Bsnl is totally unacceptable...
Regardless of having a negative image in every person's mind, they still do not work properly...
I have taken a broadband connection of bsnl on 11 march 2016 as there is no other option for broadband in my area.. The sales person came to my home within 3 days of my registration and took the security deposit and told me that the landline connection would be installed maximum by 3 weeks time... But the lineman didn't came to the location... When i reached there office complaining about this dispute.. He argued with me and said that this is not my duty to inform everyone about the line that this is not working... How can he say that to a customer? Now it has been two months... Neither the lineman came from then nor the landline is installed... This is very much unacceptable... That is why people do not prefer bsnl... Bsnl should improve their technical field and the service quality!!

    From past two months i am getting inflated bill from bsnl on my landline no.[protected]. They say i have subscribed for some hungama services although i have never subscribed for those services. When i approached bsnl they said that this time i'll have to pay the charges but next time they will unsubscribe me from those hungama services, but again i have received inflated bills.
    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My land line number is [protected]
    I have branch of bank of baroda and janseva kendra but there are very big network problem

        I am using a nokia x1- 01 mobile with service provider as bsnl. I have got the final attempt of entering the pin code and i write it wrong & again now i got the final attempt of entering the puk code & also i write it wrong then my mobile got struck and it had given a message sim card rejected.           This is to inform you that i have applied for a BSNL land line connection on May 2 2016.But i didnt get the connection till date.When i submit the application, company informed me that they will give the connection within 3-4 days and i paid sum of Rs.500/-. But now till date no any person come from company.

          Please help me in this case.

          I started from my house at camp road in the morning today.i reached the bus stop and caught bus no.95(east tambaram to thiruvanmiyur).when I searched the purse where I kept the mobile phone, I found the purse missing in the bus. please deactivate the phone number immediately.

            My name is Vishnu Kumar nd I m customer in BSNL Broadband my land-line no. is[protected] and my broadband bsnl the consumer has been closed from January 25 to 30 times, and I did complain at toll free number 198 or the nearest telephone exchange But despite repeated complaints no one in my broadband connection gets an error or problem with my broadband speed of just 1 month are very slow And my broadband plan Rs. 700 is the speed of my broadband so slow nor any site does not open up social networking site opens nor send something happens because of slow speeds And I have complained many times to the nearest telephone exchange 198 and in bsnl bsnl of our employees, but not detecting the error each time that I turn shuffle Please if you have a prayer that my complaint to overcome my condescension and I am grateful to you should be conducted right bsnl broadband speeds, So plz solve problems.

                Rs 8 got deducted from my balance without my knowledge.
                I was browsing through Internet on my mobile and suddenly a BSNL pop-up appeared and I in the flow of reading my original website, clicked on the pop up. Suddenly a message saying that Fashion Lounge is activated and 8 rupees got deducted. This is an absolute embarrasment and breach of trust. The pop-up did not even ask for my confirmation whether or not to activate the service. I called the customer service and asusual, the response is careless. Please look into the issue and refund my balance.

                I made web-recharge of Rs 75 on[protected] at 11:39 HRS. The amount was debited from my account but the prepaid balance of mob (Plan Pyari Jodi) is not updated so far. The confirmation SMS from SBI with transaction ID IG0BSEDGW0 was received by me immediately after web recharge.
                Even though I have not opted for HUNGAMA services in BSNL, they have charged Rs.304 in my Feb'16 telephone bill[protected]/06/03/2016.Request to refund the same please.

                    My basicphone was disconnected in September, 2014. After several complaints in SDO office still money in not returned. Complaint number is [protected]. I have been a regular customer of BSNL since 1997, but this kind of response from BSNL is not tolerable. I know it takea time to issue security money but now it has been 2 years since my phone got disconnected and processes should have been completed by now. I would be greatly appreciate BSNL if they will return the security money.

