I did port from jio prepaid to bsnl prepaid, i went to the bsnl office branch on sep 20th. I gave my aadhar and a passport photo and register using my credentials on the application form. They gave me the receipt and the bsnl 4g sim.

On sep 26 the jio service is off, then i inserted the bsnl sim, i got the warning message as "registration failed". I have provided the necessary documents and the id proofs. Please activate the sim card as soon as possible. My number is [protected].

    Hi, i have recharged a wrong number. Could you please cancel the recharge and revert it back to my original payment method. Reference number :[protected]. My original payment was done through oxigen agent. The recharge was done today i. E., sept 25, 2019. The recharge was done for rupees : 485 plan. Please help me out in this wrong transaction by cancelling the recharge and reverting it back to me.

    No network it is more than 30hrs my daily data is getting wasted I am not able to receive my OTP. My mobile number is [protected] and is from Bihar circle and there not getting connected and i am in roaming at Rourkela. Please help me. It has happened 3rd within one month. I have also tried Twitter but I am not getting any reply.
    Surrendered my telephone instrument on 19/02/2018 in my exchange.

    Lodged two times complaint of on non receipt of security deposit .

    No correspondence nor any news about refund of security deposit.

      My incoming calls were barred so i recharged my number with full talktime of 220 rs. It says it will expire today itself. I cannot reverse my recharge and this message is being received "you are not correct source dealer, do not try again". I sent a mail to helpdesk, i have not received any reply. Please help. Also how to stop incoming barring.

        They deduct amount from your balance even if you do not subscribe to the service. The customer care people do not have answer, they just ask whether you want to continue the service or stop the service.

        Bsnl and its allies in the value added services part are cheating customers. I have suffered from such instances two times and want people to act against it and complain to the authorities so that we will not suffer from such problems.

          Dear sir, just now i paid my bsnl landline no.[protected] and [protected] bill through online mode. But did not get receipt for it. I have received sms from bank about successful payment. Could you pl arrange to mail me receipts for both above landline asap. At the end instead of getting receipt as usual i have received a very big chain of ghost characters.

            I was ported my mobile number [protected] on december 2018. The number got activated, recharged and started using. After few days i called to bsnl customer care for some help. But they said that my number is belongs to aircel. (I called from the same bsnl registered sim, recharged as per bsnl plans). And the customer care executive hesitated to respond and cut my call. I urged to bsnl exchange. They said, “we can’t do anything. Anyway it is working, then why are you worried??”. This was the response i got from them. I registered a complaint on bsnl portal. But i did not get any proper response.
            Now i am in trouble, i am not able to send any sms from my number. Customer care also not supporting in this case. I am not even able to send port request to 1900.

              Sir,
              My wimax connection (Lb[protected] is not working from 16/09/2019. I tried to register a complaint through toll free number ([protected]) but the agent said that their network is down so they can not take complaints. I tried 4 days continuously, always their replay is like this.
              Malayattoor telephone exchange already stopped wimax support, and said that they don't have facilities to serve us.
              When i call kalady telephone exchange they also do not answer the phone call. What will i do to solve this issue...??

                  I have lodge complaints on 08/09/19 my customer id: 2446308 for cheated money by online shopping pvt. Ltd. Your company representative mr. Samir, mob. No.[protected] & [protected] taken handled subject. But also he gradually cheated me by 3/4 days with apply his technique and after that he withdraw huge money (From andhra bank — rs. 2, 04, 578/- & hdfc bank - rs. 2, 33, 750 alongwith fd money rs. 5, 000/-) from two bank a/c, now my bank balance is zero. I want to take action immediately against to him and refund
                  My total (I. E. Rs. 2, 04, 578 + rs. 2, 33, 750=rs. 4, 38, 328/-) cheated money through my both bank account as early as possible.

                    I am colonel shailendra kumar. I am in posession of bsnl landline phone no. [protected] (Customer id [protected]). I have cleared all my bills till jul 19. Screenshot related to clearance of all bills is attached. However for the month of aug 19, i have been given a bill of rs 2398.00 which includes pending charges of rs 1299.00. These pending charges have been incorrectly shown. Please direct bsnl for necessary amendment of the concerned bill at the earliest. Thanks.

                        My broadband speed is very slow

                        My plan 291

                        The recommended speed according to the plan is 8 mbps but i am getting only 500kbps (Day) to 1mbps (Night).

