My bsnl wimax id is cb10010243 is not working since last 1 week even after doing payment of 3290/- i have received the message from bsnl portal that payment received, got ref no also. This is the second time it is happening. Wimax used to close for 3 to 4 months and only i am paying bills. Last time also without using it i have paid 2719/- kindly refund at leat one amount and start my wimax
It is located at kharsia - chhattishgarh, net was coming from shakti exchange - chhattisgarh

    This is to bring under your consideraton that after repetitive efforts i am not able to get upc code for my bsnl no, as i need to port my no to another service provider.
    Its really frustating that how complex bsnl guys make which use to be a very simple process.
    I have tried the process nearly 10 times and the customer care is also of no help.
    I hope this acts as an eyeopener for bsnl and they stop using such ill market strategies to stop their existing customers from porting.

      My mobile no: [protected]. I called customer care regarding my balance deduction unnecessary. They told that it is third party activation they are unable to process the refund, that is the flash message but previously i activated total dnd. They told me you are not activated total dnd bsnl message will come like that. I activated dnd for specifically not receiving charging messages. But they updated wrong.

      Previously i got one more issue with bsnl 2 to 3 months back i recharged with bsnl self-service. I had a double deduction because of the portal issue. I called to care for the refund they take the complaint and told i will get the call from the technical team but they directly closed the complaint. After i asked they opened and closed again. Every issue they are doing like this. This is too bad that's why i made this complaint.

        Bsnl provides internet connectivity via broadband connection and they mention upto 10 mbps till 35 gb, upto 2 mbps beyond but actually the end user get upto 1.5mbps till 35gb, upto 500-800kbps beyond and the speed vary from 10-100kbps and they mention 10mbps on document. As they mention on document the customer wants that same speed but they not provide it. Please do register this complaint so they provide the facility as mentioned on the document while they provide new connection.

            I have lost my mobile along with my bsnl sim number [protected] while traveling form delhi to hindon. I have purched the sim from bangalore. I have tried to block my sim but i can't furtherhat to block my number and also request you that to issue me a dublipcate sim of my same number it plays an very important role in my life.                 I am the resident of vasai road, palghar - maharashtra. We had cancelled our landline no.[protected]Account no - [protected]) on[protected]. The bsnl employee's behaviour towards us was very irresponsible and rude regarding bank account details. She also threatened to us that "i will see to it that you won't receive your security deposit" and it is happening as said. As per your terms deposit is to be refunded with 60 days from the date of cancellation. Its was informed to us by the kalyan head office that our line is disconnected. It is now more than 60 days we haven't received our deposit. Requesting you all to look into this matter. Its not the matter of rs.2000 its the matter of my country's pride that we trust our people and goverment of india. Thank you

I have charged rs 30/- per month from 5567803, i got message from 5567803 from that "you are charged rs 30 for subscribing the service new_zindagirocks of validity 30 days. For de-subscribe send sms stop to 155223" called customer care on 1503. They are refusing to return my balance. Please stop all these. I don't want any subscription.

                          I want to tell you that tower is installing in our place. Me and sorrounding people are living there, they only want to please kindly shift this tower from given place to other place. These tower are installing in residential area, this is also very near school, hospital, is living around there. Many old people already have health problem, if this tower will setup in this location, this will more affect, these people. This electromagnetic rays are very harmfull for these small school children and hospital patients. Etc. This is very near on side of busy road. These also not following rules of tower installation guide. If these tower will success to setup there then in future various diseases like cancer, tumer, birth defect, etc will comes in to existence. We people again kindly request to you, shift this tower installing into other place. Please help for atleast small childen and hospital patients.

                            This is with regards to employee by name, padmini, who works at 4th block jayanagar, bangalore telephone exchange office.
                            She's one of the most arrogant & rude person.
                            Do not have patience to answer customer queries who walk up to jayanagar office.
                            She do not bother to ask what is the issue, she starts howling, as if customers have encroached her property!.

                            Higher authorities at bsnl office, should help her with trainings on "how to handle customers & their queries".

                                My cellphone no. is [protected] a d it was post paid. However, just a day back, I got it changed to prepaid card and I inserted the new simcard given to me n my handset.

                                While trying to open the cellphone, display was SIM LOCK and it was asking for password. I have not put any password. How to reset it or how to unlock the SIMMy no. is [protected].

                                I called up customer care and there they found no prolem in my connection but I am not able to use my cellphone nor I am getting any calls or messages. All important documentations are verified through my cellhone no. Pl advice.

                                  My land line number was total dead from last 2 months. I had already given written complain about dead land line number & give us re bet in our land line bill. But till date bsnl not taking any serious action on this.
                                  From june-2018 we are facing this problem. 2 - 2 and more days continuously we book complain on tollfree number then line man come and fix this problem for 10 - 15 day again same problem occurs.in last month we book complain on tollfree number mr. Raghunath sande (Line man of bsnl) come & say don't book complain i will personally come solve ur problem we definitely give your re - bet in bill. By bsnl rull more 3 day land line is dead then you are eligible for re - bet in bill.
                                  On[protected] we give written complain about dead land line & re - bet in bill. Now today again our land line was dead with this we are not making calls from land line to any other cellular phone, even not hear clear voice from both sides (On incoming & outgoing calls).

                                  We are very very fad-up by this type of problem please we request you to solve this matter as soon as possible on high priority basis.

                                    But, in the telephone bill, my name is printed as bhosale sharad ramakant.

                                    And the address of my residence is not full as i need the full address for giving the bsnl bill as a resident proof for my passport application.

                                    I want the changes in my name from bhosale sharad ramakant to sharad ramakant bhonsle.
                                    And i want the address to be updated as i have mentioned above.
