    I have running plan of Rs389 but this time bsnl has generate the bill of Rs1039, which is incorrect. On asking BSNL team they are unable to take request to correct this, even plan provide is also not feasible as speed is worst than ever. Required justification and correction in bill

        Address: Delhi road meerut

        A sum of 266rs is added in my bill for bsnl stated as adjustments charges i have not opt for such services and it is undesirably credited in my account since last month.

        I want you to remove it as soon as possible and failing to which i will surely file your complaint in the consumer court and seek attention for the same and remove my connection

            recharge successful but number not recharged

            I have recharged my bsnl no [protected] on 6 may 12:28 pm through mobikwik app. App shows recharge successful but not confirmed by operators end. I don't get recharge in my number. Money has deducted from mobikwik wallet and not be refuned after 24 hour. I also talk to bsnl customer care they said there is no recharge found in your number. Please recharge my number otherwise refund my money.

            Sir,

            This is to bring to your kind notice that due to careless attitude of bsnl
            My telephone line and internet service has been cut off since first week march 2020.
            I am unable to get the bsnl landline and broadband service since from first week march till date. But tel. Bill are regularly coming asking to pay. I am asked to pay rs 869 per month (For march and april 2020) without providing service. Kindly look into it and withdraw my tel bill till reinstate of services. Otherwise my connection may be disconnected.

              I have broadband service with bsnl. Broadband is not working since 4months I have made several complaints. I have even submitted RTI. BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AND NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE SAME. I DONT UNDERSTAND.

Sarma, advocate, gf no: 3, ayyappa towers, tekkemitta, nellore -3. I do not want your bsnl land line and internet to my house and hence, cancel it immediately. This is my second complaint ; i sent my first complaint on[protected]. You can deduct my arrears of phone bill and instrument (Phone) cost from deposit with you and and send the remaining deposit to my account no:[protected], icici bank, nellore. Its ifse code: icic0006310. This is my second complaint. Do not add further bills from this date. If you do not do it will proceed to consumers redressal form, nellore against you and your are liable for all costs and consequences thereof. Do the needful in this karona climete.

                  At 12.40pm on 06/05/2020, a on line top up recharge of rs.490/- was made for my mobile number [protected]. However the said recharge has been credited to my old mobile number [protected] which is not in use for long. Kindly transfer the recharge amount to my existing bsnl mobile number [protected] at your earliest or credit back the said amount to my bank.

                    My landline number[protected]

                    My broadband plan is superstar 500 gb @ 949 per month with 10 mbps speed

                    10 mbps speed means 1280 kbps

                    But i never recieved my speed i get only 200-300 kbps

                    Snr is also low 6

                    Line is also noisy... I complaint so many times... But no response

                    Plz change wiring and splitter there are so many joints in wiring...

                    Iam very upset from bsnl broadband...

                      Bsnl network coverage problem we are facing in our village from 2 year we are facing we had intimated customercare but not get the resolution from bsnl customer care

                      I m requesting to higher authorities plz take necessary action to resolve the issue of network coverage in ambak... Of new site required i m willing to give my land for network tower with all necessary required permission from local authorities and corporation

                      We want bsnl network at high range don't want private network to use from us... We are believing and keeping trust on government products and services

                      Proud to be an part of bsnl only major problem in our area network coverage

                      Plz resolve this concern and registered network coverage complaint

                        I was using bsnl landline at nashik. I surrendered the bsnl landline no[protected], as i shifted to thane, on 26/12/2018 along with application regarding discontinuation of the phone and the instrument. I have also handed over the cancelled cheque with the application, so that the amount of deposit can be refunded to my bank account. My account was closed and a bill showing a sum of rs (-) 781/- was received during february/march 2019. The amount of deposit rs 781/- has not yet been credited to my bank account. So, i raised a complaint during february 2020 with the bsnl authorities through email. My complaint has been registered and the no is bsnl/hq/2020/em-47144, as intimated by the authority on 22/02/2020. I was also assured that the progress of the case will be intimated soon. But, till todate no action has been taken to refund the amount.

                            I want to unsubscribe silver gupshup. Sir, if i send message for stoping i cant message 155223. Every week 10 rupees deducted from my account. Please unsubscribe this from my bsnl no[protected]. One more complaint i have i already paid international roaming pack one month rs 58/- but i cant send messages. When i try message shows failed. I am geting incoming messages but outgoing message not working. Please resolve the problem as early as possible.

                              Sir/madam
                              This is to inform you that i, krishnendu basak husband of mrs. Moumita bhowmick had opted for recharge stv 399 to my wife's bsnl mob no -[protected] yesterday by using my bsnl app. Recharge value had been deducted from upi a/c i. E [protected]@upi successfully. But still recharge had been successful for unknown reason. Yesterday i had tried to addressed my grievance to the dedicated customer care number i. E 1503 several times and also sent emails to the appellate authorities of bsnl west bengal circle. Still my grievance was not resolved.
                              Therefore, kindly look into this matter so that said recharge can be successful otherwise kindly arrange to credit the recharge amount to my upi a/c at the earliest.
                              Please find herewith the attachments enclosed.

                                    This complaint about my bsnl wimax broadband having no - [protected] showing slow speed from last 2 days. I tried to call customer care toll free numbers but they are just picking up phn calls n not speaking a single word to me but however i managed to lodge a complaint online n got a complaint no - [protected]. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible
