Applied for a land line connection to bsnl thrikkakara, kochi office by end of july 2019, after a week while checking customer service said, phone number allotted, but unable to provide phone due due to no cable available in that area.

Many times approached bsnl authorities, no response at all, contacted sub divisional engineer, divisional engineer, no resposnse at all.
Always one reply, wait, no cable available, works...

Without my consent or application bsnl cut my landline connection, i enjoying with annual bsnl plan in june 2019, suddenly my landline connection cut in august 2019, i was not informed prior to cut connection without any reason than i requested to bsnl again my connection jointed but all new connection charges applied in next bill with plan changed to general again i requested than plan changed to annual, why my billing rs approx 1400 when...

Why my landline connection cut without my consent or letter, if you connection cut and reconnect, why new connection charges applied, please amend as soon as possible thanks

Because of lot of recharging issue, i want to port my bsnl mobile no. (+91 [protected]) to some other network. But even after typing the correct format and sent to 1900 on 8th october 19, code was not reciveded till now but sms cost deducted, customercare always told for several times for wait. So please resolve this issue as early as possible.

To change service provider of my bsnl number, i sent text message port to 1900 several times to get mnp code. But in reply bsnl is not providing mnp code. Even the status of messages are showing pending.
I find this issue intentional and hereby lodging a complaint against bsnl through you expecting appropriate steps.

I had planing to port my BSNL prepaid number [protected] to Another operator.
but hire i am not received unique porting code

Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

Dear authority,

My bsnl landline phone is dead over a month, several complaint has been done to the authority but there is no response. As a result there is no broadband connection, no landline connection. Its really a pathetic situation. Is it the way the bsnl give service to their customer? Solve it or otherwise we will discontinue the services without any prior notice.

My self m. Harish using bsnl (Oldest network & its purely belongs to government).

On 7th oct 2019 around 8:30pm i got spam call from bsnl ([protected]) saying bsnl telemarketing in true caller. To my surprise the moment i lift call, they deducted 30/-.

I never seen in this way bsnl cheat customers.

I requested customer care to refund but they saying helpless. They replied...

This month (Oct 19) i have received invoice no ndcup[protected] dated 04-oct-2019 which shows adjustment of rs 899/- for the above mentioned landline.

I made online payment (Through sbi) of my gsm mobile today i. E. 9th oct 19. The payment was for the invoice no:[protected] received earlier this month. The amount is rs 117/-.

The online receipt did not get downloaded.

I received an sms from bt-bsnlcg stating "your pack dil dosti chatting (54000*) is due for renewal of[protected]. It will be renewed for 3 days at rs 3.0. To unsub sms stop or call to155223 (Tollfree)."

It came from the message center : 91-[protected] on 8 oct 2019 08:35:21

However, i absolutely did not subscribe to dil dosti chatting and have never even heard of it. So they have deducted...

My internet connection not working properly from the beginning of august. Only get specific intervals. I complained in bsnl customer care multiple times but they closed the complaint. I complained in bsnl exchange also and they checked and said this is a line problem and no line-man is there to solve the issue. I am paying monthly for nothing

They deduct amount from my main balance even if i do not subscribe to the service. The customer care do not have any answers of my complaint. I recharged with 429 rupee plan for 3.2 gb per day on 18 september, after that on 1 of october i am getting only 1 gb per day
