Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

I am bharat sanchar nigam limited land line user mr. Sachiin h walunj, i want to de-active hangama-music, hangama-movie, hangama-games. It is unnecessary economical burden to me.
My land line number of bharat sanchar nigam limited is[protected]...

My landline[protected] is NOT working since last 6 months so as my broadband. I called many times to the customer care but with no output. I have registered my complain in BSNL, Orissa grievance portal too but with no success.
This is my last option before either I surrender my connections (landline, broadband & Mobile) or go to the consumer court.

Please help me.

That I, Mani bhusan saha, surrendered my Telephone no[protected] to Accounts officer ( Telephone Revenue) Uttarpara, Hooghly, W.Bengal.on 07.01.2016, Account no [protected].as per their service disconnect memo no nil dated 16th Dec'2015 generated at 11:49:50 AM
Unfortunately neither they communicated any thing nor remit the refund till day.
Please take-up the matter with them to sort-out

Dear sir,

My bsnl landline[protected] phone and broadband ( bbg-uld-795-monthly) are not running since last 05 months and infact line is dead. Several times compalints registered through call center; and local telephone exchange at sec-58; noida, but no result so far.

Getting fade-up with the system and unnecessary i am paying the bsnl bill every month.
Request for corrective action please..

BSNL-Unnecessarily subscribing Hungama music, games and movies

I have availed broadband connection in BSNL, My land line number is [protected]. I have not subscribed for Hungama muisc, games and movies on demand.But a sum of Rs 425.90 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization without my consent through phone the subscription has been done. Your people simply spoke...

This is john...The hungama services is activated without my knowledge.. The package consists online videos, games, movies, wallpapers etc etc...And without ny prior knowledge this has been activated..The bsnl landline bill charges rs.500 each month while i dont use this package at all..Please kindly unsubscribe all my hungama services to my number...

I am staying at cheruvettucad near sangumugham, Trivandrum since last 12 years. It is very regret to inform that not a single day I got a successful communication through my mobile which is with a Bsnl connection. Always signal bar shows like waves..no strength. Talk breaks repeatedly. Minimum 5 try for a communication due to break while talking. Browsing is not at all successful, very poor. I do pay monthly prepaid since...

We have opted for a new broadband connection 2weeks ago in bsnl office in sector 56 gurgaon.
They provided us the eta of 2 days for complete installation, but now it has been 2 weeks still the connection is not up.
I am tired of calling them. They never show up.
Every time i call them the tell it will be fixed in a day but there is no progress till now.

Yesterday in my bsnl [protected] number 14rs plan activated by bsnl suddenly, i have not tried to activated this, because i am using this number only for call not for internet, so i need to remove this plan from my phone and refund money immediately....

The number of calls are came to my bsnl landline number. They told me that just activate the bsnl hungama service without subscribe any packs. If you want any service just activate by your wish. I gave my mobile number and details. Then they activate an account without any package subscription. I saw the content and felt its not useful... Full of rubbish. I logged out. At the end of month they charged me for all packages without my knowledge....

My L/L No. is[protected]. BSNL-has activated hangama services on my phone without my consent from last two months. Rs 900 app. has been added in my bill which is wrong.
Please deactivate all the hangama services from my phone immediately and the charges should be waved off....

While travelling in Mumbai Yesterday, I have lost my BSNL SIM No. [protected] on 17.04.2016. I could not trace it out the SIM despite of efforts. The SIM is showing Switch off Now.

I therefore request you to Block the SIM immediately....

We have surrendered the telephone connection[protected] at ambattur csc, chennai on 13/03/2015. Received the acknowledgement for the same. Till today the account was not settled.

No refund was done towards the deposit amount adjustment as well as the deposit payment towards isd connection for rs 5000 (Original demand draft was submitted for this deposit as well as the copy of the receipt for rs 5000).
