Telephone exchange, dist. Adilabad, telengana state, on 12/07/2016. But even after nine months and even after two reminders, bsnl has not refunded my security amount.
Through this reminder i once again request bsnl authorities to kindly refund my

Fact:
Broadband service is highly disturb in my hometown even in nearby region. Though the service is irregular, bsnl is regularly raising bill without any rebate and collecting the same.
Issue:
Upon receipt of redressal from the above said department, i noticed that in point no. 1, bsnl is accepting there is irregularity in service...

Everyday i am getting promotion calls/sms, unsolicited calls and sms on my number [protected] even though i have registered for DND.
I keep getting 5-6 unsolicited calls every day also i get 3-4 unsolicited smses

Some of the promotion/unsolicited calls i got are from:

I am bsnl broadband user from Sarang, Tal-Dapoli, Dist-Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Since 16th April'17 the internet connection is down and no one has come to have a look yet. This problem occurs every month. We have made a written complaint also. We people have to pay bill on time to time without any prior internet facility. When this problem gonna end. Request to resolve the issue asap.

Sir, i am able joseph from kerala state kannur district. Nunder the telephone exchange vellade. My number is [protected].. My brodband internet connection got complaint on two weeks ago.. I made many complaint for this to the exchange je also the main exchange alakode too.. But nobody came to solve the problem.. Is it the service you are providing soo bad on you... g s mentioned above in my place Udane, Puttur TQ having one BSNL Mobile tower from fast few ears but it is not usable in surrounding village area due to very poor signal. It is located in Mangalore -Bangalore NH Road and it is very wast tower. So many villages depends this tower for mobile and wheel phone but people are moving to other network due to this tower poor signal range as well as any power failure happen...

I didnt activate any of the hungama plans... But it was activated.. My bill was extra 300 due to activation of this service,, so you have to deactivate the service as soon possibe.. You have to stop this service permanently without any sort of delay,, make it as soon as possible... This service was activated past this month,, my number is [protected],, even i didnt use that service so you have to refund the back.....

My landline number is 033_22832349. It has not been working for about 2-3 weeks. We have raised several complaints through customer care and on the BSNL website. But there has been no response yet from them. Our broadband connection is also not working. The number is subscribed to Calcutta telephone Exchange. Bsnl are fraud from past 6 months i am having problem with speed and ping they dont know about ping there highest technician does not know english and what is ping they automatically resolve complains without actually resolving it
