    I surrendered my land line Tele No[protected] in feb 2015. On surrendering I submitted an application regarding the place where to post the refund and I gave my home address in vindhya nagar distt singrauli . After few months when I enquired about my refund, BSNL replied that account officer MR. VERMA been transfer from waidhan office, and they've already despatched it to my PREVIOUS BILLING ADDRESS.but till date I have not reced any cheque in this regard. Further I contacted the Accounts Department waidhan distt singrauli. They show me on PC, MY REFUND status . till date no action taken by bsnl waidhan .
    The details what I saw in PC is as under :-
    Refund request no -RE [protected] - REQUEST STATUS -IN PROGRESS
    BILLING AC NO -[protected] - REFUND APPROVED DATE -27.02.2018
    REFUND TYPE – UP FRONT – COMMENTS – TO BE REFUNDED

    AOTR APPROVED AMT RS. 971/-
    BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECD ANY AMT FROM BSNL
    I REQUEST U THAT KINDLY REFUND MY SECUIRITY AMT ALONG WITH INTREST

    I have submitted my land line telephone bearing the no.[protected] at BSNL office of Daund MH and requested for deposited amount.After confirmation with BSNL that was processed and got approval of refundthe amount Rs 499 and Approved doccument no is [protected] dt 17/05/2018. But as on today 01/03/2019 i did not received my refund amount.

      Ll telephone number[protected] surrendered and disconnected from 2nd august 2018and refund of security deposit not received though eight months passed. Pl arrange refund at earliest by transferring into my sbi account or through cheque to my address. I am pursuing the matter with bsnl officials continuously from last six months at nagpur. But could not getting proper response. So early action is appreciated.

        I am having bsnl mobile sim [protected]. Constant charging for gprs usage (Which i never knowingly requested) is happening during recent days. My requirement is that all facilities except call and message options are to be get cancelled. Other methods like contacting customer care services over phone were not successful. Kindly inform / instruct me the following

        1. What for i am being charged in the name of gprs?

        2. Who and when the gprs facility was requested?

        3. How can i get these facilities stopped? (Methods like contacting customer care services over phone were not successful.)

          I surrendered my landline bsnl phone no 25941997 on 25/08/2018. My deposit has not been credited to my account till date even after lapse of 8 months. I visited the office several times and met the concerned accounts officer but nothing has been done so far to resolve this issue. See i am 77 years old and therefore it is not possible to visit the office frequently.
          I therefore request you to please look into this matter and instruct bsnl as deemed fit.

          I posted A COMPLAINT on 20-04-19. regarding non payment of my telephone (no[protected] surrender money . Nothing has been done so far nor any update has been received by me from BSNL. Please expedite.

            Hi, my internet is not working for last 2 month, for last 1 month its completely down. I tried calling the support guys unfortunately no one is responding. Even i tried to register via online, but it says my "my landline details are incorrect". I pay all my charges via bsnl portal and the same portal is not allowing to raise a complaint. Also when i took the connection they promised me a modem with power backup, unfortunately from the day 1, i haven't got the battery. Not sure how to sort this out.

              Bsnl isn't providing 4g internet. The sim agent promised that 4g or 5g services would start in bsnl from april as it is new financial year but it didn't happen as it was promised.
              When i'm trying to send port mesage to 1900, the message isn't getting delivered.
              Please help me in getting it ported to any other service provider who can give 4g service.

                We've paid the b. S. N. L. Bill of february 2019, but the next bill of march included the february months bill. So we paid only march months bill. But bsnl staff disconnected our broadband, claiming we didn't paid the bill for 2 months.

                I've attached the bill photographs here with. I did contacted the bsnl xchange, customer care. Issue not resolved yet.

Population density of this area is above 500. Network coverage in this area is very low. Data is one more problem.

                    Can u provide the caller tune song code of mounamgane yedhagamani song from the film naa autograph or please send the website where it is available.
                    Using the same caller tune from past 8 years. Then song got changed automatically without my knowledge. Have raised many complaints regarding this. Didn't get any positive response from customer care as of now.

