I have raised a complaint about my landline not working from 15 jan 2020, called 10+ times to customer care number no response till date ie 26 jan to resolve my complaint. Very very poor service by bsnl.

Completely frustrated. Because of this issue i have degrade my broadband connection to low level connection. I was having this connection for my mom to call me as emergency purpose, she is 60+ yrs old.

complaint has been resolved today. Phone seems to be working fine from today 27 jan. not sure how many days this will work.

    We are trying to close our bsnl landline connection at my indira nagar lucknow since 2016 but failed to do so. Each time we are subjected to ignorance and avoided by bsnl staff. They give us some date to visit again which is not possible for us as we work out side and my father who use to visit there is above 75. They kept using our situation and avoid clouser. We henceforth declare that there would be no payment be done from our side. We are not in the position to continue with this useless expenditure any more.

    Hello sir today I recharge of 74 rs for 180 days validity but my validity show only for 21/04/2020 but according to recharge my plan must be valid till 20/07/2020 kindly check my issue and provide my 180 days validity
    We are bsnl mobile users in hosur tamilnadu 63109 and in our area for the past four days there is no bsnl net coverage ang we could not able to use our mobile phones this happens often this shows very worst service of bsnl this can be corrected immediately
    Respected sir, as we seen that this is our 26 time complain regarding mis-leading information about our company, we do many time complaint for removing such time of rumor from on-line but your team still not taking any action, so we request you please do the need full as soon as possible

    Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

      Dear sir,
      I was using bsnl landline at my residence for more than 30 years.
      As my age is advancing and i was alone staying there, i had to shift to my daughter’s house. So i surrendered the landline no.[protected] on my name mrs. Nirmala vinayak kulkarni, age 93 years, in february 2018. The address where the landline was installed is b5/3, rambag society, navi peth, pune 411030.

      I have lodged a complaint previously, but the deposit is not yet received.

      Please consider my age and refund the deposit as soon as possible.

        transaction failed due to invalid service class

        I tried recharge from amazon pay and online portal of bsnl it shows me the above error for few days. I unable to recharge because of this. I tried extended validity recharge and also talk time recharge but not done.
        Please resolve this error.

        I try to contact bsnl customer care number but they not reached.
        Kindly request you to resolve my issue as soon as...

        My phone is disconnected. My broadband is slow. Despite repeated visits to the bsnl office by me, my aged mother, and wife, they do nothing to restore the same. I contacted one mr nagesh, who assured me he would do the needful. Needless to say, he did not show up. My phone number is[protected].

        I am dependent on this phone and broadband connection for my work and entertainment. I have already lost one prospective job offer due to this and my work has suffered. They should atleast have the decency to inform us about the state of affairs instead of making empty promises. The staff say they are all about to take vrs. I don't see what this has to do with us.

          I am using bsnl as my secondary sim. It is linked to all my bank accounts.
          Most of the time i see zero signal or weak signal.
          Sometimes i am unable to even get otp related to banking due to zero service.

          I somehow gave a complaint before few months (Their complaint portal mostly doesnot work till the last step).

          Even now i am unable to call their 1503 customer care number (Due to poor network signal and my primary sim doesnot call that number 1503) or register a complaint in their site.
          Requesting immediate resolution.

          Is somebody could direct me towards a working way of resolving this issue, i will be grateful!

              I'm using land-line and broadband in my house and when i have installed it i. E in september 2019. I had used my own landline instrument and i have filled not to have instrument from bsnl because i have my own. But still they charge me for that of amount 529 rupees and i complaint it to my bsnl exchange and they have given methe application in which they had clearly written that it was mistakenly done and sogned by jto mukesh of gadi garh exchange jammu and he told me to give it to main office at bahu plaza. So i gave to mrs satnam kour at bahu plaza office on 18 october 2019. So till now, they had not adjustment of my amount and just giving silly excuses. So please i want to get my amount to be adjusted as soon as possible.

