Dear sir/madam,

The above said connection is being used more than 25 years, and recently from april 2017 phone cable got cut nearby our house (Some unknown person). We have complained same to line man/a. E., j. E. But there is no action. When i informed, they did not reacted for complaint and opposite side they are asking us to give phone disconnection letter to close land line connection. This is really not fair, we are expecting good service from bsnl.

My parents are 80 years old, they are not comfortable for mobile phone operating, kindly solve our issue as soon as possible.

    In spite of repeated requests for issue of printed telephone bill regularly. My request has been ignored. Every time i have been asked for duplicate bill for payment of dues.
    Since telephone bill is an important documents for proof of residence, frequently asked by govt. Authority.
    I am facing difficulties for payment of dues.
    Kindly issue me printed bills regularly and oblige.

      I have a problem with internet connection, we have complained many times but there is of no use we always have some server problem, work as been stopped due to it. We are facing problem only with wifi, so we just want wifi connection to be deactivated, as landline is useful and have no issues with landline connection.
      So please deactivate only the broadband connection.

        Twice i made complaint on my bsnl broad band connection. 1 was closed without resolution and second one was pending with ito. The services of bsnl are very very... Poor. The broad band modem often getting red signal and not providing any output. Now from the last 15 days only one light out of 3 lights are glowing. During my first complaint some one called me and asked the details. Then he said that it is a modem problem, we will get it rectified. After 5 days of waiting for a resolution from bsnl i checked for the status of my compliantand shocked to know that it got closed without and resolution. Then i raised one more compalint on 6th june 2017. So far no one called/visited us.

          My landline phone is dead since 3rd June 2017, after filing complaint on 3rd June company service engineer visited and checked the line on 5th June and concluded is finding on the remarks that it is a Exchange Fault and can be solved at exchange office, however neither fault removed nor any intimation regarding my dead telephone received so far.It is requested to please solve the faulty telephone problem urgently .

          I have lost my phone in Indiranagar today in the morning. Please deactive and block the sim. My number is [protected]. I think i migh have dropped it near TOIT indiranagar. I am trying to call but it is swithched off.
          From 2 days my postpaid bsnl number isnt able to do outgoing calls.number is [protected]. I have paid all the bills too.this is happening for the first time.i cant call any customer service as outgoing service is closed.please let me know the further details or I'll have to change the Sim card itself.

            Sir my bsnl mobile number is [protected]. I want to port this number in another company. To port the number i need to send sms but i am unable to send sms using my mobile phone. I talked to the customer care. They said to update the message center number as ([protected]). I tried message center number [protected] but then also it is not working. I tried other mobile phones but it is not working on any phone. Please resolve this problem.

              I have 4 bsnl numbers

              From all of the above mentioned numbers sms could not be sent when i write something in sms box. But it is sent when i send an empty (Blank) sms my sms centre number is [protected] i also changed my sms centre number to [protected] but nothing changed hence i rechanged it to [protected]
              I also tried to send sms thorough many handset but same issue, in same handset when i tried to send any type of sms through my another number [protected] it successfully sent everytime whose sms centre number was [protected].
              Hence i m 100 percent sure that my problem is not from handset. I also called customer care but they told me that there isn't any problem from our side.
              So, i request u to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                I received call for activation of "bsnl hungama games" but nothing was told about any charges, i didnot activated the services either but when i received my bill rs 410 has been levied for the hungama services. Pls deactivate the same for my number also remove the charges from my bill as i was kept in dark about it and as i didnot avail any services and even activated the service on my number.

                  The landline has been dead for past ten days and even with repeated calls to their call center no action has been taken. The call center is a joke, with employees putting calls on hold for 5 to 10 minutes and then disconnecting the calls. New calls then go to new person with no knowledge of the complaint and then some more hold. They have escalated my complaint four times and promised that the problem will be rectified the next day. Nothing has been done from 27-5-17 till 6-6-17

Now 3G data speed is low against the old 2G... BSNL's 3G data speed is very very very low... Poor speed... I am charging​ for 3G and BSNL giving 2G with low speed. Fraud. BSNL is fraud...

                    Hello sir,
                    My land line phone no.[protected] is dead since 30/05/2017, no body has attended so far. When i contact to available person in coplaint room they said to me all line man in leave i can't do anything. Then i contact to SDO (T) they said today resolve your problem, last three days they give reply to me reguraly but till now my land line is dead. Please arrange to get it repaired permanently so that we can make disturbance free communication.we are your very old and loyal customer, and this fact should be kept in mind when ever we make any such complaint.

                            Hi sir,

                            I have stv88 is activated. I did one call to a number. Call duration was 23.33 minutes. I have been charged 48 rs. It means 2 rs per minute. But as per stv 88, the call rate should be.008 ps/sec. And the call cost should be 11.19 rs.

                            My bsnl no is :[protected]

                            I have called your customer care no, but they are disconnecting the call again and again saying that server is down. This is really very unprofessional.

                            I request you to explain why this much amount is deducted. And refund me the 48-11.19=36.80 rs as soon as possible.

                              I lost my mobile set with sim card no. [protected] near naya gaon railway station (Chapra) on 03.06.2017. My geonee mobile which was equipped with said mobile no. Slipped from my pocket and fell in to toilet commode and ultimately fell on the railway track while train was running fast. It request you to block the sim no. As soon as possible

                                I have recharged the bsnl stv 333 pack (Daily 3gb 3g) but the internet wont connect on all satudays and sundays. When i call customer care about this issue. Each time they say each issues like, "it will be resolved in 2 hrs", "fault is in our side, we are checking", "check your phone, our side is clear", "for this plan only 2g data available", and some best customer support experts put the call on hold after i tell not to put on hold. It happened today on 03.06.2017 at 21.48. He put my call in hold for 25 mins and not attented and then i ended the call. The same experience happened to me on previous saturday also. I have heard few audio, people talking rudely to customer care and thought why people do this. But now i think that is right. Thanks to bsnl for providing me an wonderful customer support.
                                And the customer care number which provided me excellent support is 1503 from a bsnl sim

                                    I am regular user of BSNL prepaid connection and lives in BARRA-7 Kanpur(UP)
                                    There is very poor network in Barra-7, besides it I recharged my No. [protected] with Rs.333/-. In this plan company promises that BSNL's new plan, Triple Ace, for mobile customers priced at Rs 333 will offer unlimited data with 3G speed up to 3GB per day and remain valid for 90 days. After one month use DATA speed became 35 to 200kbps only.
                                    This is the breach of commitment so please take action on BSNL and solve my problem.

                                      I have bsnl land line broad band service. Since last @ 3 months i suffered from irregular service. I frequently complained @ the matter to the authority. But no fruitful sevices provided. Earlier the local exchange concern call to go at the exchange office with mordem to repair/ replace it. And if mordem is to be replaced i have to purchase from market. Then & then the service may restart.
                                      I am paying bill amount of rs.1150.00 (Avg.) per month.
                                      Pl. Give me proper guide in the matter.

                                        I live in village - Fatehpur, Post office - Bulhowal 146113, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
                                        Bsnl tower which is being placed in front of our village is not delivering 3G range. It is not working from 2 days. I am facing a big problem without 3G. Edge is not giving desired speed. Its humble request to repair ut as soon as possible. Or increase the range of yower which is placed in Bulhowal town so that i can use my internet.