                      Respected sir.
                      I made a complaint regarding a new bb connection ; i had sent a letter stating a detailed report about your dept. People in the area [ rajakilpakkam] to give a new bb in the place where there is a vacant point; but so far no reply and no response ; such a good position is your dept.
                      In the golden days of thayanithi maran, if we give an application in the office for a new bb connection, immediately the office people will come with us and give connection in the very same day or certainly the very next day.[ i had that golden experience ]; really they are golden days ; only maran alone has gone ; but you people, officers are there ; but what is going on ; nothing ; for an application no reply and no action ; only grievance is registered and docket no. Is given; that by the software system and not by human beings; even a retired professor is struggling to get a new bb connection; we can't imagine the illiterate.

                      But your dept. Is giving so many advertisements every day to attract people; are they to implement or for attraction to show your dept. Is alive; really it is a shameful activity regarding my attempts to get a new bb connection.

                        Hi Sir,

                        I have already applied for connection of BBG Combo Unlimited 699 (Telephone Line + Broadband).

                        It has taken more than 15 days to have applied for connection. Now Dilemma is your technician is denying to install line due to non availability of wires and instruments
                        I have already arranged modem + router on my own. The issue is in my area there are already 2 connections installed within range. even one of your ex employee having line (5 Pair).
                        He also spoke to technician for same concern but technician didn't intend to install line and reason described by him is the same (No availability of cable required to install line).
                        He also mentioned that he needs permission to install cable.


                        Whatever he mentioned it did not make any sense to me. I have already complained more than 7 times and visited your local office of Shahibaug for same issue but no result yielded yet.

                        I hope you can interven in this matter hope you could solve issue.

                        It is my humble request to you after several disappoint from your technician.

                            I got an FTTH connection from BSNL recently in Bangalore, J.P.Nagar. The fiber internet is not working since 5 days and I've spoken to the AGM, DGM, JTO, ARO and many others from BSNL till now. But there is no progress. I've been redirected to different people each time and am really frustrated.

                            The complaint ID(s) / docket numbers are[protected] &[protected].

                            First of all I had complained about over-billing to BSNL to which I was given random reasons and now everyday am given the same reasons with different timelines to fix the issue. There is no response on the email that I've sent to [protected]@gmail.com given by the AGM for giving me the service credit (not bill me for the period it is down). I'm not sure when it would be restored.

                            i used that password to acces my selfcare portal after that it asked to change the password .
                            After a month went i filled my user id and password
                            it showed me invallid password .
                            i tried to reset it but it gives me error "SBL-DAT-00523"

                              Is dead due to no responce by ur maintance departments.
                              I submit a written application to GM of bsnl in kota
                              He quickly responce & temporary start my landline service
                              But after 3 to 5 days it was dead again
                              Various complaints register but no responce by ur co.
                              I have 7 landline connection
                              We r ur coustmor from very begning when connection of landline is difficult task
                              Never face these types of problem
                              Due to deadness of landline my business is affected

                                SIM card stopped working

                                Dear sir i have stv recharge 135 through mobile but i have not received any confirmation and mobile show error msg (Rejected by network) not showing any confirmation than i tried again recharge successfully and showing balace but 2 time amount deducted rs 236. Please refund my one time amount rs 118. I called bsnl customer care these not support to me

                                  I have been constantly trying for a new bsnl landline and broadband connection.. They are rejecting my connection.. When I approached the AE of my area. He said that there should be atleast three members availing the connection from my street which i cant guarantee.I asked him a written reply which he denied and asked to approach the DE.after a long struggle I met the assistant of the DE. He is asking me for a STRONG letter to convince the DE to lay connection. The houses in my neighbouring streets have a bsnl connection I said. He said that it doesn't work that way. I am sure that my letter is not going to convince him anyhow. So I just want to Lodge this as a complaint against bsnl for not giving a prompt service and for not treating the consumer in the right way

                                    Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 10years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected] i am just bokking the complaints for the last 6 months, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am reciving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 10days,
                                    and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service
                                    Please re- solve the problem

                                      I already changed the bsnl broadband plan in this site i mentioned below "210.212.169.201/erp/bbplan.php" but nothing happen from their side,
                                      then i called local bsnl office to inquire about the issue, but the responsible person whom i called talks replies really irresponsible... initially i explained about the issue to him but he replied rudely and said "if you want to chance plan come here and approach me, iam not responsible with online plan changes". It clearly explains that online submission is entirely waste in bsnl, then why the provide that facility and advertise that.
