Recently i have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills with plan 675. The additional amount of rs.500/- one time charge higher speed for 20gb. What is this one time charge why i've to pay this much amount for 20days? Please clear it to me..
Please deactivate my account from one time charges plan and refund my extra charges rs.500/- back.

I have lost my mobile phone which has the BSNL Prepaid connection SIM Card No.[protected]. Hence I request you to Kindly deactivate the sim card to avoid misuse of my mobile number.The deactivation information may be intimate to my another mobile no. [protected] at an early date.The written complaint also may be submit to BSNL office at Kakinada, Andhra pradesh in due course.

Refer to the above land line number normal billing will be around Rs 250-Rs 450 where as this month Feb billing was Rs 810/- as per SMS received from your office. I request you to check on the same and revert back please. We were out of station for a week and the usage of land line is very less. As we have 3 mobile phones in use. Your earlier action is well appreciated.

Hi,

I am a BSNL customer and recharged mobile with some STVs and the offers are not working due to blackout day. I requested them to extend my STV validity to one more day as we are loosing one day STV offers. But BSNL customer care said they would not extend and take any complaints on this regard.

Could some help me in resolving the issue with BSNL.

Monthly bill is increased as hungama movies -humov, hungama music on demand and hungama games on demand are included in the bill by force.My telephone no is [protected].i request you to deactivate my hungama bsnl plan as early as possible, otherwise i will be forced to surrender my bsnl landline.every month the lanline bill is increased by few hundred rupees which i never use or subscribe.

BSNL has been blocking porting OUT of numbers from BSNL to other operators. This is the second time I have got a porting code and applied to port out from BSNL to Airtel.
I applied for porting OUT my BSNL number [protected] to Airtel on the 7th of March 2017. The Porting code received by me is BT224396. Airtel passed on my porting request to BSNL on the 8th of March. On the 9th of March I received a call from BSNL asking me not to port out and enquiring if I was unhappy with BSNL. This is the second time I have applied for porting OUT from BSNL. On the first occassion they delayed it till the code expired. This time too it is already 7 days but nothing has happened. They are again trying to delay it so that the code expires.
Please beware do not go with BSNL. Their service is horrible. Being a public sector their jobs are secure and they don't care if the customers suffer.
I request BSNL to immediately act on my request to port OUT to Airtel.

BSNL Prepaid SIM — no network on roaming.
i have bsnl sim of Tamilnadu
from last 2 months i am on roaming,
but since last 3 days i am not getting any coverage in my mobile..hence i have become disconnected from the world.
it may be possible that the switching center has denied acess me for roaming..
so please kindly resolve this.

Hi Consumer service,

I called 1500 customer service to get disconnect my landline.
but they says you must reach office.

why we need to go and give complaint at office.

they says everything online, digitalization, online payments.
then why customer service required???

And even,

I was Taken Landline number thru just sending sms.
then why they do not take my request to disconnect thru sms or online or phone service.

if I want to go to customer service also. I need to draw money since, in transport no online service to pay fare. if I draw money from banks they charges more.

system itself wrong, upon says we are not using technology.
where is the technology.

so kindly consider this is complaint as.

BSNL should provide. whole book let when customer take service from company.

where we supposed to get connection/disconnect/new plan/repair.
and they supposed to give detailed mail or web services details to place complaint.

customer should get email or postal letter, when called to any service,
who called, what is the purpose and ticket number also, how to escalate to next level to resolve the issue.

Customers facing issues when company and their employees has no responsibility.

but they put taxes without fail

I have been your loyal customer for a couple of decades

I have given an application on 27th feb 2017 to stop the broadband facility for sometime and to change my telephone plan to one india.

I have been told that the staff have been instructed not entertain the customers for stopping broadband connection till the end of march 2017. Hence my application kept pending.

I request you to give necessary instructions to change my tel plan and stop the broadband immediately.

Prepaid GSM ([protected]) under Kerala Circle is registered on my name and its payment portal is registered with my email. So please provide me the call history of above BSNL GSM for the duration of 01/03/2017 to 11/03/2017.
So sent the call details to my email (km.[protected]@gmail.com) secretly without inquiring to above number because it is using by others

BSNL hungama called me and provided false information so that i would press the 1 and # on my land phone. The said they are from bsnl simply to verify press those...nos!..i have received mails that i will be charged. i have called them 10 times i the custiomer no and they cut the phone in the middle of the conversation. I want to unsubscribe it the earliest please help me. They are not allowing me and im afraid i will be charged extra. please hel- me..huingama is a very bad company.

Hi, I live at the below address. BSNL Signal is so bad there that whenever call comes in or made, the other person can not hear us at all. Can't find a proper place even outside the house where we could get a proper signal and talk comfortably. It would be very helpful if you look into the issue soon.

I have taken a new connection in January, and as my ID and Address proof I submitted my passport. I mentioned my address correctly as on passport, But the BSNL employee from Dehradun GPO Branch put it completely wrong and i am not receiving my bills. In last of February i went there and said to change my address, but still the address is same and i am not receiving my bill again on my address

I received a phone call from BSNL Hungama on my telephone[protected], I thought the call was from the exchange office who were calling to ask if the phone was working or not as the phone and modem were broken that time.
These people asked for my email ID which I gave as I thought it concerned the repair of phone and modem and they subscribed me to BSNL Hungama without even telling me. I never opened the site or used it, yet I got a bill o[censored]sage of Rs.- 410.00. So kindly unsubscribe me from this and resend the adjusted bill so I can make payment.

I have Bsnl prepaid connection in Chennai.My mobile no is [protected].I have a network problem frequently, therefore I decided to port my mobile no and I sent POTR [protected] to 1900 more than fifteen times, whenever I send the message I got reply that incorrect format, please send the UPC request with correct format.Even though when I sent correct with correct format I am receiving the message.I request you to help me to solve this issue
