Getting continuous cal from bsnl- kerala number. Blocked the call. Still call is continuous. Kindly take action toward the below number by tracing the calls and messages. Via true caller i found that he is torturing many people. Mental pressure.

I am having a bsnl sim number [protected], I am unable to call and not able to receive any call but messages are coming, I am trying to recharge my mobile number so many times but amount refunded to my account please sort out my problem as earliest. Thanks

because of this problem i can not do recharge to my number.

I am trying to get my sim ported out from bsnl to other network. Message is not being sent to 1900. It's failing again and again. Though I have active plan for 28 days.

Please resolve the issue urgently.

I am trying to get my sim card ported out from BSNL to other Network. In order to get UPC ; WHEN I AM SENDING SMS TO 1900, ITS FAILING AGAIN AND AGAIN.

PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE URGENTLY.

I have disconnected my landline in march 2022but I received bill of rs 940 in July..

I have recharged my bsnl for 94rs plan using amazon. The recharege was successful but the plan is not active yet. I contacted amzon customer care service but they are asking me to contact bsnl customer care. I tried to contact bsnl on[protected] multiple times but they are not picking up the call and once in a long time when they pickup they just keeping it down without answering. At the same time the other phone in that office is ringing but they are not attending that phone. This is not at all good for such a big network.Very bad customer service.
Please instruct them to attend the calls.

Today on 10:11 i made payment from bsnl self-care and amount debited from my bank but showing failed on self-care app.

I have surrendered my land line phone number[protected] to Bsnl auth Tanda Urmar, Dist- Hoshiarpur, State Punjab during Feb 2022. I have also paid all bills pertaining to above phone. It has aslo intimated to me through sms that the landline phone has been disconnected wef 13 Mar 2022. Till date the security amount has not been refunded to me. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to credit the amount in my bank account. A photo copy of my bank account pass book has also been given to bsnl auth

I had recharged for Rs.87 yesterday. But still it is not reflecting. Kindly help.

While i am aplying to mobile number portability there is a sms given to
Bsnl did not give proper network while local power cut. If occur any local power cut the BSNL network also getting down to '0'. so i want port my sim but these message shown evertime when we sms on 1900

I have paid BSNL FIBRE BILL for June 2022 month twice, my BSNL number is [protected]. Please have refunded my extra money paid to BSNL Fibre.

I've network issue in my are since 2019 mid continously, BSNL provides network only when electricity available in my town whenever electricity goes off networks also disappear and here electricity cutouts a major problem in my area, I & many other customers of bsnl from my area complaint thousand times but didn't get any solution except promises, they never worked for it & sent a message after 3-4 day of raising complaint on helpline. So I decided to PORT OUT from bsnl but now when I'm sending PORT OUT message I'm receiving this at the place o[censored]PC code-

I called bsnl helpline [protected], they are also not interested to help me. They want I stay here in this muddy & worst condition of bsnl network forever. Please help me in generating my UPC code before vanishing off my validity pack 23 July 2022.

I recently ported from BSNL to Airtel as Airtel has provision of eSim. However, after porting, I am unable to receive calls. Seems like BSNL has not yet released my number.

I want to port my BSNL sim to another network operator, but due to the problem in receiving UPC code from BSNL's side, I am not able to port my sim. I request you to take the required action to resolve this issue.

During the process of generating porting code I am getting below message :

Hi,

I recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs 139 pack (which includes 2GB/ day data and unlimited voice calls + 100sms/day) on 16 july 2022 from Paytm. Reference number for the same is [protected]. Amount was debited from Paytm and recharge was not done at bsnl end.We didn't receive any message from BSNL regarding the activation of pack

I have given SMS to BSNL port my BSNL number ([protected]( from BSNL Network to other network. I have given SMS on 13th July 2022. But still i have not received any port code. I have given mail to [protected]@gmail.com with my aadhar copy as proof to this mail today on 18th July 2022. But still no reply is received from BSNL.

Please ask them to provide the UPC code against by port request.

सरकार बात 5G की कर रही हे पर गुजरात में बीएसएनएल 4G स्पीड मे भी असमर्थ है.
