I am very sad to tell you that the wimax connection no [protected]@bsnl.in (Account no.:[protected] had been disconnected in 11/09/2017 and the cpc modem and other devices supplied to me were returned to the concerned department. Since the disconnection of the service, i made so many refund requests through mails, letters and in person. But no action has been taken so far. An amount of rs.11750/- is to be refunded to me. Kindly take necessary steps to refund the same by cheque or neft.

    Guys i m not able to pay my bsnl landline bill... After i type in my acc. No., telephone no. And select the individual account option, and click continue, a dialogue comes that says " something went wrong, plz try after some times" wtf guys? 🙁🙁... Plzz fix it or help me..

    Sir, Hungam service activated in my landline phone no[protected] without my permission.Please disconnect it immedatialy.Iam not intrested for hungama service and I am not using it.
    My bsnl mobile number is [protected] [protected] the service to this number has been deactivated due to not recharging in time.pls, reactivate the service immediately so that i can recharge my mobile and continue the service. plzzzzz reactivate my bsnl phone number.

    I lost my call log/history from my phone till frm 2016 june...plz provide me the call history..i need to get a important number from it.i am using bsnl prepaid service.so i kindly and humbly request to provide my 2016 call history at early.

      My land line number is[protected], the phone is functioning well but calls are going to another phone also whose phone number is[protected]. And become parallel phone. The calls are coming for the both numbers and much inconvenience is faced. And stopped taking in land line.
      Even after repeated complaints also, bsnl staff are not reacting. And simply they are saying that the phone wire is wrongly connected that was rectified but the problem remains the same.
      This type of inferior connections and staff not reacting to the complaint, i come to a stage to disconnect the connection.

      In mobile STV 429 &666 are not self recharge through *444*# WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SELF RECHARGE FROM OUR MOBILE WHEREAS WHEN WE HAVE A LOT OF BALANCE IN OUR MOBILE.why should we keep balance in our mobile if we can not recharge it ourself?

        I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at weading. My mobile no. [protected] was [protected] and sim card no. Was[protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

        I called to bsnl custome care many times, but i did not get any good response.
        I tried to deactivate my caller tune through bsnl automated system, but it do not works.
        My sim when new started as well as then last 3 month that was never calling that sim and not make massages.
        please help me

          I was holding bsnl landline no.[protected], customer id no.[protected].

          I have surrendered the connection but while submitting instrument, i was informed that this instrument was purchased by me as my own asset. However, i am not atall aware of it.

          The connection was discontinued but the amount of deposit has sofar not been received by me.

          I therefore, request you to please do needful in (I) acceptance of telephone instrument; and (Ii) refund of deposit amount; at the earliest please.

            I have complained twice for the deactivation of bsnl hungama but still no action is taken for my complaint. I didn't even activated the plan and the company is saying that i activated the plan. The bill is coming along with the charge which i had to pay wastly and again the bill has came with the same charge.

              I a bsnl broadband user from last couple of days my dsl was getting down again again then complaint about this issue then they sent a workman who don't know anything about internet and router then they a technician who reduced my downstream port speed... Then again next day complaining about speed, and i told that i am paying for a 675 rupees pack and my internet speed is far below than what your pack offers... And ignored me... That company is clearly exploiting customer...

                Bsnl is worst isp i am a bsnl broadband user last couple of days my dsl was getting down again and again, so i complaint and service they provided oh my god!!! First of all they don't even had registered my complaint then next day i again called them... Then they send a workman who don't even know anything about broadband and router then they send a technician... He called someone on phone and tell them reduce my downstream means what the #!!! They reduced my download speed even i am paying for a high speed pack exactly around 675 rupees and when i told them to change my port speed they just ignore me...# this company... I am too angry right now please take right action against them..

                    I had raised a request with bsnl for new connection. Pre-lead no:[protected]. 4 jan 2018

                    A agent named ketan ([protected]) contacted me and asked me to fill up a new connection form and charged me 500 rs + 200 rs
                    I have not received a new connection yet.
                    When i contacted ketan, he asked me to get the contact number of the lineman and inform him to add a new connection. I dont know where to get the contact of lineman

                    I tried to contact the bsnl helpdesk multiple times, but they did was put on hold and disconnect the call.

                    I urgently need this connection. Please let me know who can i contact to set up a new connection

                        I am a bsnl landline customer. Recently i paid my landline bill twice through two different online websites. I request you to refund my bill amount as soon as possible.                         Dear team,

                        We have done the mobile recharge in bsnl-up west sim-no:[protected] on dated 09/jan/2018: 11:57 of rs:429 and then we received 360.55 rs in main balance by talkcharge website. (Online recharge).

                        But we required below offer. Hence we called to customer care o[censored]p west :[protected] / 1503 and asked from employee, how to get below offer, hence she/he said dial :*123# and select so so option, we did the same. But now our 360.55 rs got deducted and when we calling to someone, money is deducting from main balance. Please assist. We should able to call free on any network in india as per below offer.

