Hello, six years ago in 2011, i got bsnl landline with broadband & the number was[protected]. After about two years, as i was relocating to new house got disconnected & surrendered instrument. Till today i have not got security deposit refund.

Also from my next house i applied for new connection & paid rs.600, but there is no new connection or no amount refunded.

    I bought a new bsnl sim for my mobile and it got activated on the same day. But from last 4 days i am getting continuous notifications on my mobile screen where it is written that sim application for bsnl mobile and it asks me to activate different paid services each time it appears e. G. To activate jokes, shayari, love tips etc. I do not want to activate these # at all. Every time i cancel it but after few minutes it again appears.
    Please block such kind of services from my number. I have applied for dnd also.

      Sir/madam,
      With all due respect i have a problem with my bsnl no [protected], my incoming call facility is not working, i dont know whats wrong. And when ever i try to complain the customer service is horrible, they dont speak properly and also neglect my queries. I have complain like 10 times already but no action has been undertaken till now as of late. And also my internet its very, very slow i have recharged with rs 444 3g internet but to my horror its not been able to give even 2g speed its so slow that i cannot open a webpage. I beginning to wonder if bsnl have lost its service to the public. Our public grievance should be resolved by bsnl. Please help me resolved my issue at earliest. I would be forever grateful to you.

      Sir/madam,
      I forwarded many complains regarding bsnl poor customer service and internet. But till now no action has been taken. Bsnl was good before and helped many people but right now I think it has lost its touch to the people, neglecting public greviences .

      My bsnl no [protected] has no incoming calls. The internet is horrible its not opening even a webpage. Not even 2g is as worse as bsnl 3g.This is the reason why I think many people are prefering jio and airtel. If Bsnl improves a lot then it might be on top charter but right now it has gone from bad to worse.
      But please help me and resolve my issue at earliest.
      Bsnl please help us public to serve us better and give us the desired network.

      I have bsnl brodbend connection bb 650 plan. Last six month i have not getting brodbend spped. And frequently discconeected brod bend connection so i am tired. So kindly cancelled the my broad bend connection.

Sbi has immediately confirmed the payment. But your bsnl authorities have not yet give credit in my account of data

          Fixed line phone is not working for months. Complained over phone. Line remained disconnected. Bill came late. Connection resumed after bill was paid online. But soon phone was out of order again. Next bill also came late. Was not paid. Only once a call came from the company saying it was set right. Next moment it was not working. Only thing consistent was the bill! Without a single day's service, it contained details of calls which obviously were fictitious, false and bogus.

            My tele 2852564 is out of order since long time, after repeated complaints no action is taken from BSNL.it's shoddy response compel me to surrender my phone.

              I've got no network for the whole day today (9/07/2017)
              I tried switching between different networks but i keep getting a message saying my sim card (Bsnl) cannot connect to that network
              Please do the required as soon as possible since it's really urgent

                My 3g data connection is not working since morning. I contacted customer care number[protected] but they told me that i am in roaming so they cant help me and they dont have any information about my number.
                They gave me another number to contact, which when i tried comes as number not in use.

                I again contacted bsnl customer support and they informed me that they dont have another number and they are not able to help me.
                I am in mp as of now and my number is from maharashtra.

                Very frustating moment for me as i dont have another sim with data plan.
                I thought bsnl is good sarkari company but looks like i have to port my number to another service provider.

                Goodbye bsnl you are not sarkari but sarkari tarkari...

                  Sir i was taking a bsnl broadband comnection but due to weak signal strength near my house i was not used even a single day, which i informed him on the same day .I had paid a full amount . I had given a complained about this in your sadar bazar branch so many times but my complaint was taken as negligently and they can't listen me properly and behave very rudely. Yet they have not refund my money . If i can't recieved a satifactory solution then i'll take a strict action against you

                      I am using BSNL broad band. From Dec 2017 we are additionally charged 450/- being hungama charges. We didn't subscribed for that or used it. Please deactivate all hungama services and refund the amount..

