Hi ConsumerCourt,

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (18 may 2020)
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I need this urgently.

My mobile along with bsnl sim card has been lost... And when I called the number... Someone responded to it...
Kindly I request you to block my mobile number... As no other facility is available due to the lock down...

Dear sir,
I'm a bsnl customer. My bsnl sim card no. Is [protected]. I recharged ₹ 1999 for calling and 3gb per day, validity: 365days. But bsnl server is decreasing from 3g to 2g from last 4 days. So, i can not surfing internet from last for days till now. Is it best service of bsnl for customers? Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Bsnl gsm mobile calling are not working
Bsnl mob... Bill are submit 14 may but calling facility is not provide
Bsnl costume care ka number par call be nhi lag rha hai
Or outgoing calling band kar di hai mene bsnl postpaid service ka bill ka bhukta kar diya tha 13 may ko uska bad be outgoing service provide nhi ho rhi h hmko esa service provide se bhth problem aa rhi hai...

I had surrendered my land line no.[protected] on 12th june, 2019 at kasba rathtala exchange. On advice of the receiving official, i visited the ballygunge place exchange with the landline disconnection receipt and cleared all the dues till date. As directed, i provided the concerned official with my bank account details for credit of the refund of inr 2282 (As told to me by the concerned official) and the associated documents for the same....

My phone is dead from past 7 days and I have given online compliant, telephone compliant, in house complaint and through mail also. But till date the issue is not resolved. Mine is a commercial establishment and my customers are facing heavy problem.

"dear customer your pack dil dosti chatting (54000) is renewed with rs3.0 for 3 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree).
I have sent sms and called on 155223, but nothing is happening, but still the charges are getting deducted regularly for the past 10 month. I have never ever subscribed to this sort of pack. Plz refund...

i am using bsnl broadband from february 2019 but after two month m facing low speed issue, after to many complaints on website portal, over phone and twitter nothing changed, still m getting downloading speed 1.50 max and upload speed is 0.40 where my plan max speed is 10 Mbps
Please resolve...

I have paid Rs 841 towards payment for March & April Bills for [protected] By Online Card payment but receipt not yet sent...

Every one or the other day my broadband is out of service .
Rather they charge full but they are not giving back that service for which we are being charged. I suggest it's the worst isp of India. and they are not even picking up my call for complaint booking.

A sum of 266rs is added in my bill for bsnl stated as adjustments charges i have not opt for such services and it is undesirably credited in my account since last month.

I want you to remove it as soon as possible and failing to which i will surely file your complaint in the consumer court and seek attention for the same and remove my connection...