He came and tried to do some thing and told that he will check in the office for further. After that he never came back. Neither the internet connection. If i call him just gives irresponsible reply.                             Dear sir/madam,
                            Landline not working for 40 days.
                            I had failed in all my attempts to solve the problem, by requesting and sending mails, but nothing has happened. Instead of getting new customers, bsnl should try to keep their existing customers first.
                            Only thing is that i receive the bill on time every month.
                            As a last bsnl cutomer in my surrounding area, i think it is best for me to surrender my landline.
                            I have received the bill for this month, but the phone complaint is pending for 40 days. I had made a complaint on[protected] docket no[protected]. The bsnl technician came and went saying he will come within 2 days but never returned.

                              I had disconnected my telephone no.[protected] in the name of s. N. Lokhandwala & co in october-2016. I received the sms on 2nd march 2017 that your telephone deposit amount of rs. 1442/- will be given till 17th march 2017. I inquired in your jamnagar office and they replied me that we have posted deposit cheque on 21st march 2017. But till the date, i have not received that cheque of rs. 1442/- out of my deposit of rs. 1650/- after deducting 208/- for discontinued charges. By personal visit and emailed on "[protected]@bsnl.co.in" on 11th april 2017, 24th april 2017, 17th june 2017 and 11th october 2017 in this matter but no reply or my cheque received till today.

                                I want to deactivate the bsnl hungama plan as soon as possible. I am not interested in this plan. So kindly deactivate immediatly. My landline number is[protected].
                                A scam by bsnl in the name of hungama:

                                I'm was a faithful customer to bsnl since 2003, but i have lost the faith and trust in bsnl after this incident.

                                Someone called from bsnl to my landline and said "we are calling from bsnl hungama and we want your emai id and phone number for the record purpose".

                                After sometime i got mail from bsnl hungama that they have activated entertainment unlimited @ rs. 170/- per month + mega blockbuster @ rs. 249/- pm + gaming cafe @ rs. 70/- per month. They have activated it without my concern and its a scam by bsnl.

                                I was calling to customer care number provided in the email/website but its coming "this number has been temporarily disconnected".

                                I got the call at 11:20 am on[protected] and i unsubscribed from the services at 11:45 am on the same day[protected] after receiving the email with the stated amount of total rs.489.

                                I am not interested so please kindly take immediate steps to deactivate it soon so that we can have a good and uninterrupted services from you...

                                  I had requested on during october 2017 to please disconnect my telephone connection no.[protected] which you had kindly acknowledged per your sl-197 dated 9th october 2017. (Senior telecom officer, bg east out-door lazar road, exchange, lazer road, bangalore 560005).

                                  As per m7y request you had disconnected the phone but now it is january 16 three months since disconnected. But despite my giving all information's the refund of my deposit has not yet been made.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and arrange refund without anymore delay. I am once again sending you copies of all relevant details for your immediate attention.

                                    Sir, on 12 jan 2018 i had a recharge of 333 via online. But that recharge is not activated till date. No body is taking serious step, facing problem. Date 15/01/2017.

                                    I am tired of contacting cust care, no body is takeing it seriously. Continuously misguiding me, or misleading me, by continuous recharging, sometimes sending settings.

                                    I already have a complaint no, where puja mam, one senior one said, within 4 hrs it will be solved. Complain no is 1a14601146.

                                    I personally went to bsnl office bokaro, same reply, soon it will be resolved.
                                    But when, no body cant tell.

                                    How long should i wait, most importantly why should i wait?

                                    Hence, its a earnest request, if you please can resolve my issue, i will be obliged.

                                      My bsnl landline in goa[protected] is registered by ronnie pereira.
                                      Regarding my broadband speed (Line sync rate) is capped at 4mbps when my plan is for 8 mbps
                                      There are two old broadband usernames:
                                      1.) pr[protected]
                                      2.) ronnie_1
                                      Kindly delete both usernames and create a new one so that a new dslam port is used which supports 8mbps speed,
                                      My connection was started before 2007 and are registered on old dataone usernames commissioned on nib 1
                                      The new bsnl nib 2 is not commissioned on my old username so kindly delete both the usernames and create a new one on a new dslam port
                                      Following are my plan details:
                                      Plan name:bb-home-uld-545-monthly
                                      Speed: up to 8 mbps till 15 gb, up to 1 mbps beyond
                                      Rental:545
                                      Kindly update my speed profile for 8 mbps
                                      I have attached screenshots of my snr margin and attenuation values which proves that the cable has no problem and a speed of 8mbps is attainable.
                                      The following reasons could also be the cause of the speed being capped at 4mbps:
                                      1.) on the cwsc it shows that i have a bb_modem_type-b1 which should be updated to bb_modem_type-w2
                                      2.) it could be due to the speed profile not updated for the speed of 8mbps

                                      even after informing authorities about the problem it is still unresolved and they mark all unresolved complaints as resolved, the complaints are closed by them with our name used without our consent, no remission or action taken and they dont even follow protocol of bsnl to check their end after finding no problem at my end

                                      My bsnl sim card was blocked and asking for a PUK number. I have tried many bsnl helpline numbers but no use they give me other numbers to call. Atlast I called a number and gave all details and they were verified and correct but says he could not provide the number as his server is down. But I need my number working, I am in urgent need of it.
