I am a new subscriber to BSNL's FTTH landline broadband service in Coimbatore, TamilNadu, India.
I have just received the first bill from BSNL online and the following problems have to be corrected :
1) My name as per PAN card is Amrith(surname), Jairam (first name). But first bill from BSNL shows my name as Amrith Jayaram. I want to get it corrected to Jairam Amrith .
My billing address is incorrect/incomplete. Flat number is wrong. It should be D-409, instead of D-309. Also, the name of the locality, Dhaliyur, is missing. The full correct address is:

requested to shift the connection from existing room to other room (in the same house) with immediate effect.
to connect the line to a handset, provided by me.
to resolve all at the earliest.
