Hi Sir,

I have already applied for connection of BBG Combo Unlimited 699 (Telephone Line + Broadband).

It has taken more than 15 days to have applied for connection. Now Dilemma is your technician is denying to install line due to non availability of wires and instruments
I have already arranged modem + router on my own. The issue is in my area there are already 2 connections installed within range. even one of your ex employee having line (5 Pair).
He also spoke to technician for same concern but technician didn't intend to install line and reason described by him is the same (No availability of cable required to install line).
He also mentioned that he needs permission to install cable.


Whatever he mentioned it did not make any sense to me. I have already complained more than 7 times and visited your local office of Shahibaug for same issue but no result yielded yet.

I hope you can interven in this matter hope you could solve issue.

It is my humble request to you after several disappoint from your technician.

    Deactivate all hungama services
    I want to deactivate the bsnl hungama plan. I hav you not loged into bsnl hungama.then how can bsnl charged me for last two months.all ready told hungama customer care deactivated in last month.but this month charged .this is with out my knowledge.I want to deactivate it.my land line no.[protected].

      I got an FTTH connection from BSNL recently in Bangalore, J.P.Nagar. The fiber internet is not working since 5 days and I've spoken to the AGM, DGM, JTO, ARO and many others from BSNL till now. But there is no progress. I've been redirected to different people each time and am really frustrated.

      The complaint ID(s) / docket numbers are[protected] &[protected].

      First of all I had complained about over-billing to BSNL to which I was given random reasons and now everyday am given the same reasons with different timelines to fix the issue. There is no response on the email that I've sent to [protected]@gmail.com given by the AGM for giving me the service credit (not bill me for the period it is down). I'm not sure when it would be restored.

      Kindly deactivate hungama from my landline no. 2400308 and refund the charges claimed in the bill for the last two months.
      I m an existing user of bsnl i have registered to selfcare portal and received password after 24 hr
      i used that password to acces my selfcare portal after that it asked to change the password .
      After a month went i filled my user id and password
      it showed me invallid password .
      i tried to reset it but it gives me error "SBL-DAT-00523"

        Hello sir
        From last one year my landline number [protected]
        Is dead due to no responce by ur maintance departments.
        I submit a written application to GM of bsnl in kota
        He quickly responce & temporary start my landline service
        But after 3 to 5 days it was dead again
        Various complaints register but no responce by ur co.
        I have 7 landline connection
        We r ur coustmor from very begning when connection of landline is difficult task
        Never face these types of problem
        Due to deadness of landline my business is affected
        I also register public grevienc complaint form
        But no respone by mail or any telephonic enquiry

          SIM card stopped working

          From yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help....

          Dear sir i have stv recharge 135 through mobile but i have not received any confirmation and mobile show error msg (Rejected by network) not showing any confirmation than i tried again recharge successfully and showing balace but 2 time amount deducted rs 236.             I have been constantly trying for a new bsnl landline and broadband connection.. They are rejecting my connection.. When I approached the AE of my area. He said that there should be atleast three members availing the connection from my street which i cant guarantee.I asked him a written reply which he denied and asked to approach the DE.after a long struggle I met the assistant of the DE. He is asking me for a STRONG letter to convince the DE to lay connection. The houses in my neighbouring streets have a bsnl connection I said. He said that it doesn't work that way. I am sure that my letter is not going to convince him anyhow. So I just want to Lodge this as a complaint against bsnl for not giving a prompt service and for not treating the consumer in the right way

              Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 10years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected] i am just bokking the complaints for the last 6 months, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am reciving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 10days,
              and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service
              Please re- solve the problem

                I already changed the bsnl broadband plan in this site i mentioned below "210.212.169.201/erp/bbplan.php" but nothing happen from their side,
                then i called local bsnl office to inquire about the issue, but the responsible person whom i called talks replies really irresponsible... initially i explained about the issue to him but he replied rudely and said "if you want to chance plan come here and approach me, iam not responsible with online plan changes". It clearly explains that online submission is entirely waste in bsnl, then why the provide that facility and advertise that.

                  We are using bsnl broadband service from about 5 years now, and till date we have not used the Internet without any complaints. Line connection drops every 5 mins. Everytime we ask for a technician to come over and fix the line and the next day it's again problematic.

                  Since I work for a private IT sector, sometimes it's very crucial for me to login to my work site from home itself. So everytime I have faced this problem and no one yet gets it fixed as permanent solution. Everytime when the technician comes, we also tried to offer moreo money so that such kind of problem doesn't come again but they still only want to get money but never fix the problem properly.

                  My sister is in abroad and we used to Skype call her. And our calls are distorted and of poor quality picture even though we have got 4 mbps speed package. We pay the bills on time, approx 1600 per month, for getting a good quality Internet but what's the use of paying money to the service which is worthless.

                  Even today, May 1 2016, I have booked a complaint using the landline 198 service.

                  Please consider this a major problem and do a background check on the number of complaints that we have logged so far.

                    Bsnl has a helpline number [protected]. I called up repeatedly to ask a query about my landline and broadband connection but the same call center agent kept taking the call and kept deliberately disconnecting it before i could even finish asking my question.
                    This is a deficiency of service. Kindly ensure that bsnl's customer care calls get audited so that any careless employee does not malign the reputation of bsnl.