                      Someone called from BSNL to my landline and said " we are calling from BSNL hungama and we want your emai ID and phone number for the record purpose".
                      I clearly informed to her, We didn’t want hungama services. She told to me, login details and and you can subscribe whenever want. But I didn’t subscribe the services.
                      But last 6 months, I got the bill for hungama service as follows.

                      Hungama Games On Demand 58.33
                      Hungama Movies on Demand 207.50
                      Hungama Music On Demand 141.67
                      Total 407.50

                      But I did nt use these services. Please do the needful

                            To conclude in one word bsnl sucks 💩 . Before a week ago I have activated a data plan of 444₹ which is 4gb per day and it's been 1 week I was not able to use at least 1gb in this one week due to poor network connection, Each time I try to connect to network it shows up only 2g signal that too of 4kbps and max of 10kbps, Now With this type of network coverage Bsnl Can take their offer and stuff it up in their ###. Waiting for your replay on your network services thank you

                              My father's phone was lost last night, on 6th july 2017, it was a bsnl postpaid sim, mobile number is [protected] on the name of Prabeer Kumar Bose, my father, on Redmi 4a mobile phone dark grey color dual sim.

                              My father works in Jamuna Enterprises, Civil lines, a distributor of Bajaj interio, as a an accountant/cashier.
                              He picked up the phone last night, and also verified his company camera on 7th july morning, when he went to the office, he lost that phone on the way near by my home in sabji market at allahpur near kidwai nagar matiyara road, while he was bending down to take vegetables, his phone might have slipped from the shirt pocket.

                              This he identified when he came back home after coming back from the sabji market.
                              Kindly block the sim, and allow to have a new replaced sim on the same number. Also, send a confirmation on [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]

                              Today evening I have lost my mobile containing SIM [protected] and immediately informed to nearest Entally police station and subsequently got a GD 59 at 04:00 PM. I do request to deactivate with immediate effective.

                                I am unable to send SMS from my no.i.e. [protected]. Please resolve the issue asap.I have to send some SMS which is on urgency basis which is my first priority. Please resolve it.I have already tried complaint box but was unable to connect to them too.Network services in NCR is also not very good.I am in roaming status at this time and I have some work releated to SMS, so please reolve it.

                                Please, I want to deactivate all hungama plans. my landline number:[protected].
                                If anyone going to purchase BSNL related service so it's my request to then please do not avail the service.yes It is govt authorized but no use because they provide very worst network service. They only know how to make fool to citizens after advertising their fake ads on television, internet or by any other media service.
                                I have not opted services from hungama neither interested my amount has been deducted without my approval.
                                Please, I want to deactivate all hungama plans. my landline number:[protected].

                                  I want say that there is no signal available in our area if there is,
                                  The signal is very very weak. Please provide a better signal for our area because it pushes us to backward when our india is growing up to digital india. The dream of digital india will be succeed if telecom will take villagers with them.

                                    I applied to port my no.-[protected]. But when i requested to port to vodafine they said that u hv a Lock on ur sim so first remove it through ur old company. I called my customer care they said that they hv removed the lock but now also they are not allowing me to port my sim. The retailer is also saying that they lock customer's sim so that they cant port it...pls support me so that i can port my no.

                                      Hi,
                                      Why the online detail bill is not available after 10 days of my bill generated. My bill amount generated on 28jun17, but still the detailed bill is not available in the portal. And goverment is still blushing on digital india, transform india, make in india. What the service you provide to beleive the government. Is this only an dreaming government without understanding the baseline of administartion in their departments.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        From past two months i have noticed that all of a sudden a big amount of balance is being deducted from this phone :[protected].

                                        I have ignored it last month, but again yesterday it got deducted.

                                        Earlier when this happened, i was told that i made international call.

                                        Here again i would like to know the reason for which my balance was deducted. I have tariff recharged on this number, so i don't think that call charges would be so high that you deduct 100rs for the call.

                                        Also, i have not made nay international calls. Kindly provide an justification for the same.

                                        Also, the customer care number is not reachable, so i expect a quick response on the my query.
