I have paid the bills except the current one which is due on 24th april 2018.
Unfortunately i have no internet access through my wimax connection since last 3 days. We pay a fixed amount for a month irrespective of irregular wimax service. Why should i pay for those days during which wimax connection was not there? My wimax connection should be immediately revived and bill may be accordingly prepared taking care of the period of service not provided.

    I had booked a complaint on 29th March 2018 with docket no. [protected] and till date the Internet connection is out of order.And then I booked a complaint by dialing the local customer care number.. still nothing got done.. third time I went to BSNL office in person and booked a complaint.. still no reply.. though I got the bill of last month!!Just pathetic customer service.Just hopeless.

      I have paid my bill Rs 1271/- on 10/4/2018 at 1730hrs through SBI internet banking.Amount has deducted from my account but no BSNL receipt generated.Transaction ref no IGADHSLQY6.Nor the amount returned to my account.My landline no is [protected].My e-mail address is [protected]@gmail.com.My mobile is [protected].Pl let me know the payment status at an earliest.

        Wrong recharge of rs 187 to my number [protected] through paytm which was already recharged with rs 485. Please do refund back and cancel recharge rs 187 from this number. And i would like to know why this customer care no. Is not accessible from other services?
        This is the reason bsnl is losing its loyal customers.

          I am bsnl prepaid user. Bsnl stopped my incoming services without any prior intimation. Outgoing & sms is not barred, but can not get any call at my number. I tried different mobile phone as well as dialed from various numbers, always ivr says "the number you have dialed does not exist."
          I already lodged a complaint online whose docket no. Is 1d05562407. I lodged on 03 april 2018 on 23:21:50.

          Its almost 7 days post lodging the complaint but issue is remain as it is.

          Before lodging the complaint i tried on their customer service toll-free number that is[protected]. This helpline number is also not in service.

I am a student of ba 3rd. So i request you to kindly stop my number so misuses can be stopped. I shall be highly appreciated to you and i shall be highly obliged to you.

            My landline no is [protected]. The ping to Singapore were around 110-120 ms before but for the past 1 month it is at 330+ ms!. I use my internet for gaming and i know there are others gamer's like me who are suffering . FIX ASAP

              My name is jaganathan. I have used a mobile it used sims name are bsnl (Sim2) and airtel (Sim1) bsnl no:[protected] the mobile number used in last four months (Approximate). This number used for many places (Ration, lpg, aathar...) but any service send for otp i will not received that time. I'm received for after 30 minutes. Spot time is use otp. What use after received otp. And many customers calling in my bsnl no:[protected] that time is not reachable or switch off the number. Many times this problem. I have live in chennai this area is not reachable? So i will recurce permanent solution.

                Sir, there is a mobile tower of bsnl tower at pratapur square, purushottampur block, ganjam. Due to philene the tower has been broken in 2013. And it is not repaired yet. There is about 6000 people is dependent on that tower for communication. The peoples are facing so many problems. Proper communication cannot takes place properly. So we people of pratapur request you to please re-construct the bsnl tower at that place in pratapur.

                I have recharged with 1099 unlimited 3g on 1st april 2018, but from beginning of this plan i am not able to use internet on my mobile phone, i have call bsnl customer care so many times, but they says your complaint has been resolved and write new complain, if complaint is not resolved so how they close my complains,
                This is bsnl
                I will bye a new sim [protected] on today in figarprint but not active
                It's been 2 month since when I surrendered my connection still I have not get my deposit amount.

                why so unnecessary delay in deposite when last bill is already paid still BSNL is wasting my deposit amount.

                        My above mobile is not working for outgoing calls. I have paid my outstanding bills through ecs every month. Ecs payment bill received by me but it is not recorded at your end for that reason outgoing calls are blocked.

                        Is it my duty to keep record at your end while i have paid my bill through ecs every month on date and have already received the bill copy why bsnl stop outgoing calls for my mobile.

                        Please look into the matter and do the needful at your end immediately.

                          I had done a recharge on bsnl through my credit card for the the transaction was completed but at the end of the transaction payment failed but deducted from my card and the failure reason was "receipt generation failure". the transaction id of the failed transaction is pgsm[protected]. amount is Rs 485.00 transaction date[protected] at 18:37 pm. after this i had done another transaction for the same amount which was successfull

                            I got a call from bsnl and they ask my weather i m facing any problem on my net connection or not.. I told them about my problem which i am facing then they ask me to sms bvas to 56677. And then they asked me my email address... When i said some questions about this procedure they disconnected the call.. Then i searched on web about this number and sms and i get to know that it's a scam.. So i want to make complaint against them.... Deactivate all the value added service on my number.. Help.. It's a very big scam.. My landline number is [protected]..

                              I received a call from the bsnl person asking me as to whether i was facing problem on internet and thereafter was directed to lodge a complaint by sending an sms. Much to my shock i came to know that i have supposedly subscribed to bsnl hungama. Major fraud.
                              First of all deactivate the hungama account and ensure that your representatives do not cheat customers. Strict action should be taken against the frauds. Please check my call records and find out who did this fraud.

                                I Sanjaypratap singh, voluntarily closed my landline no. -[protected] of my residential address -aalay residency, swastik society, jamnagar due to my transfer on[protected] at kv road branch of bsnl office, jamnagar and orally information given to me by bsnl office that refund of my security money will provided to my icici bank account within two months. But still now no security money of voluntarily closure of my landline no. is refunded.please do neesful as early as possible.

                                    In continuation with above subject i am regularly taking follow up with mr. R p patil.
                                    As per his suggestion i am sharing the scenario with you.
                                    The actual scenario - bsnl laid fo cable for grampanchayat internet facility. While laying fo cable, regular landline cables cut by appointed contractor. Since from last two years all landlines phones are not in operation.
                                    We are deliberately taking follow up with mr. R p patil and local bsnl crew. But still situation is same.
                                    Is bsnl give authority to contractor to cut landline cables?
                                    If no, then why bsnl not forcing contractor to lay new cables?
                                    If yes what is bsnl alternative plan to resumes landline phones?
                                    I am requesting you please look in to this matter and make my landline phone operative.

                                        Sir i have done recharge rs 220/- but on 31st march 2018 rs 49/- is dedducted from my account without of my knowlwdge.
                                        I do note give any reply of any message to activate any service on my mobile and i also do not receive any message for deduction of amount of rupee 45- from my account.
                                        Kindly help me and refund my amount in my main ballance.
                                        So that i could use bsnl services efficiently.
                                        On bsnl tollfree numbers 1503 they do not hepl to recover my amount.
                                        Kindly talk to service provider who is decucted my amount from my account and request to them to refund my amount rs 45 in my main ballance.
