I would like to bring to your kind notice that rs. 30 is often deducted by 57171. You are requested to stop such deduction immediately otherwise. I have to approach consumer forum to sort this matter or i have to discontinue with bsnl service

Such deductions were not there last 1 year. Such are being done from last 3 to 4 months. Does bsnl has any such plans of deducting amount from prepaid accounts for voice calls.

Hence you take matter seriously to avoid any legal consequences.

I changed my old landline subscription tarif plan to new one on 31st Dec 2018 from 250/Month to 125/ per month. I also opted for full one year advance bill with discount .However I received messages and reminders for the bill which was generated for ₹2279.Inspite of several telphonic contact with manager requesting for correction, nothing done
I lost my phone I tried calling BSNL customer care several times but call is not connected .
I am unable to connect the customer care service
Please block my number as soon as possible to avoid missuse of the sim

    I received fraud call for refunding my debited amount of bank of india account.
    Please check below attached file of mail which i received from consumer complaints.
    Is this correct email of consumer complaints?

    Received a fraud call from this no. : [protected] and he told me he is calling from consumer complaints & told me he will refund amount through upi.
    And he sent request on phone pay from this no : [protected] and told me to pay 24999 but i declined his request.

    Please check and take action otherwise he will do the same thing with other people.

      My mobile no. [protected], i got many otp from 57171 and then after some time debit rs. 5 from my mobile balance.
      Message -
      "your otp is 853415"
      This message send many time in a day
      And then send message
      "dear user, you are charged rs 5 for the service laila. Thanks for using bsnl service."

      I complained many time to bsnl customer care they say now no more deduction again and active dnd service. But not solve my problem.

        I am receiving fake otp sms from 57171 in my bsnl no [protected]. Saying that i have been deducted some charges for some services divya_14. But i have never done such type of things and i always use my mobile judiciously. But this is spam. I have called bsnl customer, they are totally useless, saying we can't do anything for otp. I request you to escalate the matter. I am already filling an police complain on this matter in my local ps against this spam.

          I attempted for online recharge o[censored]nlimited calls for cell number [protected] on 24th feb 2019 for rs.99 through icici bank imobile app. Here is the transaction id [protected]. The money has been debited from my account, but recharge is unsuccessful. I didn't get message for the successful recharge.
          Please check and refund it as soon as possible.

            Ra 30 is often deducted for voice chat by 57171 against by mobile number [protected]. Such deduction may please be blocked immediately and permanently.
            This is not at all convenient and i feel unnecessary for me. Such deductions should be done only if the customer writes for it or give their acceptance. I hope you would take immediate action and see that it is stopped immediately as per my request.
            Hope you would arrange to get the needful done and oblige

              I disconnected my landline connection on 14 january. But bsnl is still continue charging bill of february months. I have a receipt proof of disconnected date & they also not returning security deposit money.

              I have raised this complaint many time to bsnl office. But no one is responding on my related issue.

              I hardly request to resolve my issue on complaining against bsnl

                  sim not activated after 2 days, no response.

                  Bsnl cymn is not working from 2 weeks, i have bought a simple number sim from the dealer and even after 2 days of submitting the proofs via application, it is not activated.
                  The customer care is saying, documents not received, while the dealer is saying everything is done. There is no cancelation message or anything.
                  I am trying from 1 month, how would customers stick to your company, if you guys cannot improve single thing.br...

                  Hello,

                  Complaint registered on 16th feb 2019 about my broadband internet connection is not working.
                  But, no one tried to resolve this issue so far.

                  Today, 22nd feb 2019 spoke with subhashnagar exchange, karimnagar je and he promised to resolve it today, but status is same and no one called or visited my home to resolve the issue.

                  Appreciate, if escalate this issue to be resolved by higher authorities on top priority basis.

                    I received an SMS on 15/02/2019 at 9.17 am, telling me that I have successfully subscribed to ZIndagi rocks and they deducted Rs 30/- for it. I immediately called and spoke to a Customer Care representative, who told me that I received a call and have activated the service during the call.

                    Even after repeatedly telling her that I never got any calls on my phone, she said no refund is possible and all she can do is unsubscribe the service. I told her this is unacceptable and she informed that she will put a complaint . It will be resolved in 72 hours and wait till that for more information.

                    I have called BSNL twice after that. Even after 72 hours, the next customer care representative who spoke with me said no such complaints he is able to see and no refund is possible.

                    This is clearly unacceptable service from BSNL. I am terribly disappointed that after so many years of being a loyal customer, this is how they treat us. I had very recently recharged my mobile with 200/- and the very next day, this incident happens.

                    When I had low balance, there were no subscriptions or anything I had problems with. One day I recharged and this is how they make customers fools .