                        This speed is very low, please fix my issue as soon as possible. To watch 5 minutes
                        Of youtube video, while watching buffering takes again and again even at 144p which takes 15 minutes to watch 5 minutes video.

                        Please fine what's the issue and help me in getting my recommend speed as per plan.

                          My wife by mistake dialed my Indian mobile while we were in the USA instead
                          o[censored]sing the local phone. Hardly she was one minute on the phone. For that
                          one minute call I have been billed Rs.64460.34. When I was in the USA I
                          used Reliance. It cost only ten cent for one minute call. I requested BSNL PGM
                          Mr. Janardhanav Rao and other BSNL officials to reduce to prevailing call
                          rate. They refused to reduce. I am
                          I approaching Consumer Court help
                          me. I wanted to meet PGM. His secretary did not want to give appointment. Also he did not pick up his phone.

                            My name is abhimanyu. I had recharged the wrong bsnl number using google pay. When i tried to revert those charges using sms i got reply from bsnl "you are not correct source dealer. Do not try again". What is this. I've lost money. Please help me get it back. The wrong number is actually a valid one. So someone has received the recharge. Please help.

                              I got my bsnl prepaid mobile no. [protected] recharged for rs 50.00 on 14 sep 2029 via net banking (Karnataka bank) and again for rs 50.00 on the same day via net banking (Hdfc bank). Bsnl reference ids are pgsm[protected] and pgsm[protected] respectively. Both transactions failed, but the concerned amounts of rs 50.00 and 50.00 have not yet been reversed by bsnl. Please direct bsnl for early reversal please. Thanks.

                                My bsnl number [protected] has been lost.

                                I kept it in my wallet but it got misplaced

                                Bsnl guidelines :-
                                To block your bsnl sim call customer care 1503 (From bsnlphone)/[protected] (From other networks) or you can break sim card and flush sim it will automatically block after 6 months.
                                And if you want it to be permanently closed, then in addition with your application, you’ve to give photostat copy of your any id like driving license, adhar card, voter card etc. To your nearest bsnl office. Your number will be closed permanently then.

                                  No matter how many times we complaint, bsnl officers don’t have any answer when the issue will be resolved. For the phone and internet which s not working, we r paying the bill too. Would like to know when the issue will be resolved. Phone and internet stopped working from the day pits were dug for metro water pipeline connection.
                                  Complaint s against bsnl pallikaranai, chennai office. Already a complaint raised is open and unattended.

                                    This complaint is in reference to our broadband number [[protected]], please not that we have been facing the problem from last 20 days.

                                    The internet stopped working on august 27, 2019. We have lodged a complaint several times but it was told it will get resolved within 24hrs and without any visit they mark it as resolved. Now we have got a bill which should be waived off as we are not using any service since last 20 days.

                                    I would request you to waived off all the charges on the bill. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for last 20 days.

                                    Please treat this matter as urgent and resolve it asap.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I want to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory working of our land phone[protected] we have lodged a number of complaints but to no avail. It has not been working properly for the last two weeks. Either the phone becomes dead or otherwise it works one way only. So, we are facing a number of problems regarding this. The telephone disorders have grown to be a serious problem. Most of the times it lies dead. The service provided is very poor.
                                      I have no benefit over this phone now.
                                      I registered a complaint regarding this issue on 07-september-2019, complaint docket no:[protected], but so far no one has noticed this complaint.

                                      Please proceed immediately and take necessary action as soon as possible
                                      We do sincerely hope that you will realize the urgency and do the needful immediately.

                                        Hi. I am lab chandra halder. My phone number is [protected]. My problem is - maximum time cell network of my area is out of service. After that the network come after 2-3 day. I try to call customer but the number 1503 not working maximum time. Also try to call bsnl customer care from others number.
                                        They registrar my complain. My complain no 1i13310417. They said with in 3 day (Till 16.09.19), your problem will be solved. But that time was gone and that's what the problem was.

                                        Please solve my network issues as fast as possible.
                                        Because in my number, i get very important calls.

                                        On 5th September 2019, I paid the bill for BSNL landline through Gpay UPI ID and the money was deducted from my account but and received a message from the bank saying the account has been debited for Rs.xxxx but later I received a message from BSNL that the transaction failed.
