I am regularly receiving message from bt-bsnlcg as under - dear customer, your pack dil dosti chatting (54000*) is renewed with rs 3.0 for 3 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree). I have send sms and called on 155223, but nothing is happening. I have never subscribed it. I want to unsubscribe this service immediately. Please do consider this issue immediately and do the needful as soon as possible.

My [protected] .internet is not working, and customer care not receiving call. I have tried many times. Internet is not working .just working for few seconds and speed less than 2g. Please see the issue and fix internet network in my number and area or i am compelled to change my all bsnl numbers in other network. Thanks.

    excess billing in my postpaid mobile bill

    I have not opted for Amazon Prime annual subscription and I have never used it. Please remove it and correct he bill as it was for earlier months. My bill always should be not more than Rw.470/-. Please correct the bill and send the revised for my payment. Here afterwards, please do not add any other amount or subscription without my option.

    When an outstation call from mobile to landline comes - both the receiver & caller are unable to hear- facing this issue for quite a long time now - it is hight time that we had a replacement of a new telephone instrument - kindly do the needful - thank you
    the reason for having a phone at home is to get outstation calls and when this is not in good condition the situation becomes bad - please help to rectify b providing a new TELEPHONE INSTRUMENT

    Thus I sent PORT to 1900. 4-1-2020
    Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

    I need this urgently.

    My Bsnl number is -[protected], my internet is not working from morning 5/01/2020. I have tried to call customer care but unreachable customer care number. Please see the issue and fix issue soon as possible.

    Please look into the issue that even after bill payment phone lines are disconnected. Trued calling customer care nobody picks the phone

      Hi sir,

      I have a connections of mobile services from bsnl prayagraj my phone no [protected].
      Then i have been having call drop and poor inconsistent network connectivity.
      I have given several complaints, to bsnl at this local customer care on last few days, there is no improvement of the services, inspite of several assurance. They as it will be resolved 2 or 3 days there is no improvement.
      Recently i had given a complaint, the bsnl local customer care,
      As a telecom authority we need immediately action and support in getting the better services.

      Bsnl sim activation no 1507 is not working.after calling on that no it says no does not exisit and customer care no 1503 also not working.
      My sim card number has been rejected please try to activate the sim card immediately
      My BSNL landline connection were disconnected in the month of June 2019 as requested. but, it caution deposit has not returned yet even though the local office has approved and saying it is waiting from Chennai circle office.

          I am writing this mail on behalf of shri durgadas sadani. I have a issue regarding the payment of rent of installed tower. A bsnl tower is installed in our home at arang, district raipur. The vendor code is 5045004. We are not getting rent as you have mentioned as per the contract. We have only received rent for 2 years and from that we didin't get any rent. Alongwith that we had lodged many complaints but didn't get any response from your side.
          This is my kindly request to you to look at the matter and grant our backlog payment and please ensure the regular payment of rent. Please do the needful.

          I am not able to send sms through my bsnl number. After sending an sms it shows "Error 41". But I receive sms without any problem. Kindly let me know why I am not able to send sms. This problem started a few months back. Also, any USSD code is not running on my number. Therefore I am not able to check my sms balance. Kindly help.

            On nov 24, 2019, i made a bsnl validity recharge of 74 rs. On my no. 94xxxxxx72. But bsnl also deducted same amount on nov 24, evening from the balance and made same validity extension twice.
            How can bsnl apply same package twice to use?

            Checking this, i reported this issue on nov 28 to customer care (After 30 mins of waiting) and they insured amount will be refunded within 4 working days. But till today on jan 04, 2020 i didn't got any refund.

            Complaint id docket no. 2k28793993.

            Not only this, on dec 11, 2019 - bsnl care sent me a sms that your docket complaint has been closed - not mentioning resolved or whats the status.

            I tried to reach out to them on jan 3/4, 2020 and again waited for about 30 mins each time but customer care didn't pick the call.

            Please help to resolve the issue - i am expecting a refund of rs. 74 that was forcefully deducted from phone balance.

            Still my complaint is not resolved, BSNL easily ignores people in these cases.

              My dayli data limit downgraded from 2.5gb to 1.5gb. Customer care not accept any call, twitter, facebook never replied.. Fully fraud service by bsnl... My long term recharge its just waste of money.. This operator is thinking my recharge money is coming in air, so they haven't responded...                 I have been using bsnl fibernet service for a year and all those time the connectivity has been like very very bad.in a month atleast for 10 days it won't work. Need to raise multiple complaints to notify them. After a week they'll respond. Fed up of there service. The only time they call is to check after a week is to close the request. For new year too not able to use the internet because of them. Have again raised a complaint and as before no response.

                  I tried to send port message to 1900 from my BSNL number by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

                    On 26th of december i port my sim from airtel to bsnl than yesterday after port it didn't show any balance validity message its show only unsuccessful message after i dial bsnl balance enquiry number and also transaction failed message occurred on using recharge option from my bsnl app and also bsnl customer care number is not connected kindly do needful and send my complaint to bsnl my bsnl number is [protected]

                    It’s been more than a month that alternate days I have been complaining about the phone dead situation. The people at Bsnl office are saying the problem is with DP and the supervisor is not ready to change. The problem is with Vadagaon belgaum Bsnl. This is the Bsnl manager number[protected].

                      I am from village rathdhana located near sonipat-131001, haryana.
                      There is a lot of network problem faced by villagers. No network bars until electricity is there in our village and electricity is only available for 2 hrs per day and full night. We are facing this since last 6 months. Due to this we all are facing a lot of problem in both call as well as internet services. So i request you to check the problem and get it solved as soon as possible.

                          I tried recharge from paytm and online portal of bsnl it shows me the above error for 2 3 weeks. I unable to recharge because of this. I tried extended validity recharge and also talk time recharge but not done.
                          Please resolve this error.

                          Sir i'm puneet katewa i want to say that i our area the network is too weak even 2g doesn't work because the network tower is very far in a field where no one can live and we facing so many issues related to network connectivity we cannot use data conection because of poor network.

                            I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at district patiala. My sim card no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                              I had called my upc code on 18-dec-2019and i had submitted all my documents in bsnl office on that day itself with upc code expiring on 22-dec-2019. They told me to wait for 4-5 days for activation. And till today on 26-dec-2019 they haven't activated it and today i got the message that "sorry ur port request is rejected as the validity o[censored]pc code is expired. I don't know why bsnl do this type of slow work. What can i do now and for again taking the new upc code, i have to recharge my phone no. Because it's validity got expired. I have to complain against the bsnl for doing this type of slow work.

                                From last 4 weeks my main balance is cut down rs 9 every week. What's the problem and if any pack is activated
                                Please. Deactivate it.
                                Even their was no informatiom of the pack activated on my number and if it is than please deactivate it. I have lost 36 rupees till now due to this pack.

                                    Sir mere papa ne december me 1297ka payment kiya tha, same amount ka payment 1297 ka maine 24 december kar diya hai. So please is double payment ko check kijiye aur ek payment ka amount receive kar k doosre ko refund kijiye. Maine doosra payment google pay se kiya hai please check that.
