    Sir, I have a BSNL No [protected]. This no. is used by me passed so many year. On[protected] I got recharge it with RS428/- this plan has net as well as voice pack. After the recharge I found that the net is not working. I requested the customer care. They did not resolve my problem After some time they agree to register my complaint The DOCK NO .is 2H31284359. They tolled me that same may be resolve with in 12 hours. At 2.50 pm they called me from the [protected] I told them my problem . On 2.52pm they sent a sms that your complaint has been disposed off. I again called them same is not disposed off. They told me that we are taking the steps to solve your problem . Sir, these people have stop my incoming and outgoing call. Till date same is closed. Your are requested to ask them to refind my money with 18% interest. So that I can take the services from other provider .

      Towards surrendering and refund of amount.

      Your jayanagar 5th block office had on 20/8/19 had
      Requested to credit the amount by transferring to my
      Fibernet account [protected] (Phone[protected].
      Accordingly balance amount of rs, 3119/- remitted on 20/8/19 itself. Hence there is no due from my
      Side. Telephoning me and harrassing me that your line
      Would be disconnected is not in order.
      Please verify at your end and confirm compliance.

      This is to bring into your notice that, there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house and it is not in use. Cables are laying and it is creating a lot. We are not able park the vehicles in front of our house. Also we our house is under construction.
      Kindly arrange to remove or shift to the corner.

        My phone set is not working since 2 months.. I have complained many times but no one from bsnl came for the replacement..
        I am based in surat kindly replace my phone set.
        The issue with phone set is that it keeps on ringing even if we pick up the handset and also it disconnects in the middle of the conversation..

          landline/ incoming isd calls not working

          Whenever my mother try to call from an international number to my landline number in j&k its ivr telling number doesnt exist.. Could you tell what might be the problem in the landline number how to fix it. The landline number is from dalgate area and number is 2501846. And i am calling to this number from saudi..           My bsnl prepaid mobile number (Protected) is getting unwanted and unnecessary smss and other astrology and health matters which are not interested are posting to me. Even if i delete the blody messages my available balance is deducted and sending a message "your last call is charged this much amount" and still if you want to unsubscribe send a sms to so and so number, that message will fail. Mostly i am getting from ba, bt, which i don't want.

          I request you to please kindly note the above and do the needful. Once again i request you to please stop all these junk.

            Sir, i recharge my mob no. [protected] on 30 aug 2019 of rs 20 in
            Which i have to get rs 14.95 talk time, but instead of that i get 265 free sms for 15 days. Sir i call customer care 3 to 4 times but i do not get satisfactory answer from them.
            They are asking that this is 3rd party problem from which you make request of recharge or make payment.

              I have lost my bsnl sim card and customer care is not helping at all to deactivate the number.
              I want to block my number [protected].
              Bsnl customer care is redirecting from one to another from past 2 hours and no help. It is really irresponsible. No way to file a complain.. No way to block the sim, which cause a security issue.
              It is customer cares duty to help the people in this case, but either numbers are not working or they are not helping.
              It is highly important for a customers service to listen to people’s complaint atleast when the person is saying it is an emergency

                  On 23rd aug, i got a text message thanking me for subscribing to silverscreengupshup (55050) service and i have been charged rs 10.0 for that. I have no idea what that is. So i immediately called the toll-free number came with the text message to stop this subscription. There were no response from the other side. I called the number twice, still no response. I thought the service is deactivated. Today on 28th aug i got another message saying that my silverscreengupshup (55050) pack is due for renewal! I haven't subscribed it in the first place. I immediately called the toll-free number, they told me i have activated this service through call. To be honest i don't even attend those calls. This is cheating from bsnl charging their customer for the services they don't even heard of. It may not be a unique incident.

                    I would like to submit that i surrendered my telephone 2595779 on 20.01.2018 and i applied for refund on 20.03.2018, the concerned clerk told me to come after six months and i visited him twice after six months, but every time i was told that they have not received the cheque.
                    On 23.10.2018 i again visited bsnl office and talked to a. O cash, he gave me in writing with his seal that they have not receive the cheque...

                        Bsnl had offered to my broadband phone free amazon prime videos in september 2018. From october 2018. They started adding rs.489/- in the bill stating as one time charges for hungama movies, songs, games, and it continued till august 2019 bill as one time charges, thereby collecting around rs.5, 000/- excess amount so far. I had not subscribed/registered for hungama services from my phone or from my e-mail but somebody played some mischief and hence i am charged unnecessarily in the monthly bill.
