Fixed line [protected] broadband bsnl service in noida is out of order for more than 48 hours and is not being attended to. Earlier internet was not available but telephone was working but now line has gone dead.
Service address b-406 ram vihar sector 30 noida under up west circle.
Gm td noida circle may realize that bsnl connectivity in prestigeous army officers enclave has dwindled.
Such calous attitudes will only add to more disconnections.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I had closed my bsnl connection last year and it has been more than a year since i closed the connection and i haven't received the security deposit refund yet.

    It is really unethical to keep our deposit for such a long time and multiple request for refund of deposit amount has failed.

      I am regularly receiving message from BT-BSNLCG as under –

      "Dear customer Your pack dil dosti chatting(54000) is renewed with Rs3.0 for 3 days. To Unsub send SMS STOP or call 155223(tollfree).

      I have sent SMS and called on 155223, but nothing is happening, but still the charges are getting deducted regularly for the past 1month.

      I have never ever subscribed to this sort of pack.plz refund all the amount and unsuscribe it.

        We had requested for the disconnection of our landline connection on 15th oct. We had also received a receipt confirming the disconnection on 15th oct 2019. Even after it was confirmed that the landline has been disconnected, we are still getting billed for nov 2019. Please take the required action asap so that we no longer receive any requests for any more payments for this connection as all dues have already been paid as of 15th oct 2019. Receipts of the landline disconnection can be provided on request. Pleade let us know if you need further details

        BSNL net is not working in nokia 6.1 plus handset, when i connect to the bsnl net no internet symbol is appearing and there is no internet access, i am facing it for past one month i went to bsnl ofc, there is no use in it, it's the problem of bsnl not nokia, I request authorities to take necessary action and resolve the problem.
        "thanks for subscribing for the service video5 (57111) you have been charged rs. 5.0 successfully and your service will be delivered shortly" regularly and rs. 5.0 is deducted in my main account balance.

          Unnecessarily every 10 days rs.15 will be deducted from my balance. Without my consent who is doing all these. Trying to reach customer care from many days. The call will not connect at all. I want to know the details. Kindly look into it immediately.
          From aug 2019, every 10 days rs.10 will be deducted from my prepaid mobile currency (The number is [protected]). Tried to reach customer care multiple times. But was not able to reach them. It disconnected many times. If we get in also, the ivr will not map to any executives. After 20 mins it disconnects automatically. Not able to reach the office in person due to office timings.

            Kindly STOP the unnecessary message from 57171 -OTP for video 10 and you keep on deducting 5 rupees..Kindly stop it now.. or else I'm planning to switch to other networks.Its really annoying to lose 10 rupees every day unnecessarily..I need this issue to be sorted out as early as possible..I have also been trying to customer care which went in vain...WORST EVER NETWORK once could ever have.

              Month of incident : may 2019
              Location : fatehgunj baroda bsnl office
              Landline number[protected] was terminated in may 2019.

              The landline number termination request was submitted. Bsnl office department people came home to close the connection and they told that to take refund of security deposit amount you have to visit office.
              The instrument was returned at bsnl office at fatehgunj in may 2019.
              The officer at bsnl office, fatehgunj informed that it would take six months to process the refund.
              It is already six months since november month is over. The amount of refund is not credited to bank account.
              This complaint is lodged to get the refund which is not yet received

              Bsnl office has to expedite the resolution by processing the refund of security deposit amount for the land line terminated[protected].

                Hi,
                My grandpa is using bsnl sim. He is getting the ad messages continuously despite the stop message sent. Also, it is taking all his recharge amount. He is not able make calls due to low balance. This is happening often. See, he is living alone. Think what will he do if he is not able to make calls during any emergency.
                It is like we can unsubscribe only through his mobile. I did that many times from his mobile. Now i'm in a different location. He will not able to do all these by his own.

                Please note that we are not interested in these ad messages and calls and disturbed during important times. Kindly stop all of these.
                Can you please consider this and do the needful.

                  Facing tremendous problem frequently. From last week getting range for very short period affecting our work. Fade up o[censored]sing bsnl sims. Signals are too weak to talk from last week.
                  This is happening frequently. My whole family have bsnl numbers but facing too much problem. Why bsnl cant solve the problem. Is bsnl going to extend validity for the period for which range is not available to us?

                      I regret that despite my written complaints dated 15.07.2019 and 31.10.2019 duly receipted vide dairy no.320 and 441 respectively, bsnl continue to deduct some amount from my acount without any authorisation. I understand that bsnl is in loss but that is no way to make for the loss. I fail to understand where to expose the wrong doings of bsnl. My repeated smss at the stated numbers to stop and not to activate any of such services has fallen on deaf ears. Nobody is simply bothered and perhaps that is the reason of downfall of bsnl that loyal customers are being forced to switch to other oprators.

