Respected sir i as a customer of bsnl landline and broadband services. I am unable to use the landline and broadband services till this moment. I have registered many complaints regarding this. Last complaint was registerd on 22nd jan2018 at 1.25pm. Till this time the problem is continuing. This shows the mulamthuruthy telephone exchange authorities irresponsibly and no fear mentality sir. I have submitted one written complaint to the mulamthuruthy telephone exchange also.

i have paid my bsnl bill via paytm on 24/01/2017.
butit is showing bill not paid still in my account and bsnl app it is showing that bill is due.
please check issue.
i confirmed with paytm, they provided invoice with bsnl operator refrence.(please find attached image.)
No out going calls, and no incoming calls. Distrubens while making a phone call.disconceting suddenly.
What a spaming you are doing???????
it is very ugly service you are giving throuh bsnl broadband.
We are compelling to cancel bsnl connection.Deactivate it immediately.
Otherwise we have to go to consumer court.
I paid my bsnl bill via paytm but i has not been credited by bsnl guys .
i got confirmation by paytm but bsnl site is still showing bill due.

    Dear bsnl helpdesk,

    Please forward my email to the concerned manager/officer regarding the revised timings of free night calling on landlines.

    The only advantage of having a fixed landline, was the free night calling facility.

    Now that the timings are revised, it becomes absolutely unattractive to keep the landline connection, as we cannot call and disturb anyone between 10:30pm and 6:00am. Even the free calling facility on sundays is cancelled.

    I pay rs.460 p. M. On an average for the landline (One india + yakin nahi aata), while i could pay less for making my calls from my mobile phones.

    As a result i am seriously considering cancelling my landline facility.

    I am sure many landline subscribers may consider cancelling their landline facility if this scenario.

    I had Surrender my landline no.2331975 on 19.4.2017 due to heavily charged rental but I Received my Deposit Refund after 9 months that too with any interest. Enclosed here with is letter to BSNL submitted with Landline surrendering and photocopy of cheque received from BSNL.

    The data given by Bsnl is working very slow..I am using my mobile data..which is recharge for 3g but it is not giving such speed

      I found in this months bill of my bsnl landline number[protected] that an additional amount of almost 3 services from hungama amounting to nearly 600 rupees. I have never knowingly clicked for any such service. Very subtly such subscription is given by giving a popup when you connect to the net. No option o[censored]nsubscribing is given by sms.
      When i tried to unsubscribe by calling bsnl helpline, they told to call hungama. This kind of attitude towards its own customers will kill bsnl soon.

        Dear sir/mam,
        I live in a small village:- kumbhari, i have been using bsnl network for years but i have a problem with the 3g coverage as here we don't have 3g range and i found it after recharging my mobile with stv1099 which is now totally waste, so please give a look to my problem because it's very disgusting when we loose thousand rupees over an useless recharge. Because city adjoining my village has a bsnl 3g connection which is just 15km away from my village.

          On 19th july, 2017, i had deposited the following documents for refund of security deposit on surrender of my landline phone no. 24338835 :-

          1. Tel. Set surrender certificate
          2. Cancelled cheque page
          3. Original receipt of security deposit of rs.3000/-

          After a lapse of 5 months, i have not received the refund so far.

          Kindly take necessary action so that i can get the refund accordingly.

            This is for your kind information that the relative application dated 10.07.2017. For refund of security deposit of the above telephone has been deposited with your ranikuthi telephone exchange together with the desired copies i. E. Application of surrender, application for refund of security deposit, original money receipt, original instrument deposit slip, cancelled cheque no.063926 etc. But i have neither received the refund nor any information from bsnl till now. As i am a senior citizen, it is very difficult for me to go heither and theither. May, i, therefore earnestly request you to please look into the matter so that the refund amount of security deposit is credited to the bank a/c no at the earliest. My contact no.               On wednesday, january 24, 2018, i got my post paid sim card changed to prepaid sim card.

              Till today, saturday, january 27, 2018, the prepaid sim card has not been activated.

              I have called customer care several times and requested them to activate the simcard. They asked me to reboot the mobile after removing and reinserting the new sim card. I have done it many times.

              So far, after 72 hours, the sim is still not activated.

                My name is akashdeep. Adampur sewa kender inside bus stand. My documents were complete. I visited two three times your sewa kender. Your staff is not good i stood in front of them 20 minutes they were on mobile and didn't asked me anything and talking each other. There response for work was not good. They refused to take file and giving excuse saying we do not work after 12pm, or system is down.

                  Please deactivate the present caller tune. It is a english song which i have never asked for. I don't know how the caller tune is changed without my knowledge. Ok deactivate it immediately i don't know if there is any amt charged for changing the caller tune by the bsnl by themselves. We select some tune which we like and use it
                  But how it will be changed without our knowledge. English caller tune is not good want to be changed immediately. Thanking in advance.

