Since more than a year i am regularly giving complaints for disconnection but the authority had kept the matter in a cold storage for the reasons better known to them. Whether the duties to which they are performing in vested interest? Let me know still how long does it takes to give connection according to provision? My std[protected].     Bad routing and high latency while playing online games

    Why am i being routed through bad route and a very latent one plz route me through a static route with as low ping as possible. Because i am a aspiring gamer and lag and ping ruin my games. i am playing league of legends on north american server. my bsnl telephone number is[protected], plz help me through it i am rlly in need of help. and plz make it static so i dont have to complain again.     I am using bsnl landline and broadband service. From last 4 months phone in not working because of problems from bsnl side. Still they are sending bill every month. Even after applying for giving rebate they are telling us to pay the bill for services that we have not used. Please suggest where should i go whome should i approach.         We are not being able to make incoming or outgoing call for the last one month in our BSNL landline .Even after registering repeated complaints, our efforts went in vain.On complaints a docket no is generated but the issue is not resolved.We are facing lot of difficulties since there are older people in our house and they don't have a mobile .Hence immediate help is highly required.

          My nokia mobile handset with sim card is lost 30 days back, while i was traveling to ooty.
          My sim is still active, someone else is using it and i tried alot but not able to deactivate my sim, so kindly deactivate it.

            I have done tele-verification by calling on 1507 on 2 June 2016.
            They have told me that the sim will be activate within 4 hrs.
            But more than one week has passed and sim is not activated till now.

            Kindly, do the needful as soon as possible.

              Hello sir am sanjay, kindly i infrom you that ki mene aaj k date mai 410 ka tv rechrge karaya then uske baad channel bhot kum aarhe hai, aisa mere sath 1st time nhi hoo rha hai every month wo log pese jada lete hai or chanel kum dete hai, hume jo phone pr bola jata hai wese kuch hota hi nhi sir tell me the reason sir customer care baat karke to time wst hi kiya ja sakta hai, i will ki aap apni custmer care ki service ko sudharenge, or jo baat karte hai channel ki, ki itne amount mai itne chanel milenge utne dena ka decision lenge .agar aap nhi kara sakte hai to muje to change karke koi or dish use karna padega, or aap log pese ke mutabik chanel nhi dete .isi chakkr mai new dist lagya aaj hi pls solv this issue .

                Telephone number[protected]A/c no. [protected]) has not been in condition for more than two – three months. Complaints have been registered multiple times but the condition of the telephone has been remained the same.
                The condition of the telephone has been indifferent in the past three months. Since then, multiple complaints have been registered. I have promptly paid the telephone bill for the past two-three months even though the use of telephone had been minimal as the telephone was often non-working and noisy.
                I have fully paid the bills of both my phone and broadband for the past three months at the time of non - working, i would request to provide a discount on my next bill.
                Even though the telephone has been repaired recently (Just the telephone not broadband), i hear the voice of different calls of different people since then.
                Even when i enquired about the broadband service, staff of bsnl karkala gave the reasons like the distance from the bsnl centre to house is more than 5 kms and when i enquired again and again, they told me about the problems with the underground cables during rainy season (During road constructions).
                This time, even after multiple complaints in the past three months, the response from the officer at bsnl, karkala has been very poor and my telephone remained non-working. As a matter of broadband connection, if the problem with the underground cable persists, i would like you to extend the ftth connection which is not more than 500 meters from my house.
                I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and make sure the phone is repaired. If the phone and broadband can not be repaired by you, please disconnect the telephone and return the deposit amount that i had paid.

                  My problem is i lost my bsnl prepaid sim for two months (febuary end to april end). After these two months, suddenly i got my sim in my own house...
                  But
                  in these two months my sim has use so many times .
                  I do not know who is person use my sim..
                  When i got my sim i check all my message, all call history. But i found nothing..
                  So i want to know that is.. In between two months who is a person use my sim for calls.. Messages for anything..

                    Our central minister Nirmala seetharaman yesterday visited Mangalore and said that central government has provided broadband cables all over Dakshina Kannada district. But I have raised request for a new broadband connection almost six months back and still did not get the connection. The bsnl officers say that there is no cable allotted in Mangalore by the central government. Now who is responsible for pathetic service to a customer like me!...

                      Hi,

                      I am using BSNL services since many years and have been using an internet plan of around 800. every month I get a good speed of 2MBPS+. This speed is available till a limit, post which I had to topup with a certain amount to increase the speed. I do this every month. Last month that is in the month of May BSNL has charged me twice for the topup and my internet speed never increased. It was running at 256kbps. On contacting BSNL they say that your plan provides only 256kbps speed for the entire month irrespective of topups.

                      If thats the case how it worked every month. I tried contacting BSNL customer care several times but after few minutes of communication the call always gets disconnected. Also they are telling me to go to the BSNL office for this issue. Why cant it be done through customer care.

                      I need a refund of the topups as inspite of doing a topup I never got my speed increased.

                          I would to complain about the unnecessary extra charges in my internet bill for the service the didn't activated.
                          Kindly deactivate the Hungama service- BSNL from my internet plan ASAP. I don't want to avail this service in my plan so, please deactivate it from now on and I am not going to pay any extra amount further.

                                complaint issue: my telephone and broadband connection have been off for more than 3 months now but despite repeated complaints there has not been any solution.
                                I registered the complaint with bsnl numerous times and every time the automated response says out my complaint number and that technical work in progress.
                                However i have been recieving bills for all these times with the last bill generated on 04.06.2016. Do i have to still pay ????
                                is bsnl providing me any service for which i have to pay ????
                                kindly resolve the issue. I am a software engineer and my work "sadly depends on internet". Isn't 3 months a lot of time???

                                  I had raised a request on 1st of June 2016 (morning) to transfer my land line[protected]. BSNL linesman did the changes on 2nd of June and informed us that the connection (landline and broadband) would be activated by same day evening. However, it is 4 days since then and the line is yet to be activated. I have made several calls and they keep dodging us without any single point of ownership.

                                  Please note that I have availed high end services from you and your inability to provide me service is causing immense loss to me. Kindly activate this at the earliest and ensure I your bill takes care of this lapse from your side.

                                      From december my landline is not working properly. in march to april it works for only 10 to 12 days. the online booking for complaint on 198 doesn't work on my phone. i had complained for it to the GM, SDEO AND JTEO gorakhpur but nobody works on this complaints and also tried to unlisten to my complaint. from 4th may 2016 the wire was cut due to road constuction work and till now it is not issued by them and nor it is reconnected. the bill is paid on monthly basis and no rebate is given for any day although the application was given 1 month earlier. now again bill has came but the phone still not working.
