    I want to install tower on my building building is very heightened with G+4 floor and it's an industrial area so there were very poor network of all cellular company so that's chance to install tower on building solve the problem of poor network and increase your customer so I kindly request to you please visit the site and install tower as soon as possible.I hope you will reply quickly as soon as possible and visit site.

      I have recharged my bsnl mobile using BSNL self care portal app,
      I have recharged to [protected] mobile no from [protected] mobile thru app for RS.1499 one year pack on 16th August 2022. Since there is a bug in the app, this is recharged the [protected] (from mobile i have recharged) instead of recharging [protected], but this mobile already has 1 year validity. Both SIMS bolongs to me only.

      I requested for transfer of fund to [protected] mobile or refund of the amount. I have visited 3 BSNL offices without any use. On 23rd have raised the issue with BSNL call center and i was that it will be done in 7 days. Again i have called them on 3rd sep 2022 and i was told with in 24 hrs i will get refund. till now nothing is happend.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am

        I have raised a complaint regarding My internet is not working in my ftth connection from last 2 days The complaint has been registered on 2 Sept 2022

        I have raised the complaint on the day itself my internet issue arises in ftth to the BSNL vendor also. But no response from their side yet.

        Please take action immediately as my complaint has not been resolved in last 24-48 Hrs and no technician visited my premises from my location BSNL office for same.

        Please do the needful as I am very frustrated as my internet is not working.

          The lineman of our area has given out the details to a broker who has defamed BSNL department people stating that we need to upgrade the connection of landline to broadband.
          When I told that concerned person that we haven't got any assistance for our landline service as and when required then he clearly stated that we are only responsible for broadband connection. When I asked him for his Identity Card then he clearly stated that he is not carrying any Identity Card with him. He told that he is from Home Services Named firm and there is no head office in Haldwani. He works at the telephone exchange near roadways bus stand in Haldwani.
          His name is Mr. Rajveer and he was pestering us to sign the document which I am attaching below.

            I have recharged my BSNL number yesterday (30/08/22) evening with the plan 139 rupees. I have recharged through Google pay (g pay) my money has debited and it is showing that money is paid but it is showing that confirmation pending from BSNL provider. My money is also not sent back to me and recharge is also not done. So please do look into this matter. If I call BSNL customer care they are saying that recharged was not done and they cut the call immediately. They told us to visit BSNL office near us. We don't have BSNL office here. What they can do though I go to office.

              I had bring the Complaint regarding network coverage concern of BSNL in our area there is no network at all in our area.

              Plz Registered network Complaint and forward my Complaint to Network Team and tell them to visit at my Location and analysis the Network Coverage Issue ...and if it not Resolved New Site Required I m happily to Give my Land For Network Tower Installation Process

              Plz Send the Network team at my Location and Register the Network Complaint immmediately at my Location Waiting For the Resolution From u r end

              We are totally Frusted of Network Coverage Since 1 year no stick available and Population in our Village is 1578 Everyone had Same Connection but don't have to knowledge to appeal the Complaint and Don't have time to Communicate with Executive

                    I bought a bottle of Amul Cold Coffee aboard an IndiGo flight No.6E5382( Mumbai-Bangalore sector) on 30th August, 2022. To my dismay, i found the coffee to be stale and clodded.
                    I informed the member of the crew and returned the bottle as it could have caused bad stomach or other health problem to me.
                    I would like an enquiry into the incident and steps taken by Amul to ensure that such things do not happen again.

                      I have done a recharge via Google Pay of ₹97 today, on 30.08.2022 and my account got debited but the plan didn't get activated. Kindly look into the matter and credit my account as soon as possible.

                                      Dear Concerned,
                                      On march 14th 2022 i personally visited BSNL office situated in TK layout Mysore, and gave a written letter signed by Officer to concerned department with counter signed for acceptance for disconnection of my landline with immediate effect and refund back the deposited amount, after which again every month bill is getting generated, to enquire the same i visited the Office where they said to contact Mr. sathya keerthi who was unavailable in the office so explained him my concern in call and he assured to rectify immediately, but still its not rectified and bill is getting generated even after 5months of disconnection, and if i am call Mr. sathya keerthi he is not picking the call and customer care portal says they cannot take this complaint, and people in BSNL office say to speak to GM Lingaraju, when i called him his PA picks the call and same drama of putting blame on others, but no one is ready to solve the problem, till today remain same,
                                      request the concerned peoples to please take proper action and refund the deposit

                                        I surrendered my landline on December 31, 2021, and also surrendered the telephone instrument. I also have provided my bank details while surrendering my landline. I was informed that the refund will be done after 6 months, but today, i.e. August 26, 2022, nearly 8 months after I surrendered the landline, I was told that I would have to raise a complaint, following which I might be able to get refund earlier.                                         I have surrendered my landline connection[protected] on JANUARY 2022 with necessary documents at BSNL exchange/customer care center at BADLAPUR EAST MIDC and further sent all required details and documents online to Accounts officer, BSNL, office BADLAPUR. I have not yet received my deposit refund amount which was promised in one month, I am a senior citizen aged 75 years and am a cardiac patient. So I cannot follow up everytime. Please do the needfull.
