Sir I have use your BSNL landline telephone service since 15-20 years. My telephone not working since last 10 months. I have registered my complaint to service provider of these area (Mr Hajari Ji Gurjer) at Ballunda village but he not taken action on my complaints. Sir I have use your BSNL landline telephone service since 15-20 years. My telephone not working since last 10 months.       A couple of months back, we surrendered our landline telephone[protected] obtained in the year 1992 in the name of my mother j elizabeth by paying a deposit of rs. 8, 000/- under the then existing non-oyt-general scheme. Due to efflux of time, the original deposit receipt is not traceable at our end. Bsnl, tirunelveli told us orally that they don't have any such record of our deposit and refunded nothing. They collected rs. 500/- in lieu of that ancient instrument which we had lost years back. Worse, we are getting a monthly bill even after surrendering it!
      Will bsnl, tirunelveli-tamil nadu please -
      I) give us the eligible refund; and
      Ii) stop torturing us with monthly bills.

          No action has been taken regarding my landline connection. After submitting complaint here on April 19, 2017, I got a call from BSNL asking my landline number. I have updated my phone number with above complaint on April 27, 2017 and after 3 days I have informed them over phone also. After that its been 35 days, I haven't been updated since then about my complaint.
          Further, it is to be informed that I am visiting BSNL office every third day situated at Rail Head Complex, Jammu. Everytime time they have only one reply "Tomorrow we will go for survey in your area, we will try to get your connection done". Its been more than 15 times I visited BSNL office in last two month.

          Its been almost 74 days that I have applied for new bsnl landline connection and 43 days to the complaint submitted here but nothing has been done. Therefore it is humbly requested to look into my problem and resolve it at earliest.

                I surrendered my Tele No[protected] in July 16. On surrendering I filled up a form regarding along with the letter addressing the same. I am still receiving the bills. On contacting the customer care they have no clue whatsoever and even the inquiry department at BSNL Jayanagar is not doing anything. All I am hearing is that it will done. This is really frustrating and such a pathetic service. This is how the country's telephone service provider.

                  BSNL had recently advertised that for top up of value Rs.150/- full talk time will be available on all Sundays till end of May. Accordingly, I made on line top up on last Sunday (9th April 2017) for Rs.150/- for my mobile no. [protected] and I got talk time of only Rs.127/-. Will you please look into the matter and make sure to get the remaining talk time credited to my account?

                        In spite of repeated requests and online submission, the BSNL officials miserably failed to discharge their legitimate duties. If this problem occurs other than Govt agency, certainly they would have attended in time and asked feedback. But unfortunately, BSNL is Govt agency with secured salaried employees. They wont bother about peoples grievances.
                        Pl check my online complaint Registered Docket No: APR/CO/2017/1442.
                        For the last 15-days, our line is defunct. I made personal representation. The AE and the Line Man Mr Gangadhar are adamant.
                        In spite of our requests, they did not turn up.
                        Even my online complaint is also futile
                        What can I do now?
                        I searched this site and intend to lodge this

                            On 9th January 2017 i had filed a report to diconnect my broadband and landline connection but even now i am getting bills for payment.I had visited the main bsnl office in bhopal for this issue on 3rd feb.they told me that only broadband was disconnected and i was receiving my landline bill.they requested me to again file a complaint for disconnection and having no other option i filed another complaint on 3rd feb.later they disconnected my landline only when i had to again visit their office since my bill amount kept on increasing.they promised to solve the issue but even now the problem is not solved and my bill account keeps on increasing.please look into this issue and provide me some relief

                                The amount paid were Rs.292 and Rs.527, the amount was paid from my sbi account directly through net on 2nd March 2017

                                Now my new bill is showing that my new bill for landline Bill Number & Date[protected]APR-2017 and Bill Period 01-MAR[protected]MAR-2017 is Previous Balance 303.1 and Current Bill Amount 332.46, the Amount Payable is 636.0.

                                  I was told by customer care center that broadband connection will be activated within seven days.Technician visited home, charged extra for broadband wire and connected the same to modem, and told broadband is activated for use, but did not checked in practical, and bsnl claimed to provide 2mbps speed for new connection, plan BB249.                                   Bsnl says installation of broadband connection is free, then why bsnl charges 2500 rs for installation. Broadband technician say, you have to pay for wire for broadband, otherwise connection could not be established. CUSTOMER: Manoj Tyagi / [protected]

                                    Sir, my name is naga prasad. On feb 23rd, i have got advertise about hungama. We called customer care we said to deactivate but he did not. We did not use it one time also because we thought it was deactivated. You can check our activity for proof. We were given a bill of rs.1226 that we can't bear. So, please deactivate the whole package of bsnl hungama, deduct the extra amount from our bill. We hope you are kind towards us.

                                      I have raised cancellation of my FTTH connection with landline#[protected] and duely submitted my devices and a/c details. I am yet to get the refund despite it being past the promised date. Can you kindly update me on the status and ensure the due refund.

                                      Post that I got a call requesting me to submit the device. I confirmed that they have been submitted and had the concerned person confirm it. Post that there's no update on the status.

                                        1. Got my internet discontinued, in beginning of march'17 ( for reason of superfluous billing) against phone number [protected].
                                        2. In bill number[protected] Dated 7.4.2017, superfluous charge has been levied for HUNGAMA MUSIC, GAMES & Movies, which are net-based activities.
                                        3. I had requested earlier too to STOP HUNGAMA Services, but BSNL Office Ranchi did not respond.
                                        It can be varified that WITHOUT USE I HAD TO PAY CHARGES FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.
                                        I request to rectify the said bill and resend the bill after waiving off HUNGAMA CHARGES IN THE BILL.
