Today on 10:11 i made payment from bsnl self-care and amount debited from my bank but showing failed on self-care app.

    Respected sir,
    I have surrendered my land line phone number[protected] to Bsnl auth Tanda Urmar, Dist- Hoshiarpur, State Punjab during Feb 2022. I have also paid all bills pertaining to above phone. It has aslo intimated to me through sms that the landline phone has been disconnected wef 13 Mar 2022. Till date the security amount has not been refunded to me. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to credit the amount in my bank account. A photo copy of my bank account pass book has also been given to bsnl auth

          While i am aplying to mobile number portability there is a sms given to
          Bsnl did not give proper network while local power cut. If occur any local power cut the BSNL network also getting down to '0'. so i want port my sim but these message shown evertime when we sms on 1900
          Plz solve my problem

              I've network issue in my are since 2019 mid continously, BSNL provides network only when electricity available in my town whenever electricity goes off networks also disappear and here electricity cutouts a major problem in my area, I & many other customers of bsnl from my area complaint thousand times but didn't get any solution except promises, they never worked for it & sent a message after 3-4 day of raising complaint on helpline. So I decided to PORT OUT from bsnl but now when I'm sending PORT OUT message I'm receiving this at the place o[censored]PC code-

              UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

              I called bsnl helpline [protected], they are also not interested to help me. They want I stay here in this muddy & worst condition of bsnl network forever. Please help me in generating my UPC code before vanishing off my validity pack 23 July 2022.

                I recently ported from BSNL to Airtel as Airtel has provision of eSim. However, after porting, I am unable to receive calls. Seems like BSNL has not yet released my number.

                  I want to port my BSNL sim to another network operator, but due to the problem in receiving UPC code from BSNL's side, I am not able to port my sim. I request you to take the required action to resolve this issue.

                        I have given SMS to BSNL port my BSNL number ([protected]( from BSNL Network to other network. I have given SMS on 13th July 2022. But still i have not received any port code. I have given mail to [protected]@gmail.com with my aadhar copy as proof to this mail today on 18th July 2022. But still no reply is received from BSNL.

                        Please ask them to provide the UPC code against by port request.

                            I have tried to generate UPC number 5
                            10 times, but every time getting below message

                            I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got reply to email.. I have emailed and waited 60 hours no reply came.. and then again when I called they asked me to email again. Its been 12 hours again still no reply.

                              Bad Ping Issues with the Valorant Mumbai servers IP: 99.83.136.104 and 75.2.66.166

                              These are the servers which are having a bad and fluctuating ling constantly with BSNL fibre.
                              I've tried multiple dns servers and tried fixing the problem in multiple ways but it's still there. Can the routing to these servers please be fixed by the ISP BSNL from their sides as fast as possible....

                              I did a recharge of Rs.197 for my SIM on 9th June. Till now, the recharge hasn't got reflected for my SIM, though the money has been deducted. Reached out to BSNL multiple times, but didn't get any satisfactory response.

                              Request to either process the recharge or refund the amount.

                                      My name is arun and i have purchased sim from BSNL employee for 160 Rupees, i have ported my number so he taken 110 recharge amount and 50 rupees for sim card. But sim not activated as he said pic is not properly coming while KYC.
                                      He said he will do KYC again then he said you have to pay amount again.
                                      So every time he is asking money from me without activating Sim card.