                    Just now i recharged my airtel no. [protected] for rs. 199 at 10:49am on 27/01/2018. The transaction history is showing the transaction id i. E mr[protected] along with a refresh mark in red colour. My debit card account was also debited with rs. 199 but no amount is credited to my airtel sim.
                    Kindly look into the matter as early as possible for its rapid solution and inform m accordingly to get back my recharge.

                      Hi,
                      Iam using bsnl prepaid and iam having balance it it... I brought it in tamilnadu using student plan and i bought the sim 1 year back and the plan is valid for one year only and it got expired 10 days back since then i cant able make calls using this sim.. Iam currently residing in maharastra.. I cant able to make any outgoing calls... I cant able to contact
                      Customer care also.. Please consider my request and do a needy as soon as possible

                        Sir, I am K.Gnanasekaran from Velachery, Chennai. My prepaid mobile No is [protected]. I am also availing the 3G Data Card facility with BSNL, Chennai. I have been subscribing DATA 198 which is valid for 22 days to 28 days.Every month I have been continuously recharging the above data through Axis Bank internet banking facility. Since the above data was due to be lapsed on[protected] I recharge on[protected] itself. But due to urgently instead of STV 198 plan I recharged STV 241 plan and the amount has also been debited in the Bank Account and the receipt Ref.No.of BSNL in No.[protected] dated[protected] was also generated. But I found my DATA was not recharged. Then once again I recharged my original Plan STV198 which had a carry forward stock of 28GB. The receipt No.[protected] dated[protected] was generated. My grievance is that my inadvertent remittance of Rs.241 under STV which has not been considered by the BSNL should be returned back into my Bank Account. Secondly, eventhough I recharged/renewed my STV 198 Plan within the due date of[protected], the carry over DATA availability of 28 GB has not carry forwarded along with the renewal. Now as per my account there is only 1GB available for 22 days. I should be immediately credited with 28GB more data along with refund of Rs.241.

                          I am very sad to tell you that the wimax connection no [protected]@bsnl.in (Account no.:[protected] had been disconnected in 11/09/2017 and the cpc modem and other devices supplied to me were returned to the concerned department. Since the disconnection of the service, i made so many refund requests through mails, letters and in person. But no action has been taken so far. An amount of rs.11750/- is to be refunded to me. Kindly take necessary steps to refund the same by cheque or neft.

                            Guys i m not able to pay my bsnl landline bill... After i type in my acc. No., telephone no. And select the individual account option, and click continue, a dialogue comes that says " something went wrong, plz try after some times" wtf guys? 🙁🙁... Plzz fix it or help me..

                              My land line number is[protected], the phone is functioning well but calls are going to another phone also whose phone number is[protected]. And become parallel phone. The calls are coming for the both numbers and much inconvenience is faced. And stopped taking in land line.
                              Even after repeated complaints also, bsnl staff are not reacting. And simply they are saying that the phone wire is wrongly connected that was rectified but the problem remains the same.
                              This type of inferior connections and staff not reacting to the complaint, i come to a stage to disconnect the connection.

                              In mobile STV 429 &666 are not self recharge through *444*# WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SELF RECHARGE FROM OUR MOBILE WHEREAS WHEN WE HAVE A LOT OF BALANCE IN OUR MOBILE.why should we keep balance in our mobile if we can not recharge it ourself?

                                I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at weading. My mobile no. [protected] was [protected] and sim card no. Was[protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                                I called to bsnl custome care many times, but i did not get any good response.
                                I tried to deactivate my caller tune through bsnl automated system, but it do not works.
                                My sim when new started as well as then last 3 month that was never calling that sim and not make massages.
                                please help me

                                  I was holding bsnl landline no.[protected], customer id no.[protected].

                                  I have surrendered the connection but while submitting instrument, i was informed that this instrument was purchased by me as my own asset. However, i am not atall aware of it.

                                  The connection was discontinued but the amount of deposit has sofar not been received by me.

                                  I therefore, request you to please do needful in (I) acceptance of telephone instrument; and (Ii) refund of deposit amount; at the earliest please.

                                    I have complained twice for the deactivation of bsnl hungama but still no action is taken for my complaint. I didn't even activated the plan and the company is saying that i activated the plan. The bill is coming along with the charge which i had to pay wastly and again the bill has came with the same charge.

                                      I a bsnl broadband user from last couple of days my dsl was getting down again again then complaint about this issue then they sent a workman who don't know anything about internet and router then they a technician who reduced my downstream port speed... Then again next day complaining about speed, and i told that i am paying for a 675 rupees pack and my internet speed is far below than what your pack offers... And ignored me... That company is clearly exploiting customer...

                                        Bsnl is worst isp i am a bsnl broadband user last couple of days my dsl was getting down again and again, so i complaint and service they provided oh my god!!! First of all they don't even had registered my complaint then next day i again called them... Then they send a workman who don't even know anything about broadband and router then they send a technician... He called someone on phone and tell them reduce my downstream means what the #!!! They reduced my download speed even i am paying for a high speed pack exactly around 675 rupees and when i told them to change my port speed they just ignore me...# this company... I am too angry right now please take right action against them..
