I've paid my landline bill (September 2017) online through bsnl portal. First time it showed page unavailable after the transaction and when i checked the bill is still unpaid. So i did it for another time. Now ₹1220 has been debited from my account but the bill payment status shows 'pending'. Please do something immediately. The transaction id:fcdr[protected] & fcdr[protected]

    Of late, there have been frequent problems in bsnl broadband service to my land line number[protected]. The trouble started in the middle of september, 2017. Most of the time it is totally out of order or it is sporadic. Whenever i make a complaint i promptly get the complaint register number promptly sent to my registered mobile number. Some technician from bsnl would call me after some time and set right the fault. After a few hours it is status quo, either the line is dead or if at all it works, then sporadically the broadband service would be on and off, causing annoyance. The same story gets repeated day after day. Till today the problem is not resolved and i am helpless.in fact, i had sent an email to the following email id [protected]@gmail.com on 14th and a reminder on 17th september. There was no acknowledgement from bsnl. However, on september 19th the problem was set right temporarily for 2or 3 days and again the same problem continues!
    What i am surprised is that bsnl being a giant public sector undertaking with such a strong and technically sound staff, it is a shame that the problem could not be solved. As a last resort, i have come to this forum as a court of last resort and even then if bsnl could not solve it then i have to switch over to a better alternative!

      I was holding land line connection with phone no[protected] with broadband and email id [protected]@bsnl.in connection.

      On 01.04.2017 i have migrated from land line to ftth connection with the same email id assigned.

      Since then i am not able to access my email id "[protected]@bsnl.in"

      Several attempts to retrieve is failed and has been adviced to contact nos. Also not fetched the result.

      Needs help to retrieve access to email id "[protected]@bsnl.in"

        My phone line has been dead for more than a month now from 15th May 2018. When i went to complain the guys told me that due some digging work the internet is not working and they are sorting out the matter. But nothing has been done as yet. My area in Vodlem Bhat, Quepem Goa. Give me a revised bill so that I am not charged for the months that the service is not provided.

          Respected sir,
          Subject : requesting for a new bsnl tower installation in miyaru — puduvettu

          Miyaru is a locality in puduvettu village of belthangadi taluk, dakshina kannada district, karnataka. Which is about 10kms from famous temple 'sri kshetra dharmasthala'. This area has a temple which have history of 300 years, and average population of 5000 including students.

          As the locality does not have any cellular cell site/mobile tower we are getting difficult to connect outer world. The locality have a temple and two schools, the devotees those who come to the temple are facing network issue. Not only them the whole locality doesn't have proper network coverage.

          The people of village are getting trouble to communicate in this digital era. The entire people those who are living in this locality completely deprived from some basic rights due to improper network coverage.

          The distressful matter is that the people of the locality getting difficult for 'voice call' in this 2017. "development of india is depends on development of village", villagers are many times quoted that backbone of india. "empowerment of villages is the empowerment of india" etc, they say. These problems raised only because of inadequate network

          Installing a new cell tower to our location could be a better solution to all above mentioned problems and would be profitable for 'bsnl' as well as there no other network operators in our location.

          Behalf of all the villagers i request trai to take a action in this regard at earliest and connect miyaru to the outer world by installing a new bsnl cell site in our location.

            Please tell me how do i surrender my landline number. Each time i visit the bank office they turn out to be very ignorant and gives excuses and delays the matter. It's not possible for me to pay the huge amount of bill for the ignorance of bank staff. Very much disappointed with the customer service.             I am sorry. Not bank office it's bsnl office and bsnl staff. It's due to autocorrect.
            My parents are in a old age home in Anupatti. For the past 10 days the tower signal is nil or very weak. Unable to contact, the voice breaks. Please look into this urgently.

              This is in reference to my bsnl landline no.[protected], i am availing broadband facility from the last 1.5 years. From the past 6 months, after every 2-3 days o[censored]sage, dsl connection gets lost. I keep on complaining at bsnl, turner road office, dehradun. After writing complaint, it works for 2-3 days, then again, there occurs problem in dsl. I am fedup of complaining after every 2-3 days. I hereby request you to kindly do some permanent solution.

