It's been more then a year that our town is facing regular internet cutoff
There are some days we get only 4-5 hours of connectivity
Thr officials say it's due to road development with cause the fiber to cut.
If that's so we should be get subsidy for just using half or none of there services.
At last it would be my humble request to look in to the matter

I am Basab Nayak.my mobile no is [protected].I was port my no from idea to bsnl.my sim card is activate and outgoing started but incoming facility not activated.I was call many times to customer care but they didn't solve the problem they only said wait for some days it will be start.Sir please solve this issue as early as possible

    My bsnl telephone no. Is[protected] &[protected], i had paid both bill amount of 1401 rs. & amount of 640 rs. On dated. 20/11/2018, time. 13:23:20 via india post office in miyagam karjan, city. Baroda, gujarat, pincode. 391240, invoice no. Sl[protected] but still my both bsnl amount was not credited in my bsnl account.

    Almost 73 days was finished, kindly check this matter & solve it..

    I had attached receipt of of both bsnl payment with this mail.

    Recently i ported in bsnl but I'm facing drastic issue with the network. It is in completely emergency mode. I'm unable to call or message to anyone. This number is very important for me.
    TRAI i requested you to please provide me the solution for that.

    On dtd 26.01.2019 automatically the wall paper services was activated and Rs 7.00 was deducted from my mobile phone. The customer service reports you only deactivate in ur mobile by uninstalling the app. But I don't know where it is. Kindly deactivate the service otherwise every month amount will be deducted

I request your good self to please port the same before[protected] as my incoming calls will block on[protected].

        I am complaining about the tower of company in our area. The tower is front of my house and close to my house it creating to much problem. It creating problem to our family health and making lot of noise
        And it is situtied in village and creating lots of problem village people.

          My name is Mukesh Gogna. I was a previous customer of BSNL with telephone number[protected] with Broadband services as well as telephone services. I used this facility for more than 1 year. Due to the less attentive service I had requested them to disconnect my connection after clearing all the dues. At the moment, the service is disconnected for more than 2 years.

          I had disconntected my landline no [protected] of rajot on 30/12/2018 and surrendered telephone instrument too. Till today i did not receive my refund of rs 2150/- evern after repeated requests. Please arrange proceed to credit the amt.in my bank ac full detail of my bank sb ac is already mentioned in my application.

          No other alternate to lodge the complain to consumer court.

            Sinojo games is automatically activated in my mobile no. [protected]. I've not done any request to activate these useless things. Bsnl starts deduct illegitimate balance from my sim. Customer care no. Not connected to register complaint. Finally i request for portability of sim, then customer care contact me to know why i requested for mobile portability, i explain all things then they replied they are unable to deactivate the service, infact they see the deduction but unable to stop the service and bsnl games stop link site is not reached.

              My landline number 2270406 was permanently closed on 26/07/2018 and the telephone set was also deposited same day vide store slip 466 dated 26/07/2018.
              Inspite of frequent personal contacts with the accounts department i have not received the refund amount even though more than six months have passed.

              Request look into the matter & expedite the refund.

                People are not able to call me and i cant make any calls due to network problem most of the times... Dont even get any messages and even otp also getting after couple of hours.
                Have raised 3 complaints so far but no proper respons from bsnl support team.
                Andhra bsnl team saying as i am staying currently in pune they cant help.
                Pune support team said as sim belong to andhra i need to connect with andhra support team.
                Can you please allow me to change my network through port or please resolve my issue asap.

                  I am harihara behera, retired defence airforce officer residing at a/507, vrajdham society, jambua jakatnaka, makarpura, vadodara, gujarat-390013. I am a regular mobile user of bsnl cell one excel prepaid services since 2005 to till date. My mobile no. Is [[protected]]. Since than i am regularly using the cell one excel prepaid services and automatically from 10 january 2019 incoming call, sms facility of my mobile was withdrawn. Only my family mobile number of two mobile number incoming call are coming. No other calls are coming. Sir sorry to say that regarding this matter near about 15 times i was contact with customer care on 28 january 2019.& my complain number is 1a28389188, but so far this problem has not been solved. Please look into this matter as most urgent.

                      I am ramanathan ([protected]) aged 70 years while attended bsnl office at mayiladuthurai on[protected] to port two mobile nos of other network to bsnl, i was forced to spend two days for this work due to the partiality tendency of mr. Anandan who was one of the clerks there without doing his proper work engaging those persons with and by whom he may be acquainted and benefited who were sitting in the office here and there to have service earlier than those standing before the table including myself more than hours.
                      Is such partiality behaviour in the govt. Office no enough to disciplinary action against mr. Anandan?

                      May I know what about the action you have taken on those person on whom I have placed complaint on Jan.2019 or all these procedures such as receiving and sending complaints to high authority to take action are eye wash one?
                      Phone set is not working properly. There are some sounds from the inside of the phone when the phone receives. I had complaint several time, but still not solved. So we are facing some trouble . Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                        I have my bsnl sim activated yesterday in the evening. I have recharged my sim with annual unlimited internet plan 1699.
                        I am not able send any sms to any of the number.
                        I am not able to use data services as i need to send an sms for activating data services on my mobile number..

                          My name is majesh. R. From alappuzha kerala. Am holding a 3g handset with bsnl 3g connection. Now my handset is not getting 3 g net work. The bsnl had converted the 3 g to4 g now. So my hadset is working with 2 g only. I cannot replace the set. Please give the instruction to bsnl officers to maintain 3g in alappuzha town. We are paying the net charge and getting 2 g. Its totally foolishing the customers. Please take urgent action. Hope this will reach the authorities to take urgent action. Why this 3g network not working, this is the concern for the customers.

                            I have a bsnl prepaid mobile which has been charged unnecessarily for service i have not opted. This is the second time this problem is happening and rs. 30 has been deducted each for these services to which i have never subscribed. The last incident occured on 26th january, 2019. Please refund the amount to my account and please never activate any of these value added services on my number without activation.

                              Recharged with rs 40 on[protected]
                              Activated internet barring without data pack service on my number (Sent a massage stop to 1925) as per tri guidelines to stop main balance deduction when internet data get finished after gprs balance consumed all my main account balance deducted wrongly also illegally.
                              Please refund my valuable balance for goodwill gesture.
                              Please dont use bsnl service
                              Call customer care several times on[protected] at 7.17pm respectively but representatives surajit and biswajit denied to help me and disconnected call

                                  I have recharged rs 100 top up on MOBILE NUMBER [protected] via online on dated 23/1/19 from my state bank of india sb account no[protected] ifsc code SBIN0010930. Whichis not topuped in that phone number which was debited from my account but not recharged but another rs 99 recharged from google pay account which was recharged. My rs 100 is still not credited to my account.                                     Sir i am a retired officer from capf. I am having prepaid mobile no. For the last one year sms are coming on mobile regularly at interval of two weeks to three weeks deducting rs 10/- and rs 15/- from prepaid balance. I have made complaints several times on bsnl cc no -1503. They promised me that deduction will be stopped but nothing done. It is fraud deduction by bsnl workers. What i should do. There is any other no or officer for complaint so that this fraud deduction is stopped and my balance is recovered.
