Of late, there have been frequent problems in bsnl broadband service to my land line number[protected]. The trouble started in the middle of september, 2017. Most of the time it is totally out of order or it is sporadic. Whenever i make a complaint i promptly get the complaint register number promptly sent to my registered mobile number. Some technician from bsnl would call me after some time and set right the fault. After a few hours it is status quo, either the line is dead or if at all it works, then sporadically the broadband service would be on and off, causing annoyance. The same story gets repeated day after day. Till today the problem is not resolved and i am helpless.in fact, i had sent an email to the following email id [protected]@gmail.com on 14th and a reminder on 17th september. There was no acknowledgement from bsnl. However, on september 19th the problem was set right temporarily for 2or 3 days and again the same problem continues!
What i am surprised is that bsnl being a giant public sector undertaking with such a strong and technically sound staff, it is a shame that the problem could not be solved. As a last resort, i have come to this forum as a court of last resort and even then if bsnl could not solve it then i have to switch over to a better alternative!
