Sir,

I received a call from bsnl hungama during march 2017 that says i will get free service if i provide them with my mail id and mobile number, after free service if i wish i could use service by paying. I just give the above and never activated any plans and used the given plans. For the past 3 months i have been paying bill for this plans that i didn't activated. Bsnl hungama itself activated some of the plans and i come to know about this activation this month. It was just like looting. So kindly request you to deactivate the hungama plans and refund the amount that has been taken for the past 3 month. My landline number is [protected].

    Dear sir
    My land line number[protected] is dead since 21st june 2017. The broad band connection is as well snapped since then.in this connection i have registered three complaints on 1504 details are given below.
    On 24th june 2017 complaint no : [protected].
    On 29th june 2017 emergency complaint no : [protected]
    On 4th july 2017 complaint no :[protected].
    Then on bsnl web site grievance was registered under docket no jkr/co.2017/1177 on 11th july 2017.
    Again on 13th july 2017 compl no [protected].
    The basic problem is that the under ground cable laid upto my house was damaged some years back by smc while digging the drain.in lodged a formal complaint with smc as well as bsnl but no one paid any heed. On my own cost i had to connect the phone by a over ground wire which was working for some time.
    The line man had come once on my request and he showed his inability to restore it as he says that cable jointer is required to set it right besides some road cut will also be involved.
    I as a subscriber is with out land line facility since 21st june 2017 and want your intervention to sort this issue out.
    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    There is no complain option for Landline on BSNL site.
    How to complain about Landline payment disorders?

      Respected sir, i am bsnl custmer. My plan is 'mahakrishi plan 141'.in this plan bsnl gives 2gb data, 50 on net sms, 50 off net sms, 400minits on net, 400 minitsoffnet and mahakrishi custmor group calling free validity 30 days.

      I recharged 141rs on 30 th june 2017. But i did not get 2gb data and 50 sms on net and off net. I called custmorcare again and again more than 20 times. But not sovled my problem

        Dear team,
        I am currently located in maharashtra and using the bsnl sim of mp. I want to deactivate dnd service as i am not getting important messages. For that, when i am calling on 1909 for deactivation of dnd, they are asking to call on [protected] which is for mp circle. And when calling to this number, every time they are registering a request for deactivation and asking me to wait for 7 days. It is been almost one month till now and have registered many complaints, dropped mails, sent messages, twitted. I have tried everything from my side but not getting proper response. Please check if you can help.

          Hi BSNL Team,

          I had applied for landline and broadband connection yesterday, captioned in the subject is the reference number which I received for my application, I received call from local BSNL office who said if there is no line in your building we wont be able to help you, I told him Rachit Sunshine is new building in Prime location of Nasik city (just opposite City Centre Mall) in our building in the start they would get 30+ connections but my request was not taken seriously and they asked me to visit BSNL office and meet Mr. Maske (when I asked for his number or address I was not provided) I usually stay in Mumbai and travel to Nasik on weekend, it is not possible to for me to go to BSNL office and meet the concern person and that's the reason I have done an online application, I have also discussed with our management in building that how many connections we can give to BSNL from our building and for sure we have 30+ connection for BSNL.

          Then I received a call from BSNL call centre today morning, name of the guy was Lalit he called to confirm the application I told him the whole story and he just said he cannot help me if there is no line near my building further he was not ready to listen to me completely.

          I want someone to take this request seriously and action on this one, BSNL is getting big business you should be talking to customer like this. this is not correct (even if the business is not big but the way you speak to client needs to change).

          India is developing please give proper support to public so no one has to saying government things don't work properly, government is doing just fine people working in the government need to change their attitude and help local public with facilities when public is ready to pay.

          Seems like BSNL does not care about this at all, the resolution ratio is just 1%. i afraid if any one will even bother to respond here. :(, but i am not going to give up have purchased a flat in best locality of Nasik and till i don't get BSNL landline an internet installed in my apartment.

            Non receipt of security deposit against land-line no.[protected]
            It is intimated that due to my transfer from jalandhar cantt to ambala cantt i got services my bsnl telephone and broadband connection disconnected on 09 dec2016 but even after lapse of more then five months the said amount of rs. 2050/- security deposit has not been received by me till date. My complaint no. 61 dt.[protected]was also registered by me in your bsnl office jalandher city.
            Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I have lost my handset along with sim card while traveling in train and bsnl customer care asks me to submit a copy of FIR to get my sim card blocked. How can I do this in train. I request you to please block my number temporarily. My no. [protected]. Thank you

              My bsnl mobile no. Is [protected] from srinagar j&k. Today about[protected] hrs. I have received a miss call by mobile no. [protected] from assam and than i call this mobile no. About 18 secound rs. 60/- decuted/ cutting from my main account. Than i call bsnl customer care executive mrs. Jyoti and senior executive mr. Vivek they have to misbehaviour to me and no any solve from my above decucated amount. And provided wrong information and challang me that no any amount refund by bsnl office. Than i want provide bsnl nodel officer contact no. They were not give me. And challenge to me. So that i requested to you please refund my decuted / cutting rs. 60/- and solve my above problume earliest at your end.

