The worst quality of customer service both at the call center and the customer care office
11 calls in 2 days, 4 abrupt call disconnects, 2 wrong q transfers, 2 wrong information purposefully done. Do they even care about their customers?
The issue - my 3g sim is a dongle sim (128kb) and it works only in dongle and does not get recognized in any 2g, 3g, or 4g mobile phone. I had made a data recharge of rs78 (2gb for 5 days) (Recharge from [protected] on 15/05/2017 at 04:09:40 pm hours. Ref no. [protected]). I’m unable to access internet as it is very slow and the webpage gets timed out. My dongle gets registered on network but cannot browse or open any website.
I called 1503 more than 5 times and each time i got a different answer from the agents. First one agent told me to wait for 2hrs, the second time also another agent told me to wait another 2 hrs. The third time the agent said he is transferring me to his senior and put me in the hindi q and again i had to repeat the whole issue. The agent abruptly disconnected the call. I called again and another agent asked me to call 1504 but there was no response on that number. So i called 1503 again and the agent said he is transferring me and this time it was kannada q who simply disconnected the call. I called again and another agent said there is a network issue in the area and to wait for 2 days and to call 1925 for network issues. I called 1925 and was told there were no network problems in the area and to top up main balance. I made online recharge of rs33 but it did not reflect as top up amount (Recharge from [protected] on 16/05/2017 at 06:53:36 pm hours. Ref no. [protected]). I called 1925 again and was told it was a roaming pack though nothing was mentioned while making the recharge. I made a topup of rs30 again (From [protected] on 17/05/2017 at 11:14:53 hours pf: rs.3, st: rs.3.91, net amt is rs.23.09, bal: rs.31.32, refno.[protected]).
I had to repeat the same issue for 11 times to different agents and still there is no resolution even after 3 days. Within the next 2 days the data stv 78 will lapse. I have lost time and my money on a useless network provider.
I have not been able to use even 1mb of the 2gb data pack. The call center agents don’t care. The people at the customer care office also don’t care.
Who is going to address and solve this connectivity issue? Do they even care about csat quality and is there a quality system in place? Do they care about csat? Do they care about fcr? Don’t they have any self respect and respect for their jobs?
With such dismal quality can bsnl match other players in the market? Without good customer service no amount of tv and print media ads or plan offers would work in customer retention. Maybe bsnl management does not care. They are content with free chai and biscuits, free lunches, free salaries.

    I lost my mobile handset along with my sim card at gwalior. My mobile no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

      I want to deactivate the bsnl hungama plan as soon as possible. Please do it immediately. I have complain to local branch for deactivation of hungama.com they simply gave me telephone no.[protected]. I have called this no for more than 10 times but all the executives are busy all time.           Hello im writing because i'm really frustrated i recharged with stv333 and it says 3gb /day after that 80kbps but even before 3gb i get only15kbps and after using 2gb the internet even won't connect i have complaint about this to bsnl customer care and they simply apologise but nothing happens they have created this plan to compete with jio but they can't win because i get full network coverage of both bsnl and jio jio gives 2000kbps but bsnl 20kbps so pls do the needful and i don't want this stupid plan of bsnl and need my money back

          bsnl is cheating with 333 plan .3mbps is the announced speed 35-50kbps is the max speed attained.cheating this isnt even 2g.no one can use complete 3gb per day simply anouncing woerst plans.jio is far better at both calls and the data.where as bsnl is providing only data that tooo at 50kbps.worst and cheating

            I have surrendered my broadband connection[protected] during November 2016. I have given request form to accounts officer at Peelamedu Telephone Exchange to refund my deposit to my bank account. I have surrendered the landline telephone instrument with necessary adopter & sockets and got acknowledgement from them.

            But till this date, I have not received back my deposit. Whenever approached, they are giving the same answer "it is under process".

                Sir, i am kinkar sing work in ministry of defence but my land phone has death about 5 days on 14may and also very few days ago same had problem but technician work not properly and also have broad band internet had discount but
                Every month bill pay time to time service very bad. So please khadki branch[protected], also plan change without information. But not properly work. Sound had many problem. Please do something.

                    My broadband connection no.[protected] has not been working for the last six months. Broadband availability is very poor despite repeated complaint booking and attending. BSNL personal expresses that the cable problem is there at our area. My bill payments are regularly and found burden on my part to pay without availing the connection facility. The complaint references are recorded and available. As on date the complaint is pending to rectify for the last 10-15 days.
                    If the problem can not rectified by BSNL, why I have to pay the bills. I need clarification immediately to proceed further.

                      My telephone number is[protected]. From last three months I am getting extra bill on my telephone number stating that Hungama one time charges. With out our acceptance they activated and the bill amount also varies from month to month. I already requested to deactivate the Hungama service on[protected]. Please refund my unused and unnecessary charged amount I have paid for. I don't want any extra bill on my next telephone bill anymore.

                                    I want to convert my sim from Bsnl to airtel. Validity of my Bsnl sim expired on[protected] on that day at about 8:20 I recharged my phone of Rs-10 n sent an SMS to 1900 for porting my sim but they didn't reply when I contacted customer service they told your account has been expired so first activate your account then you can port. They are not listening anything at all.

                                      Sir, i am the subscriber for bsnl broadband at gwalior. Due to service exigencies i unable to deposit the bill amount on due date. My telephone was suspended after due date and i unable to get the service of bsnl. After 20 days when i deposited the due amount but data not updated by bsnl. Hence i unable to get the service after depositing the billed amount for 7 days. When i rang to customer care then customer executive named mukesh and vinay told i unable to registered the complain from here. Hence again i got the bill of amount of 606/- rupees. If possible kindly do the needful action no customer be cheated by the bsnl customer care. My land line number is[protected].
