While mobile display 2 to 3 point signal you don't get voice clarity untill you walk out of home. Data connection while bsnl given plan of 429 with 1 gb free, in day you will not be even able to get 1 mb data from network - so bad is network. Earlier it was advised to me that this is sim card issue. Even after changing sim card issue is same.

    Today (26/10/2017) i got a call stating that there is hungama services and about the plans, they asked my email id and phone no. So that i can check it... They also stated that i should send a sms to activate (Which i did not send).

    But after the call i received activation msgs and mails. This is completely unacceptable and against customer wishes. They have activated all three plans which costs rs. 500.

    I want to immediately deactivate all the hungama plans and packages and close the account. I do not want bsnl to charge me in this month bill.

    If such thing happens, i will definitely take it up with the consumer court.

    Bsnl, a government company creating such scam activities is totally unreliable.

      So for the past 15 days bsnl network is not working her in Dhansrighat 784114. It does not have H+ but we are not disappointed with that. At least we should be provided with H speed or say 300 kbps. but we are getting zero kbps. We are paying on monthly basis but you mother **rs dont care about us.
      Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

        Dear sir/madam,
        This complaint is writing from kerala, our land line number is +[protected]. We took this connection more than 15 years before by depositing oit of rs. 10000/-. Our connection is under katakambal exchange in thrissur dist. Coming to the issue, this is a little bit serious complaint because of the irresponsibility that we are facing from bharat sanchar nigam ltd. Our land line connection is frequently go down for last 6 months. We continuously informed them, had went and submitted complaints to main engineer, we had done our maximum from our side on this.
        When we ask about the issue, then they will tell
        1) the connection wires are under the road, we have to find it.
        2) we don't know from where this problem is arising,
        3) we don't have enough workers.
        4) the workers are in back of other complaints.
        5) please wait for two days, three days, one week.
        6) we will make discount on the bill etc.
        These all the reason from your engineers side. Every day we have called him and checked the status. But there was no improvements and even they are not come to check that issue. Once some workers came and dig and broken our slab nearby road and found a wire and after that a few days our land line worked, after 10 days again ruined. The complaint registering number is +[protected] and the engineers number is[protected]. Presently our connection is not working and we have done the same process and still waiting the response from the exchange. Whatever happens the telephone bill come on the correct time with out any delay and with out using the landline we are paying the bill for last many months. Any how we are really disappointed with your service, actually our region is a remote area because of the feeble network we can't depend on other network connection. Bsnl is the only way to communicate with our people but because of your bad service we are that much disappointed. Please do needful on this complaint as soon as possible and we are eagerly waiting for your positive reply.

            I surrendered my mobile connection[protected] on 7th february 2017 vide rk nagar branch receipt no surrender/rkn/2016-17/71057 - more than 7 months back.
            I requested for refund of deposits and additional advance payments macde by me and credit the amount to my icici bank account[protected] of north mada street mylapore branch

            Can you please ensure that i get refund at least after such a long wait.

            I received a mail saying my complaint is closed with the remarks "Your Grievance with Registration No.DOTEL/E/2017/39620 has been disposed" I don't understand, I have to make a complaint against the grievance redressal machinery. I have not received the refund - how come you say my grievance has been redressed?
            I am not able to make calls from bsnl . There is full signal then also .This sim I taken in Rajasthan but now I am in Madhya Pradesh and I am not able to make calls from it . Please help me
            My broadband bsnl numberb[protected] is not working from 1.5months .i have talked telephonic to jogbani exchange fbg exchange katihar exchange but no one is doing intrestes in my complaint.
            they told me abt my modem i have purchased new modem they told me abt wire i have changed my wire also now plz help.
            This problem of link break is continuous since last one month,
            i will complaint so many times (8-10) but this problem still not resolve.

            Pls do something about it.

                  Sir, i bought stv-444 plan (Popular)-3 months validity by paying rs.444/- through process of visa debit card of csb through komarify.com. But the said package not activated in my mobile no.[protected] at all till[protected]till now. The komarify says that it was successful for the order id. And mentioned confirmation id as. But i say that recharge has been failed and therefore requested for refund of rs.444/-. Because i am not getting any benefit of this stv 444/- plan at all in my mobile using internet or data usage at all and mobile balance says. Rs.41.52 only.

                  Komarify.com by latest email says that my recharge is successful for the order id:[protected] with the confirmation id:[protected] and pointed out recharged the special pack as "normal recharge r" so the benefit will be added to my balance instead of special pack benefit and they have directed to contact you with the confirmation id to know the credited benefi and indicated that i cam activate the special pack from the main balance using "ussd". I tried *123# but balance says rs.41.52 only.