                I had recharged my bsnl phone number via the website : inditab.com/recharge. The payment was done via net banking for an amount of rs. 37.50. The payment was successful but the recharge had failed. They had promised to get my money refunded within the next 48 hours. Even after expiry of the promised time, i didn't get the refund amount in my account.
                Details of payment :
                The recharge category was : bsnl special mobile.

                Payment time : 01:05 pm, 20 jan 2020.
                Please arrange to refund the payment amount at your earliest possible time.

                  I have already reported multiple times on your site regarding my complaint. Lot of tickets have been issued since then but i didn't get even a single reply from the forum since two weeks, only the auto generated reply is given. It only wants that people make accounts in your forum. No one contact regarding the complaints of the site itself. This is ridiculous

                    I vk sanjay kumar have a telephone (Land line) connection at my house no. 1104a/b1, ratpur coloney (Near old well), pinjore, distt. Panchkula (Haryana), my phone no is[protected]. This phone become dead due to linemans fault, he came to repair the phone but they can not complete their job to start the phone. My above phone is dead from the last six months, i have booked sevral time the complaint through phone and personaly given a written complain through mail to sr. Gm/gm, ambala & commercial officer, kalka, but 30 days has passed no body is attending, i can not understand how the bsnl is having such type of staff who can not work properly and provide satisfactory services to people. The provider name is bharat sanchar nigam ltd. They are using the name of nation *bharat* and not providing proper services. Shame on them. Pl resolve the problem.

                      Am regularly receiving message from bt-bsnlcg as under –
                      "dear customer your pack dil dosti chatting (54000) is renewed with rs3.0 for 3 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree).
                      I have sent sms and called on 155223, but nothing is happening, but still the charges are getting deducted regularly for the past 1 month. I have never ever subscribed to this sort of pack. Plz refund all the amount and unsuscribe it.
                      Please redress my grievance immediately

                          I am trying to send sms to 1900 to stop all the spam messages i am getting. But the message delivery always fails. It completely works fine with my airtel sim.
                          I receive a lot of spam it would be very helpful if you stopped them too.
                          I have no additional settings that might affect the sending of messages from a particular sim.
                          Please look into the problem.

                            My bsnl mobile no.[protected], it is using by mother 65 year old. And she is using a basic mobile (Not as smart phone). Bsnl is exploiting the ignorance and making money. Every once in a while recharges will be sold separately for each service. This morning, a recharge of rs 100 was withdrawn for the gameloft service. Every day freequent messages coming on phone subsciption services. The 'ok' button is active on front of all messages. This is just to cheat the customer. Customers who are senior citizens are sure to press this without knowing it. They are definitely know which handset is using customer and they cannot use this type services by their phone. So this is classic example of cheating.

                            I therefore request you to accept my compliant and return every penny which bsnl was collected illegally from me.

It is wrong and rude to say " if a complaint is short, it may not be attended to". do you have time to read long messages. you must be receiving thousands of messages every day. If a messages is short and makes sense, why write long messages?

                                  The service silver screen gupshup 55050 has not been subscribed by me. The bsnl has forcefully implemented this service and charging rs.10 for every 7 days. I hereby request you to stop this service at the earliest and return me the whole amount your company had deducted from my account by this time. If i am to contact the customer care in 155223, nobody is attending the call as well. Please treat this as urgent.

                                    I never subscribed for dil dosti chatting service but every 3 days 3 rs is being detected from my account balance. I have tried multiple times to unsubscribe as instructed in the message i received — "dear customer, your pack dil dosti chatting (54000*) is renewed with rs 3.0 for 3 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree)."
                                    Both messaging and calling the toll-free number does not work.
                                    Please help me unsubscribe this service.

                                      I had done recharge to wrong number on jan 11 2020 using freecharge.

                                      Recharge status looked successful. Can you reverse the transaction and help me in retriving my money back.

                                      We checked with freecharge team but they asked us to go with bsnl customer care for refund amount. Please find the freecharge reply in screenshot
