I regret that despite my written complaints dated 15.07.2019 and 31.10.2019 duly receipted vide dairy no.320 and 441 respectively, bsnl continue to deduct some amount from my acount without any authorisation. I understand that bsnl is in loss but that is no way to make for the loss. I fail to understand where to expose the wrong doings of bsnl. My repeated smss at the stated numbers to stop and not to activate any of such services has fallen on deaf ears. Nobody is simply bothered and perhaps that is the reason of downfall of bsnl that loyal customers are being forced to switch to other oprators.

Well I don't need it so cancel this.

    Date of incident: 28-sept-2019. Client a/c no: [protected].
    Complaint no: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. As the issue was not resolved after the first complaint, multiple complaints raised on 30-sept-19, 4-oct-19, 12-oct-19. Also talked to customer care executive multiple times: with mrs. Manju on 28-sept-19, with mr. Shailesh on 12-oct-19.
    After all of these efforts and multiple complaints, all the time request were cancelled within one day and no electrician visited for the solution.

    The issue was reported first on 28-sept-19 as landline was not operational. For the first complaint [protected], electrician visited but he refused to solve the problem and said this cannot be solved by me. After that as mentioned above multiple complaint raise but no electrician visited after many escalations and office visit as well.

    The landline is un-operational since 28-sept-19 and bsnl has raised the bill for deal landline. Firstly intentionally they are not resolving the issue and second thing they are charging bill for which service is not provided and sending message for disconnection on daily basis if bill not paid. As i have not been provided the service by bsnl so there should not be any bill and i am not liable to pay anything.

    Desirable outcome: they should resolve the technical issue and should not raise bill for un-operational days.

    Request to review the case and may please suggest.

      Dear sir,
      Our line nu[protected] had out of service from june'2018. Then on[protected] we submitted application for re bet in bill. After this on[protected] we submitted application for close our land line number & land line deposit rs.3000/- pay back to us. But till date we don't get any info, any feed back & not a chq of deposit amount.
      Please kindly help us on above this matter. And take necessary serious action against bsnl.

        Hi team,

        When we got this connection installed we only opted for free incoming and our billing use to be around inr 58 as we don't use landline for making outgoing calls, for couple of months we received bill of inr 58 which was our plan, but recently since last two month we are receiving bill of inr 350+, when we received 1st excess bill we immediately raised complaint to bsnl on 8th july (Compliant number [protected]) and we received sms next day saying complaint has been assigned to mr. J. S. Rokade, and also received call from bsnl nasik office very next day (For resolving the complaint, we explained the agent whole issue that tariff was changed without our concern and we prefer to stick to inr 58 plan, he very well understood and he said will resolve the issue and he disconnected the call, but there was no solution to the complaint, so on 9th july we raised another complaint (Compliant number [protected]) to which we did not receive any call and just a message saying your compliant has been resolved

        We don’t understand what needs to be done, till date we have not made any outgoing call from landline number and we intend to use it for incoming only, request you to please resolve the issue at earliest and stop sending notification to pay excess bill

        Earlier we did not intend to take this to consumer grievance portal complaining about harassment but continues notification is now leading lead us to lodge official complaint, in our family history we have never dodged single bill and paid all the bills before due date, but we can’t be forced to pay something which was changed without our concern

          My bsnl sim was stolen and the no is [protected].. I urgently need the sim to be blocked.. I tried to call customer care several times but no body picked up. I dont remenber the name of my family member against which the sim was purchased. I am not having a fir copy. Somebody is misusing my sim.. And i am worried that i cannot do anything.. I am old aged person nearly 76 years.. And nobody is there to look into the matter. I due to sickness i am unable to block the sim

            I am receiving unwanted calls and sms from the provider. Please note that i am not interested in these kinds of calls and messages and disturbed during important times. Please stop all of these as i am very much disturbed with them.

              My outgoing services were stopped although i have balance due to expiry date. So i have done 198 rupees per second plan recharge for my plan extension on 25/11/2019. I made this transaction on bsnl app and made payment through phone pe upi. It was shown that the recharge was successful and the transaction id is t1911252028299973973443 and bank ref no is[protected]. But i didn't get any message from bsnl about the recharge and when i try to make a call it is still saying that my outgoing services were stopped and will be continued after recharge although i have balance in it. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and extend my validity or else please refund my amount

                1. With due respect and humble submissions i write to following few lines for your kind consideration please.

                2. I have served with indian army since 10 years and many more peoples of my village served with others establishment. Bsnl tower successfully established of my village last two years and 90% peoples of my village are using bsnl sim. We have noticed that no mobile network are available of my entire village. It's a very serious issue because we have disconnect with our native place and family members.