                      The customer care executive is non supportive, rude and unprofessional.
                      Please take some action against her.
                      Each time we have to visit the office she makes us wait even when there are no customers. She refuses to give her name.
                      She does not even care for senior citizens.
                      How can you employ such rude employees? She is just not interested to give any prompt services then why is she working.?

                        My ffth connection number is [protected], i raised a complaint (~15 days now). Till now no update from bsnl. The uploading and downloading speed is less than 2 mbps most of the time and even unable to read a newspaper. Very bad customer service from bsnl side. I called up kothamangalam, pothanikkad bsnl offices', customer care numbers, most of the time they are not picking up the phone, and if picked very bad response from the bsnl employees. They are telling kerala vision has to fix the issue. When i check with the kerala vision they are telling bsnl is not giving correct band width and many customer has the same issue. If bsnl is not able to fix this issue, kindly refund my last 15 days billing charges and security deposit.

                          I am receiving 57171 generated otp everyday 3/4 times since last 2weeks though i have not done any activity which would send otp. I suspect that someone is trying to flush out money from my account. I am in a fix as to what to do. The issue is very serious.
                          Please advice me. How i can stop this fraudulent activity by someone with intention of causing harm to me

                              My incoming calls facility is not working when anyone dial my number it shows incorrect told by the company but outging calls is working proper. Please solve this problem my important calls are not coming. I have purchased this sim from gujarat but now i am using this sim in uttar pradesh. Whenever i am calling to customer service they told me that there is no information available.

                                I getting a message of a rs 0.03 deduction in a bsnl sim due to internet usage even though i have wifi connectivity?
                                I got this message in a regular intervals..in a day approximately 15-20 times a day..
                                I already complaint to bsnl customer care.. They said its already deactivated and your problem is solved. But this flash message continue comes..
                                I got deducted approx 100 rs from this..
                                Kindly solve my problem

                                  Bsnl has now disconnected my phone and says i need to goto their office for reconnection. I am a wheelchair patient and cannot afford to travel. Please help me. And the people in the office (Bsnl kothrud pune) would only speak in marathi even when i told them i do not understand marathi.

                                  I had to come to pune, because of transfer of my job. Do i have to learn marathi now?

                                    I am yawar hussain lone from ganeshbal pahalgam district anantnag of state jammu and kashmir. I had lost my bsnl sim card of no. [protected] and i want to block it immediately. While i was travelling to my native village i lost it in my way. Someone can make fraud by miss using my sim. I don't want to get defamed. So pleasei request your goodself to block my sim card as soon as possible.

                                    For about one week there is no signal of BSNL in mothinagar, Hyderabad. I stay in Janapriya Metropolis apartment and not getting any signal in my apartment. I need to go to different location to receive the phone calls, OTP or messages.

                                    Looking forward to a solution as soon as possible.
                                    Myself aged 79years have approached the branch for refund of security deposit after closure of BSNL no 2334682..for which no response received yet inspite of one year lapse
                                    Rightful n speedy action required with interest on the deposit refund amount too.,
                                    More than a week the net is extremely slow and the signal strength is always E.

But the amount credited into the BSNL ACCOUNT in two times.. I have contacted call center of BSNL...kindly return the money or carry forward the amount after completion of 74 days ( expiry of plan ) ... but BSNL staff didnot respond...kindly do needful...

                                      From the past 2 years my outgoing sms is not working inspite of lodging a complaint by individually visiting the BSNL office at Panbazar. My number is [protected]. The complaint was in the form of register entry last year and they promised they would solve the matter but till date no such action was taken
                                      Here I am texting you to complain that today I had an unwanted call. So it made so many disturbance to my family. Therefore I require the call details of 1st April 2019. If you give me the detail then I can go Legally that's why. I will anticipate your response.

                                        My landline no[protected] remains dead frequently. For last 7 days it is dead and broad band is not working. I have registered complains several times, but to no effect. Why should i continue to remain a bsnl customer and pay monthly charges without using service? This is probably the reason behind customers surrendering bsnl landlines and bsnl is making losses. Such poor customer service of bsnl is unacceptable to tax payers like us.
