On nov 24, 2019, i made a bsnl validity recharge of 74 rs. On my no. 94xxxxxx72. But bsnl also deducted same amount on nov 24, evening from the balance and made same validity extension twice.
How can bsnl apply same package twice to use?
Checking this, i reported this issue on nov 28 to customer care (After 30 mins of waiting) and they insured amount will be refunded within 4 working days. But till today on jan 04, 2020 i didn't got any refund.
Complaint id docket no. 2k28793993.
Not only this, on dec 11, 2019 - bsnl care sent me a sms that your docket complaint has been closed - not mentioning resolved or whats the status.
I tried to reach out to them on jan 3/4, 2020 and again waited for about 30 mins each time but customer care didn't pick the call.
Please help to resolve the issue - i am expecting a refund of rs. 74 that was forcefully deducted from phone balance.

Please do the needful.
I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number [protected] to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. 4-1-2020
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.
I need this urgently.