                I buy cdma sim card ([protected]) from bsnl office in andaman & nicobar island at 07/09/2017 -03.00 pm the official inform me my cdma sim will be activated within two days since the date to 05/10/2017. The sim card is not activate. It show not registered to network in between i complain four time to the officials there response is very bad. Then i again go to the officials this time they give a duplicate sim card on 09/10/2017. But the problam is same as that

                  I was using bsnl connection of ll/bb for the last many years & as the same was not reqd. Any more, the ll/bb. Was disconnected on 26/06/2017. The ll appratus was deposited on reciept of information about disconnection. But till date the security/ cost of ll appratus has not been refunded. My ph. No. Was[protected]. You are reqested to kindly arrange solve the complaint at the earliest.

                    I am switching my network from 2g to 3g then the network is gone, this problem occured yesterday and not yet fixed.
                    Again i am switching to 2g network then the network and internet work properly.
                    I am using bihar sim in delhi from past more than 1 months and the network and internet is working properly but yesterday network lost never came back.

They keep sending me the bill stating the balance amount due, but same is not being credited to my account despite filling the form with all details.

                          I've already applied for surrender of my landline connection no[protected], but funny enough that the bsnl wants me to submit the original receipt of security deposit which was made long back while installation. Though, i find the same is visible in their customer portal. This a kind o[censored]nnecessary harassment and attitude to non refund of legitimate claim, needs your attention.

                              The payable amount is rs:1380 for current october month. I paid at saturday (7.10.2017) night through this website (https://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/cfa.do).I used to pay bsnl landline bill through this website for the past 10 months. Though my amount is debited for the current amount from sbi bank & still it shows that i didn't pay for the current month and also e-receipt is not at all getting generated. I waited for more than 24 hours but there is no use.

                              I called bsnl customer care service & they asked me to check this website (www.selfcare.bsnl.co.in).I signed up and checked it shows my bill is not at all paid for the current month. I sent a complaint query to this email id ([protected]@bsnl.co.in) as because if there are any transaction issues they were been notified to use this email.
                              Though i paid still the status is unpaid so what i should do?!

                              So, i request to active my sim SMS service immediately because this number is register in many banks so i face many problem please solve my problem immideatly
                              I had lost my mobile phone with sim today early morning around 2am to 5am
                              Sir please deactivate the hungama plan as soon as possible my No is[protected] It is burdening me I have paid 2 months bill without Knowing the fraud made by the bsnl If at all the authorised people did not taken any action to my complaint then I am going to diconnect lhe line and advise other people too whom I known

                                I have broad band facility in my house but with in 2 days it shows speed limit has expire, and slow speed on wi fi started.

                                Mobiles are getting in rs. 429/- 3 month period, and 2 gb daily, unlimited st local calls, and with full speed for 3 months.

                                We pay rs. 700/- to rs.1000/- per month, we are getting low speed. Why?

                                Please make new plans that will give more facility to land line broad band (Wi fi) user.

                                  I applied for disconnection of bsnl broadband connection as well as land line connection at ambattur telephone exchange on 07.10.2017. To my utter disappointment i received a message on 10.10.2017 at 9.11 a. M. That my request for disconnection has been cancelled. The irony is that the message wishes me for a continued patronage with bsnl. The service is so poor that the person who took my call on 1500 speaks in such a rude manner that she could not tell the reasons for the cancellation. This is ridiculous service from the public sector owned telecom company. This attitude of the staff forces many to shift to other private telecom companies. I request that my complaint may be attended to immediately.

                                    It is out of order from march 30, 2017 and in same condition till yet. I register my complaint many times through complaint booking system and also directly at bsnl office at koothattukulam. They do not take any initiative to resolve my complaint. When i asked about this they told that this is because of cable fault. But all other land lines in my area are still functioning except mine.
                                    I request to consider my complaint and take necessory action against the irresponsible behaviour from the concerned people and also make my land line connection functioning.

                                      Kukkedi village near historical place venur of belthangadithaluk, is not having a mobile coverage from any of mobile towers located nearby. This village is is having enough number of people to use mobile phones but we are all certainly away from the facilities of any mobile phone facilities. As such we request you to provide enough strength for signal or to provide an additional tower in the village near an industrial training institute running in the village.
