 4th of may & the offer is we should receive 500mb per day then its unlimited but not start internet connection still now.
                            .
                            The others all the network like jio, vodafone, airtel is running as usual but why bsnl is going this type of activities.

The amount is deducted from my sbi UPI account but unfortunately the number is not recharged. So kindly check my complaint and do the necessary for refunding the amount.

                                  Hi, my name is mohit singh, i am from roorkee, uttarakhand, dist: haridwar. I have a bsnl broadband connection [protected].
                                  For past 10 days i have been getting problems with higher ping and speed fluctuations. I have notified higher staff about this but they didn't do anything about it. The lineman of bsnl also checked my cable and there is no distubance in the line and its working perfectly. All bsnl customers of my area having same problem but no bsnl staff is interested to fix this problem.

                                  The problem seems to be fixed now. The goverment companies do not listen to the customers in india as everybody knows that infact, their behavior is rude towards thier customers and that is very disappointing. We can't do anything much about it, . Only the higher authorities can handle our issues. This complain portal is very good. Thank you for making us join with government companies
