What is compensation bsnl will provide for deficency in service. As per trai guidelines if the landline is faulty beyond 2-3 days than compensation of rs 100 per day is payable by bsnl.

I am to bring into your notice that my broadband service allocated to landline no.[protected] is not working properly for the last 13 days. Several complaints have been made by me on toll free no. 1500 but nothing has been done so far.

I have surrendered my bsnl broadband connection almost a year back. But i am yet to receive my refund amount. When i contacted them they said it has been under process. The same process is going on for almost a year now. It's not only me two of my friends are also facing the same issue.

Last two days i am trying to send sms to register my account in sbi quick service but fail. My mobile is dual sim one bsnl and other airtel. I can send sms through airtel but not with bsnl. My land line not working for more than a week. I had made a complaint on 03.1.17 and no one had come to check or rectify the fault. Today i had received an sms stating that the complaint had been resolved.
Is this how bsnl treat their customers of four decades relationship? This is not acceptable and enquiry shall be made to find out who had attended the fault and how it was closed....

I have applied for number portability from bsnl to vodafone many times in last ten month, but invain., every time, i received a message from vodafone that your porting request has been rejected by bsnl due to, there are subsisting contractual obligation from subscriber agreement

My land line telephone no:[protected] is out of order due to disconnection of line. I made a complaint 4 months back. Some workers cane and made digging but could not find the cable where it is disconnected. Further i applied for a new land line connection in december 2017 but no fruitful result could be achieved.

I have bsnl landline connection with internet since last 1 year and till now i had hardly received 1-2 original bills at my location. My bsnl no is [29795991] no original bill is coming. Please work on priority to solve this issue as original bill is required for me for some important reason.

My bsnl no is [protected]and it was bought around 8-10 years back. It has gotten blocked and for unblocking, it is asking for the puk code.

I tried getting by sms number provided in the online forums and also other methods but have not not received any details yet.

Unfortunately we do not have much idea on the address and name under which the simple was submitted as it was taken almost 10 years back.

Respected sir my bsnl landline (Customer id [protected]) is not working properly since last 4 months. I have complained about it many times but no one came to sort out it and continuously they were charging for connection. Evey month i am paying approx rs.500 as bill.
I request you kindly repair my landline or disconnect it. As no one taking written complain.
