Bsnl has a helpline number [protected]. I called up repeatedly to ask a query about my landline and broadband connection but the same call center agent kept taking the call and kept deliberately disconnecting it before i could even finish asking my question.
This is a deficiency of service. Kindly ensure that bsnl's customer care calls get audited so that any careless employee does not malign the reputation of bsnl.

    My landline (broadband) no.Is[protected].
    I want to deactivate the bsnl hungama HGOD, HMOD, HMVOD, and Indian Games Services plan immediately . I have not used single time since installation.Therefore refund the charges paid by us to my BSNL land line account and adjust to my further BSNL bills, and deactivate immediately. Otherwise I have to go for the Consumer Forum.

    Sir, Still I didn't get any Response from the Bsnl, The Provided Numbers from Bsnl for Deactivation Is Not Valid, Even though E-mail Services are also no Responding.
    Plz Tell me the Procedure how to stop the Hungama Service HGOD, HMOD, HMVOD and Indian Games Services., On my No.[protected].So that These Services can be Deactivate as soon as possible. Which The BSNL have started Without giving any prior Information to the Costumers.

      I have a BSNL broadband at my home with an unlimited plan
      I am a previliged customer of bsnl
      The broadband is not working properly since 2 months
      I complained to bsnl atleast 15 to 20 times to solvemy problem of connectivity & and faulty connection
      My complaint id with bsnl is
      was [protected], but bsnl hasn't solved my complaint & reported complaint solved as fake report in its system
      I have complained 15 to 20 times to bsnl on its system, but everytime it reports fake report in its system without solving it
      Now i have again done a fresh complaint with id [protected] today

      But bsnl hasnt taken any action on my complaint

      The connectivity is unstable in the day time and the connection is lost every night after 8pm
      The speed provided by bsnl is also far low than what has been promised for my plan
      Bsnl only has interest in earning undue profit from its customers without giving proper services
      I dincerely request you to kindly ask bsnl to solve my problem with immediate effect

          we want to draw your kind attention regarding this matter, making this complain behalf of my company ZKL BEARING INDIA PVT LTD, which is situated in dalhousi(Kolkata). We have total seven connection in our office. The numbers are[protected], 92, 93, 94, 95, 22428441, 22428442.
          Last one year we facing lots of problem, various time we gave call to customer care but they miss behave with us not resolving the problem as well as with out resulation they close complain. Its became daily duty for me to complain every month for noise issue, call not going & many more issue. we make a complain as we also give us mobile no they don't provide us complain no. Day by day i am giving call & they reply us problem solve within 24 hours. I wish you can understand my problem & hope i will get feedback from you soon.

            Sir
            My balance rs.59 has been deducted on[protected], for using internet but i had a working internet plan which was going to be over on[protected]. When i called customer care i came to know there was a technical problem and i was assured for refund of money back. But when i again contacted the customer care they refused to credit my balance and ask me to go to bsnl exchange. Even there nobody listen my problem and gave me number of bsnl exchange patiala, but nobody picks up the phone. Now when i contact the customer care they quote- " whatever the case be we are not going to refund your money". Even according to latest trai rules - 1st message is sent when 50% of data is used than 2nd @ 90% and 3rd @ when data pack is over. I haven't received any messages also about the use of data.

                  We received a call from bsnl hungama to activate the services on my landline connection of broadband at my home.The phone was received kids. They asked to press so number & kids unknowingly followed their instructions.Since then we have not used the services but bsnl is charging the bill everymonth .We are not using it.We are not intrested in it. It is unethical on the part of bsnl to resort to such cheap business tricks. .Please deactivate the service of music on demand, games on demand by m/s hungama and movie on demand by m/s hungama immediately.

                    I have received the worst service by BSNL as the internet is down always and even after registering the complaint the issue is not being solved. The answers provided by them are not technically so strong. Such a disappointing service. And after such bad service the they expect to pay the bills on time. Please take a strict action against the company and the employees aren't active at the work

                    BSNL the worst broadband service, I am here in VAPI, VALSAD, Gujarat Bsnl landline broad band unlimited plan Broadband works only 4 days in a week and 16 days in a month, mostly internet Media cut off problem, it takes three days to repair or re joint the Media Cable .
                    My Area is Balitha Vapi and my Connection Comes From Chharwada Exchange . i do not know when this worst service will wake from deep sleep
                    I belong to Sironcha village from gadchiroli district maharashtra.. The service of bsnl is really torturing and out of date.. The network and the broadband goes on disconnecting and doesn't show up for 24 to 48 hours straight. In a month, the service remains offline for atleast a week.. Its very suffocating here as we are helpless for not having any other network in the area nor any other broadband options.. People are also so helpless and ignorant that they've lost hope of any kind of help or upgradation of the service as no actions are taken even if ANY COMPLAINTs are registered.. Many people prepare here for exams, jobs or any kind of official work.. Some times banks and some official works had to be off due to connectivity problem.. I request you to please look after this dreaded situation and help us if possible.. We pay 700 and 800s of rupees on time for such ### service.. We really are helpless all we can do is complaint and keep on complaining.. 😔

                    I have to new sim from other networks and again spend money .my whole money is wasted on bsnl one year plan .i am so upset. Why not government sell this company its only burden on people who paid tax

                      I am using higher broadband plan from bsnl, the broadband is down since last 2 days. Tried calling and making complaint locally but there is no response time or resolution time given from respective persons. This guys just reply the fiber cable is cut somewhere, they are rectifying the issue, they dont give a resolution time. Internet down for 2 days is not a joke.
                      Please help rectify the problem.

