My name is arun and i have purchased sim from BSNL employee for 160 Rupees, i have ported my number so he taken 110 recharge amount and 50 rupees for sim card. But sim not activated as he said pic is not properly coming while KYC.
He said he will do KYC again then he said you have to pay amount again.
So every time he is asking money from me without activating Sim card.

    I had requested to the BSNL Toli Chowki-Hyderabad Telangana Customer Service Centre to Ms. Anusha ([protected]) on June 20, 2022 for shifting my Landline connection to a new address. The case has been handed over to their technician Mr. Janardan who has given the responsibility to an outsourced company agent Ahmed. They both are saying that a long cable of 8 m is needed to connect my phone and broadband to my new address. However, they are refusing to get and provide new cable even when I am willing to pay for the same. All three of them are delaying it by saying it would take time, getting cable is very difficult rains are going on and several other unreasonable excuses to not do it. Ms. Anusha CRO is also not cooperating by washing away her hands by putting it on Janardan and field executives. Please take a strict cognizance of all three of them as all three of them are harassing me by delaying my request and not responding properly and help me in getting this connection at the earliest immediately and urgently.

      Getting the message "UPC cannot be generated due to payments outstanding. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." even though there is no payment outstanding.

        Payment successfully. But recharge not done

        Hi Team, My current pack got expired and tried to recharge via Mobiwik with pacakge 399. Payment was successfully but recharge was not done.

          Purchased a prepaid basnl sim from bsnl office burdwan today also recharged today with ₹107. Called customer care bsnl, they said the sim has been purchased a year ago. Also the recharge will end within 5 days from today...help

                  I paid rs.529 for my broadband bill through google pay( Federal Bsnl Payments).
                  The money was successfully debited but i didn't get any recharge successfull message or receipts.when i gone back to check the site which i was paying, the site was unreachable.so i refreshed then it says me to pay once more.i need immediate action on my problem.

                    It may be mentioned you that bsnl tower has been installed in our building (Shahpura, IN front of Bharath petroleum Khargone Sanawad road, Gogawan 451335). dist. khargone.
                    The monthly rent is due since November, 2017.
                    It is requested that payment be initiate at early.
                    It may be noted that all particulars like bank account details etc related to payment has been submitted.

                      I am Rahul Berani...
                      I Bought connection[protected]
                      Broadband from BSNL...
                      I have paid 1500/- to local vendor...for new machine and wiring...but they didn't installed new machine and wiring...now I have been facing connection drops issues in connection...so i shared screenshots with the vendors and RATIRAM Meena (BSNL)...but no resolution... RATIRAM head of BSNL...is very rude in talking with customer... telling that who gave you Medical degree...you are complaining like para medical...he lied also"your connection is used by 12 users that's why connection drops as per vendor"...so i contacted vendor...but he told "i have never said about 12 users and I have recording of that..."second thing due to old machine and wiring i am having Complain of connection drops...i have complained to DGM in written also...but no resolution... please help...

                        Dear team i am a brocker in landon stock exchange market i.e. london stock sharemarket. And market timing starts at late nights .
                        I i frequent receive call on my postpaid numbers due to which i was facing issue in internet connection.

                        Due to which i recently taken broadbank connect by bsnl (bharat fiber voice) at my home.on timing of connect your executive said that sir connect is real time and you will not face any issue in connectivity .But from the day of connect whole day and night it show connection without internet and internet is not working .Connect many times to service care but no respond received from your end .I contect to local service care they said sir we are facing issue in our office due to electricity issue and will resolve by tommrow.
                        Today is approx 10 days, even your local executive started talking arrogantly to me .
                        No issue is resolved yet .I am totally financialy and profession facing issue becouse of you arrogant and unserviceable team.

                        If you guys are incompetant in this area why u are proving connections .My net is not working since from connect then for what i am billing .
                        No responce is received and now i am going to legally sue you guys in ditrict consumer court and file a case for mental and financial loss .
                        Worst decision taken by me from such a poor and arrrogant company like bsnl .
                        If issuee will not resolve by tommrow then will ready for legal sue.

                          Zero main balance after 99 recharge done

                          I had recharged my phone yesterday (02/07/2022) with the ₹99 Plan of BSNL but the main balance on the BSNL App dashboard shows zero. The plan purchased mentions the unlimited voice calls feature but I'm unable to connect to certain phone numbers, like a bank's customer care. Kindly look into it and get it resolved ASAP.

                          Hello, i recharged twice today by mistake, so I did larger pack earlier of 94 later I did small pack of 75 so my money got wasted because my validity is of small pack now, kindly return at least one of the amount, attaching recharge slips for proof, don't loot people, either add up validities...

                          I recharged twice today by mistake and of different amounts but they did not extend the validity, I recharged for 94 earlier and later for 75 so they kept validity till 75 recharge that is one month, give me back my money worst service, attaching transaction slips for both. Extend my validity please

                            I am using dual sim in my phone. If sm receiving a call on sim 2which is not bsnl, after disconnecting the call, balance is deducted for the same minutes I have talked. Same happens if I receiving call in bsnl also.

                              On 8/6/22, I recharged prepaid mobile of no. [protected]with Re797/@12:21:05 PMRefNoPGSM[protected]. Recd. the message that the recharge is successful &data activated. At the same time, there is a service message that the transaction is aborted. The amount was deducted vide SBIPGWT[protected]BSNLPRE. This online payment is through BSNL BiillDesk. As the transaction is aborted, I did the recharge again on 8/6/[protected]@12:34:03PMRefNo.PGSM[protected], &the Re. 797/is paid bySBI videSBIPGWT[protected]BSNLPRE. I got the message that the the recharge is successful & the reciept recd. On n enquiry it was told that BSNL recieved only one payment. I complained the same to BSNLportalhelpline prtal help [protected]@bsnl.co.in on17/6, 20/6&30/6/22.No action confirmed. On [protected]@Bill deskPGSupportportal helpfesk, it is confirmed that the transaction reg. No. WSM2i[protected] has been successfulsuccessfullyupdsted on10/6/22towards merchant(BSNL) . Asnsnl recd. two payments and only one recharge is activated, one recharge amt. Rs. 797/to be refunded. Hope this information is sufficient for redressal.

                                I had submitted a duly filled in application with address proof to the Toli Chowki-Hyderabad Telangana Customer Service Centre to Ms. Anusha ([protected] and [protected]) for shifting of my Landline and Broadband connection ([protected]) on June 20, 2022 to a new address. However, neither the office has processed my application till date and responded properly nor their technician Mr. Janardan-[protected] takes any calls. The technician has made a setting in his phone that his phone is always informed as busy and he never calls back even once and never comes as well. Ms. Anusha also neither takes calls nor responds to messages sent to her. My Broadband and Landline connection at my new address is long pending from this service center. Please register my complaint and send the technician to do and complete the connection of landline and broadband at my new residential address at the earliest urgently.