                      I want to deactivate the bsnl hungama HGOD, HMOD, HMVOD, and Indian Games Services plan immediately . I have not used single time since installation.Therefore refund the charges paid by us to my BSNL land line account and adjust to my further BSNL bills, and deactivate immediately. Otherwise I have to go for the Consumer Forum.

                      Sir, Still I didn't get any Response from the Bsnl, The Provided Numbers from Bsnl for Deactivation Is Not Valid, Even though E-mail Services are also no Responding.
                      Plz Tell me the Procedure how to stop the Hungama Service HGOD, HMOD, HMVOD and Indian Games Services., On my No.[protected].So that These Services can be Deactivate as soon as possible. Which The BSNL have started Without giving any prior Information to the Costumers.

                        I have a BSNL broadband at my home with an unlimited plan
                        I am a previliged customer of bsnl
                        The broadband is not working properly since 2 months
                        I complained to bsnl atleast 15 to 20 times to solvemy problem of connectivity & and faulty connection
                        My complaint id with bsnl is
                        was [protected], but bsnl hasn't solved my complaint & reported complaint solved as fake report in its system
                        I have complained 15 to 20 times to bsnl on its system, but everytime it reports fake report in its system without solving it
                        Now i have again done a fresh complaint with id [protected] today

                        But bsnl hasnt taken any action on my complaint

                        The connectivity is unstable in the day time and the connection is lost every night after 8pm
                        The speed provided by bsnl is also far low than what has been promised for my plan
                        Bsnl only has interest in earning undue profit from its customers without giving proper services
                        I dincerely request you to kindly ask bsnl to solve my problem with immediate effect

                            we want to draw your kind attention regarding this matter, making this complain behalf of my company ZKL BEARING INDIA PVT LTD, which is situated in dalhousi(Kolkata). We have total seven connection in our office. The numbers are[protected], 92, 93, 94, 95, 22428441, 22428442.
                            Last one year we facing lots of problem, various time we gave call to customer care but they miss behave with us not resolving the problem as well as with out resulation they close complain. Its became daily duty for me to complain every month for noise issue, call not going & many more issue. we make a complain as we also give us mobile no they don't provide us complain no. Day by day i am giving call & they reply us problem solve within 24 hours. I wish you can understand my problem & hope i will get feedback from you soon.

                              My balance rs.59 has been deducted on[protected], for using internet but i had a working internet plan which was going to be over on[protected]. When i called customer care i came to know there was a technical problem and i was assured for refund of money back. But when i again contacted the customer care they refused to credit my balance and ask me to go to bsnl exchange. Even there nobody listen my problem and gave me number of bsnl exchange patiala, but nobody picks up the phone. Now when i contact the customer care they quote- " whatever the case be we are not going to refund your money". Even according to latest trai rules - 1st message is sent when 50% of data is used than 2nd @ 90% and 3rd @ when data pack is over. I haven't received any messages also about the use of data.

                                    We received a call from bsnl hungama to activate the services on my landline connection of broadband at my home.The phone was received kids. They asked to press so number & kids unknowingly followed their instructions.Since then we have not used the services but bsnl is charging the bill everymonth .We are not using it.We are not intrested in it. It is unethical on the part of bsnl to resort to such cheap business tricks. .Please deactivate the service of music on demand, games on demand by m/s hungama and movie on demand by m/s hungama immediately.

                                      I have received the worst service by BSNL as the internet is down always and even after registering the complaint the issue is not being solved. The answers provided by them are not technically so strong. Such a disappointing service. And after such bad service the they expect to pay the bills on time. Please take a strict action against the company and the employees aren't active at the work

                                      BSNL the worst broadband service, I am here in VAPI, VALSAD, Gujarat Bsnl landline broad band unlimited plan Broadband works only 4 days in a week and 16 days in a month, mostly internet Media cut off problem, it takes three days to repair or re joint the Media Cable .
                                      My Area is Balitha Vapi and my Connection Comes From Chharwada Exchange . i do not know when this worst service will wake from deep sleep
                                      I belong to Sironcha village from gadchiroli district maharashtra.. The service of bsnl is really torturing and out of date.. The network and the broadband goes on disconnecting and doesn't show up for 24 to 48 hours straight. In a month, the service remains offline for atleast a week.. Its very suffocating here as we are helpless for not having any other network in the area nor any other broadband options.. People are also so helpless and ignorant that they've lost hope of any kind of help or upgradation of the service as no actions are taken even if ANY COMPLAINTs are registered.. Many people prepare here for exams, jobs or any kind of official work.. Some times banks and some official works had to be off due to connectivity problem.. I request you to please look after this dreaded situation and help us if possible.. We pay 700 and 800s of rupees on time for such ### service.. We really are helpless all we can do is complaint and keep on complaining.. 😔

                                      I recharged my number with year plan . to get online class due to college is closed.but now whole network is so worst .that while study is effected thats why now
                                      I have to new sim from other networks and again spend money .my whole money is wasted on bsnl one year plan .i am so upset. Why not government sell this company its only burden on people who paid tax