                  Pl. Resolve and enable me to enjoy the stv-444 recharge plan in my mobile
                  If not please arrange to refund rs.444/- to me.

                    We have surrendered our phone no. 2320633 in feb 2014 as we were shifting to the area where there is no bsnl netwrok. Also filled up the form to send the refund amount by visiting nearby office of bsnl. Still they are generating bills and calling for the payment. We have the application copy with us where local office people mentioned that connection disconnected.

                    Please do the appropriate action so that they should not disturb us anymore.

                      We have taken a new broad band connection for our telephone number[protected] on 7.09.2017 and till date the broad band is not working, the area ae visited once and said he will rectify the problem but even after more than 100 calls no body from bsnl have taken any action to rectify the problem. Without using the internet even for a minute we have received a bill for rs.3674.00. How do you expect us to pay this amount. We request you to cancel our request for broadband connection and return our deposit paid to you for rs.2295/- immediately. Bsnl service is the worst in the country.

                            I jahindra singh, dist-munger (Bihar) purchased a sim card ([protected]) on 14/10/17. This sim card was firstly was not activated till 16/10/17. When i contact the customer care (1503) & (1507), they suggested to get a 5 rupees frc done and so i did it. But the sim card was not activated and no network was shown. On 17/10/17 for the first time ever the sim card showed network and so the verification process was done. After the verification was completed, i had been informed by the customer care representative that the incoming and outgoing call facility will be activated in 2 hours. After 2 hour only the incoming call facility was activated but the outgoing facility was yet not activated. Again after talking to the customer care, i was told that my sim card is activated but outgoing is not available because of no positive balance in my account. Following this i recharged my phone with 100 rupees which gave me talktime 81.74. Even after doing so, the outgoing facility is unavailable.
                            Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                Your site is not secure after placing complaints many phones are coming regularly and asking card number ...thank god i blocked my card as 1 million rs saved in it. It means it is not secure to write anything here

                                  On[protected], i tried recharging my bsnl mobile no. [protected] with rs. 159 at 0856 hrs. Through paytm app. My money was deducted but recharge was not received. I was given the following details: operator ref no.[protected], transaction receipt order no. [protected]. I am not being able to make calls saying i have insufficient balance.
                                  I also registered a complaint at bsnl customer care, the docket no. Was 1j18346509 which was closed without resolving the issue. This letter was sent to bsnl appellate, kolkata but so far they have not acknowledged my problem. Bsnl is too irresponsible towards its customers. Please help.

                                  Attached are the screenshots of messages and invoices. I am going to forward the mail to consumer forum as well. Kindly resolve the issue and return back the amount or recharge my mobile as soon as possible.

                                  Due to nonpayment of Bill, my outgoing call was barred and I used to receive message stating this. Since then I have paid my bill and even outgoing service has been restored but still I am getting the same message

                                    My land line number is[protected]. I need the incoming call details on october 19th and 20th only. I need the call history of incoming calls history what i mentioned above. If i get that details it is very helpful for me. To my land line, i am getting so many fake calls that is disturbing very much. So i need to know who is calling and what they want. So mainly i got many fraud calls on oct 20th that's why i need the incoming calls details.
                                    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    It took a month for bsnl to finally run my service but the day it started the broadband line was failing again and again
                                    contacted the line man and he refused to come over and fix the issue
                                    on further calling he was abusive and demaning.
                                    On 16/10/2017 at 18.25 pm. i paid Rs.220/- to topup for my mobileno.[protected] through internet banking SBI ref.no.JSB[protected]GA2KGB5. But not yet top up made for my mobile.

                                      Iam akhil from kerala, thiruvananthapuram district. I had bsnl landline connection for past 10yers. But due to pwd works, the cable was damaged. So i complained to the bsnl exchange for the repairing works. But certain apathy has been notified from the side of bsnl employees, they doesnt solve my issue. So i disconnected my landline and apply for a new broadband and landline combo before two weeks. But till now they doest call me or do any necessary steps for my connection. So i again visited my nearest telephone exchange. They told me that the workers are at different places when they will come, they would check the feasibility. This is not fair. So kindly take notice my issue and take sudden solution for this issue. My std code 0472.

                                        I am using bsnl 395 plan according to plan there is 60 days calls and data service but they suddenly stomped service without information. But when i inquired they are telling companies black out day for two days for depawali festival. But when i inquired for this plan ie 395 they didn't tell this not going to work in black out days and they didn't mentioned in terms and condition and i'm getting useless response from customer service center. Even though such black out day is there they would have informed me earlier i would have planned for somthing
