I bolagani venkateswarlu serving in indian air force. I have the honour to state that
I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card during train journey. My mobile no. Was [protected] and imei no : 352704/07/977338/9. Recently i have known that someone using my mobile. When i call my number he switch off the mobile. So i want to block the sim card so that he will not mis use my sim. But the bsnl officials say that they require last recharge amount of mobile. How i supposed to know my last recharge as recharge amount always various time to time. They also said that there is no secondary option to block the sim card. Sir i request you to intervene in this matter. I humble request the bsnl to block my sim immediately please.

    I have been using bsnl sim card for the past few years and it suddenly stopped working and i am unable to find the reason as my handset is working properly. Please help me with this. Presently i am using the phone number [protected]. I have tried different sims in my ohones and they appeared to be working. Could you please explain me the problem with this bsnl sim card.

    I didn't ask Clip facility, nor anyone told me in BSNL office regarding for same, On the name of Clip facility wrong Bill generated

      The refund amount for my landline with broadband surrendered in april 2018 is not yet received till date. The refund amount is rs.1171.42.
      A complain made to bsnl replies that the cheque was sent to my address & it did not came back. The address mentioned in my surrender letter was
      H. No.1021, first floor, sector-31, gurgaon.
      I never received a cheque in this address.
      I demanded a reply from bsnl on this, but as usual they are not replying.

          With ref: bsnl/hq/2018/em-48017 dated: 28/12/2018 public relation officer
          Vadodara has informed me that has been approved on 12.10.2018 and forwarded to circle office, ahmedabad early disposal of your refund. It is metar of regret that after closure, six months passed and more than 120 days of approval, deposit amount yet not credited in my bank account.
          Prompt action in the matter will be appreciated

          Time taken for refund of deposits after closure all cases of refund of deposits to be made within sixty days of date of closure.

          I have recharged my prepaid mobile number to extend validity. Still i facing same issue and more over when i am calling to customer care middle of the conversation call is disconnecting automatically

            When contacted the call centre they say that the delivery boy called and i didn't attend. Later i get a call stating that the delivery boy has gone back and the pizza is cold all this happens within 5 minutes. And again they say that it would take another hour to get the fresh pizza done. This is all #. When something is already delivered as per the track how come they say that the guy has gone back. Pizza hut is cheating. And the customer service guy says that i cancell the order. Again i get a call asking for my complaint and they are not willing to divulge their me nor the managers name and contact.

              My number [protected] was suddenly disconnected without any notice, i have not received any prior message from the network that my services would be stopped (Instead i received a msg stating that validity remains till march 2019), but now my connection is cut, no tower nothing.. I recharged for 50 rupees on[protected] as per the advice of local branch bsnl employee, amount was collected from me but i am getting zero signal for my number, please reactivate my number immediately as this number is very important for me

                I have not applied and also not submitted any papers but bsnl has allotted me ll connection no[protected] without my consent and they are sending bill every month whereas i had made complaint to them 4-5 times, they always talk over phone but no solution was made by them in the matter.
                As no application, no papers and no connection in my flat then why the bill is sending to me even after my complaints sent them, kindly do the needful in the matter.

                  Our landline no.[protected], priya steel corporation, 11/1, subramaniampalayam road, g. N. Mills, coimbatore-641029 is not working for the past 5 days already complaint has been raised vide 198 but till now nobody has attended the complaint. It is very noisy. Most of the customers contact us through landline it is affecting our business. We request u to kindly rectify the problem at earliest possible time so that we will not affect our business.

                    I tried many times to send message to 1900 for porting my mobile number-[protected], but message is not going only to 1900. When i call customer care they always take a complaint but nothing do to resolved it, always they asked problem will be resolved but results nothing.
                    Please take a look into matter as early as possible i want to change my operator.

                    I reside in GCF estate of Jabalpur. In our area the bsnl network is very poor and hardly I get 20kbps speed under 3G network.
                    The signal issue is not new but it is prevailing since last one year. No of times it was complained but there is no response from BSNL Authorities.

                      On 24-jan-2019, bsnl charged rs.10 for automatic subcribing voice chat service for 5 days. So, i called to customer care and unable to speak. Customer care service like old damaged tap record. After 5 days, they renewed that service for additional rs.10 deductions. Again i called to customer care and unable to speak. After 5 days, they renewed again that service for additional rs.10 deductions. Again i called to customer care and no satisfactory reply from that side. Just they are unsubscribed that service. But they are refuse the refund. They are told that amount went to third party and bsnl not responsible for this.

                      On 07-feb-2019, bsnl charged rs.15 for automatic subcribing confession service for 10 days. So, i called to customer care on same day and unable to speak. Again i called on 08-feb-2019 and unable to speak. Then again i called on 09-feb-2019 8 a. M. Customer care executive told me that call back after 2 hours. So, i tried to contact customer care executive after 2 hours. Till now unable to contact.

                      On past, private networks are cheating people with these activities. But bsnl are genuine on those days.

                      Nowadays private networks are genuine. But bsnl are cheating people with these activities.

                      If you want money, directly contact with me. Otherwise u can beg from others openly. Don't cheat people with these activities.

                      I[censored] did not able to compete with your competitor in india, please you better close bsnl mobile services.

                        I lost my phone in which the sim of BSNL is their in the Allahabad, kumbh, its a white colour phone of samsung .
                        I really want to block my number so that no one can mususe that number or wrong information cannot send in the wrong hands, so i requst to block my sim, i already file a FIR fir that.

                          Today i went to the bsnl office near my locality the 2nd time to report the same complaint which i have reported earlier that resulted in no action from the office. But they said they could not sent any workers because they are not available. Then i asked when can you sent. She said i don't know we will sent when it is available. This kind of behaviour really made me angry. I couldn't say anything but to leave. This made me realize that why government owned firms are getting diminished. This kind of workers who doesn't care about their customers will bring those forms into destruction. I decided to quit bsnl but as a last try i am writing this. I hope you to enquire about the issue a take necessary steps

                              They intentionally cut off broadband services and the customer has to file complain 5-6 times a month. This is a joke for these guys. They are trained in troubling customers. The complaint department also doesn't help much. Just good with collecting bills and putting extra charge on the customers bill. This is the 4-5 th time of my complaint in the month. The damn manager also doesn't come on the call when asked to.

                                Kindly disconnect the broadband facility on my landline no.[protected] with immediate effect as it is no longer required for me. Account number [protected]. Every month we are paying the bill amount approx. Of rs. 1755.84 and not getting the internet service for the last one year. We are totally depended on airtel & reliance jeo. Therefore the bsnl service is a white elephant for me and the bill amount is also very high.

                                In view of the above please disconnect broad band facility on my landline no.[protected] with immediate effect.

                                Hi, For the past 2 days I am not getting message to my number. I am suspecting it why and need to know the reason. But the customer care personal are irresponsible. They are not attending call. I am totally frustrated. I never felt a worst service like this. I am in emergency to send money. Even the OTP is not coming.

                                      Hungama services has been activated without my knowledge and permission.in bsnl bill, monthly rs.410 has been charged. I don't need that hunagama services. We are not using that services. Last month only we came to know that hungama services has been activated. So, i want to immediately deactivate the hungama services. So, please deactivate the hungama services as soon as possible.
