Sir. I am using bsnl post paid mobile. My postpaid plan is under gharwaapsi unlimited 399. I have converted from prepaid to postpaid in sept'18. Till then i am not getting any bills till now. Only on your selfcare portal i could down load a duplicate bill. The bill for the month of oct'18 is reflecting usage charges of rs.141 in addition to monthly recurring charges of rs.399 inspite o[censored]nlimited plan. Also i had opted for no isd calling while submitting the cap form. None of your customer care reps could resolve the issue. It is requested to re-look at the billing and do the needful. My postpaid a/c no is:[protected] bsnl hyderabad circle, telangana.

    wrong mobile number recharged

    Today around 15:16, I recharged a wrong mobile number i.e [removed] of Rs. 1699 using online recharge paytm. Immediately, I realized my mistake as I did not receive any notification. Soon, I raised a request at Paytm but I was told to reach BSNL office for resolution. Below is the response of the Paytm(‘operator reference number ORN - [protected]) .

    Bsnl is indeed the oldest &sole telecom co.in the country; having enjoyed a monopoly for decades.
    Unfortunately the position as of now is reversed, even after holding such a monopolistic position with
    Well-spread net work through-out india, it can not do justice on to such privilege. Most vividly, due to mismanagement and inability to face competition from other telecom co’s of private sector to maintain the status, let alone gain in business,

    Since last 20 years i am using a residential land line and unfortunately it becomes unbearable to maintain because of its regular disturbance in service either completely dead at times or else one can not chat undisturbed due to abrupt noises and call-drops, if it be.

    With the present day of advanced technologies how is it bsnl is not able to solve the said problems or indulging in such maladies intentionally, forcing one to opt for better alternatives.. It’s an example of man
    Cutting the branch of tree on which he is seating.

    This is a communication in agony, knowing not if at all the suggestive message should appear as a pointer to investigate and improve. A line in confirmation/simply acknowledgement, will be appreciated.

      I had a landline telephone (Number[protected] of bsnl since 25 years, which i surrendered on 13.02.18 in respect of financial constraints. I gave them all money receipts and other documents. They said "alright everything ok, you will get refund of your security deposit within 2-3 months, don't worry". After that 9 months passed, they are silent though i went to them again and again.

      In this case i request you to intervene this matter so that i can get back my due amount as early as possible.

        Dear sir,
        I am not satisfied with bsnl post paid which was activated on 16 august 2018 after porting my mobile no to bsnl from another service provider. After 90 days i want to port my no to another service provider, but i cannot do that. Bsnl office at jadavpur kolkata not interested to help me regarding this problem. Also bsnl customercare not help me to do that, they suggested to send to 1900 by inserting my sim to another handset. I have already done that but same problem arises. Please help me to do the same.

        Hello,
        I am using a mobile ph no:12345 67890 from last few months. I am using BSNL SIM for my daily communications. Unfortunately, I am getting a suspected call from a no: 12345 67890. Please note this number belongs to me from the last few months. Generally, a person using a phone number to make outgoing calls. But a person cannot call the same number which is using the same phone number. If a person tries to dial the same his mobile number then it will be disconnected.
        In my case, I am getting a call from my phone number.

          One time charges for rs. 410-00 + gst charges imposed on my above bill towards hungama games+movies+music — on demand.

          These demands were not made by me - but are charged wrongly on my bill. Pl remove these demands (Which was not demanded by me) and reverse the debit imposed on me.

                Heavily advertised "one year free amazon prime" membership from bsnl main website doesn't work at all.

                Even the customer care people just keep postponing the complaint about & no resolution to the problem is provided for a month!!

                Backend people never called back to resolve the issue.

                After i enter my landline number, my registered mobile number on bsnl self-care doesn't show up automatically at:
                https://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/subscription.do

                I already have registered for bsnl self-care. Even after this my landline number and mobile number do not seem to be linked.

                Can you provide resolution for this issue? This will help me to get the amazon prime subscription for which i am struggling with this issue from the past 45 days.!!!

                Even after contacting the bsnl customer care several times in the past 45 days my issue is not resolved.

                Kindly help me in resolving the issue asap.

                I have requested to cancel my CDMA connection on May 2018 but till now monthly bill is coming. It's been 6 months.. Please don't treat customers like this..
                I have lost my BSNL Prepaid Sim [protected] in Delhi Railway station. the sim was inserted into Redmi 5 Mobile. phone was stolen by stranger at night during travel from ayodhya to delhi
                I have filed an online complaint with Delhi police. kindly block the sim immediately

                  My sim ported out from idea post paid to bsnl prepaid. Paid the due amout in nov 3 2018 but bsnl barred my out going and incoming calls 15 nov 2018. I submitted my due amout paid bill in bsnl office and conection resolved 15 nov 2018. But after some time network completly inoperative state. Again they replace sim card waited 24 hrs. But coud not resolved yet...

                    We got a call on our bsnl landline[protected] asking for my dad he told he speaks from bsnl and was rude upon asking what was that he was calling for he told its for verification and wants my dads number as he isnt available i asked again for what in terms of verification do he needs he repeated the same thim being more rude and told to hang up the call so i did hang up and to report fraud call i tried calling 1963 from bsnl landline got and option to choose language but it wont go further after pressing 1 or 2.
                    Female menbers are generally at home i m concerned about there security and also bad service of bsnl that i dont know where to report a fraud call which my mom told me comes often.
                    Lucky we have caller id the fraud call was from ‭[protected]‬.
                    Hope some department is working on catching hold of these people.

                              Taken 2months back. This is a postpaid number with 300 plan.
                              One month after taken my sim signal was blocked. I have complaint in vodafone office near me in patancheru. They didn't respond to my complaint

                                It is very sad to inform you that the my land line bsnl is not in operation since last more than 03 month.
                                I have made so many complaint and calls, details are as under:
                                Complaint no :[protected], [protected], [protected] and so many calls on customer care. They have not attended properly and closed the complaint without our consent.
                                When we call on 1500/[protected], mostly line was busy and when connected not getting correct response from them.
                                At last i have decided to either disconnect the line or stop the payment. We are paying dead landline bills since last 03 month.
                                Broad band is also out of service.
                                Very poor service.

                                  I have a bsnl broad band connection. There is a toll free number 1500 has given to raise a complaint. But whenever i dial them, their response is very worst and they disconnect the call abruptly. When try to connect to them again simply they disconnect the call. Almost all the persons working there are behaving like that. Due to this reason, i plan to switch over to some other service provider.
                                  Instead of having this facility, bsnl better they can revamp the entire call center system.

                                    I am Soundarya.K residing in Chennai. I am a regular mobile user of BSNL Cell One network since 2012 to till date. My mobile no. is [protected]. Recently my mobile services was over and automaticaly incoming call facility of my mobile was withdrawn. On 13-Nov-2018 I had been recharged my Mobile at 9.30 P.M. After that I am getting the Out going call facility but not getting the incoming call facility. Unable to reach customer care through phone. Please look the matter as most Urgent.

                                      As per the data given by the bsnl portal, i have taken stv combo offer for rs 429.00 on 29th october 2018. The offer included 3 gb data daily along with other benefits. However from 1st nov 2018, only 1 gb data is only given whereas the offer says about 3 gb data. On further inquiry it was found that from 1st nov, the offer under stv combo 429 offer was changed to 1 gb per day.. This is really wrong and as a customer i should be provided with the same benefits as given at the time of taking of the offer. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful
