Every month 10 to 15 days is not working. Since last four months this type of complaint has been there. We are getting broadband connection only 15 days of every month. Hence we are going to surrender my existing connection no.[protected].

Before surrendering, i would like to know your opinion in the above subject.

    A service allinone5p is activated on 03.02.2020 without my concern on my mobile number [protected]. I have never requested to start this service. An amount of rs 5 is being deducted on daily basis from my balance amount. Your sms service to deactivate this service also not working. This happened many time in past also. Please stop this service and refund my deducted amount wer 03.02.2020. This is a fraudulent act. Please stop it. It is robery and decoity.

    My phone number [protected] is dead with effect from 01 February 2020. Despite complaint number [protected] registered on 02 Feb 2020, phone has not been rectified till date. Request repair it soon andrental bills for non functional period may please be waived off.

        Service wallpaper 55050 has been activated in my mobile without my knowledge and an amount of rs.7 has been deducted on 08/02/2020. There was no messages or phone calls before the activation. I want to deactivate the service and get the money back as soon as possible. And i also want to block any such calls or messages or popups. Kindly request you to do the necessary for the same.

          Rs. 5 has been deducted from my prepaod number ([protected]) (Totally rs.5) as i was subscribed for service video 5 (57111). Well i am not using that service. So, kindly remove that subscription.

          The message is from bt-bsnlcg

          The message says "thanks for subscribing for the service video5 (57111) you have been charged rs 5.0 successfully and your service will be delivered shortly."

          i have never subscribed for service video5 (57111) or any VAS IN BSNL, PLEASE REMOVE THIS SUBSCRIPTION WHICH CAME AUTOMATICALLY IN MY PREPAID CELLPHONE.
          I never ever subscribe to video 5 or 57111... In a two week periods three times each 5 rupees deducted by a msg shows " Thanks for subscribing video 5 ...". Pl stop this unwanted activity and save us...

          Ye no. Ki incoming outgoing band ho gye hai hai aur card bhi purana ho chuka hai please new sim card mujhe possible karwaye aur jald se jald no.           04-feb-2020: I am trying to send a port sms to 1900 but it says sending failed. I am able to send sms to other numbers but not to 1900. I do have a msg pack as well.

            I port my number from idea to bsnl and my idea sim network was gone and i inserted my new bsnl sim and it's network also not coming i call customer care and they also not resolve my issue and cut the call i have recording of it i call again and the same thing done again this is a porting process when a older operator not showing network means your new operator is ready to use but there is no network in my new bsnl sim my number is currently switched off and i am unable to use it resolve my issue asap otherwise i take a legal action against it.

                My bsnl sim card bearing number [protected] has been lost somewhere in raja road, sodepur, kolkata-700110. As i am requesting only to block the sim card and not for getting a duplicate one, there should be no requirement of a gde or fir. I've called the customer care service several times but no one answers. Notwithstanding the one time i got connected, the bsnl executive told that i have to contact bsnl office for just blocking the sim. No other network provider does the same. I'll be obliged if my sim card will be deactivate shortly.

                  We are not receiving the ring tone from the instrument but when we lift the instrument it is working. Therefore i request you to kindly provide me the new telephone instrument at the earliest. When i phoned to give the complaint it is announcing as complaint is already registered & work in progress. Its already been a long time over since this problem occur. Therefore please exchange the instrument at the earliest.

                        broadband completely out of order for 15 days

                        Broadband connection on my bsnl number[protected] has been down for the last 15-20 days.
                        Customer care says, it'll be repaired in a week but its been 3 weeks now. I'm suffering a lot due to this, and planning to discontinue bsnl broadband if such conditions persist...
                        All efforts of repair bear no results and for a student like me, internet connection is very essential..
                        Kindly make sure this is resolved or connect...

                            automatic deduction of call balance money

                            From the last one month, i am facing thids problem of the automatic deduction of balance money from my bsnl acc.. A month ago, my balance was rs91, but now it has reduced to rs36 even though i rarely made a call through it. A message always pops up saying that rs0.250 has been deducted from your account for gprs usage of 544 bytes, even though i never turned my data connection on (I always use my jio no. For data). Please solve this issue...

                            I am staying in purva panorama, kalena agrahara, bannerghatta road, bangalore and have a bsnl landline and broadband connection at this address from 2 years. The connection frequently drops and broadband is down most of the days. Even the bsnl gsm phone service does not work in the region and we are facing major connectivity crisis since we depended solely on bsnl. We lodged a complaint for landline but it got closed without rectifying the issue. We lodged another complaint with docket number[protected].
                            I got a sms that the complaint has been assigned to bsnl staff mr sundar: [protected], when i called up sundar he said that he has taken retirement from the department and is no longer working in the department.
                            When calling customer care about the discrepancy about mr sundar they said it is a server error that complaint got assigned to mr sundar and a new technician will be assigned to resolve the complaint. It is 3 days but the new technician is not assigned.
                            My bsnl gsm number, my wife's bsnl gsm number and my secondary bsnl number also fails in purva panorama j block.
                            Please help resolve the matter and we should get at par service from bsnl.

                                I am unable to call anybody through my bsnl mobile even if there is balance
                                I tried contacting the customer service 1503, only one tune was playing for the last 10 min for three times and no one answered.
                                My simcard no is [protected]
                                I recently got a recharge of30 ruppee of which 22or 23 was credited. Then i tried calling on many numbers but not a single call completed.
                                Also 30 ruppee recharge didn't show validity at that time but now i got a message saying that validity expires on 31.01.2020. So if you want to retain your balance recharge more.

                                    Our Landline Number is[protected]. This is not Functioning since 05 Dec 2019.

                                    On 05 December 2019 our landline stopped working after a BSNL personal was working on the cables outside our compound.

                                    We have registered a complaint on the 25th december 2019. vide complaint no.[protected] on the BSNL Portal.

                                    We are not able to further report on this complaint at BSNL portal as it says the complaint already exists.

                                    No body has attended to the call so far and we are not able to get in touch with BSNL over phone either.

                                    We tried the the BSNL Toll free no.:[protected] many times. It only carries us thru an IVR and disconnects. We are not able to get in touch with any person to elaborate on the issue.
