I have availed broadband HUNGAMA PACK connection in bsnl. my landline number is [protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.410 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly decativate the plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA MOVIES-HUMOV, HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND.from

Every time it is been told that the complaint will be resolved with in 24-48 working hours but no action is taken as yet, and the complaint attendants are so arrogant and misbehaving that cannot be told

I am using bsnl landline & broad bank service. I am not receiving the monthly bill issued by bsnl. Every month i have to request bsnl at their local office for bill and they issue me duplicate bill without any details. This duplicate bill is not valid in my company for getting reimbursement as it is a state govt. Company. I have been requested to customer care to drop me email of bill but they only can give me amount to pay but not the bill. Also on website of view the bill, it is mentioned that' no bill pending' but when enter my landline bill it is shown as amount outstanding but no way to get the printing of the bill. Please help me to get me the bill online or through email at least. The local office clearly told that courier who despatch the bill is not proper and their services are very poor.In this case, only being a customer we suffer. Please email me the bill of april 2016 to enable me to pay the same.

Hi,

I'm using the following plan from bsnl broadband: bbg speed combo uld 2295 from 20th may 2016. It promises "upto 8mbps" speed for downloads upto 80gb. But i'm only getting speeds around 3mbps.

Upon contacting the bsnl service person, they claim that "8mbps speed is never achievable". Upon enquiring if speeds of atleast 6-7mbps (Which is just 75% of promised speed), they said i'll be lucky to get speeds around 4mbps.

Such a solution is not acceptable. I'm paying rs2295 per month to get quality internet connection. When i look at internet options, the only number i'm given through bsnl website is "8mbps". They never mention anywhere that "you'll never get 8mbps with that plan. You'll be lucky to get 4mbps."

Either bsnl should refrain from advertising such fraudulent speeds in their websites when they can't even achieve 50% of promised speed,

Or,

They should get my speed upto 7-8mbps. I simply cannot pay 2295rs for a plan that provides half the services it promised.

I have a broadband connection in my land line telephone[protected]. I am continuing it since the year 2000.Initially it was dial-up connection. Because of faulty, improper and non experienced, unskilled and cruel cable laying people of bsnl, the placing o[censored]nderground cable to my phone at my residence, i can not access the broadband service more than 7 days in a month. But i regularly paying its dues. I am lucky to access broadband in april'2016 for not more than two days.In may'2016, till to day no service. Despite repeated complaint lodged to local bsnl office, no people came to rescue my service. Unfortunately, even if bsnl people repair the cable, the phone will ok for hardly for one hour and then phone goes dead.
My earlier complaint nos. Dotel/e/2013/30329,
Dotel/e/2014/38070, and
Dotel/e/2014/32792.
I requested in these complains to replace the underground cables to my residence. I never thought that, the company like bsnl is running without the fund (Budget) required to replace the cable. It is lack of some unwillingness and uneducated money hunter people working for bsnl. Can i request bsnl to replace the cable of my phone and enjoy the continuous broadband service for which i am paying regularly helping the people in bsnl to run their families?

Need your intervention in[protected] complain for tel no:[protected], BB not working more then 25 day's, when we ask exchange team to check they saying its cable problem we can't help it and it will take long time.,

in that case there should not be monthly bill should generated, kindly transfer to higher BSNL management on this ..

and how come change team can say this if they can't solve the problem why there is exchange for providing exchange ..

and we see last month we have not done top-up for higher speed, but that also reflecting on bill, when most of the time BB not working there is need to top-up also and no use...

Can you help here to resolve this issue and guide how to revert this Rs.500 which is not used by us

we have BB link issue from almost a year[protected], every time we raising the complaint and it getting close by exchange team without fixing the problem, even they know there is cable fault which is running form pillar to our house.
for this I have given the letter asking for rebate on bill to them, but I not see any action this as well

Last complain I see close mention that cable issue has been fixed, in that case net should work how they closing the complaint without checking with customer on this.

Does exchange team are know what is there job in exchange ? Simply closing complain without addressing does not solve the problem still
Request to kindly review all complain take the necessary rebate for all to till date….

it's going to be one month still BB not working, and every time exchange team say with looking on this, but how long and why they closing the complain

This is regarding the bill settlement for the month of march & april. The telephone and internet connection was not available from the month march to till half past of april. We registered the case after two days in which the problem occurred through telephone with the customer care and also complained to the office directly to the officer. We waited for the rectification and repair of the connection for more than one and half month. I complained many times through telephonic registration as well as direct report the problem to the officer from the beginning, but it been taken more than one and half month to make it ready. This is a clear case of irresponsibility. Also the problem resolved temporarily so that problem can occur in future. I request you to clear and settle my telephone bill which i received for the month of march and april. Also i request you to make the connection permanently. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

My bsnl landphone number [protected] was not working properly since 3 years. It was completely dead since february 2014. Bill dated on 5 april 2014 was having rs.431 which was merely the fixed monthly charges. On a letter dated 30 october 2014 it was to pay rs. 1262 completely and to reconnect the phone.
Bill dated on 5 october 2014 was rs. 1430 which was again the addition of fixed monthly charges. Again a letter came which said to pay rs.1430 completely and to reconnect the phone. When we enquired in the bsnl office kunnamangalam we were asked to pay the amount which can be refunded as the the usage charges were nil in these months.
So we paid the amount of rs. 1430 dated 15 november 2014. Again the connection was not working properly. Bill dated on 6 december 2014 was rs. 122. Again the connection was completely dead since december 2014.
Bill dated on 6 october 2015 was rs. 1190 which was the sum up of fixed monthly charges. Bill dated on 6 november 2015 was rs.1410. A letter dated 30 november 2015 came which said to pay rs. 1410 completely and to reconnect the phone. Bill dated on 6 december 2015 was rs.1420. Again a letter came which said to pay rs. 1420 completely and to reconnect the phone. When we enquired regarding this in bsnl office kunnamangalam they said not to pay until the phone is repaired. After the phone is repaired they made rs. 1420 to nil so that i need not want to pay the amount which i have not used. When i asked about the money i paid on november 2014 they told they can’t do anything because it was of previous year’s.
Hereby i conclude that i need refund of rs. 1430 which was paid on 15 november 2014 for the unused phone bills.

This is with regards to the bill sent by bsnl. We have complained to bsnl office for not functioning of our landline. After several complaints the office from bsnl has come and disconnected our landline connection.

Later we requested to disconnect our landline customer id [protected]. We were chasing bsnl office for more than a year to official disconnect our line but the official didn't respond to us.

We are still receiving bill for the above customer id. Please look into this issue at the earliest.

My bsnl broadband connection number is [protected]. I have opted for a 1091 rs plan and this is my second month. But in 4 months bsnl has frustrated me enough by always giving problems and never rectifying it. I have raised at least 20 complaints regarding theinternet. And once a technician came from bsnl and he interchanged some wires and told that the problem might be because of this. And he asked me money and told me that if i won't give the money next time he will not come and check it. I had to forcefully give him 50/rs. But the problem still there. I am not at all getting the internet most of the time and i feel really cheated by taking bsnl. This is bsnl pammal office chennai which is giving the worst service and frustrating customers like this. I like to know whether i can file a case in this bsnl in the court. These people don't have any shame in asking money without doing any work. The common people like me are really suffering because of these people. Please do the needful or let me know how to proceed further so that this case can be addressed to the highest authority. I have the details / screenshots of the internet speeds and the connection errors whcih i got using bsnl..
