Want bb line working as per plan we complaining this from more then 2 years, there should rebate on every month bill untill line issue are fixed and speed work as per plan, when we not getting the actual plan service no mean of paying monthly rent for kbps speed what we getting and most of time montly bb will be dead for 5 to 10 day's most of the time.

still reported issue exist, we not getting response from exchange to this issue,
when ever we try to raise complain on 1500 toll free no, we get complain already open, if complain all ready open why billing still happening, why we not getting permanent fix ...
kindly escalate to higher management on BSNL on this reported issue.
which is more the 2 year old complain, and still we waiting for permanent solution
