My prepaid bsnl sim is not working from 1 jan 2020. And i did not get any information for recharge or any other problem.

Please solve my problem asap.

Network is coming in my mobile, but i am not getting any phone calls or any messages.

    It is more than 9 months since my postpaid mobile connection was cancelled, but bsnl has failed to refund the security deposit plus the other dues to me amounting to more than rs.6000, despite registering complaints through various channels including raising a grievance procedure as per details below:

    Complaint - docket number - 2g29714606.

    Grievance registered; docket number is : chn/pgo/2019/8455 (Regd on 18/10/2019)

    As per trai regulation, the refund was supposed to be effected within 6 months of cancellation.

    I would request resolution of the complaint at the earliest.

      I amm regularly receiving message from bt-bsnlcg as under –
      "dear customer your pack dil dosti chatting (54000) is renewed with rs3.0 for 3 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree).
      I have sent sms and called on 155223, but nothing is happening, but still the charges are getting deducted regularly for the past 10 month. I have never ever subscribed to this sort of pack. Plz refund all the amount and unsuscribe it.
      Please redress my grievance immediately.

        My bsnl is 8*7. My bal was around 250 rs on the date 01/11/2019. Now it is 87 rs. The reason behind, it has auto subscribed most of vas from number 155223 without user consent since two months and it is getting auto renewed. I tried sending sms stop to 155223 as informed by bsnl it replied back with message “empty”. Customer care number is not connected or do not pick up the call.
        I even tried sending unwanted tags (Unrelated keywords) to the above number, it replies back with the message “empty”. What can we expect from the people with empty knowledge and empty heart.
        I think bsnl is surviving only with these type of cheap daylight robbery.

          Dear sir,
          With due respect i would like to state that i have a broad band connection with telephone number[protected]. Since past 2 weeks, the telephone number has been dead. Even, i have given a complaint to the jto at the exchange center at bhubaneswar., but in response they said it will take 2 days to repair the fault but it has been more than a week of giving the complaint and the issue has still not been resolved.
          Even, the toll free numbers aren't working properly and are not responding.
          Requesting your kind attention to this matter and speedy resolution on this issue

            I wast to register a complaint against bsnl internet service.
            I have a bsnl broadband internet connection. (Ph. No.[protected]
            I am facing problem of redirection when i use bsnl broadband.
            Initially i thought that there is malware in my computer so i scanned though antivirus and even formatted my pc but the problem is existing, after that i have done research on internet and came to know that there are malwares in bsnl internet.

                      Then i have been having call drop and poor inconsistent network connectivity.
                      I have given several complaints, to bsnl at this local customer care on last few days, there is no improvement of the services, inspite of several assurance. They as it will be resolved 2 or 3 days there is no improvement.

A bsnl tower is installed in our home at arang, district raipur. The vendor code is 5045004. We are not getting rent as you have mentioned as per the contract. We have only received rent for 2 years and from that we didin't get any rent. Alongwith that we had lodged many complaints but didn't get any response from your side.
                          This is my kindly request to you to look at the matter and grant our backlog payment and please ensure the regular payment of rent. Please do the needful.

                            On nov 24, 2019, i made a bsnl validity recharge of 74 rs. On my no. 94xxxxxx72. But bsnl also deducted same amount on nov 24, evening from the balance and made same validity extension twice.
                            How can bsnl apply same package twice to use?

                            Checking this, i reported this issue on nov 28 to customer care (After 30 mins of waiting) and they insured amount will be refunded within 4 working days. But till today on jan 04, 2020 i didn't got any refund.

                            Complaint id docket no. 2k28793993.

                            Not only this, on dec 11, 2019 - bsnl care sent me a sms that your docket complaint has been closed - not mentioning resolved or whats the status.

                            I tried to reach out to them on jan 3/4, 2020 and again waited for about 30 mins each time but customer care didn't pick the call.

                            Please help to resolve the issue - i am expecting a refund of rs. 74 that was forcefully deducted from phone balance.

                                I have been using bsnl fibernet service for a year and all those time the connectivity has been like very very bad.in a month atleast for 10 days it won't work. Need to raise multiple complaints to notify them. After a week they'll respond. Fed up of there service. The only time they call is to check after a week is to close the request. For new year too not able to use the internet because of them. Have again raised a complaint and as before no response.

                                  I tried to send port message to 1900 from my BSNL number by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

                                      I am from village rathdhana located near sonipat-131001, haryana.
                                      There is a lot of network problem faced by villagers. No network bars until electricity is there in our village and electricity is only available for 2 hrs per day and full night. We are facing this since last 6 months. Due to this we all are facing a lot of problem in both call as well as internet services. So i request you to check the problem and get it solved as soon as possible.

                                      Respected sir, I would like to inform you that my name is incorrect on the bill.
                                      As it is written "FARGUE AMAR" but the real name is "AMAR FARUQUE"i have attached the bill to verify and also attached my pan card for your reference.
                                      Hope you solve my problem and update my correct name thank you.
