Have tried to generate UPC number 5 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got...

I have recharged my prepaid connection two times but it's not showing recharge

I have tried to generate UPC code to port my mobile number. But I'm getting these 2 messages only

I had surrendered the landline number[protected] in the month of Nov 2021 with all the required forms and details like blank cheque for depositing the amount in my bank. The instrument was also surrendered on very day at different office which is 6 to 8 Km away from the Naranpura Office.
Till this date there is no refund deposited or any communication from BSNL office....

I have tried to get UPC code for MNP more than 10 times in 1 week but I have not received UPC code. I receive only one SMS every time as:-

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and send my UPC code.

Try to getting UPC no. For port my BSNL sim card but every time showing this message

Tried raising request for MNP code to port my number. Keeps showing error or asking to wait even after multiple tries.

After sometime, another msg shows request cannot be processed.

I have made my bsnl postpaid bill amount of rs 567 to my bsnl number [protected] today on 6th sept 2022. However outgoing and incoming calls are still barred on my bsnl postpaid number. Kindly rectify the issue ASAP. Um highly disappointed by the poor response from bsnl side. Time and again they make people face such disturbances. Activate my number ASAP or I will have to look for other legal alternative

I have recharged my bsnl mobile using BSNL self care portal app,
I have recharged to [protected] mobile no from [protected] mobile thru app for RS.1499 one year pack on 16th August 2022. Since there is a bug in the app, this is recharged the [protected] (from mobile i have recharged) instead of recharging [protected], but this mobile already has 1 year validity.
