I activated my sim around 4 days. The network bar is full but cannot call or use internet. Its been 4 days long. Nothing is being fixed. Everytime i call throug this network they say service is unavailable. Cannot even contact the service center as the complaint portal is too much complex. Need help. Should i just stop using the network. As i've wasted it.

I, gollapinni vijayakumar residing at krishna nagar, madanapally, chittoor district, andhra pradesh. I have visit thirupathi on 31st october, 2018. Unfortunately i have lost my mobile handset along with my bsnl sim card no. [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one misuse it. I request you to block my sim immediately. We had a bsnl landline and broadband connection from few years. The connection suddenly stopped working. We connected with bsnl and filed multiple complaints. They nothing to resolve the issue. After 6 months of paying useless bills, we removed the connection.

We applied for new connection in september, 2018. Its been 2 months but there is no progress yet. We don't have a landline and broadband connection.

I have submitted request letter to disconnect my landline bearing number [protected] including broadband connection on august 2018 and till date they have not disconnected my land line connection and bill received upto date. I have repeatedly requested the concerned but till date the land line connection has not been disconnected by concerned authorities. It is requested that necessary instruction may please be issued to the concerned authorities to disconnect land line connection on priority to avoid unwanted correspondence against the subject matter with bsnl. For which act of action it may reduce man power on bothside if action taken in time.

Please deactivate my bsnl Sim because i have lost my phone on 29/10/2018. Its highly urgent to deactivate. Please do it as soon as possible. I tried calling customer care they are not taking care for this, they provided me a pondicherry customer care number - [protected] but its coming switch off all the time.My all payment mode is linked with this number. It is a pondicherry number.My number is - [protected]. Please deactivate it. It highly in priority.

Telephone[protected] is dead since 16.10.18 (14 days). Complaint lodged more then 15 times. All closed without verification. Sde (Palam vihar) is not attending any call. No senior officials contacts or email are available on website. Please help. Being a loyal to govt. I am writing otherwise no body can save bsnl for its suicide.

And also we have register complained to bsnl complaint portal but still no one is taking action.

Sir, actually day before yesterday, someone from your office contacted on my landline and asked about the functioning of internet on my phone,

As i was having problem about the slow speed of internet and in the past i made several complaints, he assured me from now onward speed of internet would be okay and he started his usual acting like asked me to send a message to bsnl, some words like bvas and forced me to send it to 56677.in the meantime on my sending the message it was returned as my phone on the record was wrong, even he corrected the phone and so i resent the message.
When i asked him about a message i received on my phone, he replised that it is a usual advt. Message from bsnl, so enjoy the fast speed and he disconned the phone saying thanks without asking his name to me.
But i was shocked when i later read the message that he befooled me in the name of resolving my problem and activatd 'hungama' plan without my consent.

So sir, please deactivated this hungama plan from my phone, at the earliest.

Please solve the solution am not getting even sing point also in mobile its showing no service. Please solve the solution i have been called so many times to the customer care but no solution please convey my complaint to higher authorities solve the signal problem. Can you please find the solution or else i will portable my network to other network.
How many times i have to call to customer care there is no response previously
My mobile signals are very good now am facing signal problem even calls are also not coming.

Sir, i highly regret to inform you that a site of wimax network service in our dist. Sivsagar, assam has been dropped out since 17.10.18 to till now. I have submitted a complaint near our dist. Exchange office on dated 22.10.18. But it's a matter of great regret as govt dept. That no step has yet been taken by bsnl authority. So your early action in this matter will be appreciated. My land phone number 2462579 comes under aegis of pooyappally circle was not working more than 4 weeks.in this regard i have lodged complaint through 198. Accordingly it was rectified for sometime without receiving incoming call facility. Further, i approached at pooyappallybsnl office and lodged complaint. However, they could not resolve the issue so far and now phone is totally out of order.

Kindly look into the matter and advise to concern staff to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I am using bsnl land line from 1973 onwards.
I got broad band connection in 2008.
Modem was supplied by bsnl.
It was working till 3rd october. 2018. It was tested at bsnl exchange and found not repairable. New modem was suppled by bsnl and connected. But there is no internet from modem. Please resolve the problem.
Or else i have to go to other service provider, which i do'nt want.

I have raised multiple tickets about my internet not working. Everytime they call and say that technical person visits to resolve it but no one turns up and in next couple of days they close this ticket as resolved without doing nothing. Worst service and if they are not able to manage, better they shut down their services instead of fooling customers with their worst connection and services. I want to take this to the consumer court and make this kind of organisations pay for what they are doing.[protected] is my number.

We had cut out bsnl landline number [protected].Attached are document for it.But then too we received landline telephone bill(pro cutting connection).Had gone to bsnl Valsad -396001 (Gujarat) office for refund of 500 deposit rupees. But still it is pending.

Same mail was written to [protected]@bsnl.co.in from my gmail
p.[protected]@gmail.com.Subject of mail is
" [protected]-Did Not Received Deposit Refund Rupees".

But still no response from them.Mail has evidences of documents.
