Good Evening,

I am writing to complain about the continued billing by BSNL even after services were discontinued. My mother had a land line[protected] and internet service from BSNL. Both services were discontinued in August 2022, instruments surrendered to BSNL and acknowledgements were obtained from BSNL.

However, BSNL continues to recover monthly charges through ACH from the bank from Aug 2022 till date even though services were discontinued in Aug. 2022. Complaints were made to BSNL by my sister-in-law who visited BSNL office in person but to no avail. BSNL continues to charge for discontinued services every month. To make matters worse, there is no mention of refund of security deposit for the landline which BSNL is holding.

This relates to my compliant against BSNL for continued billing for services despite discontinuation of services (landline and internet) at my residence in RK. Puram, Secunderabad. The issue is not resolved and there is no communication from BSNL. I can be reached at [email protected]

      My Landline#[protected] Outgoing has been blocked due to non payment of October 2022 bill RS. 388/- however my landline was dead due to cable issue for more than 15 to 20 days during the month of October 2022. I have already escalated multiple emails regarding this to BSNL and they have accepted to adjust October 2022 bill however my bill was not yet adjusted. As of now my bill was not yet adjusted. I am unhappy with BSNL service provider....

      My bsnl number is [protected].. suddenly a few days ago, it stopped working.. when I called the customer care, I was told to go and take a new sim card with the same number as the sim card was originally taken many years ago.. So, i went to a local bsnl office and took a sim card with the same number.. now there is only incoming facility, no outgoing facility, and no messages can be received or sent..

          Dear sir...i made recharge my BSNL mobile validity plan throw SBI Yono LITE App, on 03/11/2022 of Rs-107 amt debited my account successfully but not recharged my mobile number ..again on 09/11/2022 recharged amount of Rs-197 this also same as above. both recharges are amount deducting my bank balance but yet not be recharged my number .so i compliant register both SBI & BSNL and they replied me that by SBI amt transferred to Merchant (BSNL ) you can ask to BSNL Service provider. and in BSNL even any amount not be credited or recharged your number so you can ask to your SBI yono lite Service Provider. so my request you that both company are telling successfully transfer and recharge, , even yet not be my number recharged or amt refund by SBI bank.

            I have tried to generate UPC number 11 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

            1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

            2) UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number.

            I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got reply that they don't know about issue and no timeline to resolve this issue.

              As I can be your new customer but very disappointed by the bsnl staff because the staff was very rude and abusive.
              Actually i called him for new connection and he told me to give me 2-3 days and after 3 days i called him back for update he told me some issue (bla bla) and told me to wait 2-3 days again i called him after 1 week he is saying wait for some more days then i asked him if you are not able to do, please tell then i will go with some other service as i am a working professinal and i need wifi on urgent basis so then he started misbehving me and using very abusive language then i told him i will compalin against him and he told me like nobody can do anything in bsnl. So guys If these type of behaviour is accepted in bsnl then i will never be part of bsnl anymore.
              otherwise please take some action on this.

                We are Siddik Ahmad & Raheesa Mustak Ahmad vendor no. is 5079030.
                BSNL installed Telecom Tower on our building roof at shahpura, Gogawa distt. Khargone .
                This is with reference to the rental agreement 10/11/2017 between us, the tenure of which expired on 9/11/2022. We submitted application latter on 16/09/2022 for renew rental Agreement to BSNL KHARGONE with 20% rent incensement as per pervious agreement.
                We visited BSNL KHAROGNE Office twice for renewal of the agreement But they said to us we didn’t get any response from BSNL INDORE so we will not renew agreement.
                We kindly request to you please renew agreement earlier otherwise we will provide our land to other telecom company.

                  I was contacted by a person called Karthik after I filed a complaint against FM mall money scam in your website and he informed me that he was your representative ( contact number [protected]) and I was asked to pay 10% fee and after I paid the amount he stopped answering my calls and I filed a complaint against him in your forum and after seeing the complaint he was angry and he told me nobody else is going to help you and he will ask the bank to send my money to charity
                  If this person is your representative kindly take necessary action or help me get a refund of the fee I paid

                            Recharge not reflected in account after payment

                            I have made recharge of 107/- for my BSNL prepaid number and the money was debited from my account. But it's not reflected in my bsnl account since i didn't receive any text message....

I have not received any credited amount in my mobile but amount is deducted. Customer care could not response. Many time i have tried but failed. I am hope less.                               Two recharges done for mobile no. [protected] ( A) on 14 Sep 2022 EOR[protected] at 7:00pm for Rs 347 and second recharge (B) on 14 Sep 2022 Transaction ID Transaction ID EOR[protected] for Rs 247 at 7:10pm for BSNL prepaid no. [protected]. Both the recharge amounts were successful and amount deducted from bank acoount too. Since only the first recharge (A) for Rs 347 was used and the second recharge for Rs 247 was never allowed, request the unutilised and deducted amount of Rs 247 may please be refunded.
                              Secondly, please note that the modified SELCARE app, as on date, is without transaction history other than the last one, and has to be reinstalled for every recharge as such. Please allow atleast last (1) 12 months recharge history. (2) Recharges not utilised may please be refunded.

                              The features of the initial BSNL app (earlier to 2019) had all the desired and customer friendly features. Looking forward to your kind cooperation and early action.

                              The two basic concerns are unresolved
                              1. BSNL fails to return or refund suo moto the recharged amount for which the services are not given and sights time lapse as the reason only when the consumer points out the blunder. This is very unique to BSNL since all other Government sites and telecom operators immediately disallow any payment for which services are not provided.
                              2. The present SELF CARE app has to be reinstalled /re registered everytime the user logs in. The transaction history is only for the immediate last transcations done, unlike more than last several months transactions in the earlier BSNL app ( prior to 2019) .

                              Your prudence and fairness is eagerly awaited in contributing towards a digitally enabled and shinning INDIA.

                                    I wanted to port my BSNL sim card to another network and i have sent porty request to 1900 but its doesn't allowing anything and it says Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed. And it says Request for UPC for your mobile no. 89******** could not be processed. Please retry after some time.
