I converted 2g sim to 3g. But in the centre of the city, the signal is full and fast internet. But in the last colony of bhupalpally (Krishna colony) has no 3g signal, if we come out (Out of 4, 1 signal bar is showing) and the internet speed is 2kb/s. Please help us.in the district, compulsory signal must be provided. Please make it better.

    I am ram parkash. I have lost my wife's mobile.in that mobile my sim has been also lost. I am writing complaint on behalf of her. This sim card and mobile was lost on 16 jan 2019. It was lost during travelling. So kindly register my complaint. Tell me about further actions to be taken so that i can get my sim back or i can clone sim to continue with same number

    MLA, Chittorgarh BSNL Land Line Phone is dead since last 2 month & nobody attended it till date. If an MLA is suffering from worst services of BSNL, then imagine how much a common people will be suffering.

      Recently i ported my number [protected] to bsnl but i am not getting signals from 2 days since my number ported i also go to bsnl office phase2 urban estate dugri ludhiana but they didnot resolve my problem also talked very rudely they are not helping they are also not changing my sim my number is 15year old because o[censored]r bad staff i am losing my work fix my number my alternate no.[protected]

        Last year june 2018. I disconnected the wimax services and surenderred the wimax instrument at the bsnl office in chalakudy.

        I have a refundable deposit of rs3250.
        I have submitted all the required documents, application and bank details to the chalakudy office.

        It is past 7 months after disconnection, till date i have not received my refundable deposite amount. Please kindly look into this matter and credit the amount to my bank acount the details which i have aleady submitted to the office.

          Unauthorised money is being deducting from my pre paid mobile several times in the name of services by 57171. I sent a sms stop to 57171 but till now it is continued. I wish to inform you to stop deducting amount from my mobile +91-[protected] with immediate effect other wise i shall be compelled to go to the consumer court and will change the cellone service provider from my mobile.
          I have not activated any service and bsnl has no authority to pay.
          It is a case of fraud.

          I want to disconnect my landline services [protected] as it not working from past 9 months since may 2018several times complaints has been made but there is no response.
          We are paying the bill for the faulty telephone service.
          I have plan of 299 according to this plan 1.5GB/per at 8MBPS after that 1 MBPS unlimited. but after completing 1.5 GB data net is very slow nearly 0.2 to 0.3 mbps browsing and you tube is not working properly. upto november it was ok but after that is very slow. they cheating saying unlimited at 1mbps.

              This letter is to inform you that our landline number i.e.[protected] is out of service since a long long back ie. November 2018, we have registered our complain regarding the same many times but we did not get any feedback or revert on the complain. The complain number given to us is [protected].

              This is very disappointing to us as many important work gets hamper. Now we are in the month of January still the situation remains same, as a customer this is the most ridicules thing.

              Kindly take this into account that, As the service was unavailable since a long back, hence any sort of charges won’t be acceptable.

              Kindly look into the matter ASAP and revert.

                I had submitted the request to close my connection on 10th dec 2018 (Paid money for complete month). Now, jan month bill has also been generated and today only i got jan'19 month bill.
                I had shifted to new location because of which i had asked for disconnection.

                In attachment i have added receiving of my application, dec'2018 month payment receipt and jan'2019 month bill.

                Still No response.
                For months now the signal is poor in our locality and drops drastically when indoors. It is inconsistent and unstable and often calls drop during conversation, if any.

                Area: Bungalow No 33, street No 4, opposite Satya Sai Super. market, Czech colony
                I am shocked to find that rs 7/ has been charged for wallpaper services which I have not opted for. Pl . Discontinue this immediately and refund me the charges levied.

                    We are receiving bills with an unwanted package hungama since feb 2018, we found it and complained to our nearest bsnl office and no action is being taken so far, at last i sent a mail to [protected]@bsnl.co.in and waiting for the appropriate reply to wave the excess amount charges from us, the total amount up to dec-2018 is rs. 5082.11.

                      I have surrendered my telephone number[protected] and also deposited the telephone instrument in august, 2017 but as on date i have not received the refund of security deposit and my reminders to the local officials are not heard or replied.

