Removal/Shifting of Unused BSNL Pole

Dear Sir/Madam,
This correspondence is to notify regarding a pole that has been causing narrowing of the lane and people's are facing problems in movement vehicle etc. Request your kind consideration to shift/move at the earlist. Complete address mentioned below along with the photograph of the pole.

    This is very very worst experience with bsnl.
    Every month end 2-3 days the internet connection not working even after bill payment timely..

      I had recharged my BSNL Prepaid number [protected] with Rs. 198 on june 10 2022 but I am unable to avail any of the service till date. Reported the same to BSNL customer care repeatedly for around 4 times but turned futile. Therefore I would like to get a refund for the same

        The worst internet connection have a name it's BSNL.In my city BSNL have only 3G connection but it doesn't give standard speed for us. The maximum speed is 90kb/s but in the night 1am they provide 500kb/s. We are spending money but not getting proper connection.
        Already complainted to bsnl customer care but no use.

                I had recharged both phones (numbers as below) as per STV447

                2. [protected] on 16th July '22 REF: PGSM[protected]

                Today suddenly both phones stopped giving me access to phone calls and the message was of 'no balance or insufficient balance'.
                I didn't have any need to make many calls since I use internet, whatsapp and signal.
                This is monstrous and extremely discouraging for committed consumers despite several offerings from other vendors.
                Can I demand an immediate response and reinstatement?

                        The above mentioned connection was held by me when i was posted in Ferozepur, i terminated the connection on 23 Apr 2022 and paid all my pending bills on the next bills cycle . As per said norms I’m supposed to get my paid advance in 60 days from the termination of the connection but was not received yet, the agent (Navneet) who was involved in the connection is not picking my calls and not the bsnl Ferozepur office is providing me any assistance.

                                  While i am applying to mobile number [protected] portability there is a sms given to Bsnl did not give proper network while local power cut. If occur any local power cut the BSNL network also getting down to '0'. so i want port my sim but these message shown everytime when we sms on 1900
