Is dead for the last 3 (Three) months. No action has been taken on this. My phone serves to a family of two senior citizens with a handicap son.
No new complaints can be placed as the server is prompting that previous complain number is still active.
Please do the needful urgently!!

I have received the worst service by bsnl as the internet is down always and even after registering the complaint the issue is not being solved. The answers provided by them are someone will come or we are looking into it. Such a disappointing service. And after such bad service the they expect to pay the bills on time. Please take a strict action against the company and the employees aren't active at the work.

BSNL deduct 5 to 10 rupees everyday from the past two months. There is no scheme on my phone for which money deduction is required. Request you to kindly stop this unnecessary deduction....

I paid my office bill through online mode of google pay of rs1104 on 21st april 2020. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but in the bsnl portal the transaction status is showing failed.

From yesterday net is not working properly. It gets on sometime and after sometime automatically stop working but the modem is working properly net is not working...

We are enjoying land line phone [protected]since last 30 years. As the time is of mobile phones but we decided not to surrender phone & we are paying bill with not using (No outgoing/ no incoming)
Bsnl launched some scheme to provide free gb to promote bsnl.
My daughter lives out of bathinda, on her visit to bathinda i may have applied for that scheme but could not enjoy benefits as speed/ connection signal was not...

My grandma ‘sRs 250 gone because of this dil dosti chatting am unaware of it. I want my money back....
