My mobile bill sent to me approx Rs.6250 in November 2016 but my postpaid plan is Rs.225+170 net pack plan. My credit limit is Rs. 1000
I complained for it to BSNL mail Guwahati but no response. I paid all bill. I argue that why my bill crossed my limit. BSNL don't warn me about this. It is cheating. My liability is to my credit limit.
Please refund my excess balance. It is not justified. Please help me.

The mobile signal of bsnl gsm is very poor. Most of the times signal is not available. Suddenly it will show full signal and again icon disappears from the mobile. Due to signal fluctuations i am getting complaints that my mobile is not reachable. Due to this i am losing very important interview calls. As a loyal bsnl customer i dont want to migrate to other service provider. So kindly rectify this problem at the earliest. Hoping for an early...

Am using the bsnl cellone prepaid number [protected] in the Uttarakhand circle and the incoming & outgoing facilities stopped working as i get the message "check operator services" whenever i make an outgoing call. this despite there being both validity and recharge amount in the account. I tried to contact BSNL help center they always say our srver is down or software is not working call after 4 hrs and every time they repeat the same. However even a week after this the outgoing facility has still not been restored.

Phone not working and from two months internet speed is very low and last month i comlaint about this but no change in speed i[censored]r not ready to upgrade to speed than plz cut my connection and I m not paying bill anymore .my connection is not working since 5days it is very tuff for me to mange plz solve this issu immediately.no reply from ur side will ensure me to cut off my connection and I will post this mail on facebook today if not resolve my issue

One day I got one call from the BSNL Hungama about the promotion.The person in the phone just taken my name & mail i d.I was not interested for that plan.But that team activated that plan without my consent which I came to know when I recieved the telephone bill.So this is a fraud organisation.This is a request to deactivate this plan & the bill generated for that purpose may kindly be deducted or adjusted in the next bill.My landline no. is[protected]

My self p s rathore (Sarpanch) from gram panchayat aasadi, tehsil - gadra road dis - barmer (Raj.) at present the generation of my panchayat 2500 number of peoples. But here not any mobile tower for communication. Our peoples waiting a bsnl mobile tower from many times. For it i sent a application to (Mla, sheo) manvendra singh ji and central telecommunication minister ms. Rajyavardhan rathore (Mp, jaipur rural), but not responsed from him. Communication is very important part for development of any country, cities, rural, social and etc. So i hope that forum will help me.

This is to inform you that on 27/12/2016 & 22/01/2017, i had regd. A complain of my land line no[protected][kankarbagh colony, patna (Bihar)] & after two days my complain has been remove from the complain database, without the attending the problem, again i have regd. The complain on 24/01/2017 & complain no - [protected].
So, my kind request to you to pl. Do the needful to solve my issue.

I have paid double payment for my landline number[protected]a/c n0 [protected]) . .I had paid an amoumt ofrs.1608/- vide receiptno.[protected] vide trasaction id fcdr[protected], paid on[protected]. Again in the month of jan i have paid an amount of rs.2111-/ inclusive due for themonth of dec2016 rs 2111 paid on[protected] vide receipt no[protected] vide trasaction id fcdr[protected]. I had recharged vide order No MQ[protected] but recharge failed, amount of Rs 145 deducted from my debut card.but the recharge not done on mobile no [protected] on 22/1/17, ..when i approach customer care they are advised to contact with the online site for further queries, earlier also i have several times failed in recharges, please solve my problems and take action to refund the amount...

I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My land line number is [protected].Deactivate all Hungama service. we have charged 410 in the monthly bill for HUNGAMA plans which we didn't subscribe for.. we received a call from bsnl indicating the plans of HUNGAMA and also they have taken my mail id and mobile number and asked to go through those plans in the hungama-bsnl site.. then now 410 has been charged in the bill for HUNGAMA which I haven't subscribed.. plz stop this service which is unusable.

I complained many times but they told me that its jumphar is defected so can't be repaired. after some time they gave many complain no. but when i call they didn't listen to me. i turn my phone to one way. but after that they send me payment bill to pay bills of rs.705/- since 30/01/2017. i m forced to pay bills. do you think it's right to pay bill without using this service. so i request you to take correct actions towards this matter. i shall be highly obliged to you.hoping for the positive response from you.

My place situated at survey number 10 at Dongaste Village Post-Kudus Tal-Wada Dist-Palghar State Maharastra. BSNL authority completed wire deployment work recently near my above situated place and during this they have distructed my 150 meter length and 6 feet highted and width as 3 feet cement concrete new wallcompound without any intimation. Upon enquiring with site manager they assured us orally to reconstruct to same position before they leave the place after completing there work. But in actual they left the compound distructed and now no one is responding.Please give me fair compensation for same loss

He deactivated my name caller tune 2weeks before under ref no 2A0975405 and by SMS also on 17.01.17 for my Mob [protected] for which I received the feed back as "you are not activated any service. H/ever I have been charged Rs: 30/- on 18th for same. Wud need the clarification on same & the amount has to be reimbursed. Also since for the last 10days getting a different caller tune which is not requested by me.

I submitted an application for disconnection of my landline phone no. mentioned in the above cited subject. This application was given in the sector 17 office at chandigarh. I was asked to deposit the bill of october 2016 and the same was deposited. After that i got another bill for november 2016 and again i was asked to deposit the same now i have got bill for dec.2016 but telephone landline is still not disconnected. I request to disconnect it immediatwly and return the amout of my previous bills deposited for oct. & Nov 2016.

I have surrendered the BSNL landline phone number:[protected] on July 1st 2016, but I have not received the refund amount. I approached local BSNL office in Hyderabad at Bhagya Nagar Colony Pin 500072, but still the issue is still not resolved kindly do the needful in getting back my refund amount. Please refund security deposit for surrendering the BSNL landline.

I have ported out my mob. no. [protected] from BSNL to Idea in 2013 but security deposit against this connection was not refunded by BSNL. This no. has been ported in BSNL again in November 2016 and again a security deposit of Rs. 500 has been asked to deposited. Thus double security deposit has been collected by BSNL on the same connection. While inquiring about refund of this excess security amount, no satisfactory response has been given by BSNL. Kindly arrange to get refund of this excess security amount.

I have made application and submitted to the BSNL office shahdol and made it to takeover to the head o f the bsnl.
but instead of that i am getting the huge amount of the bill of a/c no. [protected] and invoice no. [protected]
i have made the complaint against broadband connection and i want the justice over the huge amount of the bill.

KIndly help me regarding this issue and tell thge BSNL office staff to takecare of the citizens.

I am writing this complaint against the services provided by BSNL Landline and Broadband in my area (Premnagar, Dehradun), since I had no other option left. I registered an online complaint against my non-functional LL and BB connection, Phone number[protected], on 09 Jan 2017 ( Docket number UTR/CO/2017/42). Since then starting from 10 Jan 2017, I have been constantly calling the concerned persons, (SDE premnagar, US pander and the DM) everyday. The SDE kept on ignoring my calls on regular basis. After numerous calls and requests they repaired the Landline connection on 16 Jan 2017, and the broadband connection is still not functional as on date. Everyday the concerned authorities give one or other excuses saying the problem it will be fixed soon.

With reference to the above I would like to request the concerned authorities sitting at the channel above to find a solution for my grievance and kindly take strict actions against the people involved/working in the area.
At the same time, I would request to kindly allow a rebate of appropriate amount on my bill for the period on which the services were not provided.
