Dear Sir,

Yesterday I have recharged an amount of Rs.100/ - thro Canara bank to recharge my BSNL mobile no.[protected].

In this regard an SMS has been received as " Canara bank ac no.xxxxxxx740 is debited for Rs.100 on 09/04/2017 and a/c of ATOM TECH LTD has been credited (IMPS ref.no.[protected] for top up tp mobile. But till now its not recharged .

Hence I request that to look up this matter...

Our landline (NO.[protected] was having problem from last 6 month.After every 15-20 day, we have to complaint in BSNL office, Sangli because of bad connection or landline problem, but the problem is not solved till date.

We have One INDIA plan so, we pay near about 300 RS/month but due to this problem we could not use that plan due to this problem.

So, We request to you please take...

I had a landline no[protected] which I used for so many years. I was living in Meerut and planned to shift to Bangalore in the month of September, 2016. I surrendered my above phone on 26/08/2016 against application receipt no [protected] after clearing the final bill and all other formalities. I was told that the refund amount will be sent to you within one month at your Bangalore Address given in the application. 8 month passed I have not...

I am a user of bsnl broadband and my landline number is[protected]. I have been facing the problem regarding the bsnl Hungama subscription past several months. It has been auto-activated and every month I am losing money on this activation. I have also complained to the local bsnl authority but they have not taken any action on this and it is very unconventional. I have tried every possible way through the local authority...

I am using bsnl land line under no[protected] standing in the name of rajiv kumar sinha. hungama services is activated in my phone, please arrange to deactivate the same. rs 238.07 is being added in the bill for the month of mar 2017.

Since i did not opt for any hungama services kindly arrange to cancel the amount of rs 238.07 from the bill so as to pay the balance amount before the due date of 25.04.2017.

Sorry to say sir/Madam, But your BSNL network is the worst network ever...
Totally Dissatisfied...

Due to the following points :-

The network doesn't remain static, I always have to restart the modem because neither it upload or download anything.

The company claim a speed of 2 Mbps speed but i never feel the speed of 2 Mbps ever.

I have submitted the application for refund of security deposit on 23 April 2015 in Kashipur Exchange office. The last bill for amount Rs.1060 was paid off on 09 April 2015 and on the same day a letter for disconnect the phone No. 270757 was submitted in Kashipur Exchange. However so far no refund is received. On enquiry from Kashipur Exchange, the official gave me a phone No. Of Haldwani to enquire from that No.[protected]...

Hangama services has been created without my demand. Huge amout of feb month billing such as _ charges for music on demand _hangama -... Rs 170
Charges for movies on demand _ hangama... Rs 170
Charges for games on demand _ hangama... Rs 70
Portal paymet - rs-5.44
Total payment —
Rs 404.56
Same type of billing charged from the month of nov.2016. Hence total amount will be rs 404.56x5= rs 2022.8....

I didn't had data pack activated on my BSNL Mobile number. I used the internet for 5-8 minutes, and it costed my 104 Rs. and 33 MB of data, which is impossible to be used in such short time. I called the BSNL customer care, but I am not happy with the response I received.

1) from no. 5711102 on 27/02/2017 that `you are charged Rs.49/- for renew of service video49 of validity 17 days.For De-subscribe send SMS to 155223.
2) on 27/02/2017 I received SMS that `currently you don1t have active services`
3) on 15/03/2017 I received SMS that service video49 will be renewed on16/03/2017, if you don`t want to continue, send STOP to...

I have surrendered my landline no.[protected]. The application was duly appropriated in the bsnl module at the dist. Telecom, bellary where it was endorsed as o/s bill - nil, bb dep. Rs.625/, s/d rs.500/- and the hand set was also deposited under acknowledgement as - received telephone instrument in good condition on 29/11/2016 by the jto, rsu, cantt., bellary. Sir my name is mythili i am living in tamilnadu my number is [protected] 2week before i recharge with the amount 50 rupees the bsnl had taken the amount 49 rupees for full song pack i didn't gave yes to the plan afterwards i call bsnl customer care to cancel the Plan but they didn't accept the complian now i recharge for 160 full talk time pack. Now also they activate the fullsong plan pack 49 rupees my main balance has gone without talking...

I have submitted an application for new bsnl broadband connection(i have already a landline connection which is working fine).After few weeks, they contact me saying that we cannot give you net connection as your cable(line) is damaged.Now they told me if you want net connection you should buy around 200 m cable which cause around 35 per metre.

I have surrendered my land line phone no[protected] on 12/7/2016 at the bsnl telephone exchange office at sirpurkaghaznagar, dist. Adilabad, telengana.
I have not received my security deposite so far even after lapse of more than eight (8) months. I request bsnl authorities to refund my deposite at the earliest please. The necessary bank details i have alredy submitted while surrendering my land line phone at sirpurkaghaznagarbr...

Completely unsatisfied by bsnl suppose service. I've west bengal connection prepeaid connection & have been using rs.1099 unlimited 3g pack since last 3 months, currently living in raipur (Beside nit raipur, 492001), chhattisgarh.
I'm hacing disaster connection drop issue, means even in mobile data enabled condition, 3g signal (H+/3g) disappears & it gets disconnected (By showing mobile data usage pop-up), then it gets up again automatically...

Sir, i am a regular customer of bsnl from last 14 years. From last 7 months I am not able to make call and receive call while showing full network coverage, for making a call I have to dial a number for 7-8 times and if any person tries to call me then it speaks that: Number is not reachable, and if he redial again and again for 7-8 times then call connect, and voice quality is too bad.

I request you to file the complaint at the very earliest and give me a copy of the complaint so that i can submit the same to the bsnl office to get the number blocked or for getting a duplicate sim

My number is [protected] (bihar circle ). my number cannot send message to any number. i am present in m.p . i call customer care but they not registered my complaint . i face too many problems . customer care said to call bihar circle customer care and give me bihar customer care number but it is unreachable every time .so please take any action against my problem....
