But nothing has been done sofar. My line always remains out of order. I use to pay the bill regularly without getting benifit. Please send your line man immediately to reapuir the same

Please sanction me a new bsnl land line. I've submitted request letter for new connection in october 2016 at dharwad bsnl office only. But even today i'm not provided with connection.

Please Block this mobile number sim immediately.

    BSNL is not providing details properly in online portal.
    In their online portal, there is 439 ALL FREE plan under Plan Migration/Validity Extension. When recharged, it recharged. But not working. Customer care people are telling that its only for new customers. And disconnected the call. Not responding properly. I want to raise complaint against BSNL for providing wrong information to customers.

      I stay in global village, Bangalore. There are many IT companies near by. Here there is always a problem with network.
      The signal goes when I'm talking on the phone. I use pyari Jodi plan and I feel difficult to talk to my parents. As here there are many companies it will be profitable to bsnl as here there is problem with range in case of other network providers.
      I kindly request to fix this as early as possible. It will be helpful to many.

        I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at new delhi railway station. My mobile no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

          In my house there is a land phone[protected].The problem is that the communication through this land phone is very low volume.I complained it for more than 10 times. They solve it temporarily.I face the same problem again and again.They don't replace the land phone nor the faulty cable.The junction box is a far distance from home.These are the main problem of low quality communication.

              Landline is dead since 4 days and so is broadband and noone has bothered from BSNL to attend to it. I am having to check on the status everyday and today after so many days of registration of complaint the compalint id has disappeared and a new complaint id has been given. All I get on the service number of bsnl is an automated response that just repeats itself day after day. Moreover, I am forced to use mobile data and have already my pocket is lighter by rs300.

                I have filled a form for management trainee in BSNL as external candidate for telecom operations in 2015 with application number 310466 and registration ID BSNL15E070757 and i have paid a fees of Rs.1500 to BSNL for the same, but they cancelled the recruitment. Now I want job in BSNL for the same position and salary otherwise the salary up to 60 years of age from BSNL, they did fraud to me. Kindly help me.

                  On 30th jan 2017 i used bsnl portal for payment of my bill of rs989 for my bsnl broadband shortly after i ws redirected and the amount was deducted from my bank account. later when i checked my payment status on your site it still shows amount is due. Either please get my money refunded or undue my bill .

                    My mobile bill sent to me approx Rs.6250 in November 2016 but my postpaid plan is Rs.225+170 net pack plan. My credit limit is Rs. 1000
                    I complained for it to BSNL mail Guwahati but no response. I paid all bill. I argue that why my bill crossed my limit. BSNL don't warn me about this. It is cheating. My liability is to my credit limit.
                    Please refund my excess balance. It is not justified. Please help me.

                      The mobile signal of bsnl gsm is very poor. Most of the times signal is not available. Suddenly it will show full signal and again icon disappears from the mobile. Due to signal fluctuations i am getting complaints that my mobile is not reachable. Due to this i am losing very important interview calls.                       Am using the bsnl cellone prepaid number [protected] in the Uttarakhand circle and the incoming & outgoing facilities stopped working as i get the message "check operator services" whenever i make an outgoing call. this despite there being both validity and recharge amount in the account. I tried to contact BSNL help center they always say our srver is down or software is not working call after 4 hrs and every time they repeat the same. However even a week after this the outgoing facility has still not been restored.

                                  I had recharged vide order No MQ[protected] but recharge failed, amount of Rs 145 deducted from my debut card.but the recharge not done on mobile no [protected] on 22/1/17, ..when i approach customer care they are advised to contact with the online site for further queries, earlier also i have several times failed in recharges, please solve my problems and take action to refund the amount...

                                    I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My land line number is [protected].Deactivate all Hungama service. we have charged 410 in the monthly bill for HUNGAMA plans which we didn't subscribe for.. we received a call from bsnl indicating the plans of HUNGAMA and also they have taken my mail id and mobile number and asked to go through those plans in the hungama-bsnl site.. then now 410 has been charged in the bill for HUNGAMA which I haven't subscribed.. plz stop this service which is unusable.

                                    Urgently block my BSNL pre-paid mobile number [protected] as I have lost my mobile. Kindly issue new SIM.
                                    I am residing at urapakkam gandhinagar area.The mobile coverage in this area is very poor.Please do something to improve it.Every month my data limit is going on waste without use.
                                    No one should opt for FTTH Broadband services of BSNL, in a month it is shut down for 20 days and the people to whom BSNL have ooloaded this work are not able to solve the problem and always misguide the customer. I am paying a hefty amount of 1500 per month for service of 10 days.
                                    I have purchased BSNL topup voucher for RS 60 today. While scratching the secret code, the no got damaged. Voucher Serial no: [protected]. The quality of the voucher is also very poor.

                                      I complained many times that my landline phone is dead from last 6 months. they told me that its jumphar is defected so it can't be rectified. but i complained on no. 1500. they accept my request but my phone didn't get started, instead my call was in pending. now they send me bills to pay the telephone bill. i m forced to pay the bill. i think it is wrong and unfair. hope you will understand my problem and take right step towards this. i shall be highly obliged to you.hoping for the positive response in this regard.
