I have tried to generate UPC number 5 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 8xxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got no proper response. Someone please help.

    I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got reply that they don't know about issue

      Dear Authority,

      This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house which is of no use as Nobody is using landline now . Because of the pole I am facing problem in parking my vehicle. So I request you to kindly remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house . I will be very thankful to you, please oblige.

        After sending an SMS (Port ××××××××××) to 1900 we would receive a message stating that the UPC code got delayed. After waiting a message reappears stating that the UPC code cannot be processes at the moment, please try again later. This keeps happening regardless of how many times we try it.

              I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

              Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

              Request for upc for your mobile no. 78xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

              Contacted customer care. They replied to wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

              Reason is technical issue/server problem.

              Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

              To whom i have to approach now.

                  Please it is a matter of life and death as it can fall any time .

                      BSNL pole dismantle

                      Address: 111A/403 80FT ROAD ASHOK NAGAR KANPUR 208012

                      It is easy to tell power lines apart from these types of lines - power lines are always higher up on the pole, they always have insulators, and they do not touch other lines. Cable and telephone lines are located further down the pole and are directly attached to power poles without insulators.

                      But we have too old and too dangerous telephone poles used for hanging high tension wires on the 80 Feet Road in front of our building...

                      Hi,
                      I am not receiving my upc code after sending "PORT [protected]" to 1900,
                      I am receiving messages as:

                      UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                      I have already connected with customer care regarding the issue before, and they asked me to wait for 72 hours. But it was of no use, still the same message is coming from 1901.

                      please look into the attachment for original reply from 1901.

                          Contacted customer care. The reply was that BSNL doesn't have any problame regarding the same.

                                      I tried to recharge my bsnl number [protected] via bsnl online portal.. but failed but cash has been deducted from my account... i know about the refund and all. but the problem is that, my transaction is showing as success .. The amount was 397. and transaction ID is TXE[protected] Thank you..
