I have surrendered landline phone no 2460426 at rajkot-gujarat bsnl office on[protected] which was in my fathers name who expired in 2006.
I have received refund in the name of my father ratilal c. Sanghrajka.
I have submitted refund cheque along with all document i. E. Copy of my aadhaar card, my driving licence along with affidavit to bsnl - jubilee baug office on[protected].
I have submitted letter to bsnl - jubilee baug office on[protected] as request cum notice to release rectified cheque in my name.
Till date i haven't heard any communication from bsnl officer.
Surprisingly there are lot of such cases pending with ahmedabad office & ahemdabad office are not sending rectified cheques.
I request you to look in to matter & release all cheques of pending such cases.

Nobody is able to let me know movements of my complain till now.

Last time when I was leaving for college I left the SIM in home.So I was unable to operate it for six months .
After returning home, I checked that SIM is deactivated.PLEASE reactivate the SIM

      Was using this until march 2016 when i disconnected their services for them cutting my line without informing as a bill was unpaid.. This angered me and decided to stop using them. My franchise le vision was informed and they paid my bill and asked them to disconnect the services minusing the deposit amount. I still kept getting the bills which i ignored but today decided to call the 1800 number for broadband and spoke to dolly who spoke in a very sing song tone. Was quite amused.. However she informed me that my line was still active. How is that possible since i am using another operator since last year. Kindly make sure i am not billed for what i am not using and see that my account is disconnected and that i dont recieve any more bills as will not pay. This is for your info and necessary action

        Missing sim card to be blocked

        I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at vbhc apartment bangalore, karnataka. My mobile no. Was[protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

        I have recharged for rs135 for 2gb data. but it got diverted to voice stv of 135 and i had been complaining to customer care and other officials. but no remedy is there. pls be causious while recharging for bsnl sim.

            Sir, we apply broad band connection on number [protected].

            Ince last one year we purse many time in bsnl office, and ask for delaying broaband connection. But they did not provide broadband connection, now recently they provide broadband connection, but still we are not receiving internet on [protected]. We told many times bsnl officer, but they always give every time new argument for not providing internet.
            This number is all india radio, kaithun, kota, we need streaming facility for broadcast.

            We are facing broadcast problem.
            It is kind request to take urgent actin against bsnl for not providing internet connection at [protected].

              I am customer of bsnl landline service kanapur patna sub division. I am just fed up with the service provider. From the last six months the phone is just like a show piece. In six months, the land line service is not working properly. Please solve this issue of bsnl.
              The government is just taking interest on private company and not looking for government service like bsnl.

                I have been using the bsnl evdo data card since 7 months but before 20 days to till date evdo speed comes in 5 to 7 kbps. Now you can feel how much boring to use evdo!! But bsnl not taking any step to make faster this network. Why? I have contact my nearest bsnl telephone exchange, then bsnl employer saying me it will make ok in few days, but 20 days still running, but there are no improve in network speed properly now tell me what i do?                   I have given a request for disconnection of services in feb 2017, at that time services were barred from bsnl due to non payment. I gave disconnection request on 3rd march they did not do anything and sent me bill for march. I submitted bill till feb have given disconnection request again in april still they are sending bills for no service. Please disconnect my phone and set me free from this liability

I had called the customer care service annd ensure about it. They had told that the recharge has not been done but my money have been deducted from my account.                         I have been an a very satisfied BSNL customer for decades.
                        From 2008 I and many in our apartment complex are facing enormous difficulties of frequent failure of BSNL land line
                        They were blaming Metro rail work in Kanakapura road.
                        But Metro digging etc has stopped 2 years back and the tracks and road are ready.
                        But still BSNL does not work.
                        We were forced to shift to FTTH in 2015 and many did.
                        But BSNL has a bad franchise and technically they are not ready.
                        Our complaints were not heard by BSNL. So many have surrendered the FTTH starting with 2975 as well as conventional line starting with 2696... and shifted to Airtel which is working superb.
                        But due to brand loyalty I retained my 26965718 number as thousands of seniors across Karnataka have my number.
                        But frequently it is out of order .My complaints to all levels and in grievance portals have yielded no results.Intermittently from jan 2017 and totally from 6th April 2017 it is out of order. But bills are raised promptly.
                        There seems to be something wrong in the present top level team of BSNL Bangalore.
                        I am a 75 years senior citizen and my wife 71 and a heart patient. This is a harassment to seniors.

                                    I, Mr. Sangram Dilip Patil was using BSNL boradband service till February-17.
                                    The Landline number provided for the same is[protected].
                                    On 23/02/2017, I have submitted application to stop my broadband as well as landline number which was not useful for me since my company provided me 4G connection so that I can connect from anywhere.

                                    Even though I have given disconnection request on 23/02/2017 and after paying all my outstanding amount till 28th FEB 2017, I have again received bill from BSNL of RS 645/- .

                                    Since I have not used any BSNL services(Landline as well as broadband) after 28 Feb 17 and from my end given request to disconnect both Landline and broadband on 23/02/2017, this is a request to BSNL to waived off this Rs 645/- and return my deposit amounts taken for landline and broadband both.

                                    By hoping will get positive and quick support from BSNL, waiting for confirmation email on waiving of Rs 645 /- and refund of my deposits.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                      My name is Akash, we have BSNL landline[protected], we have taken 1 year back BSNL FTTH connection first 3 month my net connection was up was 5 days month and still we paid full amount. now it like BSNL is least bother about customer service. I have sent 100s mail but so far no right action or reply or permanent. BSNL claiming upto 1 mbps but it is only 3 kbps or 6 kbps.

                                      We paid monthly amount that time to time but no commitment from BSNL that our line will be up and running - once in moon downtime is ok or we understand but once in moon our internet is up and running. kindly help us and kindly advice.
                                      Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Landline dead for more than three months now. Repeated complains given at local office as well as online .Some of the complain registration numbers are [protected], [protected] and docket WBL/CO/2017/577(ONLINE DOCKET).But the line is still dead though I am receiving bills every month.