                        I am from Jaitiwas gram panchyat under Bilara tehsil, Jodhpur district. There is no mobile tower under 8 kilometres from Jelwa so very bad network. We have to go on the house for talk. Internet is to far from our luck. We already complained to District Collector Sir in written. In north Bilara town is 8 Km, in south Khariya NEEV is 8 km, in east Atabada is 10 Km, in west Ramasani is 8 Km.

                          I made online payment of my mobile bill on 21st april 2016. Money got deducted and transferred to bsnl account [inb/[protected]/bsnl (Billdesk)/] but it is still showing due. I gave complaint but the status is til pending (Trans id - [protected]). If this problem is not solved i shall approach consumer court and leave this connection.

                            My no[protected] on circle pooyappally, oyoor. I was complained about my Land line problem again and again but response is very poor. Daily line is complaint, no clear voice clarity. The main problem is that old cable line . I asked them to change the cable otherwise gave a new underground cable, it will solve the problem . but they not take any action . I am army men work in Assam, I have no opportunity to call my family . so please take n early action on my request ..

                              I had paid my bill for the month of March I have the bill of Rs.1250 which I paid. Later on the had changed in the system to 750 since their account was not tally and now they have reduced the speed of the Internet and I keep on receive the message I have to pay 500. I have gone to the office 4 times and tried to complain even produced the bill but they seem not to give any importance to the bill and says I need to pay the difference amount which in fact I had already paid.

                                I, VILAS MUNGI, have not subscribed hungama plan. My bsnl land line phone no.[protected] automatically activated this plan at your end and still without using, the same bsnl charged me for plan in my MARCH bill Rs. 410 without any information please look into my matter & pls unsubscribe bsnl hungama plan(music on demand, movie on demand, games on demand) and adjust unnecessary deducted amount Rs.410 in april month bill. Please de-activate the same immediately.

                                  Bsnl service is too bad in bongaigaon, employers and workers behave rough to customer and they did not solve problem to customer, and there helpline number are not for use anymore.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. They tell customer to call in this numbers and they will resolve the complaints but they did not pick up calls. This service centre is useless actually, we want from government to take some action in this bsnl office, bongaigaon. Please take some quick action to this workers because they are getting salary without resolving customers problem. So it is a big issue.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I am using bsnl broadband for the past 2 years, but for the past more than 6 months, there has been problem with dsl fluctuation more than 50 times a day on a daily basis. Sometimes, dsl flew for more than hours to a days. I have complained it to bsnl baghra and bsnl muzaffarnagar sdo and agm 1000 times in these past 6 months, but they helped me nothing. I also complained through online which are: dotel/e/2015/34037, dotel/e/2015/40604, dotel/e/2016/02163, but still the issue is same.

                                      Now, since 18 april 2016, i am facing a new problem. At night, i am not getting any dls or dial tone in my landline phone between 9 p.M. And 6 a.M. For the past 6-7 days. I complained it to bsnl sdo muzaffarnagar and agm muzaffarnagar daily, but no help provided. I am paying 3400 inr/month to bsnl and getting nothing. Please help me in this regard. My broadband number is[protected].

                                        Sir,
                                        My name is Aswin P Kumar.
                                        I'm a bsnl telecom prepaid user for the last 6 years and i have known every internet data plan of bsnl ever since. Up until now, they have provided users with fulfilling what they have offered or atleast close to it. They introduced a new unlimitted plan for prepaid users from 21st april 2016. I subscribed to STV398 which provides unlimitted internet for 30 days. They said there will be 2gb of fair usage with no restriction to speed and it was true as well. And after this fair use of 2gb, they said the speed will be limitted to 80 kilo bytes per second. I used this 2gb without any problem and right after the 2gb is used, i am only getting a speed of 10 kbps even when i have full 3G network coverage and it never goes above this 10kbps as they said. I contacted the customer service and they said they can't do anything. They said 80kbps and they are providing only 10kbps. That is lower than what i used to get on 2G service before. I paid this 390rs for this slow speed 3g service. The whole concept of 3g is better speed! And they are providing about 8 times lesser than they offered and that is a huge difference in terms of internet speed. This is a huge fraud on taking money feom users after telling them one thing. I happened to learn that everybody else who availed this offer is dealing with the same problem. When they said the maximum speed will be restricted to 80kbps, they should atleast provide a speed closer to that. Instead they restricts it to 10kbps which is totally unacceptable. This should not be allowed as they are advertising one thing and providing another thing.
                                        I hope there will be a solution to this kind of problems soon.
