    Sir/madam,
    I surrendered my landline number[protected] on july 21, 2018 and also the instrument and got the acknowledgement. Being a senior citizen of 70 years and relocated to pune, i had requested them to clear my refund asap.
    Till today i have not received the payment even after seven months. I paid the deposit 40 years back just imagine.

    I have contacted the exchange accounts department and was informed that the papers have gone for payment in the month of september 2018 and still lying unpaid.
    I registered my grievance vide docket number mhr/co/2018/14417 dated[protected] but no use.

    Now bsnl customer care is not even picking up my telephone. Wow what a great service.

    Next step will be a letter to pmos office and i&b minister.

    Thanks and hope i will get my refund soon.

      And undertaking under sign of the notary.
      And ppo copy submitted to the bank on dated 6.12.18. I smt ravinder kaur have retired on dated 31.8.18 but still no any pension credit to my account by the sbi branch ferozepur Cantt, Bazar number 2. Ifsc code of branch is 50627.
      Therefore you are requested that the same may please be drawn and credit to my account. Without pension I m suffering. And action may be taken against the defaulter and panel interest may also be credited to my account

          unable to send the port message to 1900

          I tried to send port message to 1900 from my BSNL number by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help...

          Since few days I'm having issues with the 3g data. Inside house the network is nil. And sometimes it doesn't even work outside. I contacted customer care also but it doesn't seem to work. I even tried apn settings and also removed the sim and inserted again. I'm facing a lot of problems due to this. I think it's because of less towers here, but it is a government run service and they should not be such issues to customer. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.

            I'm using a bsnl broadband service for past three years. The customer service is pathetic. There is no support provided by them during weekend.

            I have a connectivity problem since past one month and raised n number of complaints with the 24/7 customer support. But there is no response for resolution. When i call the number, they say they will take immediate action but the problem is still there.

            I'm paying the bill without utilizing the service and i recommend not to go to bsnl for any service based on the bad service experience.

            I wonder why the govt owned isp have such a bad service.

              Land phone [protected] was not working for almost one and half years. regularly billing is done. When contacted me from office, I told the I dont want to continue the land line connection. even now bill is coming regularly. Please stop this.

              on 03/01/2019 my sim stopped functioning and latter it is gathered that duplicate sim was issued at different place without my knowledge/ authorization/presence. Service provider has to explain the issue and inform details o[censored]sage of the sim during this period.

                Mera naam ruchita pandey hain lucknow mai lalbhag se hun, humne bsnl ka land line lagwaya tha 2017 main or july 208 tak ka payment bhi jama hain par acanak kharab hone ke wajese humne complain bhi karwaya tha bsnl office main or koi aaj tak nahi aaya... Or bill increase hota ja raha in humne band karne ke liye application likha or land line jama bhi kara diya or bola ki payment maf kar dijiye thoda bohot ho toh de bhi du par 9554 hain or wo log meri koi bhi help nahi kar rahe hin please aap kijiye jaldi se jalidi

                  I converted 2g sim to 3g. But in the centre of the city, the signal is full and fast internet. But in the last colony of bhupalpally (Krishna colony) has no 3g signal, if we come out (Out of 4, 1 signal bar is showing) and the internet speed is 2kb/s. Please help us.in the district, compulsory signal must be provided. Please make it better.

                        Last year june 2018. I disconnected the wimax services and surenderred the wimax instrument at the bsnl office in chalakudy.

                        I have a refundable deposit of rs3250.
                        I have submitted all the required documents, application and bank details to the chalakudy office.

                        It is past 7 months after disconnection, till date i have not received my refundable deposite amount. Please kindly look into this matter and credit the amount to my bank acount the details which i have aleady submitted to the office.

                          Unauthorised money is being deducting from my pre paid mobile several times in the name of services by 57171. I sent a sms stop to 57171 but till now it is continued. I wish to inform you to stop deducting amount from my mobile +91-[protected] with immediate effect other wise i shall be compelled to go to the consumer court and will change the cellone service provider from my mobile.
                          I have not activated any service and bsnl has no authority to pay.
                          It is a case of fraud.

                          We are paying the bill for the faulty telephone service.
                          I have plan of 299 according to this plan 1.5GB/per at 8MBPS after that 1 MBPS unlimited. but after completing 1.5 GB data net is very slow nearly 0.2 to 0.3 mbps browsing and you tube is not working properly. upto november it was ok but after that is very slow. they cheating saying unlimited at 1mbps.

                              This letter is to inform you that our landline number i.e.[protected] is out of service since a long long back ie. November 2018, we have registered our complain regarding the same many times but we did not get any feedback or revert on the complain. The complain number given to us is [protected].

                              This is very disappointing to us as many important work gets hamper. Now we are in the month of January still the situation remains same, as a customer this is the most ridicules thing.

                              Kindly take this into account that, As the service was unavailable since a long back, hence any sort of charges won’t be acceptable.

                                I had submitted the request to close my connection on 10th dec 2018 (Paid money for complete month). Now, jan month bill has also been generated and today only i got jan'19 month bill.
                                I had shifted to new location because of which i had asked for disconnection.

                                In attachment i have added receiving of my application, dec'2018 month payment receipt and jan'2019 month bill.

                                Still No response.
                                For months now the signal is poor in our locality and drops drastically when indoors. It is inconsistent and unstable and often calls drop during conversation, if any.

                                Area: Bungalow No 33, street No 4, opposite Satya Sai Super. market, Czech colony
                                I am shocked to find that rs 7/ has been charged for wallpaper services which I have not opted for. Pl . Discontinue this immediately and refund me the charges levied.

                                      I have surrendered my telephone number[protected] and also deposited the telephone instrument in august, 2017 but as on date i have not received the refund of security deposit and my reminders to the local officials are not heard or replied.

                                      It was also with tremendous difficulty my request for surrender was accepted by the official concerned in bsnl sector 6, faridabad. The reason for surrender was no proper action was taken by the linemen to keep the line in proper working condition for long. On enquiry, even several of my friends in the surroundings also found facing such problem. While in sector 6 fbd. Bsnl office, the official who attended me called the linemen and shouted at him but the linemen also in the same tune replied to the senior officials which shows the arrogence of the officials in bsnl. I had to run between sector 6 to sector 15 main office to complete the formalities. Had it been in any other telephone (Private) provider they would have done everything in a single counter in an air-conditioned atmosphere within few minutes. Bsnl officials are hell bent to destroy the image may be with the alliance with the private operator.

                                      In front of the sector 6 faridabad office there is a sign in the wall which shows "invester grievences" but when i went close to it, i found it to be the toilet, and none of the officials bother to change it till then.

                                      Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Since one week, have not been able to receive any msg or sms. Dont know exactly what is the reason
                                      Yesterday I was informed that there is no fault in the line but today also we are not getting any dial tone in our PBX board. Please rectify and report.
