On 8/6/22, I recharged prepaid mobile of no. [protected]with Re797/@12:21:05 PMRefNoPGSM[protected]. Recd. the message that the recharge is successful &data activated. At the same time, there is a service message that the transaction is aborted. The amount was deducted vide SBIPGWT[protected]BSNLPRE. This online payment is through BSNL BiillDesk. As the transaction is aborted, I did the recharge again on 8/6/[protected]@12:34:03PMRefNo.PGSM[protected], &the Re. 797/is paid bySBI videSBIPGWT[protected]BSNLPRE. I got the message that the the recharge is successful & the reciept recd. On n enquiry it was told that BSNL recieved only one payment. I complained the same to BSNLportalhelpline prtal help [protected]@bsnl.co.in on17/6, 20/6&30/6/22.No action confirmed. On [protected]@Bill deskPGSupportportal helpfesk, it is confirmed that the transaction reg. No. WSM2i[protected] has been successfulsuccessfullyupdsted on10/6/22towards merchant(BSNL) . Asnsnl recd. two payments and only one recharge is activated, one recharge amt. Rs. 797/to be refunded. Hope this information is sufficient for redressal.
