On wednesday, january 24, 2018, i got my post paid sim card changed to prepaid sim card.
Till today, saturday, january 27, 2018, the prepaid sim card has not been activated.
I have called customer care several times and requested them to activate the simcard. They asked me to reboot the mobile after removing and reinserting the new sim card. I have done it many times.
So far, after 72 hours, the sim is still not activated.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i have paid my bsnl bill via paytm on 24/01/2017.
butit is showing bill not paid still in my account and bsnl app it is showing that bill is due.
please check issue.
i confirmed with paytm, they provided invoice with bsnl operator refrence.(please find attached image.)
