Hi, My landline number is in my Dad's name.., he had recently expired. Hence I was trying to get a suggestion from customer care by dialing 1500 and choosing Option 2, Option 4 (Speak to customer care representative). It says that the call is being forwarded to available representative but within 15 or 20 secs the call drops off. This is a issue for over one and half months.
I did visit the guindy (chennai) BSNL branch office.., the lady (PRO) was retracting and was not ready to even listen to my complaint.

As a customer of BSNL for over 22 years.., i'm deeply hurted that BSNL is not even ready to listen to our complaint... unless they listen to us how will they understand the problems and resolve it..?

    I am an bsnl prepaid customer with mobile no [protected]. I recieved a call from +[protected] today. It was asking to subscribe story book. I cut the call immediately. After that i recieved sms from 57171. And 5 rs deducted from my account. I called customer care at 1503. Customercare cut the phone saying that if you cannot talk in english than select hindi option after dialing 1503. Now no customer care is picking my phone. At last i have stopped this service by dialing *777# as it was activated without my consent. I request bsnl to refund my deducted amount.

        My landline no is[protected] linked to thiruvanvandoor exchange under chengannur. During the past one month as far as i remember i made three complaints. The real problem is joint from the phone set and the main pair from exchange frequently get separate each time. Whenever i make a complaint the lineman comes and just hooks the lines and no insulation tape or a devise to fix it permanently is not given. One of the line of pair (From the exchange is just protruding from the cable pipe. Instead of pulling the wire from the cable (This can be done in several ways like opening the cable by cutting the pipe... Etc), he just make a temporary loop and within one or two days it gets separated. If this is the trend and job responsibility, subscriber will search other options like selecting other service providers. Is there any surprise why the bsnl is in loss? Hope proper action will be taken

          My bsnl number [protected] in the name of mrs manorama patra, has been deactivated suddenly without any proper intimation. I have been using the sim from past 16 years and more. This sheer negligence on the part of bsnl authorities. I went to bsnl office bankura and was instructed to bring my mother. My mother is seriously ill and for such silly things she wont be able to go there. Please take necessary actions in this regard. Or else i will be taking this issue to consumer forum.

            My bsnl landline is dead for over the past 2 weeks. As per bsnl website, i have written to [protected]@bsnl.co.in on 13th & 19th and called umpteen number of times in all the available phone numbers, no one picked up, no one attended. I want the line to be repaired immediately. It is o[censored]tmost irresponsibility. I think i need not pay charges for the period of inactivity.

            Very sorry to inform you that the problem is not yet attended, and not even a single call received from BSNL. The landline and internet are still not working. It is nearing a month since the line went dead.

              I surrendered my landline 26743815 in the name of S.A.Kannan on 4.9.2019 for disconnecting the connection from 10.9.2019 to BSNL Vastrapur Tele exchange Ahmedabad.
              I gave one cancelled Bank cheque also alongwith application for refund of deposit .
              I was told that it will take 3 months for the refund.

              I have not received my deposit amount till date.

              I attach proof of surrendering my instrument to stores dept on 4.9.2019

              I request for speedy immediate refund of my deposit .

                  Bsnl reharge for my mobile no [protected] is not done for rs 19. The bill amount was paid through city union bank internet banking. So kindly refund amount to bank account. I have done recharge for rs 19 to my bsnl mobile no [protected]. The amount debited from ciry union bank accont via internet banking. But my mobile balance not added by bsnl. So kindly do the needful

                    3 days before i had done a recharge of 447 at 16th date at paytm
                    The recharge was susscess full & amount has been debited in my paytm sbi linked account
                    But still now customer validity is not extended & no outgoing & no validation internet benefits not browsing

                    Customer is so serious & shouting on me
                    I had already sent so many times of paytm sms on 24×7 on my recharge complaint
                    But

                    Paytm is to cheat the customers & taking money is there policy
                    Is it correct

                    & on 24×7 every time on sms there r giving only my recharge confirmation id & reference number only of bsnl

                      My landline no[protected] is not working properly since past three months, we are enable to hear or converse with other people over my landline.

                      This has become a very chronic issue. We have a suffering patient at home and either he or we can reach out to each other. The mobile network is an issue in our house and we cannot use mobile.

                        I am trying to port my number [protected]. I trying to get the upc code for that. I send the request to 1900 for that. Multiple times message has sent successfully but i did not receive any response or any failure message. I send the multiple request to operator but did not receive the upc code. Please provide me the upc code so that i port my number to other provider successfully.

                          Im using bsnl broadband at home but since i have installed this i have not been able to use it properly. Leave heavy sites u have not been able to even assess youtube or google something as it never opens and keeps on loading forever. I registered a complaint having no. Jkr/co/2019/5326. Height is this that even bsnl site is not loading. When approached their office they donot entertain people and show their high headedness. Sorry state of affairs. Feeling disgusted and have decided to use some private service provider instead begging to bsnl for redressal..

                            I am regularly receiving message from bt-bsnlcg as under –
                            "dear customer your pack dil dosti chatting (54000) is renewed with rs3.0 for 3 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree).
                            I have sent sms and called on 155223, but nothing is happening, but still the charges are getting deducted regularly for the past 10 days i have never ever subscribed to this sort of pack. Plz refund all the amount and unsuscribe it.
                            Please redress my grievance immediately.

                                  My broadband is not getting link from last 4 days, i registered a complaint regarding the same under complaint number [protected]. I received message that someone will adress my issue but till now no one came.in fact i went to nearby bsnl exchange, but they were too busy fixing there relative or other high profile people problems. On monday again i went to office and came to know that tecnical staff went to see modi's speech.
                                  I am still not getting internet connection.

                                    In last 2 months I have tried recharging my prepaid BSNL contact [protected] many a times but succeeded only once. On 7th Nov, 9th Nov’19 my account was debited twice for Rs. 74 but recharge not done but transactions were successful with trans ID. Again on 7th Dec’19 recharge for Rs. 100 had same fate. Called customer care who are so rude to give update and ask you to do what you can do.

                                      I have not received the refund yet even after 100 days nearly.

                                      I tried to contact on tele[protected], 26730808 but nobody is lifting the phone.

                                      I want my refund immediately to my account. (Cancelled cheque submitted already on 4.9.2019)
