My landline[protected] has not been working for the past several months. We informed the fault and they came and rectified. But within two days, it went to back status of not working. My old mother does not know how to use and dial mobile phones. Land line is the only rescue for her. Please rectify my phone soon.
This phone is in mammood exchange of changanacherry taluk, kerala.

    I surrendered my landline[protected] on march 31st 2018. The official in customer care said refund may take approximately six months and the amount was around 4100 rupees. Despite a few follow ups the only thing i keep hearing from the ae is funds are yet to be allotted by the government for deposit to be refunded. They don't know how long it will take and that for people whom refund request was raised in july 2018 are still in queue and mine was raised by them in september, so i have to wait. Requesting bsnl grievance cell to take this matter up immediately and credit deposit amount along with interest effective 01-apr-2018 to the mentioned bank account number directly at the earliest.

    i am currently in Feb 2019, close to 11 months since surrendering my landline and the funds are yet to credited to my account. When asked the customer care and AO they said they are awaiting funds from Government. I hope i will get the money by this month end along with interest.

      Dear sir,
      I have been facing broadband connectivity issue for last six months. Claimed about the same severel times. Still I am paying bill for nothing. They are not responding in correct way. Just for the sake of response they come and go. Cable is joined many times and not even covered it. Please do the needful to get me value for the bill I pay every month

        Please look into the matter and resolve issue at the earliest.

          Hello,
          The complaint is about BSNL cheating on its customer specifically me.
          The minute i recharged my BSNL no. With 444 rupees, BSNL took my service which always showed network not available. I have complained to their customer care but in vain. They totally ignored and I have lost 444 and additional 37 rupees. They deliberately took my service by scamming me.
          I request the forum to strictly take the complaint and Stop BSNL scam and cheating on its customers.

            This to complaint you that today i. E, on 8.11.2018, bsnl services have deducted rs.42/- from my prepaid mobile recharge amount.
            This amount has been deducted without my permission, said for bsnl i tune., for whish useless scheme i never asked bsnl to provide.

            Bsnl this kind of cheap kind of activity comes under the law provision
            O[censored]ndue advantage, and misutilisation of consumer 's deposited fund.

            Please arrange to refund my rs.42/- since i am not subscribed for such a useless scheme.

              I use dual sim so did not have many issues. But now my bsnl sim doesn't allow outgoing calls and no sms service too. I don't know what to do.

              Do i have to change sim!! If yes, then what's the process. My bsnl sim is of orissa and i am staying in mumbai, maharashtra. I don't know wat to do over here.

              Its been happening since 6 months now that neither i could send sms nor i get to call. But incoming is okay. Even this is my registered number from bank so until now thr was no issues but now i am having issues in transaction also.

                Telephone number[protected] is billed for 170+170+70 for hmod charges, hmvod and hgod wrongly without subscribing. I am senior citizen aged 85 years. Please remove the charges from the bill otherwise the services of this telephone will not be availed further.

                Also please unsubscribe the above unwanted services forthwith.

                  I activated my sim around 4 days. The network bar is full but cannot call or use internet. Its been 4 days long. Nothing is being fixed. Everytime i call throug this network they say service is unavailable. Cannot even contact the service center as the complaint portal is too much complex. Need help. Should i just stop using the network. As i've wasted it.

                      We had a bsnl landline and broadband connection from few years. The connection suddenly stopped working. We connected with bsnl and filed multiple complaints. They nothing to resolve the issue. After 6 months of paying useless bills, we removed the connection.

                      We applied for new connection in september, 2018. Its been 2 months but there is no progress yet. We don't have a landline and broadband connection.

                        I have submitted request letter to disconnect my landline bearing number [protected] including broadband connection on august 2018 and till date they have not disconnected my land line connection and bill received upto date. I have repeatedly requested the concerned but till date the land line connection has not been disconnected by concerned authorities. It is requested that necessary instruction may please be issued to the concerned authorities to disconnect land line connection on priority to avoid unwanted correspondence against the subject matter with bsnl. For which act of action it may reduce man power on bothside if action taken in time.

                                Please deactivate my bsnl Sim because i have lost my phone on 29/10/2018. Its highly urgent to deactivate. Please do it as soon as possible.                                   Telephone[protected] is dead since 16.10.18 (14 days). Complaint lodged more then 15 times. All closed without verification. Sde (Palam vihar) is not attending any call. No senior officials contacts or email are available on website. Please help. Being a loyal to govt. I am writing otherwise no body can save bsnl for its suicide.

                                      I want to deactivate the bsnl hungama plan as soon as possible. Do it immediately. My land line number is[protected]

                                      Sir, actually day before yesterday, someone from your office contacted on my landline and asked about the functioning of internet on my phone,

                                      As i was having problem about the slow speed of internet and in the past i made several complaints, he assured me from now onward speed of internet would be okay and he started his usual acting like asked me to send a message to bsnl, some words like bvas and forced me to send it to 56677.in the meantime on my sending the message it was returned as my phone on the record was wrong, even he corrected the phone and so i resent the message.
                                      When i asked him about a message i received on my phone, he replised that it is a usual advt. Message from bsnl, so enjoy the fast speed and he disconned the phone saying thanks without asking his name to me.
                                      But i was shocked when i later read the message that he befooled me in the name of resolving my problem and activatd 'hungama' plan without my consent.

                                      So sir, please deactivated this hungama plan from my phone, at the earliest.