                  Hello, six years ago in 2011, i got bsnl landline with broadband & the number was[protected]. After about two years, as i was relocating to new house got disconnected & surrendered instrument. Till today i have not got security deposit refund.

                  Also from my next house i applied for new connection & paid rs.600, but there is no new connection or no amount refunded.

                    I bought a new bsnl sim for my mobile and it got activated on the same day. But from last 4 days i am getting continuous notifications on my mobile screen where it is written that sim application for bsnl mobile and it asks me to activate different paid services each time it appears e. G. To activate jokes, shayari, love tips etc. I do not want to activate these # at all. Every time i cancel it but after few minutes it again appears.
                    Please block such kind of services from my number. I have applied for dnd also.

                      With all due respect i have a problem with my bsnl no [protected], my incoming call facility is not working, i dont know whats wrong. And when ever i try to complain the customer service is horrible, they dont speak properly and also neglect my queries. I have complain like 10 times already but no action has been undertaken till now as of late. And also my internet its very, very slow i have recharged with rs 444 3g internet but to my horror its not been able to give even 2g speed its so slow that i cannot open a webpage. I beginning to wonder if bsnl have lost its service to the public. Our public grievance should be resolved by bsnl. Please help me resolved my issue at earliest. I would be forever grateful to you.

                      I forwarded many complains regarding bsnl poor customer service and internet. But till now no action has been taken. Bsnl was good before and helped many people but right now I think it has lost its touch to the people, neglecting public greviences .

                      My bsnl no [protected] has no incoming calls. The internet is horrible its not opening even a webpage. Not even 2g is as worse as bsnl 3g.This is the reason why I think many people are prefering jio and airtel. If Bsnl improves a lot then it might be on top charter but right now it has gone from bad to worse.
                      But please help me and resolve my issue at earliest.
                      Bsnl please help us public to serve us better and give us the desired network.

                          Fixed line phone is not working for months. Complained over phone. Line remained disconnected. Bill came late. Connection resumed after bill was paid online. But soon phone was out of order again. Next bill also came late. Was not paid. Only once a call came from the company saying it was set right. Next moment it was not working. Only thing consistent was the bill! Without a single day's service, it contained details of calls which obviously were fictitious, false and bogus.

                            My tele 2852564 is out of order since long time, after repeated complaints no action is taken from BSNL.it's shoddy response compel me to surrender my phone.

                              I've got no network for the whole day today (9/07/2017)
                              I tried switching between different networks but i keep getting a message saying my sim card (Bsnl) cannot connect to that network
                              Please do the required as soon as possible since it's really urgent

                                My 3g data connection is not working since morning. I contacted customer care number[protected] but they told me that i am in roaming so they cant help me and they dont have any information about my number.
                                They gave me another number to contact, which when i tried comes as number not in use.

                                I again contacted bsnl customer support and they informed me that they dont have another number and they are not able to help me.
                                I am in mp as of now and my number is from maharashtra.

                                Very frustating moment for me as i dont have another sim with data plan.
                                I thought bsnl is good sarkari company but looks like i have to port my number to another service provider.

                                Goodbye bsnl you are not sarkari but sarkari tarkari...

I had given a complained about this in your sadar bazar branch so many times but my complaint was taken as negligently and they can't listen me properly and behave very rudely. Yet they have not refund my money . If i can't recieved a satifactory solution then i'll take a strict action against you

                                    I am a bsnl customer from kerala. I am using the bsnl service from more than 5 years ago. I am not satisfied with bsnl services. I dont get enough 3G coverage. So i had forced to move to another service provider.So i try to port by senting porting message to 1909 in the format PORT to 1900.
                                    I got the reply message from 1900 as failed. Why are you like this. As a customer i had the right to choose the provider we like. Why are you rejecting my request to port.

                                      I am using BSNL broad band. From Dec 2017 we are additionally charged 450/- being hungama charges. We didn't subscribed for that or used it. Please deactivate all hungama services and refund the amount..
                                      My BSNL no[protected]

                                      Someone called from BSNL to my landline and said " we are calling from BSNL hungama and we want your emai ID and phone number for the record purpose".
                                      I clearly informed to her, We didn’t want hungama services. She told to me, login details and and you can subscribe whenever want. But I didn’t subscribe the services.
                                      But last 6 months, I got the bill for hungama service as follows.

                                      Hungama Games On Demand 58.33
                                      Hungama Movies on Demand 207.50
                                      Hungama Music On Demand 141.67
                                      Total 407.50

                                      But I did nt use these services. Please do the needful

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        i had recharge rs 577 on my bsnl no [protected]
                                        to other promoter, the transaction no is[protected], but i had Call your bsnl toll free no 1500 but they ar give bull #### reason that we cant back you returns recharge & in your system showing the transaction of 577 reachrge,
                                        still you ar not do anything
                                        plz resolve this problem & also waiting your reply
