Landline telephone number [protected]surrendered and disconnected from 2nd August 2018and refund of security deposit not received though eight months passed.pl arrange refund at earliest by transferring into my sbi account or through cheque to my address. Continuously I am in touch with AO bsnl but could not getting proper reply

My residential telephone was disconnected.
Last telephone bill i was received for the month was May 1995 and i paid it online.
BSNL should refund me Advance deposit Rs2000/- which was deposited on December 14, 1995.
Instead that i received Advance deposit Rs1525/- there by deducting Last month ie May 1995 bill Rs461.70/- this bill i have already paid online.
I had submitted written complaint immediately in the BSNL office Latur.
Till now there is no response . I suffered alot physically and mentally.

Now i request to solve my complaint & Oblige

I am a bsnl consumer my brod band phone no [protected] which bb line not counet 3 month but phone raining whene i call my land phone by my mobile anather personuse take this line. My plane is unlimited i pay rs700/-pm. I pay per month but not use thise internet line (Un use amount 687 x 3) can he refund my amount? So i desaid i disconnect this line i go bsnl office but they not received my letter and other document 25/04/2019 they received 2 day per month when their officer come.
Whate can i do pleas help me

There is network issues in data browsing and surfing.
There is no network i have complain in daily for this continues 7 days.
When call to customer regarding this problem there always said first recharge your data packages.
And there always behavior very ruled regarding this.
And when i send msg for port there also there are not reply...
There is very lots of customer which are migrate to other come company...

Even after repeated complaints you are frequently deducting rs 30 for voicechat. If this not stopped immediately and refund the deducted amount i have to discontinue with bsnl service. This why private service providers flourishing instead of bsnl. As you all are not attending or not taking this as a serious matter.

You can block this but you all do not take the pain to do so. This is why govt sector are at losses. Customers are preferring private service providers

Rs. 5 has been deducted from my number for 4 times (Totally rs.5) as i was subscribed for service video 5 (57111). Well i am not using that service. So, kindly remove that subscription.

The message is from bt-bsnlcg.
I called more than 100 times in costomer care but no use.
Also kindly refund.
The message says "thanks for subscribing for the service video5 (57111) you have been charged rs 5.0 successfully and your service will be delivered shortly."
Later some and a link came.

Rs. 5 has been deducted from my number every week. I am not using that service. So, kindly remove that subscription.

The message is from bt-bsnlcg.
Also kindly refund.

Later some and a link came.

I have been using bsnl broadband & landline connection for many years as we are shifting to other services and we don’t want to continue the service, so we would request you to permanently disconnect and discontinue my existing bsnl broadband connection.

But, in the telephone bill, the company name is printing as avantari medical technologies pvt ltd

Since the name of our company is not correct in the bill we are not able use this as our address proof.

So, please help me in sorting out these problems... I will be waiting for ur help in the form of solution for my problems...

I have been using my mobile number for past 09 years plus. Yesterday I received last call on that no around 2 pm O'clock. Today my wife called me then he came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how you can allocate my active number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 09 years old number was allocated to some one else. so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. No response after we complained in person at rajajinagar bengaluru customer care centre opp. Navrang theatre. No person visited to help.
Next what todo. Many months we have been paying through this cellphone, registered with them and they send demands to this no. [protected]. They link this to bsnl [protected]
What next, i am 77years old heart patient, so would go personally to their dept if no other option

I am getting otp messages from 57171 and giving me an otp.
I didnt subscribe to any service at all. But this number 57171 sending messages frequently and that too money is deducted from my account. I am charged 5 rupees for this. This has occurred nearly 5 times. I dont know what happening there.
Please kindly stop these unwanted messages.
Please look after this seriously, as so many are getting these messages

I surrendered my land line Tele No[protected] in feb 2015. On surrendering I submitted an application regarding the place where to post the refund and I gave my home address in vindhya nagar distt singrauli . After few months when I enquired about my refund, BSNL replied that account officer MR. VERMA been transfer from waidhan office, and they've already despatched it to my PREVIOUS BILLING ADDRESS.but till date I have not reced any cheque in this regard. Further I contacted the Accounts Department waidhan distt singrauli. They show me on PC, MY REFUND status . till date no action taken by bsnl waidhan .

But could not getting proper response. So early action is appreciated.

I am having bsnl mobile sim [protected]. Constant charging for gprs usage (Which i never knowingly requested) is happening during recent days. My requirement is that all facilities except call and message options are to be get cancelled. Other methods like contacting customer care services over phone were not successful. Kindly inform / instruct me the following

1. What for i am being charged in the name of gprs?

2. Who and when the gprs facility was requested?

3. How can i get these facilities stopped? (Methods like contacting customer care services over phone were not successful.)

I surrendered my landline bsnl phone no 25941997 on 25/08/2018. My deposit has not been credited to my account till date even after lapse of 8 months. I visited the office several times and met the concerned accounts officer but nothing has been done so far to resolve this issue. See i am 77 years old and therefore it is not possible to visit the office frequently.
I therefore request you to please look into this matter and instruct bsnl as deemed fit.

Hi, my internet is not working for last 2 month, for last 1 month its completely down. I tried calling the support guys unfortunately no one is responding. Even i tried to register via online, but it says my "my landline details are incorrect". I pay all my charges via bsnl portal and the same portal is not allowing to raise a complaint. Also when i took the connection they promised me a modem with power backup, unfortunately from the day 1, i haven't got the battery. Not sure how to sort this out.

Bsnl isn't providing 4g internet. The sim agent promised that 4g or 5g services would start in bsnl from april as it is new financial year but it didn't happen as it was promised.
When i'm trying to send port mesage to 1900, the message isn't getting delivered.
Please help me in getting it ported to any other service provider who can give 4g service.

We've paid the b. S. N. L. Bill of february 2019, but the next bill of march included the february months bill. So we paid only march months bill. But bsnl staff disconnected our broadband, claiming we didn't paid the bill for 2 months.