                    I hope something can be done about this. Please do help.

                      I m a. Chandrakumar having the bsnl landline connection in my father home and i have converting my office name kishore enterprises having the landline phone number as[protected]
                      But, in the telephone bill, my father name is printing as anandavel e

                      And the address of my office is not full as i need the full address for giving the bsnl bill as a resident proof for my father application.
                      The full address of my office is:
                      # 27/1, m. H. Colony 1st main road, aminjikarai,
                      Chennai - 600 029.

                      So, i want the changes in my name from anandavel a p to kishore enterprises and i want the address to be updated as i have mentioned above.

                      So, please help me in sorting out these problems... I will be waiting for ur help in the form of solution for my problems...

                        My land phone no: [protected] along with BB connection under Anchal telephone exchange became out of order from 19.8.2018 to 13.11.2018. within the period I had remitted the bills up to 30.9.2018. I had noticed the facts to the AO KollamThey had directed me that a request for the same may be send through the SDE Anchal and hence I had submitted a request on 20.12.2018 in which I had stated to exempt the rent for the not working period may be exempted and adjusting the remitted amount in future bills . There after the phone became out of order from 17.12.2018 to 27.12.2018 and 1.1.2019 to 7.1.2019. But no action is taken by them and hence I had not remitted the remaining bills. Therefore the out going service and BB were withdrawn on the middle of January 2019.
                        I had given a request on 4.2.2019 to the SDE Anchal for disconnecting the telephone.He had handed over the same to the JTO and directed to disconnect the service. As per the direction of the JTO the copies of bank passbook and Aadar were submitted on 4.2.2019. The land phone was handed over on 5.2.2019. Due to non disconnection I met the JTO on 13.2.2019 and remaindered. She said that my request is not in her custody. After searching on her table and trace out the same and passed the customer care wing. They had collect my cellphone no: and said that the DE will call me. But the DE is not call me or disconnect the phone till date.

                        I have surrendered my landline phone at BSNL, Khamla exchange Nagpur on 13.6.2018. Since then I have enquired about my refund of security deposit, but received no response from bsnl officials.

                            I am representing my village named kirbet. It is in taluka sangmeshwar, district ratnagiri. We are facing a huge problem of mobile tower netowrk also. We already have a mobile tower in our place but now in dead condition. There is other villeges surrounding named, devde, bhovde facing same problem of netowork. So much houses under the coverage of such towert. I am kindly requesting you to take this problem as seriously and do the needful.

                            I have installed a Bsnl landline and broadband connection few days past. Since installation, I have disturbance in my landline phone and broadband speed is very very slow like zero only.

                              The BSNL network has been down for around 5-6 hours now. It's impossible to get anything down when your entire network is disabled. This is a recurring issue with BSNL along with terrible customer care. They fail to revert back on customer complaints and continue with their erratic, unreliable and grossly incompetent services. Considering this is a government-owned network, shouldn't we expect some level of standard in terms of effeciency.

                              More than 20 Days Service was Down and several times I have raised the complaints, Also I paid 2, 200 now BSNL Billed One Time Charges of INR 1879.65 which was not intimated at signing of New Connection Document.

                                I am holding BSNL no.[protected], while taking the new connection i have opted for basic plan under which i used to get bill amount as rs.110 to rs.130 but to my surprise bill generated 06th feb holding monthly rental charges as rs.250.00, i have not requested for any plan change.
                                Tried customer care & POC of my division they simply said request raised by you if you want to change the plan visit our branch.
                                Feeling irritated by the reply from BSNL. Please give me a solution on this or provide me process to surrender my Lanline.

                                    bsnl signal is weak in perumbakkam

                                    I live in perumbakkam, (Oxygen by urban tree, off gandhi nagar society, pushkin street, nookampalayam road). The signal is very weak (Almost nil) in that area. There are around 1000 families in my community and there are around 10 communities in the area. We are unable to make a call even. We had to come out to open area or balcony to make a call. Please make necessary arrangements in getting a strong signal around the area....

                                    Please note that i have surrendered my bsnl landline facility with no. 23524572 on 29th may 2018. On 20th june i had received only handset instrument deposit amount as refund in my bank account. When i enquired with vijaynagar accounts dept.in sept. Last week about non-receipt of security deposit amount of rs. 2499/= they informed it is pending with neft section at head office. But they have not given any contact phone no. Or e-mail id for further enquiry. Now it is more than 9 months over. Hence sending this mail for your kind consideration to follow-up and refunding the deposit amount at the earliest as already it is 9months over after surrendering my bsnl land line facilty having no. 23524572.

                                    Kindly do the needful immediately.
