Rs 8 got deducted from my balance without my knowledge.
I was browsing through Internet on my mobile and suddenly a BSNL pop-up appeared and I in the flow of reading my original website, clicked on the pop up. Suddenly a message saying that Fashion Lounge is activated and 8 rupees got deducted. This is an absolute embarrasment and breach of trust. The pop-up did not even ask for my confirmation whether or not to activate the service....

Bsnl has a helpline number [protected]. I called up repeatedly to ask a query about my landline and broadband connection but the same call center agent kept taking the call and kept deliberately disconnecting it before i could even finish asking my question.
This is a deficiency of service. Kindly ensure that bsnl's customer care calls get audited so that any careless employee does not malign the reputation of bsnl....
