Bsnl prepaid sim — deactivation of sim card

Dear sir/madam

I have lost my mobile phone which has the bsnl prepaid connection. Request you to kindly deactivate the sim card to avoid misuse of my mobile number.

      Subject: regarding to refund of deposited rs.2000/- (security amount).

      Dear sir / madam
      As you are aware that i have deposited of rs. 2000/- through demand note on dated-10.09.2003 for the purpose of getting connection of land line telephone but it not have been connected till now till now then i requested you to refund the deposited amount application (div. engg., bsnl patna dt.08.01.2016) along with original deposit receipt (demand note) for rs. 2000/-was submitted you on 25.02.2016 (copy of the acknowledgement is enclosed) and not getting positive response and told me that “go anywhere you will not get payment because no record have available to our department” that is not a official language and where i am wrong.
      I have been contacted many times your office in person as well as over your irresponsible mobile, office phone, what’s app massage on several occasions for the refund of deposit. but i am yet to receive the refund of deposited amount. you will agree to the fact that bsnl should return back the deposit amount of rs.2000/- adding more than 13 years interest without fail within 60 days if application.
      I want to acknowledge that i will not receive our deposited amount with interest within 60 days i will be bound to go under the court jurisdiction.
      Please let me know the status on the above.

        I have been using bsnl broadband for last three years. My monhly bill amount is around rs 1500. But this month you have charged rs 410 extra for hungmam channel. For me it is not possible to pay around[protected] rupees for internet connection. Now other service provider provide internet at very cheap rate. But bsnl increased their rates. So please deactivate the hungama. Otherwise i have to leave bsnl broadband.

          Kindly refer my letters under reference.
          I have also raised my complaint online on BSNL website.on dt. 09.03.2017 In response to there was a phone from your official saying to submit an application for processing to reduce the bill. Accordingly I Had submitted an application on the same day by post with a copy to 1. Shri U.B.Sutana SDE PG BSNL Akola 2. Shri Sunil Kumar Garg, SR.GM (NW CFA).
          But I have not heard regarding an action taken by your office so far.
          The telephone bill is due for payment upto 25th March 2017. I therefore request to please take immediate action to reduce the bill and let me know accordingly.

            I have been a customer of BSNL for more than 10 years from 2004 onwards and in March 2016 without my knowledge my account was closed
            In March 2015 when I asked my phone to be shifted to another location I was told that it was not feasible to shift it as there are no provision to provide additional phones in that location. As my application was in pending status and I was told that once there would be at least 1 phone feasibility, I would be given the connection but after closing my account in March 2016, in my same apt. complex there were 19 new connections given.
            When I approached the AGM Mr. Jayaram from Secunderabad division he not only harassed me by even threatening me stating that I can even take any extreme step and go and report this with the Chairman of BSNL or to PM's office but no action would be initiated for not providing the reason why my application was closed and others were given new connection who applied only in March 2016.
            Even though I raised this complaint at the Chairman's office there is no proper response so far even after 1 year and I feel and think that Mr. Jayaram is being INTENTIONALLY SUPPORTED BY BSNL SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
            That said, I wish to state that I WOULD TAKE THE EXTREME STEP AND WRITE A NOTE AND PUBLISH IT ON FACEBOOK, TWEETER, send it to PM's office etc. stating that BSNL senior management and Mr. Jayaram are responsible for MY DEATH.

                            I am a BSNL customer and recharged mobile with some STVs and the offers are not working due to blackout day. I requested them to extend my STV validity to one more day as we are loosing one day STV offers. But BSNL customer care said they would not extend and take any complaints on this regard.

                            I still not received any response from BSNL folks.. its so vvery bad...
                            I found single problem always. whenever bsnl landline line is disturb, then always have single problem. this problem all in my area. many times this problem arise. so request you remove this problem as soon as possible. so that we can enjoy mobile servises

                            i have problem using mobile services due to network problem in my area.

                                BSNL has been blocking porting OUT of numbers from BSNL to other operators. This is the second time I have got a porting code and applied to port out from BSNL to Airtel.
                                I applied for porting OUT my BSNL number [protected] to Airtel on the 7th of March 2017. The Porting code received by me is BT224396. Airtel passed on my porting request to BSNL on the 8th of March. On the 9th of March I received a call from BSNL asking me not to port out and enquiring if I was unhappy with BSNL. This is the second time I have applied for porting OUT from BSNL. On the first occassion they delayed it till the code expired. This time too it is already 7 days but nothing has happened. They are again trying to delay it so that the code expires.
                                Please beware do not go with BSNL. Their service is horrible. Being a public sector their jobs are secure and they don't care if the customers suffer.
                                I request BSNL to immediately act on my request to port OUT to Airtel.

                                    BSNL Prepaid SIM — no network on roaming.
                                    i have bsnl sim of Tamilnadu
                                    from last 2 months i am on roaming,
                                    but since last 3 days i am not getting any coverage in my mobile..hence i have become disconnected from the world.
                                    it may be possible that the switching center has denied acess me for roaming..
                                    so please kindly resolve this.

                                      Hi Consumer service,

                                      I called 1500 customer service to get disconnect my landline.
                                      but they says you must reach office.

                                      why we need to go and give complaint at office.

                                      they says everything online, digitalization, online payments.
                                      then why customer service required???

                                      And even,

                                      I was Taken Landline number thru just sending sms.
                                      then why they do not take my request to disconnect thru sms or online or phone service.

                                      if I want to go to customer service also. I need to draw money since, in transport no online service to pay fare. if I draw money from banks they charges more.

                                      system itself wrong, upon says we are not using technology.
                                      where is the technology.

                                      so kindly consider this is complaint as.

                                      BSNL should provide. whole book let when customer take service from company.

                                      where we supposed to get connection/disconnect/new plan/repair.
                                      and they supposed to give detailed mail or web services details to place complaint.

                                      customer should get email or postal letter, when called to any service,
                                      who called, what is the purpose and ticket number also, how to escalate to next level to resolve the issue.

                                      Customers facing issues when company and their employees has no responsibility.

                                        I have been your loyal customer for a couple of decades

                                        I have given an application on 27th feb 2017 to stop the broadband facility for sometime and to change my telephone plan to one india.

                                        I have been told that the staff have been instructed not entertain the customers for stopping broadband connection till the end of march 2017. Hence my application kept pending.

                                        I request you to give necessary instructions to change my tel plan and stop the broadband immediately.
