    I have even tried the toll free number for my queries but no response was there.
    So please deactivate my hungama plan and also i have never subscribed this plan with the alloted username and password.
    Hope for the immediate deactivation from your service, i would be highly obliged.

        Disconnected connection but still getting bills

        I've disconnected my bsnl landline & broadband connection online by raising a service request on 20 june 2016, the status of the request is also closed. But i still got a bill to be paid for the next three months. When contacted, the customer care they ask me to submit a letter personally. Then what is the point in having an online method of getting things disconnected. Now i moved out of hyderabad, i just cant go there only to get this done....

          Bsnl service is pathetic in kolkata.
          I am having 2 bsnl telephone lines, but they always remain dead.
          We are not getting any wavier in terms of discount in the bills for faulty lines.
          And when we complain for faults, the officers says surrender your telephone lines.
          Please tells us what to do?

            There is one time charges in my tele bill rs98 in may bill i contacted cc for deactivation of hungama which i never opted and also sent message for deactivation. again rs230 was charged in june bill. again contacted 1500 ;they told me to contact [protected] toll free no. the recorded voice is clear to understand and i disconned. again tried chargesrs8+8 was deducted from my prepaid cell [protected]. then i contacted 1503 the person talked with me mr. praveen kumar and i explained him. he told me that hungama toll free no. is not bsnl;so it will be charged. he is not listening my problem. talking carelessly

              Not getting any solution even after sending mail,

              Want bb line working as per plan we have taken same time, there should not be bill when we not getting the actual plan service and most of time bb line is dead.

              We not getting proper response form local exchange team also, they are lest least bothered.

              Very openly they asking to disconnect the bb connection and go for other service.

              Can you please look in to this issue, which is repeating each month and we not getting permanent solution till now,

              And we have asked for rebate, even that also not got still..

              When there is no bb service then we should not been charge for bb monthly rent... request you to look on rebate part also

              Hi sir,

              Can you let us know when rebate going to be given, there is no proper service and still bb is dead but we getting bill on time.

              Till cable fault not rectified, exchange team saying go for other service and disconnect bsnl, does really bsnl care about there customer and improve the server to customer.

              If copper contract no more then bsnl should get those replace with fc, you can't ask customer to disconnect the bsnl service simply and charging month bill still when line having issue..

              We had almost a month bb line dead, but still we getting bill how come this getting generated when service is dead..

              Kindly look on this issue and need your support to get better service

                  The landline gets dead every now and then. got a new high speed broadband and the office said that broadband will work even when phone doesn't. just after 2 -3 days of taking the broadband connection. both broadband and landline are dead. have complained online, over phone and to gm office as well, but no action till date and it has already been 4 days.

                  I think if bsnl can not deliver service, it should stop providing service. why should someone pay for broadband if it will be dead for half of the time.

                    I am in roaming at lucknow up. i have recharge my mob no - [protected] with plan but data is not coming to my phone. i have checked all setting, everything is ok. wheras internet is coming on other roaming sim of west bangal circle. but i don't know why this punjab circle is giving internet in lucknow. same problem was happened two year back but it was resolved within two days. but now it's been more than five days, but no improvement till days.
                    I have registered online complaint also on 10th july 16 but still no response from bsnl punjab circle chandigarh district.

                    Bsnl punjab executive call me 2 to 3 time one week ago and asked me to check internet settings & I have checked in my but everything was ok. So on 26-7-26 he has again called me and rectification was done, this problem was at bsnl exchange in Chandigarh. Now problem solved..

                            As i have talked to another bsnl costumer for 12 min without any reasons bsnl had deducted rs.150.300 after that i searched for an hour to call customer care but there is no proper customer care number... after a long time customer care service men answered and he didnt gave answers to my questions so i request you to solve my problem and let them, does not to do this again

                                Hi,

                                This is regarding payment issue that i am facing for the application of bsnl post of junior engineer (je), (esrtwhile tta).
                                My register number is 626772.
                                The application fee for this post is rs.[protected] including the service charge).
                                While registration i paid the fee first using my debit card, and it showed me transaction failure. again i paid using my netbanking site and both time my account was debited with rs.1000+service charge and in total i paid around 2050. but still in the site it is showing (attached image) that i have not paid the fee. i got the mail from the payment gateway for the fee payment i. e. atom that the have received both times the amount that i remitted for this exam (mails attached), along with the merchant reference number.

                                But in the application site nowhere it is shown as fee remitted and i lost my rs.2000.

                                So i request to take necessary action to accept my fee remitted in the applicant site and to refund the extra 1000 that i have remitted.

                                Hello,

                                Its Mohit Here, applying for BSNL TTA Exam 2016, My Reg No. is 1338916. I
                                initiated a payment request on 8th August, 2016 using website portal,
                                after then the amount of Rs 1008.63 is deducted from my bank account,
                                but it was not updated on the www.externalbsnlexam.com website and the
                                payment status is still pending & a popup was generated showing that
                                "the deducted amount will be credited back within 15 Days".

                                As per deadline of the exam is 10th August, 2016. So, its my
                                compulsion to pay the amount in the given period. I again initiated a
                                payment request on 10th August, 2016. At this time, amount of Rs
                                1008.63 is deducted & the payment status on www.externalbsnlexam.com
                                website is successful.

                                Now, total of Rs 2017.26 is deducted from my bank account, and till
                                today there is no amount credited back in my bank account.
                                So, i request you to look into the matter & refund the amount as soon
                                as possible, because already the matter is so much delayed.
