Bought a new sim, its been a few days now but im still not getting even a network bar. Please help activate it. My bsnl prepaid no. Is =[protected]
I know that i need to call 1507 for activation but my phone cant even get the network so im lost here. Ive tried manual searching the network in 3 types of phones viz. 2g/3g and a 4g phone but was unsuccessful. Please please... Help activate my sim

I have recharged with 395 as moblie recharge on 29/04/2017 through online recharge from this number and i had not get the service. But money has been deducted from my account. I had called the customer care service annd ensure about it. They had told that the recharge has not been done but my money have been deducted from my account. Please consider my complaint and take necessary action. I hope that my amount has be refund.

I have been an a very satisfied BSNL customer for decades.
From 2008 I and many in our apartment complex are facing enormous difficulties of frequent failure of BSNL land line
They were blaming Metro rail work in Kanakapura road.
But Metro digging etc has stopped 2 years back and the tracks and road are ready.
But still BSNL does not work.
We were forced to shift to FTTH in 2015 and many did.
But BSNL has a bad franchise and technically they are not ready.
Our complaints were not heard by BSNL. So many have surrendered the FTTH starting with 2975 as well as conventional line starting with 2696... and shifted to Airtel which is working superb.
But due to brand loyalty I retained my 26965718 number as thousands of seniors across Karnataka have my number.
But frequently it is out of order .My complaints to all levels and in grievance portals have yielded no results.Intermittently from jan 2017 and totally from 6th April 2017 it is out of order. But bills are raised promptly.
There seems to be something wrong in the present top level team of BSNL Bangalore.
I am a 75 years senior citizen and my wife 71 and a heart patient. This is a harassment to seniors.

I want to deactivate my bsnl hungama plan immediately. I dont find it useful and dont have a specific reason to stay logged in. So please deactivate the account as soon as possible. My bsnl landline number is[protected]. I contacted the custome care and explained my problem but got no response. Im very disappointed with this. Is this jow your company works and dont even care about their customers. Please immediately deactivate the account.

I have recharged erstwhile bank prepaid number now airtel with rs. 200. But now the bsnl number does not exist. But wrongly the recharge was routed to bank network instead of airtel. I recharged it through patty. It shows recharge successful. But this is now sorrel could not be recharged. Txn order I'd. [protected].

Landline connection is not working in office for last 1 month, lots of time we have comained in bsnl exchange office but there is no responce due to this we are going through lots of problems in daily business we are bank so chstomers needs to call daily but if the number will not work like this then it will spoil our bank reputation so Please do the needful uegent.

I, Mr. Sangram Dilip Patil was using BSNL boradband service till February-17.
The Landline number provided for the same is[protected].
On 23/02/2017, I have submitted application to stop my broadband as well as landline number which was not useful for me since my company provided me 4G connection so that I can connect from anywhere.

Even though I have given disconnection request on 23/02/2017 and after paying all my outstanding amount till 28th FEB 2017, I have again received bill from BSNL of RS 645/- .

Since I have not used any BSNL services(Landline as well as broadband) after 28 Feb 17 and from my end given request to disconnect both Landline and broadband on 23/02/2017, this is a request to BSNL to waived off this Rs 645/- and return my deposit amounts taken for landline and broadband both.

By hoping will get positive and quick support from BSNL, waiting for confirmation email on waiving of Rs 645 /- and refund of my deposits.

My name is Akash, we have BSNL landline[protected], we have taken 1 year back BSNL FTTH connection first 3 month my net connection was up was 5 days month and still we paid full amount. now it like BSNL is least bother about customer service. I have sent 100s mail but so far no right action or reply or permanent. BSNL claiming upto 1 mbps but it is only 3 kbps or 6 kbps.

We paid monthly amount that time to time but no commitment from BSNL that our line will be up and running - once in moon downtime is ok or we understand but once in moon our internet is up and running. kindly help us and kindly advice.

My transaction on 27/04/2017 bsnl online rechage are incomplete. Iget result unable to process. Recharged mobile no is [protected] recharged amount is 339 rupees. But the amount is debited from my bank account. Please check the transaction. Sir i have no proof because idont know the complaint procedure. I lost my mobile on 16th April 2017 it was ringing whenever we called. But then it got switched off after a day. Since yesterday it has started ringing again. Imei no. Is [protected]. My phone no. [protected]. Can u please track my phone. I have given a police complaint also. I don't want my sim blocked rather I would like my phone to be traced. Willnu be able to give me the exact location?

Date of the incident 26/04/17 i activated caller tune but it doesn't came what i wanted it was some other old faltu song so i deactivated that caller tune by unsuscribing it so its your mistake u dint gave what song i wanted so my humble request to u that u should give me back my balance of Rs 78 or else i m changing my sim from any other and one more thing i[censored]all cant provide with the correct song plz stop gvng ths rong daily havy messages about songs .my mobile (mobile num [protected])

I want to deactivate bsnl hungama movies, games etc. From plan. From the last 4 months i am paying rupees 250 per month.
Immediately deactivate this facility and please give me my last four months money.
I have not activate this service then how the company has started it without taking my permission.

I purchased a new sim (No:[protected]) at tirumala bsnl office on 190417
At about 11am. (Date unsure 18th /19th, but all the rest dtls perfect), with a written application, photos, and my aadhaar card no;:[protected]. This free sim is exclusively used by one of my casual friends after the loss of cellphone and other valuables. This friend, who goes by the title of s s karmayogi, helped in procuring my duplicate aadhaar by getting a xerox from
Link busstand pac wherein i had taken a locker. Please block this sim as i will be liable for his use n abuse.

Yesterday 23.04.2017, i had subscribed for stv combo 339 from my bsnl mobile [protected] using the *124# option. My stv combo recharge was successful, but for the same stv bsnl has debited my mobile balance 2 times once at 9.20 hrs and again at 9.22 hrs. I called bsnl customer care and the customer service executive directed me to approach nearest customer service point. I approzched palladam customer service centre with this issue and they expressed their inability to refund the amount debited from my mobile balance. Kindly arrange for reversal of the mobile balance from my account and oblige.

I have taken a new Telephone connection of BSNL land line with Broad Band facility at my residence SA 16/9, P-5, Shiv Nagar Colony, Chakvihi in Jan 2017. I regret to intimate you during last four months I did not receive even a single Telephone bill and owing that I have to pay undue late fee. It is not out of place to mention here that this Utility bill is treated as authentic documents in support of Residence proof. Please arrange to provide all previous bills for my record and also write off my late payment fee.Please also update my mail ID.

Fact:
Broadband service is highly disturb in my hometown even in nearby region. Though the service is irregular, bsnl is regularly raising bill without any rebate and collecting the same.
Issue:
Upon receipt of redressal from the above said department, i noticed that in point no. 1, bsnl is accepting there is irregularity in service in the some mentioned region. And also mentioned in point no. 2 condition for rebate, if a person wants to claim any rebate then he/she should give the same in an application.
Concern:
If the irregularity is not person specific instead they are expecting written application from each and every consumer solely. Why? If there is area specific irregularity from the company side.
As per my opinion/request the same rebate should be given suo moto if there is no any mala fide intention of the company.

Everyday i am getting promotion calls/sms, unsolicited calls and sms on my number [protected] even though i have registered for DND.
I keep getting 5-6 unsolicited calls every day also i get 3-4 unsolicited smses

Some of the promotion/unsolicited calls i got are from:
