I am using BSNL sim last 5 years, but only 2g internet I am used for in my home, I need 3 g coverage in my location to ask customer care last 5 years asked need coverage problem, not improved only 2 g net, not solved my problem still now, I can recharge 444rs plan no use, how we can play with 2g net to watch??? I have not used the internet since august 23 but they have billed me for more 2 months howvevr i have not used it why am i supposed to pay for the things which are unused. Bsnl customer care is worst. Need solution for this. Why am i suppose to pay 4000 where in i was not informed that i have to give written communication for disconnecting the network also when i asked about the same questions will i be billed for not using the services at...

I have not subscribed to this Dil dosti chatting and my amount is being deducted since 3 months. I want my money back and I tried sending SMS STOP but the message wasn't being sent. Pls stop this! I have registered complaint for phone dead 6days ago. We got no response.

My name is garima garg and have a connection of bnsl fire and after continuously efforts for requesting to close connection, every time they give a reason like staffnot present whose signature needed and so on... And give tie duration on 10 days and so on. After all this not even adjusting the amount of generated bill from security deposited and never received refund from them...

Good evening. I got utterly fooled by BSNL. In many websites, it has been mentioned that by recharging with 1498/- users will get 365 days o[censored]nlimited calls, free SMSes and 200 GB data.

But after recharging, I have not got calls facility even for a second. Internet is mere waste.

I hav e logded an complain online to bsnl 5 days back. The telephone doenot have adial tone, and comes engaged always i request the concerned authorities to repair the connection as soon as possible.

I had personally gone to the bsnl office in tambaram, chennai and gave a written statement to disconnect my bsnl connection on august, and the order was issued to the vandalur branch office on the same day, and was informed that the deposit amount would also be sent as cheque.

But still am getting the bills generated every month.

Iam living in a village called as m. P. R. Dam which is in garladinne mandal, anantapur district locate in andhra pradesh. There is a signal tower of bsnl just back side of my house, but still there wont be any signal for bsnl mobile users. Such a shame for bsnl for not maintaining signal towers properly.
