Since around two years we have this bsnl wireless internet. Every month they are coming on time to collect the fee. But almost every month they forget to update the account data. So two days later the account is expired and internet is not working anymore. So we have to call them to enable the account again. Sometimes the account expires after two weeks. And last month they had "problems" the internet was not working for over a week. Do you think we got a refund for that? Ofcourse not. I hope their boss is reading that and lowers their salary.

I called them again on monday on the phone numbers[protected] and [protected]. They said everything is fine, it is working. But still I got the message "Error: You are already logged in - access denied" when trying to login. Yesterday my login was working. Today again it failed with the same message. How difficult can it be to configure this router properly? I wish they would just check the hardware address instead of doing that funny login procedure. Also it would be nice to be able to pay online and check the account status online. You know, it's not 1990 anymore...

    Network of bsnl mobile are not available in recently two days in the area of as other block district fatehpur uttar pradesh-212620. Although tower of bsnl are situated at village asother. There are no any reason for non availability of network. Network of the service provider are available in same place but bsnl network are not available. Kindly look in to the matter.

      Sir / mam, instead of my repeated complaints on customer care service of bsnl no 1503. No action has been taken against poor network since 7 days. Internet is too slow that even small sites can't be open properly in time. I am a resident of bangla bazar lucknow. Because of this i can't be able to use my data pack efficiently. Kindly take strict action against this. Thank you

        There is unlimited service internet connection and we paying approx. 2000 per month charge but the local staff of kumher dist. Bharatpur not co operating since last 3 days while there is not internate serive and we suffering our business of lpg distributorship

        Last time atleast 15 days connection was down due to cut down of line and the department issue full bill.

        Presently also staff not co operating and say that there is mistake in your computer.

        While other internate serive are good.

        If your staff do not want work then please remove our connection.

            We already given letter on 9 th june 2017, in adyar bsnl office to de-activate my connection. But still now no action from bsnl. But bill will generated every month.

            My request is to de-activate my connection immediatly. And also send the exact bill what we used.

              (1) I had never asked for hungama plan but it is being charged unnecessarily on my phone number [protected] please arrange to deactivate this immediately also a number of times my phone was not working and it was assured that rental will be waived off but it is in vain
              (2) Similarly my Telephone No 2447517 was not working for last twenty days in July 2017 earlier there was fault of ring but later it became completely dead the same was brought to the notice of BSNL Authorities and I was assured of exemption of Rental of non working period. It is pertinent to mention that whenever the complaint is made the auto generated message is received stating that the same has been set right.
              (3) The connectivity of BSNL Mobile Services in Sec A area of Shantipuram is very poor it was also brought to your kind notice. It can be verified and may please be rectified.
              I am writing this letter, from Guwahati, with a request and hope that my trust towards this great Organization shall remain unaltered.

              I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at EMC2, Doddnakundi Bangalore. My mobile n . Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately
              I am using BSNL Combo landline + broadband under BBG-COMBO 675 Plan.

              Sir/mam i am bsnl customer from krishnalanka, vijayawada, andhra pradesh. The network signals are very very low at all the time.please solve this problem as early as possible

                I gave given complete for balance deduction from my account on 6th. Complaint docket number for my complaint is - 2k06985820.

                Today i have received message for deduction of balance from my account.

                Though i have not activated for any services my balance is deducted

                When i have activated for dnd, how can i get the calls

                Why my account balance is deducted even after lodging the compliment.

                I did a recharge of 429 to the worng number through mobikwik. Please give me a refund or do recharge to my bsnl number please. I contacted the mobikwik customer support team they told me to contact the operator service. Please help me it's 429 .. I am attaching the screenshot please solve as soon as possible... It very important to me..

                  I have recharged my bsnl no. With the plan 429 on 30.10.2017 but it is very very slow since recharged. After repeated complain my problem is not being solved. Eventually i am very much frustrated with the plan & have decided to institute a consumer suit against bsnl. It is a very very grave matter of concern that the costumer service of bsnl is very very poor.

                    I have a land line phone (No[protected] in my house (In kannur district of kerala). For the last two months, there is no incoming call (The phone is not ringing). Sometime when it rings, even before lifting the handset, the call is made (As seen in mobile).. I made complaint several times to 198, then to jto, ae but there is no positive result.. Kindly direct the concerned staff to look into the matter immediately and rectify the fault..