                      It was also with tremendous difficulty my request for surrender was accepted by the official concerned in bsnl sector 6, faridabad. The reason for surrender was no proper action was taken by the linemen to keep the line in proper working condition for long. On enquiry, even several of my friends in the surroundings also found facing such problem. While in sector 6 fbd. Bsnl office, the official who attended me called the linemen and shouted at him but the linemen also in the same tune replied to the senior officials which shows the arrogence of the officials in bsnl. I had to run between sector 6 to sector 15 main office to complete the formalities. Had it been in any other telephone (Private) provider they would have done everything in a single counter in an air-conditioned atmosphere within few minutes. Bsnl officials are hell bent to destroy the image may be with the alliance with the private operator.

                      In front of the sector 6 faridabad office there is a sign in the wall which shows "invester grievences" but when i went close to it, i found it to be the toilet, and none of the officials bother to change it till then.

                        I have availed wan services from bsnl. I complained[protected] on 8th july 2018 regarding non-functioning of internet services. No action was taken by bsnl and services continue to be unavailable for most of the time. Again i complained in december for which i lost docket no. After booking complaint after 24 hours i received message regarding resolution of my complaint which was not happened. Again i registered complaint on 8th jan[protected], but no action was taken except inquiring regarding resuming services. When i contacted bsnl on 10-jan-2019 regarding the same, customercare executive has instructed me to go to bsnl office without providing any docket number. I have been paying the bills which are comparatively higher than any landline service provided by them. I would like to know how bsnl can charge me so much without providing services. I request bsnl not to generate bill henceforth till the services are restored.

                        I cannot send any text from my sim . it is a postpaid one and i have not been able to send a single text from it .i have tried complaining but they just ignore my complaints and then don't pick up my calls . it is the worst service u can get in india .please don't go for BSNL i will never recommend it.
                        Since today morning bsnl has been deducting ₹5 as last call charge though no calls or sms have been made. Even customer care guy was not able to resolve the issue.

                          My internet speed on average is about less than 10 kb/sec.
                          It's even slower than 2g even though it shows i'm connected to h+. My data limit is very much fresh, even if i wanted to it seems i can't exhaust my data.
                          And then contacting customer care 4 times, they just hang up after hearing my situation saying they'll transfer to concerning official. Sometimes they treat me like its my device fault while i can use max download speed on jio or airtel anytime.

                            Hello I'm from hyderabad from so many days I'm trying to port my number to bsnl i went to bsnl office near to my home so many times but the employees are so aggressive i don't know what they are thinking about themselves I'm just fedup with thier behavior evrytime whenever i will go they will not respond properly and they say server is low come tomorrow.. When i went next day they will say same thing again and again what the hell is this behavior i don't understand if they behave like this people who are thinking to connect with bsnl they will never see them again. So kindly help me. They are other lot of options for people's to go to other sims also we think bsnl is good that's y we r tolerating this kind of weird behaviors

                              It was my mistake to go for a landline connection from bsnl and the same proved to be true very soon. An agent has visited my house for filling of application form and for collection of necessary documents. Later he gave me the demand note number ([protected]) which i deposited on[protected]. Since[protected], i have been continuously following up with that person but he is not giving me any satisfactory reply and my phone is not yet installed. Since last week he is not even picking up my phone.

                              I have raised the to the customer care of the bsnl also but whole the company seems to be sleeping. It is not very wrong that people hate them.

                                On 8th january, during a day of strike when their customer care offices are not functioning, bsnl automatically subscribed provided number to some 'confession' service and deducted rs. 15 from balance.

                                1. Firstly, unable to unsubscribe with the number provided in the sms

                                2. The customer care executive on bsnl mobile customer portal refused to refund money and pointed out that there was a confirmation call (At 11.21am) from number to service which is untrue. Due to strike there is no physical customer care office open here to lodge complaint. This smells like a scam to swindle money out of talk balance.

Checked other message settings too. Unable to identify the problem. Sms app is taking contact manager as default.

                                        Phone no.[protected] dead since 16.10.2018 due to technical reason as per sde, palam vihar. Despite several requests, ultimately requested for disconnection after adjustment in monthly rent on 22.11.18. Phone disconnected without adjustment. Resultantly, demand notice regularly disturbing. Security is also held up. Defaulting officials should also be panelized.
                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
