I bought a bottle of Amul Cold Coffee aboard an IndiGo flight No.6E5382( Mumbai-Bangalore sector) on 30th August, 2022. To my dismay, i found the coffee to be stale and clodded.
I informed the member of the crew and returned the bottle as it could have caused bad stomach or other health problem to me.
I would like an enquiry into the incident and steps taken by Amul to ensure that such things do not happen again.

    I have done a recharge via Google Pay of ₹97 today, on 30.08.2022 and my account got debited but the plan didn't get activated. Kindly look into the matter and credit my account as soon as possible.

        I have been trying for UPC. Even after trying many a times, i am not receiving UPC for porting my mobile number.
        Always i receive the below message-

        Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.
        Request for UPC for your mobile no. [[protected]] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

        Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and send my UPC code.

          This is to inform you that I have applied for disconnecting of my above telephone number at my residence vide my application Dtd.[protected] submitted to your office at Raiya Telephone Exchange, Rajkot.

          Also I have deposited Telephone Instrument and accessories with your Raiya Telephone Exchange, Rajkot on the same date.

          It is very much regretted to note that in spite of lapse of more than 18-months' period, so far, I have not received refund of my Deposit Amount of Rs.1581.50 as per last bill dtd.[protected]

            This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house which is of no use . This is causing a lot of problems . So I request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house .Request your kind consideration to shift/remove it at the earliest.               1.Phone surrendered in July 2019 by my mother Mohini Devi Phophalia and services ended on 24 July 2019.
              2.refund generated for Rs.1411/-vide RE[protected] on 26/10/2019.
              3. refund not yet send to our bank even after such a long time.

                    Dear Concerned,
                    On march 14th 2022 i personally visited BSNL office situated in TK layout Mysore, and gave a written letter signed by Officer to concerned department with counter signed for acceptance for disconnection of my landline with immediate effect and refund back the deposited amount, after which again every month bill is getting generated, to enquire the same i visited the Office where they said to contact Mr. sathya keerthi who was unavailable in the office so explained him my concern in call and he assured to rectify immediately, but still its not rectified and bill is getting generated even after 5months of disconnection, and if i am call Mr. sathya keerthi he is not picking the call and customer care portal says they cannot take this complaint, and people in BSNL office say to speak to GM Lingaraju, when i called him his PA picks the call and same drama of putting blame on others, but no one is ready to solve the problem, till today remain same,
                    request the concerned peoples to please take proper action and refund the deposit

                      I surrendered my landline on December 31, 2021, and also surrendered the telephone instrument. I also have provided my bank details while surrendering my landline. I was informed that the refund will be done after 6 months, but today, i.e. August 26, 2022, nearly 8 months after I surrendered the landline, I was told that I would have to raise a complaint, following which I might be able to get refund earlier.                       I have surrendered my landline connection[protected] on JANUARY 2022 with necessary documents at BSNL exchange/customer care center at BADLAPUR EAST MIDC and further sent all required details and documents online to Accounts officer, BSNL, office BADLAPUR. I have not yet received my deposit refund amount which was promised in one month, I am a senior citizen aged 75 years and am a cardiac patient. So I cannot follow up everytime. Please do the needfull.

                        I have tried to get UPC code for MNP more than 10 times in 1 week but I have not received UPC code. I receive only one SMS every time as:-

                            For last 3 weeks I am trying to generate UPC for my BSNL number because I wanted to port my BSNL number to Airtel but I am getting thi error whenever I try to generate UPC "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. "
                            I contacted BSNL customer care daily from last 3 weeks but they just say we are sharing you issue with our back-end team and it will be resolved in 24 hours but till now i am getting same message from BSNL as if they intentionally wanted there end customer to get frustrate and continue with the there pathetic service.

                                नेटवर्क चालू करने के लिए Bsnl कर्मचारी को बार बार फोन करने पर भी नेटवर्क चालू नही करते है हमेशा टावर बन्द किए रहते हैBsnl Office छतरपुर मे फोन करने पर भी नेटवर्क चालू नही करतें हैं jio और airtelके नेटवर्क कभी नही जाते है चंदला के bsnl कर्मचारी को अलग करे bsnl कर्मचारी चंदला के पास खुद BSNL सिम नही है इसलिए उसे कोई मतलब नही है वे खुद Jio की सिम चलाते हैं