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I like to inform you that my bsnl landline number which is [protected] is out of order for three days, i make complaint and i know that the technician would come and do something temporarily and again it will be dead after one week. This same process is continuing for last three years. Moreover there's lot of noise in my line hinder smooth communication. Infact the whole nearby area is suffering and facing the same problem.in every month my phone is dead for 9 days. This is occurring since last year's. Inspite complaining they did not take any permanent measure and i think this problem is persisting because of the negligence of local telephone exchange. I think they purposely tampered the connection so they can take bribe and then rectify it. The exchange people are very rude and corrupted. I thereby request bsnl authority to take up the matter and please rectify it permanently.

                            On 29/10/2017, mob no. [protected], was recharged with Rs 141 twice. It has to be recharged once but by mistake it was done twice. On contacting customer care, they denied the refund for second recharge but assured double benefit which included 2000 minutes talktime, 200 sms and 2GB internet data per day(all for a month). I have assured this 3-4 times contacting customer care. But on 31/10/2017, on exceeding usage of 1GB internet data, the main balance was charged of 432.50 Rs.
                            As per the assurance by customer care, it should have been after the usage of 2 GB. On contacting further on this issue to customer care, they denied such a benefit. Actually, first they denied the benefit for second recharge of 141 Rs citing the reason of lapse of second recharge, but later covered it with the benefit of 2000 Min talktime, 200 sms & only 1GB of daily internet data, which itself is contrary to the double benefit offer assured by them on contacting earlier.
                            I have a complaint no. 490799, for providing wrong information, providing partial benefit & non-refund of second recharge.
                            So, I request you to take right action & refund me all the money that is deducted from this account.

                              I was facing poor connectivity from past few months. When i complained to them they said the problem is with modem. But i have replaced it with new modem despite that i am facing the same issue. Finally i found that snr margin is so low sometimes it shows in negative. Attenuation is always 300+ and there is so much of noise in landline.

                              I need someone to look into it immediately. Let me know if this cannot be fixed. So that i can go ahead with different service provider.

                                I have made payment of rs220 for online recharge of my bsnl prepaid number through bsnl portal on 29th october 2017 - transaction id - pgsm[protected]. But till today recharge has not done & now the status is showing as "failed". Contacted bsnl customer care & they are not sure why it failed?, when it will recharge? & whether it return back the money.
                                I have sent many mails to helpdesk but till now no response from bsnl.

                                Request you to please co-get refund of my money or recharge my number.

                                Still not recharged or refunded the amount, sent mails to BSNL portal but no response.
                                This is a small matter of INR 220 but out of 100 crores like this how many transactions BSNL might have cheated.
                                Now we fear to make any online transactions.
                                I HAD RECHARGED MY PREPAID BSNL MOBILE FOR RS666/on 13th Nov 2021 .Butvthis has not been credited to my account. mobile- Confirmation :Ur a/c is credited by Rs.666 on 13/11/2021 at 09:27:33 AM Ref No.PGSM[protected].

                                    Low 3g signal strength at malabar county 1 dr. Ambedkar university road, b/h nirma university ahmedabad charrodi village 382481, here i can't connect 3g network to my mobile & i can't use my mobile data pack efficiently... Very poor service*, calls are disconnet, please solve this network problem as son as possible now. Very poor service provided by bsnl here in ahmdabae.. 3g service is working like 2g
                                    And there is network issue on all bsnl mobiles. Here no speed of internet and also i can't call anywhere on any network. Very poor and pathetic service. Simply i am wasting my money in this sim i[censored] will not take any action regarding this matter i will change it.

                                      BSNL does not allow the Unique Portability Code to me for my both the numbers [protected] & [protected].

                                      Now I have to stop using BSNL mobile, as I do not want to carry on with BSNL to waste my money on recharges.

                                      Contacted to customer desk, for the unique portability code, the executives are rude & arrogant, not given any proper reply, told it will take 7 days, when I said as per my best of knowledge why such long time frame he do not have any reply aprt from in BSNL it is 7 days to give UPC & keep me on hold.
                                      It is a routine practice of BSNL customer desk to behave like it.

                                      BSNL does not give satisfactory services on all the front.

                                      No voice clarity, no 3G network in my house, not connecting the internet, not allowing the user to port their numbers, rude & arrogant customer care executives, is anything remaining, I don't think so.
