Mera nam Gaurishankar tiwari hai mera mobile number [protected] hai mere phone se koi call nahi kiya gaya fir bhi 70 ra aur date 31 march 2017 ko 35 rs deduct hua costmar care kehta hai international call kiya hai sirji hum videsh me kisi ko nahi jante koi hamara sim galat use kar raha hai complate darj karne ki kripa kare

After giving the request form for immediate closure of my landline [protected]. no body in Faridabad sector 6 staff hearing me and misbehaving me. Even the have not given me the acknowledge . I will not pay the bill after the date of request. If BSNL deduct the amount from security, it will be harrassing the cutomer.

I was force to close this landline due to slow internet, whic BSNL staff could not ractified. Huge cost of connection

We have a bsnl telephone connection which is also connected with bsnl modem for WiFi connection and it has already been a month since we are facing no internet network problem . when we switch on the router internet light blinks continuously and we are unable to even use a 2G net when we have a unlimited 3G net plan .we have cheched all the wires and settings from our side and when we complained about it on customers care no. It always says problem resolved but nothing changes . please resolve this problem as soon as possible . waiting for a early reply

Recently we have relocated from Bangalore to Hubli (Vidyanagar). It is very painful to inform you that we are not able to utilise the Service provided by BSNL in Hubli. Earlier We had opted for New Landline connection in Sidheshwar Park, Vidyanagar, Hubli, with broadband and WIFI in the month of December 2016. That took 20 days, for people in hubli to set the connection. Rs. 500/- was taken as receipt to be returned back to us, but unfortunately the person who had visited our home has not responded till date. And In February, as we had shifted our home to Banashankari Badavane, we registered online for shifting of our phone on 10th feb 2017 reference no[protected]. But Till date only at multiple requests from us to BSNL Hubli, 2 people had come home, used wrong words, saying that "You people keep shifting houses frequently. How can you expect us to do this? We cant give connection, it is your headache". I, being Asst Manager in State Bank of India, Was shocked at such a pathetic behaviour of BSNL People.
We are very much in dilemma and pain. Kindly let us know about how many days will it take usually to get a new connection and also for shifting of telephone how many days it takes?
And I would like to lodge a complaint against BSNL Hubli people to the higher authority and PM Modi for such erratic behaviour.

Connection.
I (sheshappa poojary b) wanted bsnl boardband and landline connection.since 2 years, even applied for it prevoius year, i am in contact with bsnl officers (jto, divisonal engineer and also contacted gm about this issue) but its of no use .my home is just 300 meters from r t o office and electricity division office puttur, they give me a reason of shortage of cable from past 2 years . How will your digital india come into exitence with these kind of careless officer in the society, waited patiently till now .sir its my duty to inform you about the things happening here .sir i have hopes on you that atleast after this letter i could get the connection, kindly respond as soon as possible

An internet connection is working with no. [protected] for the last 5 years.the internet is not working properly from the bigning.I visited many times the concerned telephone exchange with the comlaint.Every time the comlaint was not properly redressed.Know the internet is not working at all for the last two days.Please got the fault removed correctly or disconnect my connection

Lost phone while getting in to local bus on 28/03.pls lock my sim immediately([protected]) as it contains important contacts. It would be more helpful i[censored] do it immediately. I am from andhra Pradesh, I tried to teach out to customer care over call (1503).I'm getting error msg like this service is not available now.pls do the needful.

My landline & brand band connection no not working properly since commissioning 30 dec 2016 plz see my complaint ref[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. brand band line work just joke, even connect and disconnect. Plz advice concern officer to attend and repair permanently.REGARDS

I given an MNP request for my mobile number "[protected]" UPC “BW296783” from BSNL to Airtel, yet it not activated (even after 10days of request) and still I can use my same BSNL number.
So I contacted many times with Airtel customer care and they are saying BSNL is not allowing to port out.(NO REASON) . While I contacted with BSNL they are telling they don’t know anything about this.
Please note that it’s my years old connection without having any negative balance.

And I don’t think it will be ok. Please kindly allow me to port out from BSNL.
So kindly help me to port out from BSNL to Airtel .

My landline number is[protected] and I am not aware about any Hangama Services provided by BSNL. Still my telephone bill is getting added with additional charges of Rs410/- each time. Strange. Plz deactivate my so called activated hamgama service with immediate effect and refund the amount being taken from me towards this service at the earliest possible time. How come Hangama service gets associated with a reputed organization like BSNL and more over without taking any written consent from customer, BSNL can allow the charges to be added in its monthly bill ? isn't it sheer cheating in day light. Plz do something and let the pride of BSNL gets restored at the earliest possible time.

25/03/2017 i had recharge mobile topup 100 in [protected] in twice .in all time amount is debited but mobile topup not recharge please refund my amount or recharge mobile topup 100 in two time .my mobile number is [protected] and circle is upeast .please refund amount of 99in twice .lhad recharge mobile topup in bsnl portal .please solve my problem and refund my amount

I am using a bsnl sim o[censored]p west telecomm circle since last one year.

No sms is sent from my number, whenever i send a message (Sms). Notification is displayed as "message sending failed."

I tried to send sms from different mobile handsets to rule out any problem with my set.

But i am unable to send any sms from my bsnl sim since last one year.

Please resolve this, as this is causing lot of trouble.

The company, digipact' hosur has disconnected the land line no:[protected] in 24th march 2016, alomost one year have elapsed but still we have not received depostit refund to our account. We have submitted cancellation letter alongwith bank details and cancelled cheque to the bsnl, hosur office
And we got the acknowledgement by the officer.

So please let us when this will happen or where should we contact?

I have done recharge on 25 th March of rupees 135 on a number [protected], by using freecharge app.
I received confirmation message from operator with reference id Recharge successful! Operator ref:[protected] at 5.59 PM.
But didn't receive benefits of that recharge. I am not able to call, even after doing that recharge. Please fix this problem ASAP.

I have never opted for hangama how this plan is connected in my plan. Please immediately deactivate the hangama from my broadband plan, and also previous charges which was included in my bsnl monthly bill, that amount compensate in my next coming bsnl bill or return back. My bsnl mobile nos. Is [protected], account nos.- [protected], my plan name is bb home combo uld 675, but without consulting me one extra plan name - hangama added in my account and monthly 410 rupees added in my bill.

kindly send the details of call history list of all incoming & outgoing calls including sms of my bsnl prepaid sim no:[protected]: from 25.03.10 to till date, where as iam working in malaysia i want to know secretly about the call details without informing any of them because this sim card belongs to me just i want to check, kindly help me to guide my relatives in better way status.

I lost my phone in the local train from Arrah at around 8:00 PM today when i was returning from my office SBI arrah branch. Someone probably stole it
The phone was golden cover samsung galaxy j5 with golden coloured flipcover in it with a BSNL Sim inside numbered : [protected]
The phone is bought with the name Anupam
i will submit the required documents in the nearest BSNL office next working day
I request you to deactivate the no. as it can be misused.