                3.in view of the above you are requested to resolve the above mentioned issue at the earliest.

                4. For your info and necessary action please.

                IT does not work properly . this problem is from may month . when we go to office our request is ignored . there is always connection problem and monthly payment is done and yet they show outstanding bill .

                  I have bsnl prepaid mobile numbers, i opted for dnd to stop for all kinds of sms and calls but bsnl seems caresless and dont bother about this dnd options
                  I get dirty sms to date, get call girls call boys services, jewellers, cloth merchants, insurance, banking real estate and many more filthy messages inviting for one night sleep
                  What is trai doing without taking action against bsnl and idea, airtel which interfere as soon we make a call with promotional ivrs messages
                  I request the trai authorities to look into the matter stop unsolicited messages sent mobile companies without showing any kind of decency

                    I have received a message from bt bsnlcg saying that they have deducted rs.7 for subscribing wallpaper. But i haven't subscribed any bsnl service. I want to end this unauthorised deduction of money, for this fake reason. It's pathetic to face such a bad customer service from bsnl. They are deducting money from my prepaid sim weekly now, without consent and even for a fake reason. I believe it's a pure case of fraud and i never expected something like this from a government company. I want to stop the subscribtion and to register a complaint against bsnl. Please take necessary actions as soon as possible.

                    As we are not using our bsnl landline we are willing to remove the connection. So i request you to disconnect our landline connection as soon as possible. Please verify and remove it accordingly.

                      I have already recharge rs 33 for special validity of 90 days but yet not show in my account of mob. No.[protected]. Bsnl is fraud with me. On 22.11.19 i have debited my account with rs33 for validity. But when i called 1503 they did not receive the call and told that your validity is expired and you have to recharge. Bsnl is a national company and didn't expect from them. So please do the needful as quickly as possible

                        I have been using bsnl sim since 6 years, and now daily 5/- is being deducted from my main balance. I haven't subscribed to anything like allinone5p still daily deduction from my mobile no. [protected].
                        I have send sms for deactivation but no response regarding deactivation.
                        Please request you not to behave like private operators. Else only option left is to change the operator.

                            I am shyam from kerala, last tuesday 07th i have given you a complaint to bsnl
                            Kanhangad kasaragod kerala regardingg my bill deduction. Which is still pending which i have filed before a month to account officer in charge
                            As my phone has been not working for couple of months, due to trouble in connection and with out rectifying the problem. Bsnl was issuing bill every month, so as per now my phone is disconnected due to unsettled bill. Please do needful to solve my problem and re establish my connection.
                            I have went regional office several times and people there are such irresponsible. They really treat us like they provide a free connection and as per my concern employes who are public servants should be little dedicated to their job

                                I am writing to you because I would like to make an official complaint. My name is Pravin M.Banodha and over the past four / five months, I have been trying to get my refund back of Advance Deposit .
                                I am Account Closing date:27/07/2019
                                It has been five months since then and I have sent multiple letters of reminders. I have to say that if I don’t get my money back in the next week I will be taking this to court and I have the letter that says you will pay by the end of last month. I hope that you will do this as am sure you don’t want the hassle any more than I do. I look forward to hearing back from you.

                                  Sir,
                                  I have a landline connection of bsnl[protected]. As per the information regarding broadband free trial for one month promotion scheme of 5gb data per day in the calcutta bsnl website, installation of broadband is free and no security deposit is required. I have taken free trial scheme on 25th october, 2019. But in my telephone bill for the month of november, 2019 the install charge of rs.250 and security deposit of rs 500 has been added with my landline telephone bill.
                                  It is requested to look into the matter and waive these extra charges from my bill.

                                    I have not used the internet since august 23 but they have billed me for more 2 months howvevr i have not used it why am i supposed to pay for the things which are unused. Bsnl customer care is worst. Need solution for this. Why am i suppose to pay 4000 where in i was not informed that i have to give written communication for disconnecting the network also when i asked about the same questions will i be billed for not using the services at that time they say no you will be charge for using the services worst and fraud service

                                      I have not subscribed to this Dil dosti chatting and my amount is being deducted since 3 months. I want my money back and I tried sending SMS STOP but the message wasn't being sent. Pls stop this! I want you to refund my money as soon as possible I lost 40 rupees already!!! My money is being deducted constantly please take care of this problem right now.

                                        I have registered complaint for phone dead 6days ago. We got no response.
                                        I called them 2 days before in call center they gave me two numbers 1of them is not working and another one was received by someone he said i got transferred many days before. I called in call center today also they didn't answered my call
                                        Please take my complain with necessary action
