2. Now, due to financial reasons, I request to disconnect my broad band (Internet and Phone both) with immediate effect.

3. Final Bill may please be prepared upto this date and adjusted out of security deposit. I shall pay if anything outstanding. Any amout of refund from BSNL, may please be refunded to me by Cheque.

    Security deposits not paid even after closing the services

    March 2016, closed my BSNL connections Security deposits still not cleared to me by BSNL even after repeated follow ups visits messages calls
    mails. Only update i see from them is in few days you will get. It has been
    1 year already and they are not bothered to respond

    I have lost more than Rs 500 in calling and following up these ppl and fed up of
    these people. If each customer they loot the service...

    I have been using prepaid BSNL services for past 3 years and very recently i have seen my balance getting consumed unreasonably. I wanted to keep a track of the calls made to ensure that I am not being overcharged.
    Kindly revert so that I can provide you my cellphone number as this being a public forum.

    I have currently stopped using the bsnl services and would like to hear from you and verify if all costs are in place before resuming services.

      I have lost my bsnl sim card. Kindly block it. So that no one else can use it for wrong purposes. I went to bsnl office but they are asking for an FIR copy and which police were not providing.       Instead of blocking sim u may apply for duplicate sim from BSNL with ID proof in the name of card holder. I[censored] applied for duplicate sime it will issued within a day and activated with in a couple of a day. Simultaneously they would block the sim

        The bsnl broadband forcefully captures subscriber's homepage for advertising its product. The internet connection gets disconnected and it takes about 15-30 minutes to restore connection. This is against business ethics and not a prudent way of doing business.While transacting any online business like internet banking payment or a business chat on Skype, such forceful capturing of homepage by bsnl disconnects the internet connection and then the entire process has to be restarted again when the connection comes back after 15-30 minutes

          I have subscribe BSNL plan ULD 1199 since two months but inspite of no of complaints I m not getting the promised speed and i was told by BSNL local SDO that system in our area doesn't has sufficient capacity. this is cheating to customer as if they were aware about it then whay they have given me the connection. this problem has to be resolved or they should refund my money

            I am facing internet down in my hometown Sarang, Tal-Dapoli, DIST:- Ratnagiri. This internet is down since 22nd feb'17 and not even single technical person has reached the place to solve the issue. Till when we have to pay bill without using internet. The BSNL is very frustrating company ever seen. We had also given written complaint, but no action has been taken yet. I am attaching the copy of complaint letter.
            It's my request to get this issue solved asap.

              This is to inform you that My BSNL broadband and landline are not working from past 9 days and in spite of making regular calls at the bsnl complaint office the issue has not yet been resolved.

              I would like you to take the necessary actions and solve my issue as soon as possible my children are having their exams and require help through internet for their study materials available online also I have to make notes for my software engineering products that require proper uptime for the internet connection.

              This has been a regular problem with BSNL now even after paying for full month bill the services are available only for 14-16 days and rest of the days are spent in calling the bsnl complaint office.

              I hope you will take necessary actions against the issue and resolve my problem.

                My parents received abusive calls from unknown caller on the above dates. Since the landline has no caller id, cant trace the caller. Service provider is BSNL. It is extremely difficult for my parents in their old age to deal with such nuisances.

                    I wish to draw your attention towards the matter that i am a bsnl broadband user .My internet is not properly working since January .I had paid the bill of February also i have submitted the complaint regarding this matter to sdo office DEHLON exchange and also to LUDHIANA office but still there is no responce I am a resident of BABARPUR, tehsil payal, exchange malaudh, distt.                       Sir, I have lost my phone and am trying to block my sim in BSNL but totally unable to. For Chennai the only no. given is [protected] which is not reachable and if I dial [protected] nobody is responding properly. And I am talking about India's largest telecom service provider who has no contact numbers for Chennai. And this is a security and fraudulent threat if the SIM is not blocked in the least. Every person gives the same no ([protected]) for Chennai and it is not reachable at all for more than 3 hours now. How can BSNL allowed to work like this. Please take necessary actions against the company for being this careless about consumer security and service.

                        Good Evening,
                        I want to deactivate or unsubscribe to the hungama.com package that has been added onto my bill without my permission for the past three months.
                        On enquring with the BSNL office they denied this subscription as it was not a part of their billing process, this is purely from hungama.com n that has been charged us a minimum of 500/- for the last three months.
                        We haven't subscribed or asked for this additional billing neither did we use this app for any purpose.
                        Until recently that we realised that we were being charged unnecessarily for this unsubscribed payment.
                        It would be really great if this action would be taken immediately, and if possible refund me the charges as I haven't used hungama.com at all.
                        Hoping that you will revert back to my complain n do the necessary action asap to avoid further inconvenience for me.

                          Recently i have ported my sim card from airtel to bsnl..After activation i have recharged the amount of 135 rs. Which is the special offer having 215 minutes free to any network. But after recharging i did not get any free minutes.
                          I tried to call bsnl customer care number 1503., but they are not picking the call.. So please kindly respond it.i don't know what to do. Even I tried to bsnl website also.

                            I have bsnl postpaid connection no [protected]. I paid advance monthly rental in every month. But bill for the duration from 16 dec 2016 to 15 jan 2017 for an amount of rs 259/- was paid by me on 15 feb 2017 instead of 06 feb 2017. However i also paid advance monthly rental amount for the period from 16 jan 2017 to 15 feb 2017. But bsnl disconnect my postpaid connection. After paid on 15 feb 2017 it was reconnected. Now i received bill for the duration 16 jan 17 to 15 feb 2017 for an amount of rs 314/- instead of rs 259/-. The amount rs 39/- was added as re-connection charge. This wrong charge. Please clarify and refund at the earliest.

                              I have an active subscription of BSNL BB unlimited plan. I am facing problem of connectivity since the beginning of this month.I have registered a complain regarding my problem on 12 th of february 2017 whose docket number is [protected] but my service provider failed to solve my problem till now.
                              The problem I am facing is poor internet speed due to which I am not able to open any web page . In short .I am not getting the value for my money which I have to pay as a monthly bill.

                                    I am KUMARESAN I have paid my bill Rs 231 for the month of December 2016 of phone no [protected] through bsnl online portal via online banking (state bank of Hyderabad ) on 26/01/2017. The amount was debited from my bank account but didn't reflect in my Jan 2017 bill dated 06/02/2017. Please check and update the amount so I could pay the january bill on time. Expecting your speedy response on the same.

                                      On 23rd feb 2017 my wife received a call from tele_marketing agent on my land line. (Land line number [protected]). The caller asked her for my email id and press some numbers, without knowing the sequences she did that and i got 3 different messages for activating their different plans.
                                      My requests are,
                                      1) i want to de-activate the plans whatever they activated, without any financial loss to me.
                                      2) stop all kinds of advertisement calls to my number
                                      3) warn the operators or tele callers for such a fraudulent act as most of the land line calls will be answered by illiterate house wifes or house maids in the villages of kerala
