Hi, My landline number is in my Dad's name.., he had recently expired. Hence I was trying to get a suggestion from customer care by dialing 1500 and choosing Option 2, Option 4 (Speak to customer care representative). It says that the call is being forwarded to available representative but within 15 or 20 secs the call drops off. This is a issue for over one and half months.
I did visit the guindy (chennai) BSNL branch office.., the lady (PRO) was retracting and was not ready to even listen to my complaint.
As a customer of BSNL for over 22 years.., i'm deeply hurted that BSNL is not even ready to listen to our complaint... unless they listen to us how will they understand the problems and resolve it..?

i AM NOT ABLE MAKE CALLS as the automatic recorded response I get from BSNL is that "YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED"
I am unable to make calls but only receiving calls and messages.
PLEASE ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I CAN MAKE CALLS
