    I have applied for Bharat Fibre online and there has been no response from sales team.
    The booking reference number is
    EB[protected]_073518

    Not getting a good response from Customer care too. They always cut the call by saying that I should book again.
    I've booked again and still there is no response.

    It's sad to see this poor management of BSNL.

      I am not receiving my upc code after sending "PORT [protected] to 1900.

      I am receiving messages as:

      "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

      please look into the attachment for original reply from 1901.

        Unable to make or receive phone calls despite making advance payment on 15 December 2022. BSNL online complaint also not registering, shows error message as "Exception occurred. Try again later".

        Service needs to be restored immediately as phone is used by elderly person.

          I closed my landline long back & is yet to receive refund.
          Previous Landline no.[protected]
          I approached BSNL Adyar office and was told that nothing is outstanding & they are asking me to ignore.

          However I am getting SMS frequently (CRM No. [protected]) that they will resort to legal proceeding when BSNL is unnecessarily harassing me.

          Can you do anything?

                  I'm trying to Port my BSNL number, send port request to 1900 but everytime I receive message from 1901, saying UPC cannot be generated for this number, please retry.

                      BSNL is not letting me port my number. It is giving me a message of contractual obligation even though there was no such contract signed. I registered a complaint with the customer care, who was avoiding me everytime, on 18/12/2022. They said it would take 48 hours to get resolved. But it was still not resolved on 30/12/2022. They are just not letting me port. This problem exist for two of my numbers. They just want me to keep on doing a recharge every month in the hope that they will let me port. They are not even giving me details of the contract so I can end it. The customer care is just avoiding by saying it will take 24 hours more everytime. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house which is of no use as Nobody is using landline now . Because of the pole I am facing problem in parking my vehicle. So I request you to kindly remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house .                                   After sending an SMS (Port ××××××××××) to 1900 we would receive a message stating that the UPC code got delayed. After waiting a message reappears stating that the UPC code cannot be processes at the moment, please try again later. This keeps happening regardless of how many times we try it.

                                        I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

                                        Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                                        Request for upc for your mobile no. 78xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                                        Contacted customer care. They replied to wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

                                        Reason is technical issue/server problem.

                                        Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

                                        To whom i have to approach now.
