Zero main balance after 99 recharge done

I had recharged my phone yesterday (02/07/2022) with the ₹99 Plan of BSNL but the main balance on the BSNL App dashboard shows zero. The plan purchased mentions the unlimited voice calls feature but I'm unable to connect to certain phone numbers, like a bank's customer care. Kindly look into it and get it resolved ASAP.

I recharged twice on same day and validity is wrong

Hello, i recharged twice today by mistake, so I did larger pack earlier of 94 later I did small pack of 75 so my money got wasted because my validity is of small pack now, kindly return at least one of the amount, attaching recharge slips for proof, don't loot people, either add up validities...

I recharged twice today by mistake and of different amounts but they did not extend the validity, I recharged for 94 earlier and later for 75 so they kept validity till 75 recharge that is one month, give me back my money worst service, attaching transaction slips for both. Extend my validity please

    I am using dual sim in my phone. If sm receiving a call on sim 2which is not bsnl, after disconnecting the call, balance is deducted for the same minutes I have talked. Same happens if I receiving call in bsnl also.

      On 8/6/22, I recharged prepaid mobile of no. [protected]with Re797/@12:21:05 PMRefNoPGSM[protected]. Recd. the message that the recharge is successful &data activated. At the same time, there is a service message that the transaction is aborted. The amount was deducted vide SBIPGWT[protected]BSNLPRE. This online payment is through BSNL BiillDesk. As the transaction is aborted, I did the recharge again on 8/6/[protected]@12:34:03PMRefNo.PGSM[protected], &the Re. 797/is paid bySBI videSBIPGWT[protected]BSNLPRE. I got the message that the the recharge is successful & the reciept recd. On n enquiry it was told that BSNL recieved only one payment. I complained the same to BSNLportalhelpline prtal help [protected]@bsnl.co.in on17/6, 20/6&30/6/22.No action confirmed. On [protected]@Bill deskPGSupportportal helpfesk, it is confirmed that the transaction reg. No. WSM2i[protected] has been successfulsuccessfullyupdsted on10/6/22towards merchant(BSNL) . Asnsnl recd. two payments and only one recharge is activated, one recharge amt. Rs. 797/to be refunded. Hope this information is sufficient for redressal.

        I had submitted a duly filled in application with address proof to the Toli Chowki-Hyderabad Telangana Customer Service Centre to Ms. Anusha ([protected] and [protected]) for shifting of my Landline and Broadband connection ([protected]) on June 20, 2022 to a new address. However, neither the office has processed my application till date and responded properly nor their technician Mr. Janardan-[protected] takes any calls. The technician has made a setting in his phone that his phone is always informed as busy and he never calls back even once and never comes as well. Ms. Anusha also neither takes calls nor responds to messages sent to her. My Broadband and Landline connection at my new address is long pending from this service center. Please register my complaint and send the technician to do and complete the connection of landline and broadband at my new residential address at the earliest urgently.

            A few years ago, I installed a landline connection No.[protected]. I met Mr. Chaturvedi (Tel[protected], an officer of bsnl Gwalior who said that your bank account will be credited within three months. I have submitted all the relevant papers to his LDC on 7th March 2022 . All the relevant acknowledgments are with me. Last bill of Rs 90/- also deposited on[protected]. On reminding him, he said " आपकी समस्या क्या है " Again he give a number of Mr. Pradee Parmar (Tel[protected] who told that your landline No.
            [protected] is not disconnected and meet to Commercial Manager .

            I am 70 years old and could not meet again to Mr. Chaturvedi and Mr. Parmar . Please do need ful. I want only refund of security deposit. I enclose all the relevant papers

                    I live in Varanasi(U.P.) my father is using bsnl service since 2000 and it's my pleasure to have such a great experience till 2021 when my father recharged for first time(before then we were doing top-ups only) and then every month they started auto deduction of money to recharge the plan of 107 even after talking a lot to customer service they just gave me the reason that they couldn't do anything regardless of this you must recharge before expiring of plan to prevent auto deduction of money but even after doing top-ups which shows the valadity for longe period but they deduct it from the top-up money and it's above 2 years of complaint.
                    Now i am here requesting you to solve my father's problem.

                      I recharged my father's bsnl number for rs.197/- today (28/6/2022) through the bsnl website (https://portal.bsnl.in/myportal/quickrecharge.do). The amount was paid using gpay upi. The amount of rs 197 was deducted but the website shows recharge failed. Requesting a refund immediately.

                          Hey,
                          I want to port my no. but keep getting the same following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

                          Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                          Request for upc for your mobile no. 92xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                          Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours or 2days. After 5 days I'm writing this scenario here in consumer forum, as I'm totally fed-up by the response from bsnl, I just want my UPC no. That's it and I don't think it's too hard to give this to your consumer.

                          Also they won't reply on mails, keep saying wait for day's, etc.

                          So, Kindly look into this and help me out please.

                            I have tried to generate UPC number 2 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

                            1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                            2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                            I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? But no guidance have been given to me.

                            Please see to this matter at the earliest.

                                I am trying to port my bsnl sim but unable to port. There's come a reply that (UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.)

                                  I have been trying to get UPC code to port out my mobile number [protected] from BSNL to some other operator. I have sent multiple request messages but I did not receive my UPC code instead I got "Request for UPC for your mobile [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time". after waiting multiple times and retrying, there is no UPC code yet

                                  I have sent SMS so many times that my account account ballace has also exhausted

                                    I have lost money earlier due to UPI recharge payment, this week also same case money deducted from my Canara Bank account through UPI payment, I approached BSNL Customer care, they assured that money will be reverted to my account in one week time
                                    Lesson learnt:
                                    *NEVER DO DIGITAL PAYMENT IF YOUR SIM is INACTIVE STATUS*
                                    Waiting for my to return to my account
