I have been using bsnl post paid service plan 99 without data packages. I have been paying bill of average 200 to 300 rupees per month for last few months. But this month I have received one bill dtd. 5th May/17 of Rs. 1886/- against mobile no. [protected], a/c no.[protected] which is unexpected. I don't generally use bsnl mobile, only occasionally used it. I have a doubt on the bill generated. Hence I request you to kindly enquire into it and take corrective measure. I also noticed that some data download bills are added to bills. Since I am not using data then where from these come. All are in doubt. Please take appropriate action on it. Otherwise, it will bound me to surrender the subscription. Also Pl send me the last month bill details to my email Id [protected]@gmail.com. Thanking you.

Recently I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills with plan 699. the additional amount of Rs.500/- one time charge without my acknowledge. please deactivate my account from one time charges plan.

I m chiranjib ghosh, having the bsnl landline connection in my house having the landline phone number as[protected].
But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as chittaranjan ghosh.
And the address of my residence is not full as i need the full address. For giving the bsnl bill as a resident proof.
The full address of my resident is:
36, indranipark, 1st. Floor, neelima apertment, prince anwar shah road,
(Beside tarun sangha club), kolkata-700033

So, i want the changes in my name from chittranja ghosh to chiranjib ghosh.
And i want the address to be updated as i have mentioned above.

O, please help me in sorting out these problems as soon as possible.

"the puk no can be obtained from help line ([protected]) on giving mobile no. And sim serial number. The puk no. Should be entered carefully as wrong feeding of puk no repeatedly will damage the sim, permanently"

Kindly make my sim active-my no is-[protected]. Main balance is there. But it got deactivated due to non usage for few months. When i contacted the customer care it shows the number is live in their system. But when i use the card in the phone it shows the sim is invalid. I checked it even changing the phones. How to activate the existing sim. Balance present, but no use...

Landline No[protected] in Hisar town only is not being attended to and all the resources at District headquarter and GM Telecom offices are unable to sort it. Complaint no [protected] has not been attended to satisfactorily. On an earlier complaint one SDO working on temporary charge took initiative to address and got it attended but it worked only for a few hours and is lying dead. Requests at SunderNagr exchange have not borne fruit either. The automated complaint system prompt that complaint is already registered. The accounts branch is sending demand for bills.

I never asked for the activation and yet they have activated the hungama plan without my consent. now i want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan immediately. Last one year the phone is not working properly, even before that the instrument was changed many times due to some fault or other. Now the last one year every day the phone wire gets cut as it passes in the middle of the road, even if they repair immediately within 2 days again it is cut. So much frustrated even tried to surrender the phone but had to go here and there and could not surrender out of frustration allowed the phone to continue.. Even in face book comments were writtten about bsnl working. Now i have decided not to pay the bill for which there is no service at least then they will cut the line, that is the only way to get out of bsnl landline service.

Sir, i would request you to kindly deactivate the hungama plan from my landline number no.[protected]. A sum of rs.346/- deducted under this plan may kindly be refunded as the said plan has been activated without my consent. Otherwise i will be forced to close this phone number.

My telephone no is[protected]. I use this connection for broadband only although the incoming call facility is available for me.

For last 10 days, my broadband is not working. I called the helpline and they raised a complain with docket No - [protected]. But it did not help as my connection is still dead. Then I called the helpline again and they informed me that my docket had been closed. I wonder how can it be closed without the repair. It is really frustrating from service point of view.

I again got created a complain (Doc No - [protected]) but not sure whether it will be looked into again. I will seriously think of disconnection if it does not restore in 2 working days from now.

I have surrendered landline phone no 2460426 at rajkot-gujarat bsnl office on[protected] which was in my fathers name who expired in 2006.
I have received refund in the name of my father ratilal c. Sanghrajka.
I have submitted refund cheque along with all document i. E. Copy of my aadhaar card, my driving licence along with affidavit to bsnl - jubilee baug office on[protected].
I have submitted letter to bsnl - jubilee baug office on[protected] as request cum notice to release rectified cheque in my name.
Till date i haven't heard any communication from bsnl officer.
Surprisingly there are lot of such cases pending with ahmedabad office & ahemdabad office are not sending rectified cheques.
I request you to look in to matter & release all cheques of pending such cases.

Was using this until march 2016 when i disconnected their services for them cutting my line without informing as a bill was unpaid.. This angered me and decided to stop using them. My franchise le vision was informed and they paid my bill and asked them to disconnect the services minusing the deposit amount. I still kept getting the bills which i ignored but today decided to call the 1800 number for broadband and spoke to dolly who spoke in a very sing song tone. Was quite amused.. However she informed me that my line was still active. How is that possible since i am using another operator since last year. Kindly make sure i am not billed for what i am not using and see that my account is disconnected and that i dont recieve any more bills as will not pay. This is for your info and necessary action

But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

Sir, we apply broad band connection on number [protected].

Ince last one year we purse many time in bsnl office, and ask for delaying broaband connection. But they did not provide broadband connection, now recently they provide broadband connection, but still we are not receiving internet on [protected]. We told many times bsnl officer, but they always give every time new argument for not providing internet.
This number is all india radio, kaithun, kota, we need streaming facility for broadcast.

We are facing broadcast problem.
It is kind request to take urgent actin against bsnl for not providing internet connection at [protected].

I have been using the bsnl evdo data card since 7 months but before 20 days to till date evdo speed comes in 5 to 7 kbps. Now you can feel how much boring to use evdo!! But bsnl not taking any step to make faster this network. Why? I have contact my nearest bsnl telephone exchange, then bsnl employer saying me it will make ok in few days, but 20 days still running, but there are no improve in network speed properly now tell me what i do? My business depends in internet. So, am i leave this worst bad hopeless bsnl network? Answer me. I have given a request for disconnection of services in feb 2017, at that time services were barred from bsnl due to non payment. I gave disconnection request on 3rd march they did not do anything and sent me bill for march. I submitted bill till feb have given disconnection request again in april still they are sending bills for no service. Please disconnect my phone and set me free from this liability
