Please provide the Hard copy of Invoice at our office address since we are not getting the Hard Copy of Bills from last 3months & paying the bills with penalty amount. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. We had also given our mail id & mobile no. for E-Bill but we are neither receiving the E-Bill on E Mail ID nor on mobile no.
Kindly resolve this issue or else we have to disconnect the landline connection.

I hv not activated hungama entertainment programme. My bill always comes to rs 770. But this time for the month of april 2017 it is rs 1169. Please de activate hungama and take action againat this sort of harrasment to consumers. I have not asked for activation so i feel very sorry that bsnl is such a reputed company and how its name is being spoilt in todays time. I hereby request you to take strict action against such practices and save us... Consumers from in convenience and harassment. Thanking you once again and requesting help.

BSNL is charged unnecessory and unusable services unknowigly and it charges almost 1400 rupees.
I am a normal bsnl broad band user with unlimited package only cause 748 rupees monthly. But now the bill amount is almost 2500 rupees.
Once someone called in the name of advertisement from BSNL and asked for email. I firstly refuses but they told nothing will charged without usage and registration by username and password.
I ignored it.
Then some one from BSNL once called and asked if any services activated in my number I told not such services.
But now they are charging and this is unbearable charge. I dont even know what should do with this service and only by getting this bill opened their's email.
It needs to rebill to regular(or re fund) .

Please take action the bill payment date is 27/05/2017. I can't afford to pay that.

went to BSNL district head office. Disconnected hungama offer at broadband section. Then wrote application to account officer BSNL in white paper that hungama was not activated as per my request. After 1 day got message from bsnl. Normal bill.

On[protected] I have applied for change of connection with no [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. Bsnl official told me that it will be activated within an hour and they demanded frc fee 106 plus 30 rs SIM charges on the same day. But till now I didn't got my SIM functional. They forced me to travel for bsnl office on daily basis. Doing all these I wasted lots of time and money. Because of these people I have to travel more than 70 km on daily basis. I have lost more than 10 K plus doing all these but didn't got positive response from bsnl. You are requested to kindly look into the matter so that my grivience can be solved. I will be thankful to you.

After a long drawn battle i could secure a bsnl, broadband/land line connection some six months back. (I waited for more two years to get this connection). Any way thanks for the connection.
I have opted for a plan where i am supposed to get 2gb data at 2mbps speed and afterwards at lower speed.
I have not much used the net for first five days of this month : april 2017 and to my surprise on 5th april, message comes i have exhausted my 2 gb data and i may be able to browse at a lower speed. Except wifi connection to use mobile for whatsapp an facebook, in the first five days of april 2017, i didn't use the net, i am sure.
Though i use net for varied purposes through my desktop and there are no issues. Only my problem is how 2gb data exhausted within 5 days started on 1st and ended on 5th.

I have not opted for any service from BSNL.Hungamacom. But to my surprise,
An amount of Rs 489 was charged in the bill of period from[protected] to[protected].
And amount of Rs 628 was again charged in the bill of period from[protected] to[protected]
I have also given a letter to BSNL / BHEL Trichy office on[protected] to stop and refund the amount.
And also contacted[protected]BSNL Hungama number) to stop the services immediately, but not honoured and amount Rs. 628 was again charged in the April-17 bill also.
Request to stop all commercial services like Hungama and arrange to refund the total amount Rs. 1117 with tax deducted for the same.
Further request not to entertain this type of subscription deducted without the knowledge and written communication of the consumer in future.

On 10 may i get message on my phone your problem are resolved but no one technision is coming. When i call on exchange every time same repeted message line are break our employ are work on this but when i go area no one employ i see. I raise complaint on bsnl public grivance 4 days ago but today status is your complaint is pending. Please resolve my problem permanent.

I have been using bsnl post paid service plan 99 without data packages. I have been paying bill of average 200 to 300 rupees per month for last few months. But this month I have received one bill dtd. 5th May/17 of Rs. 1886/- against mobile no. [protected], a/c no.[protected] which is unexpected. I don't generally use bsnl mobile, only occasionally used it. I have a doubt on the bill generated. Hence I request you to kindly enquire into it and take corrective measure. I also noticed that some data download bills are added to bills. Since I am not using data then where from these come. All are in doubt. Please take appropriate action on it. Otherwise, it will bound me to surrender the subscription. Also Pl send me the last month bill details to my email Id [protected]@gmail.com. Thanking you.

But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as chittaranjan ghosh.
And the address of my residence is not full as i need the full address. For giving the bsnl bill as a resident proof.
The full address of my resident is:

So, i want the changes in my name from chittranja ghosh to chiranjib ghosh.
And i want the address to be updated as i have mentioned above.

Kindly make my sim active-my no is-[protected]. Main balance is there. But it got deactivated due to non usage for few months. When i contacted the customer care it shows the number is live in their system. But when i use the card in the phone it shows the sim is invalid. I checked it even changing the phones. How to activate the existing sim. Balance present, but no use...

Landline No[protected] in Hisar town only is not being attended to and all the resources at District headquarter and GM Telecom offices are unable to sort it. Complaint no [protected] has not been attended to satisfactorily. On an earlier complaint one SDO working on temporary charge took initiative to address and got it attended but it worked only for a few hours and is lying dead. Requests at SunderNagr exchange have not borne fruit either. The automated complaint system prompt that complaint is already registered. The accounts branch is sending demand for bills.

Last one year the phone is not working properly, even before that the instrument was changed many times due to some fault or other. Now the last one year every day the phone wire gets cut as it passes in the middle of the road, even if they repair immediately within 2 days again it is cut. So much frustrated even tried to surrender the phone but had to go here and there and could not surrender out of frustration allowed the phone to continue.. Even in face book comments were writtten about bsnl working. Now i have decided not to pay the bill for which there is no service at least then they will cut the line, that is the only way to get out of bsnl landline service.

My telephone no is[protected]. I use this connection for broadband only although the incoming call facility is available for me.

For last 10 days, my broadband is not working. I called the helpline and they raised a complain with docket No - [protected]. But it did not help as my connection is still dead. Then I called the helpline again and they informed me that my docket had been closed. I wonder how can it be closed without the repair. It is really frustrating from service point of view.

I again got created a complain (Doc No - [protected]) but not sure whether it will be looked into again. I will seriously think of disconnection if it does not restore in 2 working days from now.