                        Date of incident: 28-sept-2019. Client a/c no: [protected].
                        Complaint no: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. As the issue was not resolved after the first complaint, multiple complaints raised on 30-sept-19, 4-oct-19, 12-oct-19. Also talked to customer care executive multiple times: with mrs. Manju on 28-sept-19, with mr. Shailesh on 12-oct-19.
                        After all of these efforts and multiple complaints, all the time request were cancelled within one day and no electrician visited for the solution.

                        The issue was reported first on 28-sept-19 as landline was not operational. For the first complaint [protected], electrician visited but he refused to solve the problem and said this cannot be solved by me. After that as mentioned above multiple complaint raise but no electrician visited after many escalations and office visit as well.

                        The landline is un-operational since 28-sept-19 and bsnl has raised the bill for deal landline. Firstly intentionally they are not resolving the issue and second thing they are charging bill for which service is not provided and sending message for disconnection on daily basis if bill not paid. As i have not been provided the service by bsnl so there should not be any bill and i am not liable to pay anything.

                        Desirable outcome: they should resolve the technical issue and should not raise bill for un-operational days.

                        Request to review the case and may please suggest.

                          Our line nu[protected] had out of service from june'2018. Then on[protected] we submitted application for re bet in bill. After this on[protected] we submitted application for close our land line number & land line deposit rs.3000/- pay back to us. But till date we don't get any info, any feed back & not a chq of deposit amount.
                          Please kindly help us on above this matter. And take necessary serious action against bsnl.

                            Hi team,

                            When we got this connection installed we only opted for free incoming and our billing use to be around inr 58 as we don't use landline for making outgoing calls, for couple of months we received bill of inr 58 which was our plan, but recently since last two month we are receiving bill of inr 350+, when we received 1st excess bill we immediately raised complaint to bsnl on 8th july (Compliant number [protected]) and we received sms next day saying complaint has been assigned to mr. J. S. Rokade, and also received call from bsnl nasik office very next day (For resolving the complaint, we explained the agent whole issue that tariff was changed without our concern and we prefer to stick to inr 58 plan, he very well understood and he said will resolve the issue and he disconnected the call, but there was no solution to the complaint, so on 9th july we raised another complaint (Compliant number [protected]) to which we did not receive any call and just a message saying your compliant has been resolved

                            We don’t understand what needs to be done, till date we have not made any outgoing call from landline number and we intend to use it for incoming only, request you to please resolve the issue at earliest and stop sending notification to pay excess bill

                            Earlier we did not intend to take this to consumer grievance portal complaining about harassment but continues notification is now leading lead us to lodge official complaint, in our family history we have never dodged single bill and paid all the bills before due date, but we can’t be forced to pay something which was changed without our concern

I dont remenber the name of my family member against which the sim was purchased. I am not having a fir copy. Somebody is misusing my sim.. And i am worried that i cannot do anything..                                   My outgoing services were stopped although i have balance due to expiry date. So i have done 198 rupees per second plan recharge for my plan extension on 25/11/2019. I made this transaction on bsnl app and made payment through phone pe upi. It was shown that the recharge was successful and the transaction id is t1911252028299973973443 and bank ref no is[protected]. But i didn't get any message from bsnl about the recharge and when i try to make a call it is still saying that my outgoing services were stopped and will be continued after recharge although i have balance in it. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and extend my validity or else please refund my amount

Bsnl tower successfully established of my village last two years and 90% peoples of my village are using bsnl sim. We have noticed that no mobile network are available of my entire village. It's a very serious issue because we have disconnect with our native place and family members.

                                      I have bsnl prepaid mobile numbers, i opted for dnd to stop for all kinds of sms and calls but bsnl seems caresless and dont bother about this dnd options
                                      I get dirty sms to date, get call girls call boys services, jewellers, cloth merchants, insurance, banking real estate and many more filthy messages inviting for one night sleep
                                      What is trai doing without taking action against bsnl and idea, airtel which interfere as soon we make a call with promotional ivrs messages
                                      I request the trai authorities to look into the matter stop unsolicited messages sent mobile companies without showing any kind of decency

                                        I have received a message from bt bsnlcg saying that they have deducted rs.7 for subscribing wallpaper. But i haven't subscribed any bsnl service. I want to end this unauthorised deduction of money, for this fake reason. It's pathetic to face such a bad customer service from bsnl. They are deducting money from my prepaid sim weekly now, without consent and even for a fake reason. I believe it's a pure case of fraud and i never expected something like this from a government company. I want to stop the subscribtion and to register a complaint against bsnl. Please take necessary actions as soon as possible.
